As a Patriot of faith, I attest my allegiance first and foremost to the kingdom of God and the Great Commission. Secondly, I agree to be a watchman over our nation concerning its people and their rights to Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.

WHEREAS:

• we, the Church, are God’s governing Body on the earth
• we have been given legal power and authority from heaven
• we are God’s ambassadors and spokespeople over the earth
• through the power of God, we are His world influencers
• because of our covenant with God, we are equipped and delegated by Him to destroy every attempted advance of the enemy

WE MAKE OUR DECLARATIONS:

1. We decree that America’s executive branch of government will honor God and defend the Constitution.
2. We decree that our legislative branch (Congress) will write only laws that are righteous and constitutional.
3. We decree that our judicial system will issue rulings that are biblical and constitutional.
4. We declare that we stand against wokeness, the occult, and every evil attempt against our nation.
5. We declare that we now take back our God-given freedoms, according to our Constitution.
6. We declare that we take back influence at the local level in our communities.
7. We decree that we take back and permanently control positions of influence and leadership in each of the **Seven Mountains.
8. We decree that the blood of Jesus covers and protects our nation. It protects and separates us for God.
9. We declare that our nation is energy independent.
10.  We declare that America is strong spiritually, financially, militarily and technologically.
11. We decree that evil carries no power, authority or rights in our land nor over our people.
12. We decree that we will operate in unity, going beyond denominational lines in order to accomplish the purposes of God for our nation.
13. And we decree that AMERICA SHALL BE SAVED!

We know this country was founded on Judeo-Christian principles. We know the truth; therefore, we stand for truth and will NEVER be deceived! We will NEVER stop fighting!

We will NEVER, EVER, EVER give up or give in!

We WILL take our country back.

We WILL honor the ONE TRUE GOD, the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob! AMERICA SHALL BE SAVED!

Father, we are humbled and honored to represent Your Kingdom here on earth. Though Your Kingdom is spiritual, it is no less real, and You want its influence in every activity on earth, every square inch of which belongs to You. Those who think they can overrule You are deceived. You have already promised rule over the nations to Your Son; and He declared in Matthew 28:18 that all authority here on earth was now His.

Though we are not called to release Your influence by natural force, we are called to do so spiritually, dealing with spiritual powers operating behind the scenes. We bind them and their efforts to destroy America’s relationship with You and the calling You gave us. We command the generating of Your will in our government and nation: be done! We ask You to release Your influence over individuals, to orchestrate events and circumstances, and to expose evil.

We ask You to bring a revival that will save and change the hearts of millions of Americans. You are clearly ripening the harvest fields through Your works and actions. We thank You for this and ask that it continue.

Please bring a solution to the rogue judges operating in our nation. Give President Trump, his Justice Department and our legislators wise ideas and strategies. Use them to clean up this mess.  We decree that He who began a good work in America will finish it.

In Jesus name，Amen.

Over 500 days have passed of Israel’s full scale war with Hamas, not to mention Hezbollah, as well as ongoing contention with the Houthis and especially, Iran. It’s a sobering reality, but there is hope. A new future for Gaza may be on the horizon, one filled with fresh possibilities

Obey God, resist the devil, and draw close to God . Do you know what this means? We usually don’t like words like “humility” and “submission” because they imply that there is some force suppressing us from above. To “resist” is to stand firm. Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. This means that when you walk toward God, you will feel His touch entering your heart. Whether your heart is cold right now, no matter what you’ve been through, if you are willing to enter into this process, you will feel His touch on your heart. Then, you will know how to respond. “Faith without action is dead, but when you respond to the circumstances with the right actions of your heart, then you will have breakthroughs, ” the Lord said. “From now on, I am bringing breakthroughs to My people! ”

Let me put this all together from a prophetic perspective. I am somehow releasing the calling they haven’t heard clearly and leading them to a place where they can take hold of it and break through. We are at an amazing breakthrough moment where the Lord is leading us through something difficult and it seems like everything is going to end, but now we have come to another critical point – God is extending the time. His purpose in extending time is to bring about breakthroughs, and if you understand the period we are in, you will know that it all began on the Jewish New Year in September 2019 . We are living in a time of confrontation, a time when “ our voices must be heard. ”

This new era we have entered is full of conflict. Conflict will arise every year, but God is giving His people a strategy for breakthrough in the next three years . God does not promise to remove conflict, but He promises to give us strategies for breakthrough in conflict. Revelation 12 tells us that every time we enter a new era, the enemy will try to hinder God’s remnant from entering the next stage of abundance. So, at this time in our lives, we are facing resistance. However, the Lord says, “I am giving you a voice that has never been spoken before, so that you can declare what has never been spoken before.”

The Year of 5

We have entered the year of “5”. From a biblical perspective, whether in the Hebrew calendar or the Gregorian calendar, the number “5” is associated with extraordinary grace . This year, we have an incredible abundance of grace to accomplish the transformation we need to accomplish. You may have doubted at one time or another whether you could go on, but I tell you, when Passover comes, you will fully enter into this dimension of grace. The number 5 is also associated with “high places ,” which means we are still in a battle, but God is saying that we have the grace to overthrow those powers that need to be overthrown.

Grace is not earned through hard work; it is freely given by God. All we have to do is accept His goodness and love and realize that it is He who has brought us to where we are today. Without God’s abundant grace, you would not be here today. When we have an abundance of grace we begin to be clothed with grace. Favour is very similar to grace, but slightly different because favour is received through an act of faith, while grace is God’s supernatural favor given to you freely.

When we respond to God’s sovereignty, suddenly we will feel God’s favor coming upon us. Places that were once inaccessible, things that were once impossible to accomplish, will be accessible and accomplished in this new season. Say to those around you now, “Get ready to go in and get it done!”

Let me summarize this year. This is a year of atmosphere change, and it is also a year for us to overthrow the “Goliath” of the atmosphere that controls us. God is positioning us to overturn it and enable us to move into these next three years and change every atmosphere that we enter.

The Next Three Years of Clean Land

We have to stay on Earth. Why do I say that? For we have entered a new season of this age in which the tabernacle of David should be restored in every generation. Starting this year and over the next three years, the process of restoring the Tabernacle of David will accelerate.

The tabernacle of David was not only for worship and praise, allowing us to enter the heavenly realm, but as Amos 9 says, the tabernacle of David gave us spiritual positioning and power to even reach deep into the earth and touch the sin and iniquity hidden in the land.

God says, ” In the next three years, I’m going to cleanse the land. ” In order to accomplish that, I have to have some of my people who are repositioned and renewed so that they can go into the glorious realm of cleansing the land . This place you are in is of vital importance, for the Lord wants those whom He has chosen to be on mission, to be alert, that He may assign them to function.

Remember, what Goliath did was to convince the Israelites over a 40-day period that they could not win the war. This is the devil’s trick, he will make sure your environment is filled with messages from hell so that you believe you cannot break through it. The Lord says, ” This year My people will take back their spiritual atmosphere! ”

That’s exactly what David did, he came to the battlefield and was only sent to deliver some figs, cheese, bread, maybe some wine and so on, but when he heard what Goliath said, he said, “Why are you listening to this?” This is the year we begin to be sensitive to the voices of those who violate our covenant. When I say “sensitive,” I don’t mean that we should rush into every battle impulsively, but that we should wait for God’s leading until He says to us, “I have brought you here because you are about to say a word that will pierce the darkness and tear apart the atmosphere of obstruction.”

Chuck Prophesies

<I want to tell you that starting this year, the spiritual atmosphere will begin to change. I say to you that you have entered your recovery moment and now you will fully enter your three-year turnaround phase. I tell you, I have decreed your restoration, and now rest, revival, prosperity and breakthrough will come to you. What the enemy has tried to hold you back from, I will now take you beyond, into a place you never thought possible.

The Lord says to you, “I have brought you here to lead you into a place of establishment. Here I will establish my tabernacle and cause my glory to shine forth from it.”

The Lord says, “The military will come, the police force will come, the government will come, the financial resources will come. Be ready, for you will bring about a new realm of glory in this place. People will seek you out to share in this glory.”

The Season of Kingdom Warfare

Remember, we are in the season of kingdom warfare. God is awakening our spirits, and at the same time He is giving us a drive that we have never had before – in other words, you may have thought you couldn’t take another step, but now God is about to empower you to not only take steps, but from now on, you will take leaps. Say to those around you, “Get ready to take the leap!”

As we gathered at the Passover General Assembly, the Lord said to us, “Tell my people that this year at Passover, they will cross over into a whole new dimension of the kingdom that they have never entered before. My kingdom will arise in the land . Those who do not know me will see my kingdom through my people.”

God is speaking to you – wherever you are, even if you are just at the grocery store, all of a sudden His Spirit will rise up within you. The moment you open your mouth, the spiritual atmosphere of the entire grocery store will change. We have a team of women that minister to strip clubs twice a month. In the two years that they have been ministering in these venues, two hundred strippers and their children have come to the Lord.

When we started sending teams into strip clubs, I got a lot of criticism, but I said, “We’ll go anywhere because the Kingdom of God is everywhere.” I’ve been ministering in bowling alleys for 50 years, and it’s not a perfect environment. You have to walk through the smoke and the alcohol. I tell you again, God sends us to all kinds of places, and we must be willing to go, but at the same time we must know where our altar is, because when you come to the altar, you can see more clearly.

We are in the season of Kingdom sending, and now let me tell you two more things before I release the anointing upon you.

Following the Season of the Ark of the Covenant

I believe we have entered a new season following the Ark of the Covenant with the presence of the Lord. His presence will become more real and palpable than we have ever experienced before. The Lord must arise to such places so that His presence can dwell there, and we can be sent out from these places to go forth with the presence of God that we experience here.

In 2008, I never thought that the Lord would call me to establish the Global Spheres Center. It was not in my plan at all, but when the Lord showed me the vision of the apostolic center, Peter Wagner was still alive at the time, and he said to me, “You need to develop a model like this for the world to see.” Now it has been in existence for 12 years and is entering its 13th year. At that time, it was the most desolate place I had ever seen. It was once a Boeing factory and had been abandoned for many years.

I’m not the type of person who actively seeks out these types of projects. When Boeing left here 12 years ago, they asked me if I wanted to buy this site. They offered $12 million, and I just laughed it off. It was so expensive, and it was not the direction God had planned for me at the time.

However, when the Lord said to me, “Now is the time,” I said to the Lord, “Lord, do it yourself!” Because I clearly saw that these apostolic glory centers must mature before 2026. If by 2026, these Apostolic Glory Centers are still stuck in the church model of the previous season instead of starting to develop a new spiritual structure, then we will be in a serious crisis, because I have been working with the underground church in China since the 80s, and I know how critical the establishment of these Apostolic Centers is in this era.

The Lord began to reveal to me how these centers should develop, and I have explored these visions in several books. I thought to myself that since I was already traveling for missions, I had no burden to develop these centers. This Boeing factory has been abandoned for 12 years and the land has become desolate. I sent out a prayer team to start praying for this vision, and the next day I received a call from a stranger. “Would you like to come and see this Boeing factory? We know you’ve taken over a whole block in Denton, Texas, and I know you’re growing. Would you consider this site?”

I immediately knew it was an act of God, so I headed to the place. As I walked into the building, God arranged another wonderful thing. A man from Houston just walked in and said to me, “We just want to get rid of this building, and if you are willing to take it over, we will sell it for $2.6 million.” It was a 268,000 square foot building with 31 acres of land. The price was very attractive, and I had a dream that God was going to lead us to a new place. When I got there and walked into the building, it was the most desolate place I had ever seen, with signs of snakes everywhere.

The building has had many legal entanglements over the years. A man approached and walked in with me. He said, “They called me from Houston.” I said to him, “If you can resolve all the legal issues, I will pay you double the price for it. You buy it first, resolve all the legal issues, and then I will take over.” I thought to myself, this is still a crazy decision. This building is located next to Route 35, a prime location. That’s how we ended up buying it for $5 million.

At that time, we already owned a piece of land in the north of Denton, and after 12 years of hard management of this building and land, looking back now, I really don’t want to go back to that moment. I looked at my wife, and the Lord said to me, “You are not just going to start a church here. You are going to start with a garden, just like I did. When you understand my garden, you will move into this building.” I thought to myself, “Lord, I am either losing my mind or I am walking a path that has never been traveled before.”

I took my wife to see it and said to her, “Look, this is the most desolate, worst land you have ever seen, but it is going to be cultivated into a prayer garden for Israel.” She asked, “How?” I said, “You and the Lord can do it. I have such great faith in you that I know you can do it.”

It was the hottest year in Texas history. Fifty of us moved into a small office on the property, which is where the prayer room is now. We began to pray, and we prayed every day, sometimes for seven days at a time according to the Lord’s instructions. I left my wife to work outside in this desolate and hot land. Sometimes I’m not sure if we’re praying for the land or if we’re asking the Lord to protect me from being killed by her, but we pray anyway.

I have to tell you, there was absolutely no sign of rain, and in this sweltering heat we came to the heart of the garden, and the first thing we built was a threshing floor. On the seventh day, we stood in the middle of the garden and began to pray, and suddenly, rain poured down, but only on the garden, not even on the buildings. I said, “Lord, You must teach us something we never knew!”

Three Years of New Journey

I say these words for a reason, in the next three years we must learn to follow the Lord in a whole new way . We have to learn things that we didn’t know before, and you’re going to have to look at things in a whole new way. You search for one thing, and your answer will reveal itself in a way you have never seen before.

We are entering a supernatural three-year season that will transcend anything we have experienced in the Charismatic Movement, the Third Wave Movement, the Jesus People Movement, the Azusa Revival. We are entering a three-year season of supernatural development among God’s people.

So we’re going to walk in it and be trained to speak in faith, which is what the Lord is saying to us. He says, “Look back at the prophecy and the calling that has brought you to this point. What brought you into the Kingdom of God? How did you get here? Why are you here today?” Think back to the times when God has met you. Relive those times because they are extremely important. “Revisiting” means that you are preparing for a moment that has not yet arrived. You are bringing what happened in the realization of past seasons into the present and projecting it into the future through revisiting it.

This is the key to our becoming a prophetic people. God is not bound by time, and we are made in His image, and He is the same yesterday, today, and forever. So we have, present and future. In Hebrew, “future” means “expected outcome . ” You have an unfulfilled expectation in your stirred heart, and many people are trapped in a time period of the past because of trauma, and their vision is limited by past trauma. But God said, “I am the unchanging God. If you will seek me, I can bring your past to you, stand you in the middle of it, realign it, and stretch it into the future. I can reveal visions you have never seen before.”

Acts 17 says, “God determined beforehand the times and boundaries of men.” I know I had to be here today because you are moving into the future. Every one of you who is here today, God has led you here to Phoenix because there is going to be an explosion of glory here, and He has decided that you should be a part of it.

He has brought you here today because He has predetermined your years and boundaries, and this destiny is closely related to your vision. Helps you to be in the right place at the right time, and all of a sudden He will expand your vision and say, “I brought you here today because I’m expanding your vision. I brought you to this home of mine today because the vision of this place has been expanded. You need to develop it so that I can expand it further.”

The Lord said, “I have brought you here today to take you into a realm you have never seen. I have brought you here today to tell you that I have brought you through restoration and restoration, and now I want to lead you into expansion and breakthrough. I want to tell you that the Spirit of God is here.”

The Lord said, “ I started a prophetic movement in Phoenix, and now I am going to cause a prophetic movement to break out of Phoenix. ”

Place your hands on your heart now as you enter into the moment of vision expansion, the future provision is already there. Declare now, “My provision is waiting for me in the future.”

I cannot hold this meeting at my place and must come here to hear the word of the Lord and expand the vision. I have to be in the right place at the right time so that I can ensure that I am expanded and my vision is expanded. This means that if I am at the right place at the right time today, I can unlock my future provision, and that’s why we have to make an offering to seal everything that God says today.

I am declaring now, “Our vision of expansion is being unlocked.”

I declare, “We are entering the next three years into a new level of harvest.”

I declare, “As we give today, our supplies for the next season are being unlocked.” Let us thank God together and rejoice in all He has done!

“Barry, tell My people that the sifting is well underway!
My people have prayed.  My people have fasted for revival to come and yet they do not recognize when I come, or how I come. I am not just coming into their nice little church gathering.  I am coming to save your nations.  For when I come, it is like a refiner’s fire and a launderer’s soap.

For centuries there have been things My people have tried to blame on the devil when it was I moving among My people.  Evil kings and empires have been built and have been deeply rooted into the land.  Pawns in the hands of evil powers and principalities.

The enemies plan to kill, steal and destroy have not changed – nor have My plans changed!  For I have come to bring life and life abundantly!

My people have been greatly deceived and have lost their way serving the kingdom of self rather than serving Me and My Kingdom.

Heaven is My home, and the earth is My footstool, who has prepared My resting place?  Who has made room for Me?  You have put Me in your little boxes, thinking that you have Me figured out.

I tell you today that you do not know Me as well as you would like to think you do.  The days of playing games are coming to an end.  The wells that you draw from that are not from Me I am about to dry up. You have drawn from wells that leave you still thirsting.  Those wells will never satisfy the thirst in you that only I can quench.

For those who insist on resisting Me and My ways to maintain your little kingdoms I can assure you My fire shall blow through and the gold I have put in you shall be refined and shall remain. Anything else has to go.

Let Me ask you these questions and answer Me if you can.

• • • Why do you do the things you do?
    • Do you do them mindful of Me in anyway?
    • Do you follow and worship Me out of love and adoration, or do you come looking for what is in it for you?
    • Are you just looking for another ‘hit’, a spiritual and emotional high or are you coming in a spirit of love, honesty, truth, and pure worship?
    • What is it in your heart and spirit that encumbers you from coming to Me in a posture of reverence and abandoned authentic worship?

I desire you to live your life as worship unto Me, not just in your little boxes. The earth cries out for the manifest sons and daughters of Mine to rise up and take their place.  As you do, I promise you this, I will meet with you, and I will not disappoint you!  You shall see favor upon favor go before you.  You will see supernatural signs, wonders, miracles, and revival breakout in the land!  It will be much more than a few goosebumps!

Now let Me be clear, I am King above all kings.  I am Lord above all lords.  There are none above Me, nor will there ever be now or forever more.

“I am shaking governments like never before.  I am shaking the nations like never before.  I am bringing you into freedom.  The Babylonian systems that have ruled you are being shaken apart.  Ishtar is coming down!  The perversion that has embedded itself throughout the earth is being displaced and driven out.

What is coming and what is being released will turn your stomach when you see it.  What has been done unto My children will be dealt with.  My justice and vengeance is at hand.  I am releasing My Ecclesia to take back the ground the enemy has taken as they walk close with Me.

Let it also be known; I am taking out Moloch!  The thirst for blood and power is about to be cut off, the sacrifice of innocent babies, children, men and women is going to be exposed on a scale no one has ever imagined possible!

The evil kings, regimes and occult are going to be exposed for the world to see.  For they have ungodly alliances and gain their evil power by the shedding of innocent blood unto Moloch.  I am cutting off the supply chains they count on!  My hand of protection and grace rests upon those I have chosen, gifted, and empowered to lead the charge.

Remember, first and foremost it is a spiritual battle, and the victory is in the hands of My people through weaponized prayer and fasting, providing spiritual air support for those on the ground called by My name.

My people must examine their hearts and lives, for if there is any wicked way within them, they will not be able to walk into battle in confidence and authority if they are compromised by these ones—Baal, Ishtar or Moloch.  In fact, they themselves will be at risk.  Where the enemy holds legal rights in My people there must be repentance and turning unto Me.  For I shed My blood to free them, cleanse them and My body was broken to heal them.

So, turn to Me today so I can wash you, cleanse you and make you whole and break these demonic strongholds off of you.  For I am looking for a Bride without out a spot or wrinkle.

I have made the way, I am ready and waiting, it is up to you to get ready.  For I cannot resist My beautiful Bride as a bridegroom can’t resist his bride on that day of covenant marriage!

“Barry, tell My people that My wrath is not against them, but in fact My wrath is coming to take out any darkness that is in them and that besets them.  My love for them does not diminish in the midst of their pain and brokenness.  It only increases as I desire the best for My children.  My love never fails!  Freedom is advancing!  Justice is taking her seat!  Healing is coming through the nations!  A new era is upon you!  You will see how great and mysterious are My ways!”

US Economic Update

“My God will supply all your needs according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus.” (Philippians 4:19)

The Lord blesses the nations that accept Him as their God. We should always remember that God is good and His will is to prosper us, not to harm us. However, continued sin and neglect of Him and His laws will lead to consequences that will become evident in our daily lives.

We have seen this happen before, with its economic consequences, most recently in 2008. Then the economy recovered and everything was going well until the COVID-19 pandemic hit the world. All of the decisions the United States made during its recovery have led to fairly severe inflation over the past few years. Inflation is expected to exceed 8% by December 2022. While inflation has begun to ease, many people are feeling financial pressures, and we are only now beginning to feel some relief in some areas.

A few days ago, I began to worry that the United States might enter a recession in the fall of 2025. A recession usually occurs after a period of strong inflation, and many factors can lead to a recession. But the most fundamental reason is that people have lost confidence in the economy. They stop spending and investing, causing the economy to stagnate. The main result of a recession is that businesses slow down and start laying off employees, which leads to an increase in unemployment, creating a negative cycle that is difficult to break.

Current Considerations

Inflation is slowing, with the overall inflation rate falling to 2.8%. While some items, like eggs, remain expensive, housing and transportation costs have fallen in recent months and grocery prices are falling overall, which is good news for residents. The U.S. trade deficit was $918 billion last year, and major adjustments must be made to prevent severe economic bleeding (the U.S. national debt is currently over $33 trillion). We are at a tipping point where, if we don’t act, the country will be unable to function and could even fall into a severe recession.

The Trump administration is taking various steps to prevent this from happening, one of which is to correct trade imbalances. For example, the United States has a $171.8 billion trade deficit with Mexico and $45 billion with Canada. The largest deficit comes from China, reaching $295.4 billion in 2024. President Trump is trying to stop the United States from sliding into an economic abyss, which has led to a tariff war. Unfortunately, this has also understandably caused tremendous tension between the United States and its neighbors.

To the less knowledgeable, President Trump’s decisions may appear arbitrary; President Trump is working to adjust tariff policies that have long been unfavorable to the United States. This tariff imbalance causes businesses to move to other countries with lower production costs. Tariff changes can attract American companies to return and balance import and export costs. However, if U.S. exports slow, increased tariffs could lead to higher prices and layoffs. You can follow tariff news here.

This is a negotiation, so tariffs may fluctuate. The good news worth noting is that steel manufacturing may return to the United States. The United States was once the world’s largest steel producer, and this will be a big help, but it will take time.

This trade war has created a lot of instability, so we need a lot of prayer. Any effort to adjust America’s trade imbalance will undoubtedly cause resentment in other countries. Basically we are faced with a dilemma: in order to reduce the US trade deficit and prevent a recession, other countries’ economic income may suffer.

PRAYER POINTS

No matter how the world situation changes, we must always respond with faith. We know the Lord, and we can help others know Him during these turbulent times. Hold fast to this passage: “Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways on earth acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths.” (Prov. 3:5-6) We should not fear, and should pray that business leaders will not panic and overreact to the problems and uncertainties of a trade war.

If companies begin to lay off employees on a large scale, it will lead to reduced consumer spending and weakened consumer behavior, deepening the economic recession.

Pray that the Fed is ready to lower interest rates to stabilize the situation, as a tariff war could lead to severe financial instability.

Pray that the Lord will guide President Trump, his cabinet members, and advisors so that they will have wisdom in formulating tariff policies. May these policies not only be reasonable, but also benefit the United States, create a win-win solution for other countries, and bring stability to the world. God respects all nations.

Will there be a recession in the fall of 2025? Economic adviser Jerry Tuma thinks it will happen, and I feel like it could happen. We need to stand in the gap and intercede, asking the Lord to stop this recession. If this is unavoidable, make sure it is relatively brief (a few months) and the impact is not too dramatic.

Changes in the U.S. economy can affect many countries around the world. Pray for the members of the U.S. Congress who write laws that will influence the moral direction of the nation and ultimately other nations around the world. It is not too early to ask the Lord to prepare those who will serve, so start praying now for the November 2026 midterm elections. Watch out for Iran, build a protective shield for the US

Last weekend, the United States launched an offensive against the Houthi rebels in Yemen, an Iran-backed group that has long been an enemy of Israel and the Americans. They call themselves the “Protectors of Gaza.” During the Gaza War, they not only attacked Israel, but also attacked American and other countries’ ships in the Red Sea. They restricted trade routes in the Red Sea, causing billions of dollars in losses to many countries.

The United States is closely watching Iran’s response as the Houthis are backed by Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps’ Quds Force. “Iran will not start a war, but if anyone threatens us, we will respond appropriately, decisively and decisively,” Iranian Revolutionary Guard Commander-in-Chief Hossein Salami said on Saturday. We should continue to watch Israel’s interactions with Iran; if Israel decides (whether or not as a result of President Trump’s negotiations) to destroy Iranian weapons and facilities, it would have a huge impact on the global economy. Iran is bound to retaliate, and one possible way is to block the Strait of Hormuz, which is the passage for more than 20% of the world’s oil supply.

According to CBN News, on March 13, President Trump attempted to negotiate a peace agreement with Iran. He sent a letter to Iran through the United Arab Emirates, but Iran’s Supreme Leader Amenei rejected the offer. “I think this is just an attempt to deceive national opinion, to say that we want dialogue, peace, to stop the war, but Iran is not ready to negotiate,” he said.

Iran recently met with its Chinese and Russian foreign ministers in Beijing and released a statement on March 14 regarding Iran and its plans and its relationship with the United States. The statement said, “Iran’s nuclear activities are purely for peaceful purposes.” Although there are many signs that Tehran has restarted its nuclear weapons program, according to the International Atomic Energy Agency, Iran currently has enough highly enriched uranium to produce six nuclear weapons.

Recently, some people have shared with us their dreams in which they saw Iran attacking the US mainland. When this type of information comes from so many sources, we take it seriously and would rather be alert and pray than ignore these warnings. But at the same time, we must remember not to let fear take over our hearts. We believe that any threat can be averted through prayer and faith.

• Pray for the overthrow of the Iranian regime : It is indeed frightening to think that Iran has weapons and weapons, especially when the groups they support, such as the Houthis, are able to attack Israel, international merchant ships, and U.S. troops stationed in the Middle East. We must remind ourselves of God’s will, be strong and courageous, and do not be afraid, because your God will come to destroy your enemies and He will come to save you. Israel may decide to overthrow the Iranian regime because Iran is their biggest enemy. Please pray about this, it was a clean surgical strike with little peripheral damage. It is of utmost importance that this conflict be limited to Israel and Iran, without involving other world powers.
• Cover America with prayers from any form of terrorist attack . Pray for God’s protection over your community, city, county, and state, especially for infrastructure such as the electric grid, transportation systems, waterways, and government agencies. Ask the Lord to help you see the weaknesses in your area and not miss any openings.
• Pray for peace in Jerusalem and throughout the Middle East . The Lord is not willing that any should perish, but our enemies seek to steal, kill, and destroy. It is Satan’s work to bring destruction, we must stand on God’s side and pray for supernatural intervention so that many people will experience Him in this land and come to Christ for the future of our country!

Recently, I heard the Lord say, ‘Arise, arise, arise in divine defiance towards that which is trying to hold you back.’

When the Lord spoke these words the sense of RESISTANCE against many was SO strong. But as I leaned into the Lord and listened to His heart, I heard these words:

‘There is great resistance coming against many right now that is attempting to stop you from moving into that which I am leading you into. I say unto you, that as you ARISE IN DIVINE DEFIANCE towards that which is trying to hold you back, you will see that by My Spirit, I am turning that which is trying to stop you into RESISTANCE TRAINING and that which is going to catapult you further into all I have for you.’

When the Lord spoke these words, it reminded me of when the Lord first spoke to me a number of years ago to start boxing. He said to me that when I would start boxing and in the resistance training, He would strengthen me physically and He would meet me deeply. In that season He taught me MUCH about endurance and in the resistance, the STRENGTHENING that comes forth.

The sense surrounded me so strongly that there would be a temptation not to arise and push in this hour and to allow one’s mind and heart to be overcome by the resistance, but the Lord is calling those in this place of facing intense resistance to arise in DIVINE DEFIANCE to this resistance.

As I continued to seek the Lord’s heart, I heard:

‘My people, do not entertain or align with the resistance that is pushing hard against you. I am calling you to arise in divine defiance to that which is attempting to resist you and intimidate you.

Arise in divine defiance IN FAITH. My people, pay attention to the areas where you are facing most resistance for right now, for there is a mighty inheritance and a greater partnership with My Spirit awaiting you in these areas. For many of you, you will have to overcome fear, you will have to come out of hiding, you will have to stop dancing with intimidation and allowing it to steal your voice. It’s time to arise and take back that which I have promised you.

‘I say unto you, that there is a great and mighty increase of the winds of change that are blowing in those areas where resistance is attempting to set up camp in your lives. I say unto you, that as you arise in ferocious faith in this hour, in divine defiance against the resistance, you will find yourselves partnering with a move of My Spirit that is greater than you realised. I am opening up the unexpected. I say unto you, that there are new spaces of occupation and inheritance that are before many of you and there is great resistance that is attempting to hinder you from apprehending that which I have promised you.

‘I say unto you, that you must stand and ferociously push against the darkness that is attempting to cause many of you to remain withdrawn and hidden. I say unto you, that this is the hour where I am causing you to arise and take back that which is yours. For there will be great strengthening, great restoration, great healing and great recompense AS YOU ARISE in this hour. I say unto you, that there are giants that are attempting to cause you to withdraw from that which I have for you right now. But I say unto you, as you ARISE, STAND and PUSH BACK IN FAITH – in divine defiance to the resistance that is attempting to take many of you out and derail you – that you will find the greatest empowerment of My strength and the strengthening of endurance and your faith, in this hour, that you have ever experienced.

‘The enemy is trying to keep many of you in INACTIVITY, and I say unto you, that this is the time for you to ARISE and to MOBILISE. This is the hour for you to MOVE. This is the hour for you to MARCH FORTH and to OCCUPY. Watch, as you arise and step out, the move of My Spirit that you shall meet in your midst and the level of bold faith that I will baptise you in – as you step forth led by My Spirit.

‘I say unto you, do not be lured and soothed to sleep by the lullaby of fear and the lullaby of the enemy to keep you hidden. This is the hour where you must arise in the authority that I have given to you in Me, and you must ferociously TAKE WHAT IS YOURS. I say unto you, that in the resistance and in the TAKING in this hour, you are going to not only inherit and move into that which I have promised – on a scale that you have not even imagined or been able to comprehend – I am strengthening you for the days ahead. You MUST ARISE and you MUST MOVE.

‘I say unto you, My people, that when I SPEAK, I bring CLARITY. I say unto you, move OUT of the lands of confusion. Arise in DIVINE DEFIANCE against the confusion that is attempting to keep you hidden, bound and intimidated; and arise and defy the confusion and take the bold step of faith to move on that which I have spoken to you. For I say unto you, that there have been winds of confusion that have come against so many in this hour to keep you hidden, to keep you bound and to keep you intimidated; but the winds of CLARITY and the winds of My empowerment are increasing to empower you to ARISE and STAND.

‘I say unto you, that as you arise in divine defiance against the resistance that is coming against you, you will see PROVISION like you have not seen before. You will see an empowering strength, a physical provision, all that you need given to you in the increase of My grace upon what I am calling you to do and what I am calling you to apprehend by faith – to move into a greater level of partnering with Me in what I am doing in your midst and My Kingdom being extended.

‘My people, there are many that are shrinking back in this hour, and I am calling you by My Spirit to arise and to stand in bold faith and deep surrender in Me. To not only see mighty restoration come into your lives, but to see a great acceleration and entering into mighty works that I have planned to do in and through your lives in this season.

‘My people, you have to take it by faith. You have to apprehend it by faith. These are the days where you are going to see the greatest demonstrations of My power. These are the days of a mighty divine comeback, restoration and recompense for many. This is the hour of great visitation and I am calling you deeper into the place of NO TOLERANCE of anything that is opposite to My Word and that which I am speaking. I say unto you, that as you continue to draw close to Me in this hour, I am branding you with My fire in ways you have not experienced before. Cry out, cry out, cry out. I am branding you with a fresh fire that will see unbelief uprooted and new levels of faith increased as you draw close to Me and sit deeply in My Word.

‘I say unto you, that there are many who have had scales over their eyes in this season and I say unto you, “HERE COME MY FIRE! HERE COMES MY FIRE.” My fire will mark your eyes afresh with heavenly vision and deeper insight that you have ever known. Cry out for My fire on your eyes.

Cry out for My fire upon your eyes and you will see like you have never seen before. The enemy has come hard after the spiritual sight of many in this hour, and I say unto you, that as you come before Me in humility and cry out for the fire upon your eyes, WATCH as I open your eyes to see things you have never seen before.

‘Watch as I increase your spiritual insight, discernment and the ability to see in the Spirit that which is really taking place. Many in this hour have been so chained by the smoke and mirrors of the enemy, and I say unto you, NO MORE. NO more shall your vision be hindered as you seek Me and sit deeply in My Word. Such battle has taken place over your sight because of the level of DIVINE INSIGHT I am bringing you into.

Arise, My people, arising in divine defiance against the resistance and watch My empowering grace strengthen you and your faith in this hour to apprehend ALL that I have for you.’

Over the past few weeks, we’ve been going through the book of Acts and reviewing the history of the early Church. Luke methodically takes us through the growth and maturity of the Church. The wonderful thing about Acts is that it provides us with a Biblically based template of what an Awakening looks like and then we can stamp this template on our own timeline. We can see the importance of the impartations from the Spirit of the Lord and the impact these impartations made as the Church interacts within the confines of the world system.

Acts is full of excitement as it presents us with both a thrilling historical narrative and a rich spiritual account of the early Church; it’s really a wonderful read. There’s intrigue and nail-biting moments as we see God miraculously deliver His people from imprisonment, save them during shipwreck, give them grace as they endure beatings and imprisonments, and we even have the privilege to witness Jesus standing at Heaven’s Gate as He awaits Stephen’s entry as he is martyred for the sake of the Gospel.

In addition, we see the unbelievable courage and perseverance of the writers of the New Testament as these events come to life through the pages of Acts.

In keeping with that theme of courage and boldness, I’ve titled today’s message: “Casual Christians Need Not Apply.”

Today, we are going to focus on the arrests, interrogations, and imprisonments of Peter and John.

The first occurs after the lame man is healed at the gate beautiful. The second is after it’s discovered that they’ve continued preaching the name of Jesus despite the threats by the religious leaders to cease and desist.

First arrest:

Acts 4:1-18 (KJV)  

And as they spake unto the people, the priests, and the captain of the temple, and the Sadducees, came upon them, ² being grieved that they taught the people, and preached through Jesus the resurrection from the dead. ³ And they laid hands on them, and put them in hold unto the next day: for it was now eventide. ⁴ Howbeit many of them which heard the word believed; and the number of the men was about five thousand.

⁵ And it came to pass on the morrow, that their rulers, and elders, and scribes, ⁶ and Annas the high priest, and Caiaphas, and John, and Alexander, and as many as were of the kindred of the high priest, were gathered together at Jerusalem. ⁷ And when they had set them in the midst, they asked, By what power, or by what name, have ye done this? ⁸ Then Peter, filled with the Holy Ghost, said unto them, Ye rulers of the people, and elders of Israel, ⁹ if we this day be examined of the good deed done to the impotent man, by what means he is made whole; ¹⁰ be it known unto you all, and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom ye crucified, whom God raised from the dead, even by him doth this man stand here before you whole. ¹¹ This is the Stone which was set at nought of you builders, which is become the head of the corner. ¹² Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.

¹³ Now when they saw the boldness of Peter and John, and perceived that they were unlearned and ignorant men, they marveled; and they took knowledge of them, that they had been with Jesus. ¹⁴ And beholding the man which was healed standing with them, they could say nothing against it. ¹⁵ But when they had commanded them to go aside out of the council, they conferred among themselves, ¹⁶ saying, What shall we do to these men? for that indeed a notable miracle hath been done by them is manifest to all them that dwell in Jerusalem; and we cannot deny it. ¹⁷ But that it spread no further among the people, let us straitly threaten them, that they speak henceforth to no man in this name. ¹⁸ And they called them, and commanded them not to speak at all nor teach in the name of Jesus. 

Let’s briefly break this down:

• Peter and John pray for a lame man to be healed; he was.
• This serves as a catalyst to preach a powerful message to the people coming into the Temple; 5000 are saved.
• Peter and John are arrested.
• The interrogation provides opportunity to preach the Gospel to the religious leaders; instead of seeing or receiving the Truth, the leaders threaten them to not speak the name of Jesus any longer.

But why? These are supposed to be the highest-ranking members of the Jewish faith. Why are they opposed? Who are the rulers involved? Acts 4:5-6 tell us who was present.

• Elders
• Scribes
• Sadducees
• Annas the high priest
• Caiaphas, John, Alexander and other family members of the high priest.

Luke writes of these same leaders in the Gospel of Luke 22:47-52 who interrogate Jesus. Only months earlier, just prior to His passion, this same group of people interrogated, and brutally beat, Jesus. In fact, we read in Luke’s account that Peter, who followed discretely, was challenged and ultimately denied he knew the Lord that night. Witnessing this much brutality must have been too much for him and likely provoked a great deal of fear for his own safety. John stood as close to Jesus as possible while He endured this horrific punishment for our sins.

Peter and John were now face to face with Jesus’s accusers. As they stood there, they had to be experiencing flashbacks of watching Jesus’ interrogation. Months earlier, they saw such a brutal beating of the Lord, the flaying of His flesh, the ripping of His beard from His face and ultimately, His crucifixion. Faced with the same possibility, what would they do? How would they respond? Would they cower at the prospect of similar brutality? Or would they rise up with the courage and faith that God opened this door for a witness?

Acts 4:19-22 (KJV)

But Peter and John answered and said unto them, Whether it be right in the sight of God to hearken unto you more than unto God, judge ye. ²⁰ For we cannot but speak the things which we have seen and heard. ²¹ So when they had further threatened them, they let them go, finding nothing how they might punish them, because of the people: for all men glorified God for that which was done. ²² For the man was above forty years old, on whom this miracle of healing was shewed.

Yes! This is the record of Peter’s courage in the face of adversity! His redeeming moment in the Scriptures! It also serves as a defining moment in the early Church! Empowered by the Holy Spirit, he and John stood boldly before this council and declared “we cannot BUT speak the things which we have seen and heard!”

Acts 4:23-31 (KJV)

²³ And being let go, they went to their own company, and reported all that the chief priests and elders had said unto them. ²⁴ And when they heard that, they lifted up their voice to God with one accord, and said, Lord, thou art God, which hast made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and all that in them is: ²⁵ who by the mouth of thy servant David hast said, Why did the heathen rage, and the people imagine vain things? ²⁶ The kings of the earth stood up, and the rulers were gathered together against the Lord, and against his Christ. ²⁷ For of a truth against thy holy child Jesus, whom thou hast anointed, both Herod, and Pontius Pilate, with the Gentiles, and the people of Israel, were gathered together, ²⁸ for to do whatsoever thy hand and thy counsel determined before to be done. ²⁹ And now, Lord, behold their threatenings: and grant unto thy servants, that with all boldness they may speak thy word, ³⁰ by stretching forth thine hand to heal; and that signs and wonders may be done by the name of thy holy child Jesus.

Peter and John return to the Church. Not to cry and receive blankies and condolences for their suffering, but to boldly proclaim the truth of the Gospel and the privilege they had to speak to the very people who tried, convicted, and crucified Jesus!

Not only that, but they also pray corporately for more boldness to speak His Word! MORE boldness that might get them arrested! MORE boldness to pray for the sick so that signs and wonders may be done in the name of Jesus! These are not casual Christians who hide their Bible or shy away from sharing the Gospel, they are bold men of God born with a destiny to live and die for the sake of the Gospel!

The Lord’s response to their prayer was clear:

Acts 4:31

³¹ And when they had prayed, the place was shaken where they were assembled together; and they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and they spake the word of God with boldness.

Peter and John’s actions serve as an example of what we are supposed to be doing today. We are to be bold as lions! Why? Because we are not called to be casual Christians. We are called out of the world and into His Kingdom work. We are called to embrace the discomfort of speaking truth and trusting God to give us the boldness to walk through the challenges when the opportunity arises!

This was a pivotal moment for the Apostles. If they buckled under the pressure exerted by the very people that sentenced and carried out the crucifixion of Jesus, the Gospel message would have been suppressed. The message of salvation would never have made it beyond Jerusalem. The rulers tried again and again to put that light out, but these men were born for this time, and the Awakening was spreading like wildfire!

As Christians, we often think that we will stand up and boldly declare the Gospel in times of persecution, but if we have not been people of the Word and people of prayer, we will buckle under the weight of oppression and be crushed under the burden of persecution. We need the boldness and courage that only time with Him and His Word will grant us.

Second Time Interrogation

So, that was the first time they were taken before the council, let’s look at the second time:

Again, Luke deals with both the inner workings of this explosion of the early Church and then he deals with the Church in respect to outsiders. He will use the first half of Acts 5 to deal within the Church when it comes to Annanias and Saphira; the couple who sold their property and tried to deceive the Apostles about the amount they were given. This was not just about them withholding a portion of the funds, this is about the deceit that the enemy was attempting to bring into the Church. Again, this was pivotal, God had to nip corruption and potential for it in the bud on the spot. There was enough corruption in the religious sects, He did not want this in His Church.

The result of this moment is given in Acts 5:11

¹¹ And great fear came upon all the church, and upon as many as heard these things.

Why is this an important line?

We have become too casual in our walk with God. In the casual handling of our purpose in this life, we have put the Lord, the Creator God, the One the Bible says decrees when the sun and the moon will rise and fall, the one who can hold the ocean in the palm of His hands, the One who sent His Son to be the Sacrificial Lamb, in this position of either very casual relationship or in more of a “break glass in case of emergency” status. We only call upon Him when we need something. We do not honor God as the One who sent His Perfect and Holy Son to die for our sins. We don’t even acknowledge our sin. Too often, we are more comfortable with sin than we are with the Holiness of God. We flippantly say of our sin “it’s under the blood, not to worry…” when our lack of repentance prevents that very thing from becoming truth.

We don’t see our sin—“sin” is that which separates us from God—and cry out “brethren, what can we do?!” as those men did who heard the message on Pentecost. Our hearts are not pierced, and we do not turn from that sin.

This results in greater fear of man than fear of our Holy God. So, when given the opportunity to stand for Him, we don’t have the courage or the boldness that only He can grant us to stand.

Peter, John, and the Apostles feared God, and that’s why He used them the way He did, right in the middle of the current religious system… Not long after this, we see Peter and John back at the temple.

Acts 5:12-21

¹² And by the hands of the apostles were many signs and wonders wrought among the people; (and they were all with one accord in Solomon’s porch. ¹³ And of the rest durst no man join himself to them: but the people magnified them. ¹⁴ And believers were the more added to the Lord, multitudes both of men and women.) ¹⁵ Insomuch that they brought forth the sick into the streets, and laid them on beds and couches, that at the least the shadow of Peter passing by might overshadow some of them. ¹⁶ There came also a multitude out of the cities round about unto Jerusalem, bringing sick folks, and them which were vexed with unclean spirits: and they were healed every one.

¹⁷ Then the high priest rose up, and all they that were with him, (which is the sect of the Sadducees,) and were filled with indignation, ¹⁸ and laid their hands on the apostles, and put them in the common prison. ¹⁹ But the angel of the Lord by night opened the prison doors, and brought them forth, and said, ²⁰ Go, stand and speak in the temple to the people all the words of this life. ²¹ And when they heard that, they entered into the temple early in the morning, and taught.

Again, here’s another pivotal moment for Peter, John and several other Apostles, would they obey or flee? Last time it was a verbal assault, this time it’s imprisonment for the night, next time… will that bring brutal beatings? Will they too be crucified?

Acts 5: 21-24

But the high priest came, and they that were with him, and called the council together, and all the senate of the children of Israel, and sent to the prison to have them brought. ²² But when the officers came, and found them not in the prison, they returned, and told, ²³ saying, The prison truly found we shut with all safety, and the keepers standing without before the doors: but when we had opened, we found no man within. ²⁴ Now when the high priest and the captain of the temple and the chief priests heard these things, they doubted of them whereunto this would grow.

Okay, now things are really heating up! The leaders are fearful, their very existence as religious leaders are being threatened by this wave of unprecedented miracles occurring right before their eyes and they could have none of that disrupting their order or their positions within that order! These common men, Galileans at that, were now eloquent speakers who spoke of the very man that these leaders crucified as the Source of their power to pray for the sick and see them healed. How can this be?!? And now, these men are missing from a locked and guarded prison! How can this be?!?

Acts 5:25-33

²⁵ Then came one and told them, saying, Behold, the men whom ye put in prison are standing in the temple, and teaching the people. ²⁶ Then went the captain with the officers, and brought them without violence: for they feared the people, lest they should have been stoned.

²⁷ And when they had brought them, they set them before the council: and the high priest asked them, ²⁸ saying, Did not we straitly command you that ye should not teach in this name? and, behold, ye have filled Jerusalem with your doctrine, and intend to bring this man’s blood upon us.

²⁹ Then Peter and the other apostles answered and said, We ought to obey God rather than men. ³⁰ The God of our fathers raised up Jesus, whom ye slew and hanged on a tree. ³¹ Him hath God exalted with his right hand to be a Prince and a Saviour, for to give repentance to Israel, and forgiveness of sins. ³² And we are his witnesses of these things; and so is also the Holy Ghost, whom God hath given to them that obey him.

³³ When they heard that, they were cut to the heart, and took counsel to slay them.

Remember the last group who were cut to the heart repented. That’s the piercing I spoke about three weeks ago. When we are cut, what’s inside the cut oozes out. If it’s a healthy area, blood rushes out and it needs to be sutured, if it’s infected, well, that oozes out and needs to be cleaned up as well. At times, it may even need to be left open so it can properly drain out the infection. Remember that… if it oozes out with a cry “what shall we do” there’s still hope. This group, however, has no intention of repenting. When their hearts are pierced, rage oozes out. The religious system is in jeopardy—and these leaders were NOT going to allow these men and their message to jeopardize that effort!

Now, Peter and the other apostles, empowered by the Spirit of the Lord because they’d maintained relationship with Him, carried an understanding of His will and His ways. They knew the Lord raised them up as defenders of the faith to take the Church to the next level on this eternal journey. Because of this, they were able to stand their ground and boldly proclaim: “we out to obey God rather than men!” Peter and John have seen this trial before, and it ended in Jesus’ crucifixion. Death was a very real possibility here, but every time they overcome the persecution, they are granted greater boldness for the next round of interrogation. This time however, the same leaders are taking counsel to slay them. Is their commitment strong enough to sustain them? Yes, they would be willing to face death if need be!

It’s as I said, “Casual Christians need not apply,” they must stand for truth, every time, even if they perish.

This is so exciting to read, God is birthing a new thing in the earth, every pivotal moment is being captured by Luke in his account, and this is indeed a pivotal moment! Defenders of the faith arise!

Now that they stood their ground, God raised up a defender right in the middle of their accusers:

Acts 5:34-39

³⁴ Then stood there up one in the council, a Pharisee, named Gamaliel, a doctor of the law, had in reputation among all the people, and commanded to put the apostles forth a little space; ³⁵ and said unto them, Ye men of Israel, take heed to yourselves what ye intend to do as touching these men. ³⁶ For before these days rose up Theudas, boasting himself to be somebody; to whom a number of men, about four hundred, joined themselves: who was slain; and all, as many as obeyed him, were scattered, and brought to nought. ³⁷ After this man rose up Judas of Galilee in the days of the taxing, and drew away much people after him: he also perished; and all, even as many as obeyed him, were dispersed. ³⁸ And now I say unto you, Refrain from these men, and let them alone: for if this counsel or this work be of men, it will come to nought: ³⁹ but if it be of God, ye cannot overthrow it; lest haply ye be found even to fight against God.

This was the mercy of God, and I’m sure, as we’ve seen before in Acts, that there was a group of people back at a house somewhere praying for them throughout this crisis.

The response to Gamaliel’s wisdom. Paul himself records that he sat under Gamaliel’s teaching. It is likely, that in the midst of these private talks between the elders, Paul was present. He was a pharisee of the pharisees remember. He probably filled in the blanks as Luke writes this account.

Acts 5:40-42

⁴⁰ And to him they agreed: and when they had called the apostles, and beaten them, they commanded that they should not speak in the name of Jesus, and let them go.

The Greek here for beaten means skinned. This was not a light matter, they were beaten so badly with whips, their flesh began to fall from their body.

Yet… verse 41 tells us:

⁴¹ And they departed from the presence of the council, rejoicing that they were counted worthy to suffer shame for his name. ⁴² And daily in the temple, and in every house, they ceased not to teach and preach Jesus Christ.

How many of us would rejoice? How many would continue to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ right in the middle of the Temple Mount? How many of us recognize the time is short, and the need for believers to press into God and fearlessly preach His holy name has never been greater than it is today? How many of us realize that the reason we are here today, in this hour, is by Divine appointment? This moment we are living in today is every bit a pivotal moment as Acts 4 and 5 were to the very foundation of the Church.

We are praying for a Nation to be saved from the grip of the Cabal. Why? I know some are just waiting for the Lord’s return. Others are crying out for judgment on this land so they can high-tail it out of here. But God has different plans for this nation. There’s a whole generation looking for answers, yearning for something to ignite a fire within them, a sense of purpose and hope. An entire generation of broken-hearted youngsters, the fatherless, the wanderers, the activists, they have yet to be saved and have their hearts ignited by God. They don’t want a faith that is casual, they want the fire of God to pierce their hearts and forever transform them!

On Wednesday 11/30/22 I awoke from a dream that speaks to this very thing:

Revolution through the Word

I dreamt I was staying in a community arena. At first it appeared to be a hotel, but then as time progressed, I saw a community coming together. It became quite large but remained a tightly knit community complex.

I was in a small apartment in the center of this complex which gave me the opportunity to oversee the whole complex from my apartment.

There were people of all ages, and all races involved however, there were two that really stood out in the dream—black and Asian. Then there were the youth… the precious youth.

The were coming to my apartment throughout the day with Bible in hand to ask questions about the Word.

When I saw them, I could see chains that had once been on their minds keeping them bound in deception. They were filling those places where chains once occupied with His Word. They would read and then come to me and ask if this was true and then ask for greater detail, for revelation, for understanding. They were devouring the Word, night and day, allowing it to fill their hearts and minds with truth. They were absorbing the Word and it was transforming their souls.

Two black men:

The first was a very tall basketball player who kept coming to see me. He was so tall he had to duck to enter the threshold of my home. His feet were huge, two times the length of mine. He was so humble, his first visit he was sheepish, he would ask about verses, whole passages of Scripture and then leave. Every time he came, he stood closer to me, courage was welling up within him to ask about the deeper things in the Word, and then he would leave with greater joy and hope. The last time I saw him before I awoke, he was bounding with joy over what God was doing through the Word.

The second man was an educator. He was much shorter than the first man, but he was dressed in a very nice jacket, with a bowtie and wore glasses commonly seen in the 70s. He himself was highly educated with several degrees. He too came and went, having devoured chapters and even entire books of the Bible, but he wanted to know more, to have Truth enter every area of his soul. He kept saying, “for all my education… I just didn’t know. I was so deceived; His Word is everything…”

The Youth:  The youth came in great numbers, they were so exciting to watch as they developed and grew in God tremendously each day. Their ages ranged from about 4 to 11. They were so excited about the Word. They all had Bibles, and like the others, they devoured the passages on the pages. As they opened their Bible, I could see the passages they’d devoured. When they looked up at me, I saw light coming from their eyes. Each day, that light grew brighter and brighter as the Word of God burst within them.

The Asian families:  There were several groups of Asian people who would come and see me. They were in groups of 5-8. They clustered together and moved almost as one. They had huge smiles on their faces every encounter and like the children, I could see the passages of Scriptures they’d consumed since the last time I’d seen them. Light began to pour out of their eyes and even as they spoke, I could see the Word filled them up to capacity for that day.

Watching each of these precious people come into the wonder of God’s Word was a remarkable thing to behold.

I spoke to Mom about this and she told me that many years ago the Lord told her that the Revival that’s coming will be a Revival that encompasses a revelation of the Word unlike anything we’ve ever seen.

This brought me back to the Word the Lord spoke to me 11/26/22.

Revolution through His Word

I am stirring the Spirit of Revelation within those who seek My face. This is part of the Revolution that will occur in Ecclesia, in Government, and finance. I will open the eyes of the blind, speak into deaf ears, and give those bound the ability to RUN!

I saw Him stirring His Spirit of Revelation within His people, unlocking Mysteries of His Kingdom with deep Revelation from His Word.

This will be Acts book two, where new levels of His Kingdom poured out upon the people. Jew and Gentile received the revelation of the Gospel and Believed. Their eyes opened to His Spirit, prepared to seek Him, to live for Him, to die for Him. Wave upon wave poured out among the people uniting Jew and Gentile alike, bringing them into Covenant -the New Covenant.

Then I saw the faith of children stirring up the generations, they carried a special anointing and possessed a firm belief in what God is and will be doing in the earth. It was tangible, it appeared as a whirlwind and spiraled upward and through the generations capturing the heart and soul of young and old alike.

This is going to be a time of fierce warfare, but it’s not just to make America great again, we are fighting for the soul of the nation. We are fighting to set captives free! We are fighting for the release of God’s promises! This is going to be a season like nothing we’ve seen before! This is the revolution the Lord spoke of, this is the revival, and this my friends is the Awakening.

I close by reading an excerpt from an article in Christianity today about the Revivals occurring in their midst and the great need of the young people for this revival:

The Ohio State University holds a special place in my heart as we walk into 2025, not because I attended the school, but because, as a matter of fact, I did not. However, I do live in and absolutely love the state of Ohio. Truthfully, I have never been a die-hard fan of the Buckeyes, that is, until this year. I don’t believe I’m alone in this. When the The Ohio State Football team declared this as the “Jesus Won” year, I was all in. 

As someone who has experienced the radical change and spiritual revival of the heart that happens by coming into a relationship with Jesus, I couldn’t wait to see what would unfold in the hearts of this younger generation. Aside from what we have been seeing take place on social media, there is undeniable evidence that the Holy Spirit is moving in this place. Gen Z is hungry for truth, seeking an anchor to put their hope in, and ready to give their lives to the one person who can set them free. 

The Holy Spirit is stirring, and the revival is on fire. It has taken me back to my early days of walking with Jesus, reminding me of when I first experienced the darkness being taken over by light and new life was brought forth by God’s incredible grace. Seeing the football team and entire campus encountering revival ever since brings a great joy to my heart. I am thrilled to be witnessing it and honored to claim the title – a Buckeye! Jesus is winning over hearts, and the Good News of the gospel is spreading like wildfire. 

This message is entitled, “Casual Christians need not apply”, because today, especially today, our young people desperately want the fire these truths bring forth in the heart! God is going to heal their minds and when He does, they will be on fire for Him! When the revelation of God reaches their hearts, they will outpace and outrun the casual Christian so fast it will make everyone’s heads spin.

This is not the time for apathy or casual Christianity, no, it’s the time for emboldened believers to rise and run this race full speed ahead, just as we were created to do!

The question is, will we press in on their behalf? Will we be the example for them to follow? Will we stand against the enemy for them to receive the revelation of who Jesus is? Will we, in the face of adversity or persecution boldly declare Truth, and our obedience to God over man?

I can assure you this will get uglier before it is resolved. Just as the Left won’t give up, we who want to see America saved are also determined to win, and are positioned to do so. There is now a bold and patriotic man, whom the Left tried to humiliate and destroy for 10 years, by the way, leading one of our three branches of government. He has put together a team of gifted patriots determined to clean up our government, and they have patriots in Congress working with them. Most importantly of all, a majority of Americans support the process. This threefold cord – Trump and his team, some in Congress and the American people – is determined to save our nation and restore it to greatness and strength. And they are acutely aware that the process, like a radical surgery to remove a tumor, will be messy and painful. But they also know that the procedure is necessary, or the patient will die.

This trinity of reformers realizes that the Left in Congress will continue to fight, as will progressive, leftist judges. They know the propaganda and publicity arm of the swamp, the mainstream media, will also continue to fight, as will their indoctrination arm, the current education system. The Left is fighting for its political and ideological life, and will stop at nothing in attempts to maintain its power. Nothing.

We, the praying church, must stay informed and engaged. We must pray for our righteous leaders daily, releasing the spiritual force necessary to empower their natural efforts. This is a two-fold effort to save our nation and reposition it to its God-given destiny. We intercessors must war against spiritual forces, while they fight on the governmental and social fronts. The war must be waged in both realms.

As you pray, remember that we are not trying to “talk God into” doing this, but are implementing His chosen method, prayer, which releases His authority and power. I quote again the great Jack Hayford, who said: “Prayer is essentially a partnership of the redeemed child of God, working hand in hand with God, toward the realization of His redemptive purposes on the earth.”

I conclude with Christ’s instructions in Matthew 6:10, telling us to command His will to be done. “Be done” is the Greek word ginomai. The word means to be created, born, or come into existence; it is used when referencing Christ creating all things in John 1:3 and Hebrews 11:3. We get many of our “gen” words from this word: genus, genes, genetics, gender, genealogy, generation, etc. all having to do with reproduction. When Christ told us to command His will to be done, He was saying, “Command My will to be generated, to come into being for Me.”

Obviously, it is not our power that is released in order to accomplish this. It is, however, our voice. We are those through whom Christ works to accomplish His purposes on earth. Jesus is asking us to do for Him what He did for the Father while on earth. Christ said His works were actually those of His Father: “The Father in me, He doeth the works” (John 14:10). Though this was true, Jesus was the one doing the touching and speaking. He was the Father’s conduit. In our representation of Christ, the pattern is the same: He provides the authority, power and directions; we are His hands, feet and voice.

Don’t rely only on government officials to cleanse and restore our nation. Release the authority and power of Christ. According to Psalm 2, all nations are part of His inheritance, including America. Let’s make it happen!

Pray for Israel: A New Day for Gaza: Praying into the Possibilities

Over 500 days have passed of Israel’s full scale war with Hamas, not to mention Hezbollah, as well as ongoing contention with the Houthis and especially, Iran. It’s a sobering reality, but there is hope. A new future for Gaza may be on the horizon, one filled with fresh possibilities.

President Trump threatened that “all hell” would “break loose” against Hamas if all the hostages were not released on February 15. All the hostages were not all released, and all hell did not break loose.

As of now, we can only speculate why. Surely Israeli majority opinion demanding the captives’ return (alive) played a role, among other factors, in PM Netanyahu’s decision not to order a widespread attack. Netanyahu also announced that timing of any attack is strategic, relates to broader plans concerning Iran, and that “hell” still awaits.

Other than “hell,” what good might be in store for Gaza? And how can we effectively pray into it? A brief glance at history is instructive.

To go forward into the future, we can learn from Gaza’s past, millennia-long history

A moderately detailed, online search of the known history of Gaza indicates it has been inhabited since at least approximately 1500 BC, and quite possibly much earlier. The area has been ruled by the Avim (of unknown origin), Canaanites, Egyptians, Philistines, Assyrians, Persians, Greeks, Romans, Byzantines, possibly Cretans, and others. A good sized Christian presence was established in Gaza by the 3rd century, alongside strong pagan forms of worship that ran deep and have probably never been uprooted.

In the 7th century, Gaza fell to Islamic expansion under the vast Rashidun Caliphate. Much of its Christian community was obliterated.

Through history, Gaza has been destroyed over and again, if not by military conquest, then by natural means such as floods, earthquakes and at least two plagues. Although Gaza has enjoyed brief periods of peace and prosperity, particularly under Christian Byzantine rule, some historical sources say it never truly prospered or flourished as a stable, freedom loving entity for any significant period of time. (As is often the case with ancient history, some of the data are mixed.)

In the early 1500’s, Gaza fell to the Islamic Ottoman Empire for 400 years. In 1917, General Allenby liberated (or conquered) Gaza during World War I on behalf of Great Britain. Gaza then remained part of the British Mandate until the mandate ended in 1948 and Israel’s War of Independence began. In 1949, under international armistice agreements intended to end the war, Gaza officially came under Egyptian military rule (aka occupation).

Gaza quickly morphed into a refugee camp for Arabs who had fled Israel during the War of Independence. (Israel did not evict them; Muslim leaders had told or ordered them to flee. Israel quickly tried to find an Arab or Egyptian leader with whom to negotiate for the refugees’ return and repatriation into the Jewish state. But none would negotiate with the “Zionist entity.” Negotiating, they said, would amount to recognizing Israel’s existence, which they had vowed never to do. Meanwhile, Muslim states refused to absorb them.)

Egypt never officially annexed Gaza, but loosely governed it until 1967, when Israel acquired it in the Six Day War. With no Arab leader willing to negotiate for the refugees in Gaza to return, the displaced population grew violently enraged and susceptible to jihadi Islam. Due to ever mounting terror from Gaza, Israel tried to encourage emigration and resettlement of its population elsewhere. But those efforts were unsuccessful. Eventually Israel unilaterally withdrew from the Strip in 2005, forcibly removing all Jewish communities still existing there. Notably, those communities were prosperous, thriving and living peaceably–except for the terror.

When Israel left Gaza, the Palestinian Authority (Fatah) assumed loose administrative control over it. But the PA encountered insurmountable resistance from Hamas. Ongoing internal strife between the two led to an ostensibly democratic election in 2007. Gazans voted in a Hamas-led government and Hamas promptly expelled the PA. (Gazans were presumably aware that a key tenet of Hamas, as stated plainly in that group’s founding charter, is its goal to destroy Israel as a Jewish state.)

From this history, we can fairly conclude the only people groups still alive who could be considered indigenous to Gaza are Egyptians and Jews. Egypt has repeatedly refused to take responsibility or stake claim to Gaza, leaving just us Jews.

Why has Gaza seemingly never experienced any lengthy period of genuine stability, prosperity and domestic tranquility, at least since biblical times?

According to Scripture, Gaza is land which God promised to the Jews, specifically to the tribe of Judah. (Genesis 15:18-21, Joshua 1:4; 15:45-47, Numbers 34:6, Ezekiel 47:19-20) Therefore, the area will probably never truly flourish until Jewish people inhabit and govern it — at least to a significant degree.

Recall that for nearly 2,000 years, the land of Israel lay mostly barren and uninhabitable. During that time, a small population of Arab nomads and farmers, as well as a steady remnant of Jews, continued living there. Not until God regathered the Jewish people en masse in the 20th century did the land revive and the nation flourish.

It is conceivable that President Trump could, with divine inspiration, devise a plan whereby he or the US or a conglomerate of freedom loving nations would hold Gaza in a type of international trust. In such a scenario, with a strong Jewish presence and significant level of Jewish governance, Gaza might flourish. A time must come when Israel essentially inherits the trust, inhabiting and governing Gaza. This may not fully occur until after Yeshua returns. But it could transpire, at least in part, before then.

Notably, the name “Gaza” in Hebrew, means “Strong.” Samson, who was known for supernatural physical strength, was imprisoned in Gaza and died there in a heroic form of battle. Although Gaza was allotted to the tribe of Judah, the ancient Israelites were never able to conquer it.

Could it be there is something highly strategic about this strong hold? Could it also be that a strong Christian presence, perhaps through an influx of evangelist- missionaries, is needed to take such a stronghold for God’s end time purposes?

What do the Scriptures say about Gaza — according to precise translations of the Hebrew text – and how should we pray into those Scriptures?

Below are the main Scripture references to Gaza. Prayer points listed under them are intended merely as a guide. It is always best to declare the Scriptures themselves.

Amos 1:6-7 “For three transgressions of Gaza, and for four, I will not turn away its punishment, because they took captive the whole captivity to deliver them up to Edom. But I will send a fire upon the wall of Gaza, which shall devour its palaces. I will cut off the inhabitant from Ashdod, and the one who holds the scepter from Ashkelon; I will turn My hand against Ekron, and the remnant of the Philistines shall perish, says the Lord God.” (NKJV)

Prayerfully declare that God execute His justice on Hamas, ie., His judgment on those who refuse to repent for cursing Israel and viciously kidnapping and holding captive innocent Jews and others.

Prayerfully declare that He will send consuming fire on the walls of Gaza: his holy, refiner’s fire of love-driven justice, cleansing the area unto spiritual and physical revival.

Pray for the Lord of the harvest to send forth evangelist laborers into the harvest fields of Gaza, especially Muslim background believers from the Middle East.

Zephaniah 2:4-5“Gaza will be abandoned …. Woe to the inhabitants of the seacoast, the nation of the Cherethites [probably ancient Gazans]. The word of the Lord is against you, O Canaan, land of the Philistines: And I will destroy you so that there will be no inhabitant.” (NASB)

Prayerfully declare that God will remove all those from Gaza He desires to remove. Pray that those who remain will turn from Islam to Jesus.

Ezekiel 25:16 “I will stretch out My hand against the Philistines, and I will cut off the Cherethites and destroy the remnant of the seacoast. I will execute great vengeance on them with furious rebukes; and they shall know that I am the Lord, when I lay My vengeance upon them.” (NKJV)

Prayerfully declare that God stretch out His hand with holy vengeance to cut off Hamas and other unrepentant Gazans so that Gaza will know YHVH is God.

Zechariah 9:5-7 “Gaza too will writhe in great pain…. the king shall perish from Gaza…. I will cut off the pride of the Philistines. And I will remove their blood from their mouth and their detestable things from between their teeth. Then they also will be a remnant for our God, and be like a clan in Judah. (NASB)

Prayerfully declare that Gaza’s king will perish. (To an important extent, this happened when Yahya Sinwar and other Hamas leaders were killed. But a weakened Hamas still rules and reigns in Gaza. The ultimate “king” of Gaza to be dis-empowered and evicted is a spiritual stronghold.)

Prayerfully declare that God cut off the pride of Gaza and all those who deceptively identify with or as the Philistines; that the blood be removed from their mouths and detestable things from between their teeth.

Prayerfully declare that those who remain in Gaza will be a remnant for YHVH, and like a clan in Judah, the tribe He assigned to Gaza.

Zechariah 9:11-14 “As for you also, because of the blood of your covenant, I have set forth your prisoners out of the pit where there is no water. Return to the fortress, you prisoners of the hope; today I declare that I will restore double to you. For I have bent Judah, My bow, have fitted the bow with Ephraim, and raised up your sons, O Zion, over your sons, O Javan [Greece], and made you like the sword of a mighty man. And the Lord shall be seen over them, and His arrow shall go forth like the lightning, and the Lord God will blow the shofar and shall move in stormy winds of the south.” (Tanach Bible Online, AA Rosenbaum Services Ltd. and Redlex)

Prayerfully declare the atoning, covenant blood of Yeshua over the hostages for their release and for their full, even double, restoration.

Prayerfully declare that God continue to use Judah (and all Israel) as His weapon against the “sons of Greece,” ie, the humanist spirit of this age.

Prayerfully declare that God go forth in battle as lightning, blowing heaven’s shofar and moving in “stormy winds of the south.” (To an important degree this has happened through Operation Swords of Iron, but until Hamas is removed from Gaza and disabled, the war is not over.)

Numerous other Scriptures that are not specific to Gaza are also relevant, reflect God’s character of justice, and can be prayerfully declared, such as:

“The house of the wicked shall be overthrown but the tent of the upright will flourish.” (Proverbs 14:11)

“Endless ruin has overtaken the enemy; You have uprooted their cities; even the memory of them is perished.” (Psalm 9:6)

A final note ….

Chapters 36 through 38 of Ezekiel indicate that in the last days, Israel will be supernaturally restored to her land, then to her Lord. It has been our joy to prayerfully watch many of these prophesied realities unfold.

Eventually, however, an apocalyptic, end times battle takes place as described in Chapters 38-39. This happens, apparently, when Israel is living in peace, in a land of secure, unwalled villages or population centers (38:11-13). At that appointed time a broad coalition of nations attacks her. But YHVH is the One who initiates the assault, for the sake of His glory, as He executes judgment on His enemies (38:4; 39:1-2). “I will magnify Myself, sanctify Myself and Make Myself known in the sight of many nations; and they will know that I am the Lord.” (38:23, NASB 1995)

Reading the Ezekiel passage alongside other prophetic Scriptures, it could be that a restoration of Gaza may be used in the future by forces associated with a coming antichrist. Is this reason, then, to resist the restoration of Gaza?  We think not!

We believe God wants to set Gazans free, along with multitudes of other Muslims in the region, to know His love and salvation before a period of end times tribulation visits the earth. We believe He desires to reap a great harvest of souls across the Middle East, giving all an opportunity to surrender to His goodness.

For that, we labor in faith, hope and love, sustained by His mercy and grace.

Pray for Israel: Syria Massacre: Israel, Hamas and the Spirit of Amalek

【 Current Events/Background:  The savage Hamas pogrom against innocent Israeli civilians on October 7^th not only touched the raw nerve of the Holocaust, it also exposed the Palestinian dispute with Israel as being a conflict not over borders or statehood, but a religious war to be fought to the death. Hamas even called their mass assault the “Al Aqsa Storm,” underscoring Islam’s exclusive rival claim to the Temple Mount in Jerusalem and even the entire Land of Israel.

So, what is at the source of this religious war?

The late Chief Rabbi of the UK, Lord Jonathan Sacks, wrote a book which delved into the question: What is the root of religious violence? He noted that many post-Reformation philosophers (Locke, Milton, Spinoza) concluded that the Bible was a dangerous text which had fueled the Hundred Years War, and the remedy was to separate church and state. Yet Sacks cautioned that the text itself is not dangerous, it is how we interpret and apply it that can turn dangerous. He also noted, however, that the Bible does point to sibling rivalry as the root of much violence in the world.

Bitter Brothers

Indeed, the Book of Genesis especially contains a whole series of sibling rivalries that cause much tension and even bloodshed. The first religious war was between Cain and Abel, because one grew jealous that his brother had offered a better sacrifice to God. Then we have the rivalries between Isaac and Ishmael, Jacob and Esau, and Joseph and his brothers. Sisters also get into the act with Rachel and Leah, and mothers as well with Sarah and Hagar.

With each set of family rivals, we observe God passing down Abraham’s birthright and blessing by His own divine election, and we agree with it. Isaac was the “child of promise.” Jacob valued the birthright. Judah was to prevail over his brothers.

Yet the Biblical text also has a counter-narrative which – when read carefully – causes us to have great sympathy for the rejected ones. We are intentionally led by the writer to feel sorry for Hagar and Ishmael dying of thirst in the desert. We sense deep empathy for a weeping Esau and his father Isaac, who “trembles” when he realizes he gave the blessing of the first-born to Jacob.

Even so, both Ishmael and Esau still received great blessings of their own. And all of these broken relations among brothers were eventually mended. Isaac and Ishmael came together to bury their father Abraham. Jacob and Esau embraced in tears. Joseph reunited with his brothers. So, the text itself points us to family harmony, as they all end up in reconciliation … except one:  Esau’s grandson Amalek (Genesis 36:12).

Continual War with Amalek

Apparently, Amalek developed a burning jealousy towards the chosen lineage of Jacob which runs like a thread through the Hebrew Bible. We first see it in Exodus 17:8-16, when Amalek came from a long way off and “fought with Israel in Rephidim.” We see how Joshua fought the Amalekites as Moses stood on a hill with rod of God in his hand, and Aaron and Hur holding up his arms. There, God vowed that “the Lord will have war with Amalek from generation to generation.”

In Deuteronomy 25:17-19, we are given more details why the Lord was so angry with Amalek, because they “attacked your rear ranks, all the stragglers at your rear, when you were tired and weary; and he did not fear God.” And again, the command comes to “blot out the remembrance of Amalek from under heaven. You shall not forget.”

In 1 Samuel 15, the prophet Samuel informs Saul that the kingship will be taken from him, because he was not obedient in killing Agag, an Amalekite king.

Then in 1 Samuel 30, David is distraught when his camp at Ziklag is plundered by the Amalekites, who kidnap his wives and take away much loot. After strengthening himself in the Lord, David is told to “pursue and overtake” the raiders, and to “rescue” the hostages.

Finally, in the Book of Esther, we see this ancient rivalry once more when Mordechai, a Benjamite like Saul, faces off against Haman the Agagite – meaning a descendant of the Amalekite king, Agag. But the beautiful queen Esther fasted and persuaded the king to help save her people. Even so, the Jewish people still had to fight for survival, and amid the battle she asks for one more day to finish the job.

A Spirit of Endless Envy

So, we can conclude that the Spirit of Amalek is a spirit of undying envy and hostility towards Israel, born of a descendant of Esau who was never able to accept that his grandfather lost the family birthright and blessing to Jacob. This jealous spirit refuses to acknowledge God’s unique, enduring election over Israel for the purpose of world redemption, their distinct blessing, and their sole inheritance of the Land of Israel.

This same Spirit of Amalek has attached itself to many peoples and nations over time – for instance, to the Persians, Greeks and Romans. Eventually, it attached itself to Christianity in the form of Replacement theology or Supersessionism – the erroneous teaching that the Church has replaced Israel as the elect of God and sole inheritor of His blessings and promises. This bitter root of envy led to the long tragic history of violent Christian antisemitism against the Jews – the expulsions and inquisitions, the pogroms and forced conversions, right up to the Holocaust. Like the Amalekites, many Christians went out of their way to persecute and kill the Jews – thinking they were doing the Lord’s work.

Islam also has been infected with the Spirit of Amalek from its inception. It originated in the seventh century as primarily a rival to Christianity, which by then was the chosen faith of roughly half the inhabitants of the Arabian peninsula. Scholars say Mohammad also had Jewish tutors but later turned on the Jews. Thus, the Koran quite oddly contains “Zionist” verses which encourage the Jews to “enter the Land” given to them by God, but later includes passages which insist the Jews came from “monkeys and swine.”

Most notably, Mohammad insisted that Allah wanted Abraham’s birthright to pass to Ishmael, but the Jews falsified the biblical text by giving it to Isaac. Muslims even observe the Eid al-Adha (“Feast of Sacrifice”) to mark when Abraham offered Ishmael, not Isaac, as a sacrifice on Mount Moriah. Islam further teaches that Mohammad received the Koran from heaven to correct the lies inserted in the Old Testament by Jews and the New Testament by Christians.

Ultimately, Islam claims that the Arabs, as natural descendants of Ishmael and Esau, are really the chosen people, and therefore the Koran can only be read in Arabic. All Muslims, even from other nations and ethnicities, are further taught that they follow a superior revelation from Allah in the Koran, compared to Christians and Jews, which means they are a superior people to those of other faiths.

In other words, we can clearly see the envious Spirit of Amalek at work in the religion of Islam from its very beginnings, refusing to acknowledge Israel’s election and claiming it instead for Arabs and Muslims. And when it comes to the “end times,” Islam borrows heavily from biblical prophetic passages about a last-days battle over Jerusalem, but twists them to portend Islam’s conquest of the holy city and then the whole world.

This brings us back to Hamas and its cruel frenzy of violence and death on 7 October. The Hamas Charter insists that its conflict with Israel is a religious war, not just a territorial dispute, and it centers on first retaking Jerusalem from the Jews. The Charter accuses the Jewish people of seeking to control the world, which is the rightful destiny of Muslims only – thus they are an implacable rival. The Charter also quotes from the Koranic hadith (tradition) that there will be perpetual war between Muslims and Jews until Judgment Day, when a tribe of Muslims (Palestinians) defeat a tribe of Jews (Israel).

“The Islamic Resistance Movement aspires to bring the promise of Allah to pass, no matter how long it takes. As the prophet [Muhammad]… said: “The time [Judgment Day] will not come until Muslims fight the Jews and kill them and until the Jew hides behind the rocks and trees, and [then] the rocks and trees will say: ‘Oh Muslim, oh servant of Allah, there is a Jew hiding [behind me], come and kill him…” [Hadith from the collections of Al-Bukhari and Muslim].

So, the Hamas Charter itself consigns the Palestinian people to perpetual war with Israel, whether they like it or not. Now recall that God Himself has sworn that, “The Lord will have war with Amalek from generation to generation.” (Exodus 17:16)

It seems that from the beginning, God knew once He had chosen Abraham, Isaac and Jacob to bring salvation to the world, He would have to guard their descendants from envious religions and ideologies that would arise in every generation seeking to knock them from that pedestal, to replace them, and even to wipe them out. Thus, the Lord took it upon Himself to always guard the Jewish people from this spiritual onslaught – which includes the threat of Hamas today. And if you ask me whose side am I now standing on, I am on the Lord’s side as He fights with the Amalek spirit driving Hamas to unspeakable atrocities against the Jews.

The International Christian Embassy Jerusalem is a ministry founded on the realization that Christians in past generations became infected with the envious Spirit of Amalek and committed great injustices against the Jewish people, and we are here to help mend those wounds. By the grace of God, our eyes have been opened to see that they were wrong, and we now embrace the enduring election of God over Israel. We are fully secure in our own calling, election and blessing in Christ, and are no longer jealous of the Jews.

This demonstrates that as the Spirit of Amalek arises in every generation, we all have a choice whether to agree with it or not – including Arabs and Muslims. The sad truth is that this current war was started because many Arabs and their rulers were finally coming to accept the Jewish people’s rightful place in this region. They were saying ‘no’ to that spirit of envy. But because of this war, throngs of antisemites are now brazenly marching in Western cities, proudly waving the Palestinian flag, the new standard of global jihad, and shouting ‘Free Palestine’ – which is now a euphemism for ‘Kill the Jews!’

Yet polls here in Israel show the vast majority of the Arab sector believe the goal of the current IDF operation in Gaza should be to eliminate or disarm Hamas. They simply do not want to see this vicious ISIS-like jihad carried out in the name of the Palestinian cause.

And the ultimate revenge on Amalek is that they repent, serve the one true God, and respect His irrevocable calling over Israel.

HOLY CONVOCATION – Rise Up, Canada!

【Background of Current Events:   Since Trump took office nearly seven weeks ago, he has not only carried out a series of drastic reforms in the United States and withdrawn from multiple international organizations, but also promoted peace talks between Russia and Ukraine, Israel and Kazakhstan, and the release of hostages. The mandatory tariff policies on Canada, Mexico, and China have all been disrupted.

As the younger brother of the United States, Canada has responded to this sudden impact with a series of actions, from negotiation, countermeasures, and anti-tariffs to launching a trade war and national confrontation. The long-standing partnership between the United States and Canada is facing challenges. In addition, Canadian politics is also facing changes. Prime Minister Trudeau officially stepped down as prime minister on March 9, ending nearly ten years in power. After the new party leader, Carney, who lacks popular support, takes over as prime minister, will he push for a federal election in the near future? Worth paying attention to.

Canadian churches jointly launched a 40-day “holy call” from March 9 to April 18, issuing a solemn call to Canada. In this month of Adar, pray that God will raise up Canada’s Mordecai and Esther to stand up for Canada.

Canada is overly dependent on the United States

After Trump took office, he imposed a 25% tariff on imports from neighboring countries Canada and Mexico. This policy is having a significant impact on the Canadian economy. Canada is the largest importer of U.S. steel and aluminum. 94% of Canada’s steel production is exported to the United States, making it a core economic pillar. According to statistics, the total annual steel trade between Canada and the United States is as high as 20 billion US dollars. In addition, Canada produces 3.2 million tons of aluminum exported to the United States annually, making it the largest aluminum supplier to the United States, accounting for more than 90% of U.S. aluminum imports, which is twice the total exports of the other nine importing countries. The tariff policy has hit industrial production in Ontario and Quebec in the Great Lakes region of eastern Canada.

On the other hand, the tariff policy also affects the oil industry in Midwestern Canada. In the past, crude oil from Alberta and Saskatchewan had to be transported via the US pipeline to the east coast of Canada. Under the pressure of double tariffs, the impact on the oil industry is self-evident.

An economic system that is overly dependent on the US single market is like putting all your eggs in one basket. Now that Canada has begun seeking cooperation with other importing countries and reviewing its pipeline policy, the crisis has brought a turning point.

National Awakening

Canada is a country with a rich ethnic community. Immigrants respect each other and the people are gentle and polite. However, their national consciousness is not as strong as that of the United States, they are less concerned about national affairs. Praise God! God raises up His people, and many intercessory prayer groups, altars, and prayer warriors are awakened to rekindle the fire of prayer on the altar. The fire of prayer must not be extinguished ( Leviticus 6:9 ).

Now is the time to cry out for God’s intervention for Canada

The voice of the Lord has sounded, and Watchmen of all Nations and churches across Canada have joined together to launch a 40-day solemn call from March 9 to April 18: Now is the moment that requires a “divine call” – this predetermined moment requires God’s intervention.

For everything there is a time, a time for war and a time for peace, a time to return and a time to go forth. God is awakening His Bride warriors: Now is the time to blow the trumpets, to mark the fast, and to proclaim solemn assemblies ( Joel 2:15-17 ). This is not an individual self-purification, but a collective calling. Come to the altar together as a body in repentance, aligned with His timing, His sovereign plan, and His divine desires.

God said, “No, this is Canada, and I am going to give her freedom, destiny, and deliverance!” This is what the living God says.

Yes! God is restoring and releasing Canada into His divine destiny, and God will make the great northern nation free and full of His glory. (Canadian national anthem: God keep our land glorious and free), Canadian people, rise up and stand up for Canada. (Oh Canada, we stand on guard for Thee)

Pray for the Indigenous People: Determination in the Fire of War – The Earthly Firstborn and the Spiritual Firstborn Stand Together 

【Current events/Background:  We reported here that the “Indigenous Embassy of Jerusalem” (IEJ) was established in Israel on February 1 this year, and held a simple opening ceremony (to read related reports, please click here ), and planned The grand opening of the “Jerusalem Aboriginal Embassy” to be held on October 27 this year. Indigenous people from all over the world were invited to wear their own outfits and bring gifts to Israel, stand with Israel, speak for Israel, and support God’s chosen people.

In preparation for the grand opening ceremony in October, Canada’s First Nations Grand Chief, Lynda Prince, held a “North American Aboriginal Ceremony” at the Muckleshoot Reservation near Seattle at the end of May this year. First Nations of North America Leadership Conference. Many people are deeply aware of the importance of indigenous peoples and nations standing with Israel at this time of rising anti-Semitism, and have expressed their desire to attend the grand opening in October to honor and encourage the Israeli people.

October Grand Opening Postponed

However, due to the impact of the war, the IEJ global leadership held several Zoom meetings and decided to postpone the IEJ “Grand Opening Ceremony” that Lynda was responsible for to next year. One of the main factors in this decision was that the “war canoes” originally destined for Israel could not be disembarked because Israeli beaches were closed to all public activities due to the war. In addition, many airlines stopped flying to Tel Aviv, causing air ticket prices to soar, making it impossible for many indigenous leaders who wanted to participate.

Another event, Advocacy Day, was scheduled to be canceled because Toronto Jews felt it was unsafe to go to Israel right now, so the seminar was canceled. As for the “Academic Seminar” event, it cannot be canceled and will be held as scheduled.

A Few Indigenous Leaders Still Went as Planned

Still, Lynda and other indigenous leaders feel that, as indigenous peoples, they must stand in solidarity and show support for Israel . So they decided that some of them should be present because they were a remnant of the remnant. There are currently about 35 indigenous people from all over the world, who have defied all odds and will stick to their original schedule. Dear Heavenly Father, I ________ (put your name in it) come to the throne of grace, through the blood of Jesus Christ, the power of the Holy Spirit, to receive Your abundant grace and mercy.   Lord Jesus, ________ confess You are the Lord of my life.   I ask the resurrected power of the Holy Spirit to fill and saturate every part of my being.   I surrender all my spirit, soul and body completely to You.  Now I ask You to reveal to me, remind me of any sin that I have committed known or unknown, so that I can confess and repent of them accordingly. Cleanse me from all the defilement of the world, sanctify me and my family line of any unrighteousness with the blood of Jesus.   Now by my own will, I choose to forgive everyone that has offended me or hurt me, I release them into the freedom of my forgiveness.   I also release them from the debts they might owe me. I now cast all my burden to You .  Your yoke is easy, Your burden is light.   I now put on the armor of God that You have given me, gird myself with the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the helmet of salvation, the shield of faith, the sword of the Spirit, my feet fitted with the gospel of peace, so that I can pray and intercede in the Holy Spirit by Your mighty power, and after done all to stand firm.
