Declaration Prayer: For President Trump and His Team [Update]

We declare in the name of Jesus :

• God will continue to bless and protect President Trump and his family, as well as the “scepter of justice” that God has raised up to support him in his government.
• The blood of Jesus covers them and those close to President Trump, bind and drive away any witchcraft or spells cast on them.
• The Holy Spirit continues to pour out and personally guide President Trump. He grew in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God. ( Lu 2:52 )
• The seven spirits of God are manifested in President Trump’s life ( Isaiah 11:1-3 ), giving him keen insight and discernment, judging the situation, and resolutely continuing to fulfill his call.
•  God will restore Trump to his rightful position at His best time and give people grace to transition.

Declaration Prayer: Declare for the Jewish Month of Elul

We declare in the name of Jesus :

• Jehovah God is my light and salvation, He brings growth and victory. ( Psalm 27:1 )
• I am a child of God, a part of the family, connected to the family of God.
• I know how to be humble, rich, or full, or hungry, or have excess, or lack, whatever, and I have the secret. ( Philippians 4:12 )
• God will visit me, help me in my work and ministry, and change my life.
• God will give me mercy and lead me out of this predicament.
• God desires to be close to me, and I want to be close to God and be filled with all His fullness.
• I choose to enter into God’s rest and power to be re-energized.
• God has given me great power to stand and prosper in the face of conflict, to be a burden-bearer.

Declaration Prayer: Decrees for America

Decree for America: We, Your Ekkelisia. The Church is God’s governing Body on the earth. We have been given legal power and authority from heaven, we are God’s ambassadors and spokespeople over the earth,  through the power of God, we are His world influencers, because of our covenant with God, we are equipped and delegated by Him to destroy every attempted advance of the enemy.

Therefore, in the name of Jesus Christ 

WE MAKE OUR DECLARATIONS:

1. We decree that America’s executive branch of government will honor God and defend the Constitution.
2. We decree that our legislative branch (Congress) will write only laws that are righteous and constitutional.
3. We decree that our judicial system will issue rulings that are biblical and constitutional.
4. We declare that we stand against wokeness, the occult, and every evil attempt against our nation.
5. We declare that we now take back our God-given freedoms, according to our Constitution.
6. We declare that we take back influence at the local level in our communities.
7. We decree that we take back and permanently control positions of influence and leadership in each of the **Seven Mountains.
8. We decree that the blood of Jesus covers and protects our nation. It protects and separates us for God.
9. We declare that our nation is energy independent.
10. We declare that America is strong spiritually, financially, militarily and technologically.
11. We decree that evil carries no power, authority or rights in our land nor over our people.
12. We decree that we will operate in unity, going beyond denominational lines in order to accomplish the purposes of God for our nation.
13. And we decree that AMERICA SHALL BE SAVED!

• • • Awaken the American people to stop the bad law : Father, please forgive the United States for electing the unrighteous people who oppose You into the government,allowing the Department of Education to instill humanistic and unbiblical ideas in the younger generation. We have compassion for those struggling with gender identity, but we reject any unbiblical ideals that are imposed on us and our children.   Please continue to expose those evil plans that stand against You,expose their stupid ideology, and continue to expose their many evil deeds. Wake up the American people and promptly respond to the Ministry of Education to stop this evil law.
    • We declare and decree in the name of Jesus Christ:
      • The LORD God will intervene and hinder, so that the plans of the wicked will not be accomplished.
      • Ekklesia is the key to turning things around.
      • Ekklesia will arise to bind and forbid these acts of indoctrination and enslavement of children.
      • God will give people from all walks of life wisdom and strategies to resist the revised version of Title IX of the Education Law.
      • The general public must be turned on to spark a wave of opposition to this bill, making this amendment futile .
      • Jehovah God reigns in America forever and ever!

• Praise be to the LORD : From the sunrise to the sunset, the name of the LORD, the God of Israel, is to be praised. The LORD is above all nations, and his glory is above the heavens. (See Psalm 113:3-4 ) O Lord! Glory not to us (Israel), not to us, but to thy name for thy love and truth. Why allow the Gentiles to say, “Where is their god?” Yet our God, the Holy One of Israel, is in heaven, doing what he wills. (See Psalm 115:1-3 )

We thank You! We pray that You will continue to distrust, confuse, and support each other, Iran’s armed proxies around Israel, such as PIJ, Hamas, the Palestine Liberation Organization, Hezbollah in Lebanon, and the Houthis. To make their evil plan “intended to destroy Israel” unfounded!

• Healing the hearts of Israel’s leaders : Father, You are the God who searches the heart and You are the God who heals the heart. May You work in the hearts of the leaders of the political parties in Israel, removing the dross from their lives, removing the selfish political ambition, power control, disobedience and strife from their hearts. I ask You to plant righteousness and integrity in them, heal and wrap past life events, and deliver them from the pit and prison of the enemy. May Your mercy surround them, draw lines of protection for their hearts, and guard their hearts and minds.

• Raise up a government after God’s own heart: Father, we thank You that You are the “King” of Israel, who has been watching over Israel. Please prepare the hearts of the elect of Israel to discern the true intentions of politicians, to elect leaders who are in accordance with Your own will, and to form a stable coalition government that is in accordance with God’s will. May You raise up and anoint these truly righteous, mercy-loving leaders who walk with You in humility to lead Israel out of the political impasse. May Your will for Israel be done this election season!

First Nations people, We decree that

•  the shackles have now been broken off of you. Arise and dance! 
• First Nations people break forth with dancing and worship to the Lord (see Psalm 149:3-4 TPT)!
• I decree, you have been lifted out of the pit of destruction, your feet have been set upon the rock of Jesus and He has established your goings (see Psalm 40:1-3 AMP). Arise and resound – no longer bound!
• I decree, the Lord has put a new song of praise to the one true living God in your mouth. 
• You have now put your trust and confident reliance in the Lord God Almighty. You see Him, you revere Him, and you worship Him alone.
• First Nations sons and daughters, arise and shift into destiny, with a dance of deliverance and a strong song, boldly decreeing the Word of the Lord with your new voice!

Lou Engle is a world-renowned intercessory prayer leader with a long history of praying for revival. He is the co-founder of The Call, a global prayer and fasting movement. He believes that The Great Communion Revival will lead to a great revival in the United States and around the world. He is bringing together representatives of the Church of God from across Colorado and the states to Colorado Springs, Colorado on October 8, 2022 for a “Communion Gathering” to call for the cleansing and covering of the blood of Jesus and to launch a Great Communion Revival in America.

The revival is coming to America and to the nations in a gathering we call The Great Communion Revival,” he said. Wherever he went, he led people to communion because he believed that the Lord had released the power of the blood in the Eucharist.

In early 2022, Roentgen received communion daily for 40 days, 21 of which were spent with intercessory prayer leader Dean Briggs. For 21 of those days, Loenig received communion with prayer leaders Dean Briggs and Chris Berglund. For 21 of those days, he received communion with prayer leaders Dean Briggs and Chris Berglund at his home in Water Springs, Colorado.

While in their Colorado Springs home, the three of them found a book by Beni Johnson, pastor of the Bertram Church in Redding, Calif. They found a book called “The Power of Communion” written by Beni Johnson, pastor of Bertelli Church in Redding, California. To them, it was a sign from God and a confirmation of their 40 days of prayer and fasting.

After reading “The Power of Communion” by Bernie Johnson, Lou Engle asked Pastor Bill Johnson to meet with his wife, Bernie, before she died. During the 20-minute meeting with Berni, he asked her to lay her hands on him and bless him to carry on after Berni’s death, to continue to pass on the power of the Eucharist, and to pray together for the resurrection.

Lou Engle believes that.

Communion brings us closer to Jesus’ touch of the body and blood, to encounter Him. In the Eucharist there is healing, soul restoration, and drawing near to the presence of God.

The Body and Blood of Jesus will once again be at the center of the Christian life, and will be so in the coming revival.

Beyond the pulpits, movements, events, evangelism and missions of the church, the gathering place for believers will be around the throne of Jesus. Just as He poured out His Spirit on the early church, the Lord will do so again as a testimony to the power of the blood.

The following is the call of Lou Engle for the “Great Communion Revival” to be launched in Colorado Springs.

Every reformation has one defining moment that is remembered long after the names of politicians and kings have been forgotten. At every massive shift in human history – whether political, cultural, or religious – a flash point occurs. That is the moment when a door for massive change opens. Great revolutions for good or for evil occur in the vacuums created by these openings. It is in these times that key men and women, even entire generations, risk everything to become the hinge of history, that pivotal point that determines which way the door will swing. America has been thrust into such a divine moment. In this socially convulsing post-Roe era, the times demand that the church risks everything to lead the parade of history.

Eighteen years ago, seventy young men and women gathered in Colorado Springs to fast and pray for fifty days and nights that the U.S. Supreme Court would reverse Roe v. Wade. The Lord gave us a prayer that eventually spread across America and has been poured out before the court of heaven like a voice of many waters. “Jesus, I plead your blood over my sins and the sins of my nation. God, end abortion and send revival to America.”We believe this prayer contains the key to shifting the nation into a culture of life, healing, forgiveness, and national revival… The Great Communion Revival. 

Millions of pleas have streamed toward heaven. It is the blood of Jesus that speaks the better word of mercy and forgiveness, rather than the blood of the unborn that is calling out for judgment on our nation.

Prior to the recent decision on Roe, we received a dream from a woman who saw us standing in front of the Supreme Court. In place of wearing LIFE tape on our mouths, red tape was placed on our foreheads, and on it was written, “It is finished.” These are the very words Jesus spoke on the cross after he cried, “Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do.” Brothers and sisters, eighteen years of pleading the blood of Jesus has done it! The blood of Jesus has done its work. Roe is no more!

Now, the battle of life versus death begins in all fifty states. It is our conviction that if God has begun to answer the first part of our prayer, “God, end abortion” (by the overturning Roe) then surely he will answer the second part of that prayer, “send revival to America.” And we believe this revival is directly connected to the blood of Jesus.

For years we have dreamed about “The Great Communion Revival” that would far surpass all other revivals. We believe the flashpoint for this revival must be seized in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Colorado was the first state to legalize abortion in 1967. Should it not be the first state to hold a statewide “Great Communion Service,” uniting the churches in love and pleading the better blood that leads to forgiveness, revival, and reformation? Colorado has known its bitter moments of division and betrayal, both in government and in the churches, which have left us vulnerable to the ploys of Satan.

We received a dream in which we saw an interactive map on the wall. That map showed a place where there had been great betrayal and pain. Suddenly, on the map, lights began to break forth wherever people were taking Communion together. They were receiving BB diplomas that were multiplying. Meanwhile, there was another communion service taking place along that river of betrayal. It was a toxic brew of anger, bitterness, rage, and unforgiveness.

In this dream, those drinking that wine of bitterness were receiving BA diplomas and they were multiplying as well. However, the BB diplomas had authority over the BA diplomas. Those who spoke the Better Blood of forgiveness were gaining authority over those who were the Brethren Accusers. When Jesus, on the cross, cried, “Father forgive them,” he released great power for healing in the earth. When the church begins to voice that same cry in the midst of Communion, it will release the power of the cross for days of revival.

In light of this, we are gathering in Colorado Springs, under the shadow of Pikes Peak, America’s mountain, to hold a Great Communion Service. In the Broadmoor World Arena, we will come together in unity, in spite of our differences, to enter into union with Jesus and gain authority over the powers of darkness, rage, and bitterness.

Recently Governor Polis, of Colorado, has signed a most egregious bill, legalizing abortion without restriction up to the very day of birth. Colorado stands culpable before heaven. Therefore, we will assemble together and pray for our governor, as commanded by scripture to “pray for those in authority.” We will release the same sound which Jesus released at the cross: “Father forgive them, for they know not what they do.” We will also stand as a prophetic witness to those in authority, in order to fulfill our duties of the kingdom and of our earthly citizenship, by upholding a banner of uncompromising righteousness.

On this mountain (Pikes Peak), we believe this feast of communion could begin to remove a veil over Colorado (Isaiah 25:6-8). Satan will, in measure, fall from heaven and a great Communion harvest of souls, which has already begun, will be fanned into flame. Let all of Colorado, from the north, south, east, and west, gather for a day of Communion with the Lord, with one another, and with our blessed state. We also call upon those across America to come as representatives of your own states, and partake of Communion with us for every person, every family, and every region, unto the mercy of God upon our nation.

I’m hearing some things in the spirit that are very encouraging to me, and I hope to others, as well. There is so much that happens on the news that grabs our focus and becomes the message, and sometimes, you have to reset that message for yourself. 

What I’m seeing is a hope-filled prophetic understanding concerning the time right now, because of the spiritual war season we are in through the mid-term elections, and probably beyond that. I’ve begun to sense a very aggressive moving of Holy Spirit connecting things, even connecting different prophetic words. There are thousands of prophetic words pointing to right now. I believe the synergizing of these words is going to cause some kind of spiritual explosion. The Ekklesia is starting to get a new mindset. For a while, the Ekklesia was a concept we taught. I believe we are now moving into an actual functioning of the concepts we have been preaching. When that happens, we will see something occur in the spirit realm. I want to share a prophetic word with you I believe is happening right now.

Holy Spirit recently spoke this to me: ‘Now begins the merger of Christ’s spiritual Kingdom in the earth realm with the Kingdom of heaven in the spirit realm, in ways and levels not seen before. This merger will accelerate a New Era Pentecost. Power and Kingdom authority will be seen on the earth as never before.’

We have been prophesying this for a long time, and Holy Spirit says that these two realms are now merging.

Glory presence will now fill prepared territories, regions, and nations. The Ekklesias are getting traction in these places with surge after surge of the King’s manifest presence spawning sudden miracles.’ This is the season we are in right now. ‘The enemies of the Kingdom will be disoriented and will fight each other resulting in freedoms decreed by King Jesus and His Ekklesia. It will be assisted by My angel armies, for I will surely release My mighty ones to labor with you, My mighty angels are moving into the earth realm.’

Something is happening in the spirit realm, and the mighty ones are referred to as high-ranking authorities (angels). Yes, hell has principalities and powers, but we do too (spiritual help). And ours are bigger, and ours are stronger. I’ve been pondering, ‘What is this merger now of these high-ranking angels partnering with the Ekklesia in certain regions and territories?’ I believe this is where the glory of God is going to amp up in such a way that it will spawn miracles and breakthroughs throughout regions. 

I believe we are moving now – not years from now – into a season of suddenlies – sudden strikes of high-ranking authority angels under Holy Spirit’s supervision that are fueled by the decrees of a functioning Ekklesia. The Ekklesia is so powerful when you understand what Christ said. For years we didn’t understand – it was a just concept we taught and wondered when we would get it and thing would begin to occur. But something is now beginning to happen – the remnant is picking this up and starting to function as an actual functioning Ekklesia. 

As this happens, different things can be done by Holy Spirit. He will add angels, and we really don’t understand just how powerful they are. But He is now saying that He is going to bring these angels into the earth realm. I don’t understand all of this, but I know Holy Spirit has plans for His Ekklesia to win some major victories. We are not going to lose. He is going to lead and guide us. I believe a few of these angels are some of the mighty ones we see in the Bible – they didn’t die. There are no angel graveyards. I believe the Ekklesias in different regions, have been building altars in their territories, where God is respected and honored. There are more prayers and the faith decrees are rising. Holy Spirit is saying that He is going to add to this, and bring mighty, high-ranking authority angels to partner and assist in our breakthroughs in the earth realm. And, Dutch, I’m feeling this is for now. 

Dr. Hodges was with us a few weeks ago, and he preached a great word, as usual. But I asked him if he would pray over us. He began to pray a prophetic word, and as he did, I felt a shift! Let me describe it this way:

Some of us are old enough to know what a stick shift is. You pop that clutch when you’re shifting gears. Sometimes we hear gears grind before sliding into their proper place. I feel we are at that point where we are grinding to get into gear. As Dr. Hodges prayed, I felt we got into gear. I felt we were grinding, and as he prayed, we slipped into gear. 

I sense the Ekklesia is shifting into another gear. Along with what Holy Spirit is doing, things are going to change and prophetic understanding is going to come to pass. Holy Spirit is now adding angels that are very strong and powerful. I have seen them and will talk about them soon, and even spoke about this in our recent Sunday morning service. But I’m confident and feel strongly that something has shifted, and we are moving into another gear. 

The King said I’m going to build My church (the Ekklesia). He didn’t say He was building His nursery. Think about what He said, and it’s powerful. Matthew 16:18-19 (TPT) says:

‘I give you the name Peter, a stone. And this rock will be the bedrock foundation on which I will build my church—my legislative assembly, and the power of death will not be able to overpower it! I will give you the keys of heaven’s kingdom realm to forbid on earth that which is forbidden in heaven, and to release on earth that which is released in heaven.’ 

The gates of hades will not overpowerful us (the church) or hold out against us. The church has been trying to hold out against hell. Hell can’t hold out against a true Ekklesia, and I believe the Ekklesia is now strong enough for what’s ahead. Keys to open doors are being handed to us; we’ve not had these keys before. And I believe these angels are part of this.

Dutch shares:

I remembered a service 15 or so years ago when I literally heard what you just described, a grinding sound. It sounded exactly like gears that weren’t yet synchronized and were trying to shift into place. I asked God what I was hearing and He said to me, ‘The ages are trying to connect.’ I knew it wasn’t mystical – we go from season to season – but He was giving me a manifestation, something I could hear in the spirit. By hearing the gears, He was showing me that He was trying to shift us into the next season, but the church wasn’t quite ready. But now, I’m going to help push that gear into place; it’s going to happen. 

I heard the Lord also say, ‘You need to help people understand how to shift WITH Me, and not fight the shift.’ I think we are in an incredible shift right now, going into the next phase. I believe there are some things God is going to clean up and shape up regarding His plans for the rest of this year. Next year an incredible shifting into the next phase will take place. But it actually starts now. It doesn’t happen overnight – it is starting to happen, and we, as the Ekklesia, are helping now. 

This word really resonates with me, Tim and I think it’s right on. For these places where the Ekklesia is prepared, God’s about to bring forth some suddenlies. Why don’t you pray into this now?

Tim prays:

Father, we thank You and give You glory for what You have done and what You’re doing. We ask You to supercharge Your Ekklesia with power from on high. Holy Spirit, take us on the journey that You have in mind for us. We ask You to open doors that have never been opened before with keys of authority that You are now giving. Help us supernaturally with the angels, with outpourings of Your Holy Spirit, and with revelation. 

If some are discouraged today, let them be supercharged with hope. You have this, and You are going to shift us into another gear. It will take us into another realm where things accelerate, and we can move faster in the spirit. 

And we pray that the purpose and plan You have ordained for different regions – they’re all different, but what You’re doing will be blessed and indeed, kick into another gear with supernatural plans and purposes. And yes, Lord, we believe the gates of hell won’t prevail. In Jesus’ name, we are going to overcome, and we’ll win. America shall be saved. Amen.

These are profound times we are living in, and God is speaking to prepare us for the days ahead. 8.11.22 the Kyrios Moment

I was awakened at 3:33 AM to pray. (I only consider this when God draws my attention specifically to the time.) It’s fitting to note that the number three represents a “Kyrios Moment.”

Biblically speaking on the 3rd day:

•   God created the seed that would sustain mankind as well as the beast of the field
•  Of their travels, Abraham and Isaac climbed the mount on which Abraham would lay his heir (and our heritage) on the altar, remember, this is the one through whom THE Seed – our Savior would come.
•  The Israelites were at the mouth of the Red Sea and about to enter their new position in the earth, as a nation whose God wrested from the hands of the most powerful nation in the known world. This nation would have a new government—the Torah—based on Godly principles.
•    On the 3rd Day Jesus rose from the dead, overcoming sin and death for us to enter into Covenant with Him and finally, truly reunite the Creator with His creation.

As three represents a Kyrios Moment, we need to consider the fact that these are moments in History during which we must take hold of what God is saying to us, regardless of how things look on the outside.

As I sat before Him, He told me that there are three things He is going to deal with in the coming months

•  Church
•  Government
•    Financial System

Church

I’ve had several visions of the Church this year, much of which I’ve shared on our corporate prayer calls, but I’ll summarize them here.

2.6.22, 3.8.22, 5.28.22 Ecclesia Arise!

I saw a typical church house. A hand came down, ripped the roof off, leaving the building split in half. The Lord called “Ecclesia, ARISE!” and about ½ the ecclesia came up and out leaving those who remained sitting speechless in the pews.

In the second vision, there was a great shaking in the Church, the Ecclesia came forth, each member having the world shaken from their very core. I saw compromise and sin fall from them as they were lifted out of the world and into God.

In the 3rd vision, I saw the Ecclesia literally entering in and passing through Christ. They were finally the pillar and support of Truth that Paul is instructing Timothy to develop in First Timothy.

It’s important to note, there was tremendous unity that came forth in the body of Christ, and as one, we’d truly become a house of prayer.

Editorial Special Section: Dutch Sheets: Treasure Mountain

A picture, as they say, is worth a thousand words. Knowing this, God sculpted and shaped a vivid picture of hope deferred in the form of a mountain – wouldn’t you know it would be a mountain! Rugged. Barren. Big. Its very name Horeb, means “desolation, a waste place, barrenness, dryness” – all synonyms of hope deferred. I sometimes think of this mountain when praying for America.

This is the place where Moses ended up for much of his forty-year exile, shoveling dung instead of bathing in royal hot tubs. There can be no more severe case of hope deferred than what Moses experienced, having lost his royal inheritance and, it seemed, his destiny. I realize “it ain’t over ‘til it’s over,” but after disappearing for forty years, a dream is usually over.

But thankfully, like many mountains, Horeb had treasure hidden within it. Not only would this barren piece of rock be a picture of exile-induced heart disease, but it would also become a glorious example of conquered hope deferred and healed heart disease. Horeb gives you a glimpse of life on the other side of your pain. The events associated with this place portray God’s amazing ability to heal, restore hope and purpose, and bring beautiful treasure from ugly mountains. Horeb didn’t remain horrible for Moses, and it won’t for you either.

The transformation of Horeb became so complete, its power so harnessed by the hand of God, that it eventually became known as “the mountain of God.” (Exodus 3:1). It just doesn’t get any better than that! God can so transform the Horeb seasons of your life that one day all you will see when you look back at them is Him. “I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans for welfare and not for calamity, to give you a future and a hope” (Jeremiah 29:11, emphasis added).

There is gold in this mountain, and you will find it!

This became especially real to me a few years back when I found myself in a season of hope deferred, much of which had been caused by rejection and betrayal. While seeking the Lord for comfort one afternoon, He threw me quite a curve. “I need for you to embrace the pain,” He spoke very clearly.

What a strange and seemingly cruel statement to hear from a loving Father who supposedly had great plans for my welfare and a future filled with hope. I did not realize, however, that God wanted more than to simply remove my pain; He also wanted to use it.

God never wastes your pain; before He removes it, He makes it serve you. Horeb will become your gym and the pharaoh who sent you there your trainer. And ultimately, like God, whose nature you inherited, you will win. He always wins, and so can you.

I want to be very clear that God wasn’t telling me betrayal is good, nor that He caused it. God doesn’t cause evil, but He does make it serve Him – and us. He needed for me to embrace the pain, not so I could hurt, but in order to grab it, wrestle it to the mat, and claim my prize!

God doesn’t call evil good, as some people are prone to do. Pain isn’t good; it tells you something is wrong. Death is an enemy. Emotional wounds can break your heart. God doesn’t make light of your pain, and He isn’t playing weird mind games with you, trying to convince you that bad is good.

He is saying, however, that no matter how great the wound and deep the pain, He knows how to heal and transform it. And not just into scar tissue. He will use its lessons to make you better, healthier, richer, and well positioned for a fulfilling future.

Horeb isn’t terminal!

Learn these lessons from this ugly mountain, and find the buried treasure you can take from it. One of the first things Horeb will have taught you, and one of the most important, is the power of perseverance. Don’t downplay this one – it’s huge. Waiting isn’t easy, and nothing truer can be said than that waiting is associated with hope deferred. Learning to wait without wavering will make you successful in life. God wants to strengthen your endurance through your experience at Horeb so that you can be like the distance runner who can run long distances without damaging the heart or lungs.

Moses is one of the all-time record holders for waiting. After fleeing from Pharaoh and becoming an object lesson on deferred hopes and diseased hearts for 40 years, he found it hard to believe God could ever use him again – let alone awaken his dreaming heart. But after a season of arguing with God on this mountain (see Exodus 3-4), he decided to give it a try and became the all-time greatest poster boy for restored hope. Sometimes the perceived death of a vision is really just waiting for its divine time! That’s why persistence is so crucial.

This could prove to be one of the greatest assets you’ll mine from this mountain. Rick DeVos, the co-founder of Amway and former owner of the Orlando Magic basketball team, says of persistence:         

“Persistence is the single most important ingredient of success in life…When confronted with a failure or disappointment, you have only two choices: You can give up, or you can persist…If I could pass on one character trait to young people in the world – one single quality that would help them achieve success in life – it would be persistence. It’s more important than intellect, athletic ability, good looks or personal magnetism. Persistence comes from a deep place in the soul. It is a God-given compensation for what we lack in other areas of our life. Never underestimate its power.”

All great men and women have learned to persevere. Galatians 6:9 encourages us to do so without losing heart: “Let us not lose heart in doing good, for in due time we will reap if we do not grow weary.”

Sometimes, like Moses, your wait is because you have not yet arrived at God’s “due time.” The words “due time” in this verse come from the Greek phrase, “idios kairos” and, when fully understood, are filled with reason to persevere. Kairos means “the right time; the opportune point in time at which something should be done.” The second word, idios, denotes “ownership.”

This verse is telling you to not lose heart while waiting for something God has promised you, because you own a right time for the promise to arrive. Knowing this sure does make waiting easier.

I’ve waited over 35 years for America’s – and the entire world’s – next great wave of revival. Twenty-five of those years have been on the front lines. Not quite as long as Moses, Caleb, and Joshua, but I can see their tail lights. During that span, my nation has become a Horeb – desolate, barren, and dry – but I’m starting to see “burning bushes” and hear awakening words from heaven. Open your eyes, see the flame, and listen to the God of resurrection life: “America shall be saved, the bones will live, and I WILL have my harvest!”

Pray for America: Oppose Expanding Title IX of the Education Amendment Act

【Current affairs background:  Today I want to make you aware of the Biden administration’s attempt to expand Title IX. This has been called “one of the largest, most aggressive social engineering overreaches of the government in America’s history.”[1] It is nothing less than a federally mandated indoctrination of our children.

Vernadette Broyles of Child and Parental Rights Campaign, says this regulation “will directly affect 77 million children, requiring the normalization and unquestioned acceptance of gender identity ideology as part of their school environment. The threat to parental rights, children’s physical, mental, and spiritual well-being, religious liberties, freedom of speech, girls’ safety and sports, and more is potentially devastating.”

What is Title IX?

Title IX of the Education Amendments was enacted by Congress in 1972 to eliminate discrimination in education based upon sex (gender), against girls and women in particular.[3] It states:

No person in the United States shall, on the basis of sex, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any education program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance . . . 

When Title IX was passed, girls and women faced high barriers to pursuing educational opportunities, particularly in higher education.Title IX was designed to remove those barriers, and now represents 50 years of progress in education made by girls and women.

Title IX regulates every public K-12 school, college, and university in the nation, as well as every private school that takes federal funding. As a result, it has wide-reaching implications for tens of millions of children and parents across the country. The regulations implemented in Title IX were binary (based on two genders – male and female), recognizing biological distinctions where they matter and prohibiting discrimination based on biological sex (gender), as Congress intended. Until now.

The Proposed Changes

On July 12, 2022, the United States Department of Education (“USDOE”) published in the Federal Register a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking to rewrite the federal regulations governing Title IX. The proposed revised regulations would expand the scope of Title IX, without Congressional approval, to include prohibiting “discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation and gender identity.” This effective rewrite of Title IX’s fundamental purpose would have many devastating consequences for parental rights, Free Speech, Free Exercise of Religion, girls’ sports, and children’s health and safety. Members of the public will have until September 12, 2022 to submit Comments to the USDOE outlining these harmful effects. I’ll say more about this momentarily.

Here’s what the proposed new regulations will do:

Create a New Category of Sex Discrimination Based on Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity

They declare that preventing a student from participating in any school activity “consistent with their gender identity” subjects that student to harm. Failure to follow the new rules will risk loss of federal funding.

Make Upholding Biological Reality a Form of “Sex-based Harassment”

In place of “sexual harassment,” the new language is “sex-based harassment.” Actions like using a child’s given name and biologically accurate pronouns instead of a preferred name and pronouns may be regarded as sex-based harassment.

Create a Head-On Collision With Parental Rights

The new regulations require K-12 schools to affirm a child’s asserted gender identity as a matter of federal law. This will involve school officials in life-altering decisions affecting the health and well-being of children. They will further encourage school officials to usurp parental authority without notice to or the consent of, and even over the objections of parents when it comes to gender identity. This will potentially drive a wedge between children and their parents at the time when children need parents most.

The regulations also expand Title IX’s reach to include what occurs outside of school. Because they deem failure to treat students consistent with their gender identity subjects that student to harm, activists will be able to report to state child protective services parents who uphold biological reality and refuse to allow school officials to endorse their child’s discordant gender identity.

Since this would be federal law, the obligation to comply with the proposed regulations is not “alleviated by any state or local law or other requirement.” Therefore, these regulations will create legal uncertainty about the enforceability of state laws protecting parental rights where they conflict with the new federal Title IX regulations. This will assuredly be exploited by activist officials and likely require expensive court action to obtain a resolution to the conflicts.

Require Schools to Open Up Their Privacy Facilities Based on Gender Identity

Schools would be required to permit biological males who identify as females to use private facilities set aside for females and vice versa. Girls/women will have to surrender their right to privacy and be placed at increased risk for harassment or assault by males who claim a female identity.

Jeopardize Girls’ and Women’s Athletic and Educational Opportunities

These rules will require sex-separate sports to be based on gender identity instead of biological gender. This will force girls and women to compete on an unfair basis for athletic opportunities and scholarships against males and create significant risks of injury for girls and women. 

Ultimately Normalize Gender Identity Ideology and Harm Children’s Health 

These regulations will promote and normalize gender identity ideology in our schools as mandated policy and wrongfully encourage students to believe that “children can be born into the wrong body.”

Many children will then pursue chemical and surgical alterations that can have irreversible life-altering consequences for them, such as sterility and life-long sexual dysfunction, interrupting healthy growth and development, loss of bone density, cognitive problems, blood clots, cardiovascular disease, and cancer. 

Disproportionately Harm Minority and Other Disadvantaged Children

While the proposed regulations would ensnare all children in a harmful ideology, they would disproportionately harm minority and other disadvantaged children who remain trapped in public schools, unable to flee the system. 

In May 2022, the U.S. Department of Agriculture announced that in order for schools to receive funds for free student lunches, breakfasts, and other food items, they must comply with its interpretation of Title IX and other food-related programs.To receive food assistance under the new rule, the Biden administration is forcing schools to comply with allowing boys to use girls’ changing and restroom facilities, and forcing teachers to use inaccurate pronouns for children who believe they are transgender. The National School Lunch Program ,feeds nearly 30 million children every day.

None of these potential harms were contemplated by Congress when they enacted Title IX in 1972. Parents, faith and community leaders, and educators must speak out courageously and clearly about the many destructive consequences these regulations will have if implemented. We only have until September 12, 2022, to do so.

What We Must Do

For this situation, we must pray AND act now – before the September 12th deadline. Parents, grandparents, all of us who are concerned Americans, let’s do this. Here’s what we need for you to do:

Pray for America: Declarations for the 50 States to Enter the Destiny (6)

Editor’s Note : This is a prayer point for each of the 50 states of the United States, taken from Releasing the Prophetic Destiny of the Nation, published in 2005 by Dutch Sheets and Chuck Pierce a Nation)” book. The motto is the name the prophetic group gave to the 50 states during their 2003 tour. Starting this week(7/25), we will be here together to pray and declare for the five states, releasing them into their destiny.

Please pray for the following five states this week:

(26) Montana:  (Treasure State) The Pure Atmosphere State

 Motto:  Gold and Silver   

We, the people of Montana, thank God for the quiet beauty of our state, how magnificent our mountains are, how vast our plains are, all of which are God’s great creations. For the quality of life and free and equal opportunities for us and future generations, we seek God’s assurance and blessings.

“There is something here that is very pure.  He is going to do something very unique”.  Pray that the Lord would continue to purify the hearts of the believers in Montana. Pray that the increase in the spiritual and the natural would come forth as a blessing to the nation and the nations of the world. Dutch prayed, “In the name of Jesus, we bind and remove from the Body of Christ that independent, self-sufficient spirit that undergirds all of the social structures.  We release a dependence on God and valuing of all generations, races, cultures, and the gifts of the Spirit in others”.  Dutch  prophesied, “Treasures locked up in this state, both in the natural and in the Spirit, things that God from the beginning decreed for you and put in this state–you’re just now coming into it.  The Lord said, “I’m about to bring into alignment what I decree about a long time ago for Montana.  Pray that it be so in and with Montana, according to Your will. Awaken their destiny. Dutch decreed, “We call forth the wealth that will spring out of Montana –both physical and the spiritual. He prayed, “May it produce and yield all the Lord wants for His purposes. We bind the thief that comes to steal and destroy in the name of Jesus!”

(27）Nebraska:  (Cornhusker State)  The Unique State

Motto:  Equality Before the Law    

We, the people of Nebraska, thank Almighty God for the freedom we have, and we declare God’s authority and protection in Nebraska.

The Lord would use Nebraska to surprise His people and bring them to the attention of the nation.

Nebraska would be used in 2 areas to affect the nation. First was to tear down the false ideology of humanism, intellectualism and the soul man.  The second area was to bring supply–food. funds, and a revelation for times to come.

(28) Nevada:  (Silver State)      The Transformation State

Motto:  All for Our Country 

We, the people of Nevada, thank the Almighty God for our freedom and security, and with God’s protection and blessing, we work together to build and transform Nevada into a state of God’s will.

God is ready to deal with a bitter root that is in Las Vegas that is affecting this state, and that is going to cause, instead of bitterness, a move of healing to spring forth. Nevada will be known as a refuge for California. Chuck prophesied, ” Get ready, for healing will spring forth in this desert.. I’ve been putting seeds in the dry barren place.  I bring travail and bring birth pangs there.

There is an incredible move of the supernatural into this region through the river of God.  This move of the river was going to heal, but also going to bring resurrection life and salvation…I am coming with the river of My Spirit into the schools…. It will come in through the students…through the miraculous…A fire is going to begin to burn…It will be a student-led movement that will disrupt schedules. Dutch declared, “Something is happening in this state that is going to release billions of dollars for the harvest and for the Kingdom of God.  Across the nation, works of God will be funded because something was broken in the heavenlies over Nevada.

(29) New Hampshire:  (Granite State)     The State of Freedom

Motto:  Live Free or Die

We, the people of New Hampshire, come before the presence of The Most Almighty God in humility, thank God for giving us this land, and in order to continue to live freely in this land, we beseech God to give us the wisdom of governance.

New Hampshire’s worship will be a prototype of how the nation goes.  The atmosphere created will cause a shift of turning our nation back to God. The army of God in the nation will gather strategy from this state for the battle. New Hampshire was the first state to sign the Declaration of Independence.  It will be the first state to restore a full covenant with God that will bring the nation back to liberty and freedom again. They will produce a new sound from Heaven, and God will use them to rearrange the nation. Their forefathers built  New Hampshire on the verse from Isaiah 33:22.  New Hampshire is about to experience a spiritual unity and alignment unlike anything we have ever seen.

We, the people of New Jersey, thank the Almighty God who has given us freedom of life and religion, that we may enjoy His blessings, that we may live in safety here, and that the blessings we have already given us will happen to our descendants as well.

Pray for Israel: ‘Operation Dawn’ hits Gaza Jihad
