【Current Event: Yom Kippur (Hebrew: יום כיפור ) in Heber origins of the tenth day of Tishrei, is the day of Awe (Yamim Noraim). It is the holiest day for the Jews every year. On that day, there will be fasting and constant prayer. It is said that God asked the Jews to obey it through Moses and Aaron. The Old Testament clearly stated the provisions of the Day of Atonement: “Israel must always observe the following regulations. Have nothing to do with such people.
1 Thessalonians 5:5 You are all children of the light and children of the day. We do not belong to the night or to the darkness.
