Day 45 祢的慈愛永遠長存(Reviewed, 8/14/2019)

詩篇 107:1-3 「你們要稱謝耶和華，因他本為善； 祂的慈愛永遠長存！ 願耶和華的贖民說這話， 就是衪從敵人手中所救贖的， 從各地，從東從西， 從南從北，所招聚來的。」
親愛的阿爸父，感謝祢，因祢的慈愛把我們從各地，從東從西，從南從北，招聚起來成為祢的贖民！我們曾在曠野荒地漂流，又飢又渴，心裏發昏。 當我們在苦難中呼求祢，祢拯救我們脫離困境，又領我們行走正路！祢使心裏渴慕的人得以知足，使心裏飢餓的人得飽美物。父啊！我們何等感恩！祢也搭救那些坐在黑暗中、死蔭裏的人 , 他們被困苦和鐵鍊捆鎖，仆倒在地，無人扶助 ; 但當他們在苦難中呼求祢時，祢把他們從死蔭幽谷中領出來，折斷他們的綁索，為他們打破了銅門，砍斷了鐵閂。父啊！祢的慈愛何等美好！祢又搭救愚妄人，他們因自己的過犯和自己的罪孽受苦楚，但當他們在苦難中呼求袮，袮就發命醫治他們，救他們脫離死亡。噢！願人都稱讚祢的慈愛！父啊！我們多麼需要祢！我們的心常常會因患難而消化，好像醉酒的人，搖搖晃晃，東倒西歪，我們的智慧無法可施。但我們在苦難中呼求袮，袮拯救我們脫離困境，祢使狂風止息，波浪就平靜了！父啊！我們何等感恩，但願人都因祢的慈愛和祢向人所行的奇事都稱讚袮。噢! 給我們智慧的心，好讓我們常常思想祢的慈愛！ 父啊！祢本為善，祢的慈愛永遠長存！

以賽亞書64:1「願你裂天而降，願山在你面前震動，」
寶貴的父神啊，願祢裂天而降！求祢復興我們！我們呼求，降下焚燒的火！幫助我們看到，我們何等的需要祢！
父神，此刻我們感受到些許的微風，但是還沒有看到風的到來。此時，我們雖然聽到小溪流的潺潺水聲，但我們極需要祢活水江河豐沛的臨到！雖然我們還沒有看到沙漠像玫瑰盛開一樣，但是我們相信祢定要成就祢口中的每一句話語！父啊，幫助我們更深的認識祢、信靠祢、順服祢。因為我們曾見過祢的作為，卻還不曉得祢作事的法則。祢從遠處就知道我們的意念；在祢面前，我們的軟弱都是赤露敞開的，毫不隠藏。求祢饒恕我們曾經頌讚人手所造神的形象；求祢憐憫我們也還未成為那落在土里死了的子粒。噢，父啊，求祢帶我們到我們自己的客西馬尼園，在那裡我們要看到自己極大的需要。父神，加增恩典使我們迫切地禱告祈求，情願照祢的旨意成就！噢，聖靈請祢來，使我們從心㡳向祢俯伏屈膝。我們向祢懇求，再一次來復興我們！
噢！求祢裂天而降，復興我們！父啊，降下燃燒的烈熖， 我們渴求祢榮耀的同在、憐憫、恩慈、能力。噢，聖潔的父神，賜給我們燃燒的愛火烈焰！讓我們成為全然愛祢的聖潔子民！

彼得前書 1:16「你們當成為聖潔的，因為我是聖潔的。」
以賽亞書 35:8 「在那裡必有一條大道，稱為「聖路」。汙穢人不得經過，必專為贖民行走，行路的人雖愚昧也不致失迷。」
父啊，藏我在祢的翅膀蔭下，噢！祢的擁抱使我平靜安穏，在祢的同在中，一切的吵雜聲都靜默了， 一切的不安都消失了，憂愁嘆息也盡都逃避。父啊，我渴想住在祢的居所，時時刻刻與祢同在，我的心要順服聖潔榮耀的父神，並且完全照祢的方式。因祢是聖潔的，我也要成為聖潔的。父啊， 潔淨我，洗去一切汙穢玷污；更新我，除去一切卑情下品，使我行在聖潔的大道上，進入祢榮耀的居所。噢！祢的救贖恩典使我喜樂歡呼， 父啊，因祢的救贖，瞎子的眼必睜開，聾子的耳必開通。噢，瘸子必跳躍像鹿，啞巴的舌頭必能歌唱，樂上加樂。在曠野必有水發出，在沙漠必有河湧流。父神，在祢那裡必有一條大道，稱為「聖路」。祢說，汙穢人不得經過，必專為贖民行走。噢，父啊，帶領我行走在聖潔的大道上。

- 詩篇 84：5 「靠祢有力量，心中想往錫安大道的，這人便為有福 ！」
親愛的天父，我心渴慕祢，我的全身全人都渴想到錫安朝見祢。因為錫安是祢的居所，是祢榮耀的所在，是加力量的源頭，是躺臥安息的地方。父啊，祢看到我們心裡願意，肉體卻是軟弱， 噢，我們何等地需要祢的大能來觸及我們的靈，讓我們心中渴想祢的殿，如同火燒 ；叫我們一心一意只想往錫安大道。父啊，求祢賜下樂意扶持的靈，使我們不放棄、不後退！求祢將堅忍的力量賜給我們，好叫我們熱情的奔向祢！翻轉我們的生命，使我們力上加力，奔向錫安大道；恩上加恩，住在祢殿中成為有福的人。

Our Hearts Set on the Pilgrimage to Zion
- Psalms 84:5 “Blessed are those whose strength is in you, whose heart are set on the pilgrimage to Zion.”
Dear Abba Father, my heart thirsts for You; my whole body and soul are set on the pilgrimage to Zion, because Zion is Your dwelling place, the place of Your glory, the source of our strength, and the place of our rest. Father, our spirit is willing but our flesh is weak! Oh, how we need You to set our hearts on fire once again for the pilgrimage to Zion and strengthen us with Your might that we may earnestly desire Your house. Father, uphold us with a willing spirit that we may not give up nor step backward. Give us strength to persevere so that we can run toward You with great passion! Transform our lives, Father, and give us grace upon grace as we go from strength to strength on the pilgrimage to Zion. How blessed are those who dwell in Your house!

Your Steadfast Love Endures Forever
- Psalm 107:1-3 “Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good; his love endures forever. Let the redeemed of the Lord tell their story— those he redeemed from the hand of the foe, those he gathered from the lands, from east and west, from north and south.”
Dear Abba Father, Oh, how we want to thank You! You redeemed and gathered us from the lands because of Your steadfast love, from east and west and from north and south. We wandered in desert wastelands, hungry and thirsty and our souls fainted within us. But when we cried out to You in our troubles, You delivered us from our distress and led us to walk in the path of righteousness. You satisfy the thirsty and fill the hungry with good things.
Father, how grateful we are! You also saved those who sat in darkness and in the shadow of death and prisoners in affliction and in chains. They stumbled and there was no one to help. But when they cried out to You in their trouble, You saved them from their distress. You brought them out of the shadow of death and freed them from bondage, shattering the gates of bronze and cutting through the bars of iron. Oh Father, how wonderful is Your steadfast love! You again saved fools who through their rebellious ways suffered affliction because of their iniquities. But when they cried out to You in their trouble, You sent out Your words and healed them, delivering them from destruction.
Oh, let people praise You for Your steadfast love! Oh Father, how we need You! We are often stirred up by storms in life and our courage melts away. We would reel and stagger like drunkards and are at our wits’ end. But when we cry out to You in our trouble, You always bring us out of our distress; You calm the storms and still the waves of the sea. Oh Father, how we want to thank You for Your steadfast love and Your wonderful deeds to the children of men. Oh, give us a heart of wisdom that we might always remember and consider Your steadfast love. Abba Father, You are good and Your steadfast love endures forever.

- 以賽亞書55:6 「當趁耶和華可尋找的時候尋找他，相近的時候求告他。」
- 詩篇 90:10, 12, 14 「我們一生的年日是七十歲， 如果強壯，可到八十歲， 但其中可誇耀的，不過是勞苦愁煩； 我們的年日轉眼即逝，我們也如飛而去了。求你教導我們怎樣數算自己的日子， 好使我們得著智慧的心。求你使我們早晨飽嘗你的慈愛， 好使我們一生一世歡呼喜樂。」
親愛的天父，我們何等感謝讚美祢，因著祢的恩典和憐憫給我們還有機會和時間來尋找祢。我們多少時候都忽略了祢所提醒我們的話，也浪費了很多寶貴的時間，我們向祢悔改。今天藉著禱告再一次來默想，當趁還有時候來尋找祢。摩西説，“ 我們一生的年日是七十歲， 如果強壯，可到八十歲， 但其中可誇耀的，不過是勞苦愁煩； 我們的年日轉眼即逝， 我們也如飛而去了。” 父啊！求祢指教我們怎樣數算自己的日子， 好叫我們得著智慧的心。祢的慈愛比生命更好，若失去了祢我們活在世上還有什麼意義呢? 求祢使我們早早飽得祢的慈愛， 好叫我們一生一世歡呼喜樂。父啊，幫助我們更加警惕、殷勤的尋找祢，更迫切的藉著禱告與祢更親近、更靠近。使我們得著智慧的心，常常等候祢，預備自己。願祢的恩慈臨到我們身上，天天為祢而活!

Number Our Days
- Isaiah 55:6 “Seek the Lord while he may be found; call on him while he is near.”
- Psalm 90:10, 12, 14 “Our days may come to seventy years, or eighty, if our strength endures; yet the best of them are but trouble and sorrow, for they quickly pass, and we fly away. Teach us to number our days, that we may gain a heart of wisdom. Satisfy us in the morning with your unfailing love, that we may sing for joy and be glad all our days.”
Dear Abba Father, how we want to thank You and praise You for because of Your grace and mercy there is still time and opportunity to seek You and call on You! In the past, how we have neglected Your words and wasted much precious time! Oh Father, we want to repent before You; please forgive us! Today, in the quiet time we want to meditate on seeking You while there is still time. Moses said, “Our days may come to seventy years, or eighty, if our strength endures; yet the best of them are but trouble and sorrow, for they quickly pass, and we fly away.” Oh Father, teach us to number our days, that we may gain a heart of wisdom. Your loving kindness is better than life; how can we have life without You? Oh, satisfy us in the morning with Your unfailing love, that we may sing for joy and be glad all of our days. Oh Father, help us be more vigilant and diligent to seek You and be more earnest to pray in order to be closer to You and Your heart. Give us a heart of wisdom that we may wait upon You often and prepare ourselves to meet You. May Your grace and favor come upon us, that we might live everyday of our lives for You.

- 馬太福音22：37－39「耶穌對他說：『你要盡心、盡性、盡意、愛主你的神。這是誡命中的第一，且是最大的。其次也相倣，就是要愛人如己。」
親愛的天父, 從聖經中看到祢對我們的愛是如此的寶貝，祢是大有能力，又是我們施行拯救的神，祢卻也是我們慈愛的天父！祢樂意保抱我們，祢在我們中間因我們歡欣喜樂，默然愛我們，又因我們喜樂而歡呼！天父啊！祢的愛觸動我們的心！祢的慈愛和恩典每早晨都是新的！噢！我們要來更認識祢的愛，好來回應祢！天父，祢盼望我們把神的誡命當作生命中的首位，實際的活出來－盡心、盡意、盡力的愛神，且愛人如己。父啊，我們願意學習愛神、愛人。求祢使我們進入隱密處，更多停留在內室裡面，與祢面對面，心對心，直到被祢完全充滿。求祢幫助我們完全降伏於祢，謙卑自己，順服祢 。天父啊，我們需要從祢而來的力量，使我們奔跑生命的道路上每天更愛祢，更認識祢的愛!

God Loves Us and We Love God
- Zephaniah 3:17 “The Lord your God is with you, the Mighty Warrior who saves. He will take great delight in you; he will quiet you by his love; he will rejoice over you with singing.”
- Matthew 22:37-39 “Jesus replied: “ ‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’ This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’”
Dear Abba Father, The Bible taught us how precious Your steadfast love is! While You are the Mighty Warrior who saves, You are also our kind and loving Heavenly Father. How You long to hold us in Your arms and You take great delight in us; You quiet us by Your love and rejoice over us with singing; every morning You shower us with Your loving kindness and grace! Oh Father, we are so touched by Your love that we long to know You more! Abba Father, You desire that we obey and truly live the first and greatest commandment: love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind; also we ought to love our neighbor as ourselves! Father, we want to do all that You ask of us, to love You and mankind. Oh that You would bring us to the secret place that we might abide with You to meet You face to face and heart to heart, until You fill us with Yourself. Help us fully submit to You, humble ourselves and obey You. Oh, Father, strengthen us as we run the heavenly race that we would love You and know You more each day.

- 詩篇 29: 3-4; 7-9「耶和華的聲音發在水上，榮耀的神打雷，耶和華打雷在大水之上。 耶和華的聲音大有能力，耶和華的聲音滿有威嚴。耶和華的聲音使火焰分岔。耶和華的聲音震動曠野，耶和華震動加低斯的曠野；耶和華的聲音驚動母鹿落胎， 樹木也脫落淨光。凡在他殿中的，都稱說他的榮耀。」
- 創世記 1:1-4 「起初，神創造天地。 地是空虛混沌，淵面黑暗；神的靈運行在水面上。 神說：「要有光」，就有了光。 神看光是好的，就把光暗分開了。」

The Voice of the Lord
- Psalm 29:3-4, 7-9 “The voice of the Lord is over the waters; the God of glory thunders, the Lord thunders over the mighty waters. The voice of the Lord is powerful; the voice of the Lord is majestic. The voice of the Lord flashes forth flames of fire. The voice of the Lord shakes the wilderness; the Lord shakes the wilderness of Kadesh. The voice of the Lord makes the deer give birth and strips the forests bare, and in his temple all cry, “Glory!”
- Genesis 1:1-4 “In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. Now the earth was formless and empty, darkness was over the surface of the deep, and the Spirit of God was hovering over the waters. And God said, “Let there be light,” and there was light. God saw that the light was good …”
- Psalm 29:10-11 “The Lord sits enthroned over the flood; the Lord is enthroned as King forever. The Lord gives strength to his people; the Lord blesses his people with peace.”
Dear Abba Father, Your voice is over the waters; Father of glory, You thunder over the mighty waters. Your voice is powerful; Your voice is majestic. Your voice flashes forth flames of fire. Your voice shakes the wilderness. Oh Father, shake us, shake our hearts as well! Father, Your voice makes the deer give birth and strips the forests bare. Oh Father, yes, let Your voice bring forth new life in us and strip our old selves bare. Just like in the beginning, when You created the heavens and the earth, You said, “Let there be light,” and there was light; oh Father, speak to us and let Your voice call forth everything that is good for our lives! Oh Father, You are such a great and awesome God, a God of thunders and lightnings, yet You are our Father who cares for us and loves us deeply. Oh, how grateful we are, for in You we have great hope. Even in times of flood, You sit enthroned as King; therefore, we trust in You and will never be moved and will boldly proclaim, “The Lord gives strength to His people; the Lord blesses His people with peace.” Let us shout out praise and worship to You and let everyone in the temple cry, “Glory! Glory! Glory!”

- 詩篇11:4 「耶和華在他的聖殿裡，耶和華的寶座在天上。他的慧眼察看世人。」
- 詩篇 139:23-24 「神啊，求你鑒察我，知道我的心思 ；試煉我，知道我的意念， 看在我裏面有甚麼惡行沒有， 引導我走永生的道路。」
親愛的天父，祢是一位無所不知、無所不在、無所不能的神。祢的寶座在天上，祢在聖殿裡用慧眼察看我們。父啊，孩子在思想祢心中想要察看的是什麼呢？是否要看有没有向祢心存誠實的人？看哪裡有虛心痛悔的人？察看何處有行為完全的人呢？噢，父神，祢一直在尋找一颗向着祢完全和誠實的心，而當祢找到了，祢的眼目帶著喜悅和興奮，會一直注視著那些敬虔愛祢的人。祢的凝視、祢的定睛、祢的注目，都打動我們的心。我們願以謙卑的心回應祢說：”父啊，求祢鑒察我，知道我的心思 ；試煉我，知道我的意念， 看在我裏面有甚麼惡行沒有。” 天父，我們渴想祢的注視，求祢的眼目不離開我們，求祢顯大能幫助我們，成為祢所要尋找的－心存誠實、虛心痛悔、行為完全的人，引導我們走永生的道路。

- 詩篇1：2-3 「惟喜愛耶和華的律法， 晝夜思想， 這人便為有福！他要像一棵樹栽在溪水旁，按時結果子。」
- 馬太福音 4:4 耶穌卻回答說：「 經上 記着說： 人活着，不是單靠食物， 乃是靠神口裏所出的一切話。」
- 約翰福音 6:48, 51 (耶穌説)「我就是生命的糧。我是從天上降下來生命的糧；人若吃這糧，就必永遠活着。我所要賜的糧就是我的肉，為世人之生命所賜的。」
阿爸父啊，我們何等喜愛祢的律法、祢的律例、祢的典章。在禁食中，我們晝夜思想祢的話語，我們是何等的有福！耶穌提醒我們，”人活着，不是單靠食物， 乃是靠神口裏所出的一切話。” 又說，”我就是生命的糧，為世人之生命所賜的。” 父啊，我們何等感恩！祢將天上生命的糧賜給我們，使我們吃了，就永遠活着。我們就會像是一棵栽在溪水旁的樹，紮根於源源不絕的活水泉，持續的被祢的生命滋潤著，按時結果子。父啊，我們渴慕多多的結出果子來，求祢用祢的話語、祢的律例典章來修剪我們，把我們修理乾淨。在一切心思、意念、話語裏面，我們願意被約束，被管理，叫我們裏面的建造有根有基連於耶穌基督，使我們多結果子，使父因此得著榮耀。父啊，幫助我們能順著聖靈而行，讓聖靈在我們生命中結出美好的果子，有仁愛、喜樂、和平、忍耐、恩慈、良善、信實，溫柔，節制。父神啊，我們是祢所栽種的，是祢所建造的，求祢用那活潑的道、 生命的糧更多的充滿我們！使我們的生命更豐盛！

Yield Its Fruit in Season
- Psalm 1:2-3 “Blessed is the man whose delight is in the law of the Lord, and who meditates on his law day and night. That person is like a tree planted by streams of water, which yields its fruit in season.”
- Matthew 4:4 “Jesus answered, “It is written: ‘Man shall not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God.’ ””
- John 6:49, 51 (Jesus said) “I am the living bread that came down from heaven. Whoever eats this bread will live forever. This bread is my flesh, which I will give for the life of the world.”
Father, we delight in the law of the Lord, Your statutes and precepts. How blessed we are to meditate on Your law day and night in the days of our fasting. Jesus reminded us, “Man shall not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God.” He also said, “I am the living bread that came down from heaven for the life of the world.” Oh Father, we are so grateful that You gave us the living bread from heaven, and that when we eat it, we will live forever; we will be like a tree planted by streams of water, connected to the fountain of living water and nurtured continuously by You, that we may yield fruits in season. Oh Father, we desire to bear more fruits, therefore we ask You to prune us with Your laws, statutes and precepts. Let them guide our minds, thoughts, and words, so that we can be firmly rooted and established in Christ to bear fruits to glorify You. Father, let us be guided by the Holy Spirit, and let the Spirit produce beautiful fruits in our lives, the fruits of love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Father, we are the plantings of the Lord and the work of Your hand; oh, fill us with more with Your living word; let the living bread continuously nurture us that we may live life more abundantly!

- 以賽亞書 4:3-4 「主以公義的靈和焚燒的靈，將錫安女子的污穢洗去… 那時… 一切在生命冊上記名的，必稱為聖。」
親愛的天父，
聖經上說：「我勸你向我買火煉的金子，叫你富足。」父神，是什麼樣的金子能讓我們富足? 祢讓我們知道，這些金子是在火煉之後會真實產生出來神的屬性，像主耶穌那樣滿有憐憫、恩慈、仁義、公平和誠實的性格。噢，父啊，祢愛我們，祢渴望我們在耶穌基督顯現的時候得著稱讚、榮耀、和尊貴。因此，我們祈求祢賜下更多的恩典，幫助我們在火煉中緊緊抓住神的話語，使我們行道而不是單單聽道, 也要分辨出我們生命中哪些不是與神的道和神的心意對齊的地方。在火煉的過程中，我們要丟棄萬事，看作糞土，為要得著基督，有耶穌基督的形象。 阿爸父啊！謝謝祢用煉淨的火，公義的靈和焚燒的靈，除去我們的污穢，使我們全然聖潔，榮耀祢的名！

Gold Refined in the Fire
- Revelation 3:18 “I counsel you to buy from me gold refined in the fire, so you can become rich. …”
- Philippians 3:8 “What is more, I consider everything a loss because of the surpassing worth of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord, for whose sake I have lost all things. I consider them garbage, that I may gain Christ”
- Isaiah 4:3-4 “Those who are … recorded for life … will be called holy. The Lord will wash away the filth of the women of Zion …”
Dear Abba Father,
We want to thank You and praise You for loving us so much that You desire to teach us about “gold refined in the fire” during our time of prayer and fasting. We ask You to prepare our hearts to learn this important lesson. The Bible says: “I counsel you to buy from me gold refined in the fire, so you can become rich.” As we ponder what kind of gold would make us rich, You show us that only gold refined in the fire can produce attributes of God in us, just like those of Jesus, full of compassion, kindness, righteousness, justice and truth. Oh Father, how You love us and desire that when Jesus appears You will find us worthy of praise, glory and honor. Oh, give us grace that we would grasp the Word of God to be our strength during the refining. Help us be doers of the Word and not just hearers only, and help us discern which of our lives does not align with the ways and will of God. Also in the process of refining, we want to count everything as loss and rubbish so that we may gain Christ and to be like Him. Oh Abba Father, thank You for using the refining fire, the Spirit of righteousness, and the Spirit of burning to remove our filth in order that we become holy and glorify Your name!

親愛的天父，
祢是永在的 神，創造地極的主， 祢是一切萬有的源頭，並用全能的手托住宇宙， 而且祢永不疲乏也不困倦。然而，父神，我們卻常常在奔跑服事的道路上，時而疲乏困倦，時而軟弱跌倒；父啊，祢讓我們知道自己是有限的，我們裡面的生命若沒有時時與祢相連，就如枝子離了葡萄樹，最後枝子會枯乾，結局是死亡。我們時時刻刻需要有主的話語、主的同在，因為離了祢，我們就不能做什麼了！父神啊，幫助我們回到祢的心意，單單依靠祢，無論多麼要緊的事，都不能使我們離開祢的面，求祢帶我們回到與祢約定的隱秘處來等候祢、聆聽祢、親近祢。父啊， 祢說：那等候耶和華的，必從新得力。求祢叫我們時刻留意聖靈的帶領，專注地對齊祢的心意， 領受從祢而來的恩典和力量，使我們重新得力。疲乏的，祢賜能力；軟弱的，祢加力量，使我們的生命經歷一個完全的蛻變，再一次如鷹展翅上騰! 父神啊，願祢傾倒親密的恩膏，用油膏了我們的頭，叫我們奔跑不疲倦，行走不困乏!

Strength Renewed
- John 15:5 “I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing.”
- Isaiah 40:31 “…but those who wait upon the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.”
Dear Abba Father,
You are the eternal God, the Creator of the earth, and the beginning of all things; You hold the universe in the palm of Your hand, and You never grow weary or faint. But, Father, we often grow weary and faint as we labor to serve You; sometime we become so weak that we stumble and fall. Father, help us know that we are only human, and that without connecting to You, we are just like a branch separated from the vine which soon withers and dies. How we need Your words and Your presence at all times, because without You we can do nothing. Oh Father, help us return to Your will and rely on You alone; no matter how important or urgent things are, they will not separate us from Your face. We ask You to bring us back to the secret place to wait upon You, to listen to You and to be close to You. Oh Father, Your word tells us that You will renew the strength of those who wait upon You. Help us follow closely the leading of the Holy Spirit so that we will be in alignment with Your will and be strengthened by Your grace. Oh, You strengthen the weary and give power to the weak; let us experience a complete metamorphosis that we may soar on wings like eagles! Father, pour upon us the anointing of intimacy and overflow our cup so that we might run and not grow weary, and walk and not be faint.

親愛的天父,
我們感謝讚美祢，藉著40天的禁食禱告激發我們更多的渴慕祢，渴慕有祢的同在，渴慕被祢改變，父啊，求祢來、現在就來，用祢滿足的喜樂、完全的愛、無限的忍耐、還有祢的恩慈、良善、信實，來充滿來我們。父，祢知道我們需要祢，我們的生命太軟弱了，好像在乾旱疲乏無水之地，渴想祢、切慕祢。我們的靈多麼需要來領受祢豐盛的生命，也渴慕祢的同在。天父 ， 詩人説，祢使心裡渴慕的人得以知足，使心裡飢餓的人，得飽美物。父啊，我們相信祢的應許，祢必使飢渴慕義的人得飽足，所以再一次向祢呼求，來充滿我們，讓我們的心緊緊地跟隨祢，讓我們被祢完全充滿。父啊！感謝祢在我們生命中一切的恩典。噢！祢的慈愛比生命更美好， 我們的嘴唇要頌讚祢，我們一生活著要敬拜祢 ！

Longing for God
- Psalm 107:9 “…for He satisfies the thirsty and fills the hungry with good things.”
- Psalm 63:1, 3, 8 “You, God, are my God, earnestly I seek you; I thirst for you, my whole being longs for you, in a dry and parched land where there is no water. Because your love is better than life, my lips will praise you. I cling to you; your right hand upholds me.”
Dear Abba Father,
We thank You and praise You for during 40 days of prayer and fasting You have given us a heart to hunger and thirst more for You and Your presence and even to have more desire to be changed. Father, we ask You to come, come fill us now with Your fullness of joy, Your perfect love, Your enduring patience, and Your kindness, goodness, and faithfulness. Father, You know how much we need You; how we long for You like a dry and weary land thirsting for water. Oh our spirit longs to receive Your abundant life and to be in Your glorious presence. Heavenly Father, the psalmist proclaimed, “You satisfy the thirsty and fill the hungry with good things.” Father, we trust in Your promise and know that You will fill those who hunger and thirst for righteousness. Once again we cry out to You: oh that You would fill us to overflowing and our heart would learn to cling to You. Father, we thank You for all the grace you have shown us in our lives. Oh, because Your lovingkindness is better than life, our lips will praise You and we will worship You all the days of our lives.

Day 32 忍耐的功課 (revision, 8/14/2019)
- 路加福音 22:44 「耶穌極其傷痛，禱告更加懇切，汗珠如大血點滴在地上。」
- 雅各書1:2－4 「我的弟兄們，你們落在百般試煉中，都要以為大喜樂；因為知道你們的信心經過試驗，就生忍耐。 但忍耐也當成功，使你們成全完備，毫無缺欠。」
- 希伯來書 12:10「生身的父都是暫隨己意管教我們；惟有萬靈的父管教我們，是要我們得益處，使我們在他的聖潔上有分。」
親愛的天父，今天我們思想祢的一個屬性－忍耐，在聖經中記載主耶穌的忍耐。祂用忍耐的心，寬容人先時所犯的罪。主耶穌在世時無論人對祂是如何地羞辱，十字架上承受著多大的痛苦，祂都忍耐到底直到死了。主耶穌之所以能夠得勝，是因為當祂受傷痛，祂禱告；當祂的傷痛極大，祂禱告更加激烈。耶穌在客西馬尼園的一刻就是最佳例子。天父，我們感謝耶穌為我們作了最佳的榜樣，當我們經歷試煉時要學習祂的樣式，藉著禱告-更深進入祢的隱密處； 藉著禱告-與祢有更親密的連接；藉著禱告-使我們有力量面對挑戰。父啊，幫助我們永不放棄追求神，無論怎樣都要留在基督裡，在苦難中歡歡喜喜的忍耐寬容。阿爸父， 相信我們的信心要經過試驗，在試驗過程中我們倚靠祢，禱告祢，祢加添我們力量， 幫助我們把忍耐的功課學習成功，使我們成全完備，毫無缺欠。天父，祢所愛的，祢就管教，使我們有祢的屬性， 在祢的聖潔上有份! 感謝天父！我們何等的有福！

The Lesson of Patience
- Luke 22:44 “And being in anguish, he prayed more earnestly, and his sweat was like drops of blood falling to the ground.”
- James 1:2-4 “Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.”
- Hebrews 12:10 “They (human fathers) disciplined us for a little while as they thought best; but God disciplines us for our good, in order that we may share in his holiness.”
Dear Abba Father, Today we want to meditate on one of Your attributes – patience. The Bible talked about the patience of Jesus that He patiently endured suffering and forgave those who offended Him. When He was on the earth, no matter how much humiliation He faced, and how much pain He suffered on the cross, He endured to the end and even unto death. He was able to overcome because when Jesus was afflicted, He prayed to You; when His agony became intense, His prayed more earnestly and intently, just as He did in the garden of Gethsemane. Heavenly Father, we thank Jesus for being the best example for us; when we experience trials, we want to learn from Him to go deeper into the secret place to have a more intimate connection with You. Oh such a connection gives us the strength to face any challenges. Father, help us never give up on seeking You no matter what happens; we want to stay hidden in Christ, and consider it pure joy as we face trials and tribulations. Abba Father, we know that the testing of our faith will drive us to lean on You and pray; and as we pray we receive strength to persevere in patience so that we can be perfect and complete, not lacking anything. Heavenly Father, You discipline those You love in order that we can have Your attributes and share in Your holiness! Thank You, Father, how blessed we are to be Your children!

- 約壹2:15「不要愛世界和世界上的事。人若愛世界，愛父的心就不在他裏面了。」
親愛的天父，我們感謝祢，讚美祢，稱頌敬拜祢！因祢是慈愛的神，供應我們一切的全能神，我們單單敬拜祢！父神，今天在祢的隱秘處，我們默想「收取嗎哪」 在出埃及記中記載，當以色列人離開埃及到了曠野，神從天上降下嗎哪供給他們需用。他們早晨出去，就有嗎哪拾取，一天的食物就夠了。如今神賜給我們聖經，也就是神的話語來供應我們。父啊，祢是昨日、今日、一直到永遠都不改變的神，幫助我們對祢的話語有渴慕、有胃口、有喜愛，還要晝夜思想。不但如此，祢還應許當我們晝夜思想時，我們就像一顆樹栽在溪水旁，會按時候結果子，凡我們所作的盡都順利。阿爸天父，求祢更深動工在我們身上，徹底除去我們對世界的胃口，因為聖經說：「人若愛世界，愛父的心就不在他裡面了。」父啊，我們謙卑地呼求祢，也為自己愛世界的罪痛悔，使我們被更新，活出渴慕祢的生命，並且天天收取嗎哪，成為一個盡心、盡性、盡意愛祢的人。

Gather Our Daily Manna

- 1 John 2:15 “Do not love the world or anything in the world. If anyone loves the world, love for the Father is not in them.”

Dwelling with God
- Isaiah 57:15 “For this is what the high and exalted One says— He who lives forever, whose name is holy: “I live in a high and holy place, but also with the one who is contrite and lowly in spirit, to revive the spirit of the lowly and to revive the heart of the contrite.”
- John 16:8 “When He (Holy Spirit) comes, He will convict the world concerning sin and righteousness and judgment.”
- Revelation 3:15-19 “I know your deeds, that you are neither cold nor hot. I wish you were either one or the other! So, because you are lukewarm—neither hot nor cold—I am about to spit you out of my mouth. You say, ‘I am rich; I have acquired wealth and do not need a thing.’ But you do not realize that you are wretched, pitiful, poor, blind and naked… So be earnest and repent.”
Dear Abba Father, In M. W. Robinson’s biography “Radiant Glory”, she mentioned that when she was filled with the Holy Spirit, she was so desperately longing for God that she became lovesick: she could not eat nor drink but cry out to the Lord day and night longing for His presence. Finally, the Lord was so moved that He revealed Himself to her; she was later used mightily by God. Today as we spend time with You, Father, we want to cry out to You passionately as well. Oh Father, how You delight to dwell with us, for You have shown us Your heart in the Bible time and time again: You came down on Mount Sinai and manifested Yourself in fire; You came leaping over mountains and hills to see Your beloved; You desire that Your dwelling place to be among the people. Oh, it is unthinkable that a holy, righteous, glorious, and awesome God actually desires to dwell with us! Father, as we ponder how small we are, and wonder how we can ever live in the “high and holy place with You”, You did not hesitate to show us that as long as we have a contrite and humble heart, You will come and dwell with us! Oh, how wonderful it will be and how grateful we are! We ask the Holy Spirit to come and fill us and convict us of sin, righteousness, and judgment. Oh, revive our lukewarm heart, and help us realize that we are wretched, pitiful, poor, blind and naked. How we long for You to radically transform our life during the prayer and fasting season, that we may earnestly repent of our ways, hunger more for Your Word, and stay more focused when we pray, in order to prepare ourselves to meet You. Oh Abba Father, how we long for You to come to dwell with us!

- 以賽亞書 57:15 「因為那至高至上、永遠長存、名為聖者的如此說： “我住在至高至聖的所在， 也與心靈痛悔、謙卑的人同居； 要使謙卑人的靈甦醒， 也使痛悔人的心甦醒。 ”」
- 約翰福音 16:8 「祂 (聖靈) 既來了，就要叫世人為罪、為義、為審判，自己責備自己。」
- 啟示錄 3:16-19「你既 如 溫 水 ，也不冷也不熱，所以我必從我口中把你吐出去。 你說：我是富足，已經發了財，一樣都不缺；卻不知道你是那困苦、可憐、貧窮、瞎眼、赤身的… 所以你要發熱心，也要悔改。」
親愛的父神，曾經讀過羅炳森師母的傳記裡面有一段記載，當她被聖靈充滿後對神的渴慕是思愛成病，在那些日子裡是茶也不思、飯也不想，日夜呼求禱告要與主相遇。終於，她吸引了主，主來了向她顯現。最後她一生被神大大使用。所以今天我們與神親密對話也向祢呼求：父神，祢是樂意與我們同在的神，在聖經中記載著祢從西乃山而來，祢從火中而來，祢躥山越嶺而來，祢的帳幕在人間。噢，這一位聖潔、公義、榮耀、偉大的神，竟然願意與我們同住！父啊，細細想來，我們何其渺小，如何能住到祢 「至高至聖的所在」？但是祢毫不猶豫地告訴我們，只要我們有痛悔、謙卑的心，祢就會來與我們同住，多麼奇妙！我們心何等的感恩，求祢澆灌聖靈來充滿我們，使我們為罪、為義、為審判，自己責備自己。改變我們內心的不冷不熱，知道自己原來是困苦、可憐、貧窮、瞎眼、赤身的。求祢在禁食禱告中更深翻轉我們的生命，使我們大發熱心，更深的悔改，對祢的話語更飢渇，對禱告能更專注，預備自己朝見祢的面。阿爸父， 我們多麼渴望祢來與我們同住！

- 馬太福音 6:33 「你們要先求他的國和他的義，這些東西都要加給你們了。」
- 詩篇 116:5 「耶和華有恩惠，有公義； 我們的神以憐憫為懷。」
親愛的天父，在等候祢的日子裏，我們要尋求祢，切切地尋求祢的面 。在祢面前有慈愛和真理湧流。我們要照著祢的公義稱謝祢，要來到祢的隱密處親近祢、敬拜祢 、思想祢。父啊，今天我們思想耶穌的教導說：“你們要先求他的國和他的義，這些東西都要加給你們了。” 這其實是最偉大的應許。祢喜悅我們要看重祢所看重的，當我們把屬天的事放在第一位，天父，祢應許我們需用的一切東西，而且不單只有地上的福氣，連天上都有福氣。父啊，神的國代表祢的主權，我們樂意在每天生活中，讓父神的主權掌管我們的一切，祢的話語佔據我們所有的心思和意念；祢的旨意運行在地上，如同運行在天上。我們也要求神的義，遵行父神所吩咐我們去做的事。
父神，我們感謝祢，因祢的應許何等寶貴。我們願竭力地追求神的國、神的義。我們渴慕我們生命裏頭有憐憫人的愛，也能有實際地幫助人行出來的義 。父啊，幫助我們！

His Kingdom and His Righteousness
- Matthew 6:33 “But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.”
- Psalm 116:5 “The Lord is gracious and righteous; our God is full of compassion.”
Dear Abba Father, As we wait upon You, we earnestly seek Your face, for lovingkindness and truth flow before Your throne. We come to the secret place longing to be near You, to worship You, meditate upon You and bless You for Your righteousness. As we meditate on Jesus’ words today, “Seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well,”how we thank You for such a wonderful promise! If we treasure what You treasure, putting heavenly things as our first priority, Father, You promise to meet all our needs, giving us not only blessings on earth but also in heaven. Oh Father, in the kingdom of God, You have sovereignty over all things; similarly, we desire Your sovereignty over our daily life, and that the Word of God fills our minds and thoughts. Let Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven; let us pursue the righteousness of God and follow Your commandments.
Father, we thank You for Your precious promise. How we desire to seek Your kingdom and Your righteousness; we long for the love and compassion of Your kingdom to be in our life, and we desire to help others with deed of righteousness as You have taught us. Help us, Father, to be all that You want us to be!

- 彼得前書 1:22 「你們既因順從真理，潔淨了自己的心，以致愛弟兄沒有虛假，就當從心裏彼此切實相愛。」
親愛的天父 ，我們要感謝讚美祢，在禁食禱告當中看到了祢奇妙的恩典，祢的保守和看顧使我們心思更專注、生命更煉淨。今天我們默想聖潔，唯一聖潔的源頭在於祢。父神，祢要我們聖潔，因為祢是聖潔的。求祢更深開啟我們對聖潔的認識，父啊，祢是何等傾力地把我們帶進聖潔， 因為袮教導我們人非聖潔，沒有人能見主。祢心中渴望幫助我們，知道聖潔不單是不犯罪，而且是分別為聖，能勇敢的站在真理上不妥協。也要追求與眾人和睦，因而潔淨了自己的心，愛我們的弟兄不虛假，而且彼此切實相愛。
父啊，我們願有一顆潔淨的心，潔淨的雙手，以主耶穌的寶血灑在我們的良心上，還要穿上行為公義的白衣預備自己，迎見祢的面。當我們愈靠近那聖潔的火，任何不潔的，都被燒燼 ; 而任何聖潔的，都更加火熱。在聖潔榮耀的光中，阿爸父輕聲的問：“孩子，你／妳可預備好了嗎？”

Holy People of God

- 1 Peter 1:22 “Now that you have purified yourselves by obeying the truth so that you have sincere brotherly love, and love one another deeply from a pure heart.”
Dear Abba Father, we want to thank You and praise You for Your amazing grace during our time of prayer and fasting: the grace to keep our heart more focused and life more refined. Today we want to meditate on holiness for You are the only source of holiness. Father, You have called us to be holy, because You are holy; oh, reveal to us the deeper truth about holiness. Father, how You long for us to be holy for Your word teaches us that without holiness no one can see God. Help us understand that holiness is being set apart for You, not just being free from sin, and that we would stand up for the truth bravely without compromise. In addition, our hearts must be purified as we pursue peace with everyone, loving one another with sincere brotherly love from a pure heart.
Father, we desire to have a pure heart and clean hands. Oh that You would sprinkle our conscience with the blood of Jesus that we may be clothed with the robe of righteousness and be ready to meet You face to face. As we get closer to the fire of holiness, any uncleanness will be burned away, while anything that is holy will burn even brighter! Abba Father, in the light of Your holiness and glory, You lovingly ask each of us, “Child, are you ready?”

- 哀利米哀歌 3：23「每早晨這都是新的。祢的誠實極其廣大！」
親愛的天父，
我們默想詩人的禱告，在清晨時分進入隱秘處，聽祢慈愛之言。 （詩篇143:8）父神，我們也願意每早晨到祢面前聆聽祢、注視祢、等候祢。我們相信，祢的慈愛和憐憫每早晨都是新的；因此，我們渴慕在隱密處迎見祢每日更新的恩典。父啊，祢說：祢的恩典乃是一生之久；一宿雖然有哭泣，早晨便必歡呼！我們堅定的仰望祢而不動搖，因為祢的應許是永不落空的。我們的阿爸父是信實可靠的。父啊，祢看重我們與祢相聚的每一時刻 ， 幫助我們清晨早起，禱告達到祭壇前，我們的生命被祢清晨的甘露所充滿，更多的愛祢，更多的倚靠祢，天天滿溢出愛神、愛人的喜樂！

Morning Prayer
- Psalm 143:8 “Let the morning bring me word of your unfailing love, for I have put my trust in you.”
- Lamentations 3:23 “… his compassion never fail. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness.”
Today we come to the secret place to meditate on the prayer of the psalmist who came to You early in the morning to hear Your word of unfailing love. (Psalm 143:8) Father, we also like to come to You in the morning to listen to You, look to You, and wait upon You. Your love and compassion are new every morning; therefore, every day we are eager to meet You in the secret place to receive the renewing grace. Oh Father, You said: Your favor lasts a lifetime; weeping may stay for the night, but rejoicing comes in the morning! We look to You continuously in confidence and will not be shaken, for Your promises never fail and our Abba Father is altogether trustworthy!
Oh Father, You cherish every moment we spend with You. During the 40 days of prayer and fasting, let our prayer reach Your altar early in the morning, that our life may be filled with morning dew, with more love and trust, and with overflowing joy to love both God and people every day!

Day 26 捨己，跟從祢 (Reviewed, 8/14/2019)
馬太福音16:24「於是，耶穌對門徒說：“若有人要跟從我，就當捨己，背起他的十字架，來跟從我。”」
親愛的天父，我們感謝讚美祢，祢讓主耶穌來到這世界，活出與世人完全不一樣的人生，讓我們看見祂醫病趕鬼，使死人復活，行走在海面上，能使狂風大浪平靜…。主耶穌在世上的每一天都在彰顯父神的大能，但祂卻謙卑自己，順服父神的旨意，成了代罪羔羊，為我們的罪釘死在十字架上，使我們得以與父神和好。阿爸父啊，祢的心得到滿足，是因著耶穌的捨己，父啊！我們也要讓祢的心得到滿足。我們願意學習耶穌的樣式，謙卑，捨己，順服祢，活出榮耀祢的生命，完成祢在我們身上的命定！但這捨己的功課不容易，我們常常心靈願意，肉體卻軟弱了。噢！父啊，我們多麼需要祢！幫助我們時時仰望祢，更深的倚靠祢，與祢連結，像枝子連結葡萄樹一樣，使我們能活出捨己的生命，天天背起自己的十字架來跟隨祢。

Deny Ourselves and Follow You
Matthew 16:24 “Then Jesus told his disciples, “If anyone would come after me, let him deny himself and take up his cross and follow me.”
Dear Abba Father,
We want to thank You and praise You for sending Jesus to us; while He was on the earth He lived an extraordinary life: he healed the sick, raised the dead, walked on water and calmed the storm… Every day Jesus manifested the power of His Father, yet He chose to humble Himself and obeyed the will of the Father. He became a lamb sacrifice who died on the cross for our sins that we might reconcile with our heavenly Father. Oh Abba Father, Your heart was comforted because Jesus denied himself and obeyed You. Father, we want to comfort Your heart as well. How we want to be like Jesus, humble and obedient, denying self and living a life of abundance that we might fulfill our destiny like Jesus did. But denying self is often challenging and difficult, because our spirit is willing but our flesh is weak. Oh Father, how much we need You! Help us always look to You that we might rely on You more and more. Oh that we might unite ourselves with You as a branch is connected to a vine so that we can live a life of denying self and take up our cross and follow You!

- 啟示錄 4：8－11「他們（四活物）晝夜不住的說：『聖哉！聖哉！聖哉！主神是昔在、今在、以後永在的全能者。』每逢四活物將榮耀、尊貴、感謝歸給那坐在寶座上、活到永永遠遠者的時候，那二十四位長老就俯伏在坐寶座的面前，敬拜那活到永永遠遠的，又把他們的冠冕放在寶座前，說：『我們的主，我們的神，你是配得榮耀、尊貴、權柄的；因為你創造了萬物，並且萬物因你的旨意被創造而有的。』」
親愛的阿爸父，
我們有一位神，就是父，萬物都本於祢，我們也歸於祢。祢是阿拉法，祢是俄梅戛，是昔在、今在、以後永在的全能者。我們何等的感恩，以天父孩子的權利，來到祢寶座前敬拜祢。當我們默想著眾天使天軍、四活物、二十四位長老，都圍著祢的寶座而傾慕注視祢; 二十四位長老把冠冕放在祢面前不停的敬拜祢。我們的心也充滿了對祢愛的渴慕，父啊，我們向祢俯伏，我們敬拜，我們晝夜不住的說：“阿爸父，愛祢！愛祢！愛祢！” 求祢開我們的眼睛，看到祢的美麗輝煌！在祢榮耀的煙雲中，用祢如火焰般的愛燒著我們的心，燒進我們的骨頭。此刻，我們只有一件專注的事，父啊，我們全心全意敬拜祢，說：“萬軍之耶和華啊！ 我們的主，我們的神，祢是配得榮耀、尊貴、權柄、頌讚的!”

Glorious Heavenly Father
- Revelation 4:8-11 “Each of the four living creatures had six wings and was covered with eyes all around, even under its wings. Day and night they never stop saying: “ ‘Holy, holy, holy is the Lord God Almighty,’ who was, and is, and is to come.” Whenever the living creatures give glory, honor and thanks to him who sits on the throne and who lives for ever and ever, the twenty-four elders fall down before him who sits on the throne and worship him who lives for ever and ever. They lay their crowns before the throne and say: “You are worthy, our Lord and God, to receive glory and honor and power, for you created all things, and by your will they were created and have their being.””
Dear Abba Father,
We have a God who is our Father, from whom are all things and to whom we belong. You are the Alpha and the Omega, Who is and Who was and Who is to come, the Almighty. How grateful we are to be able to come before You, as a child of God, to worship You. Oh how the myriads of angels, the living creatures and the twenty-four elders adore You, as they surround Your throne and gaze upon Your glory and the elders cast their crowns and worship You continuously! Our hearts are also filled with longing for Your love. Oh Father, we bow down, we worship, we want to declare day and night, “Abba Father, we love You! We love You! How we love You!” Open our eyes that we may see the beauty of Your glory! In the clouds of Your glory, let Your flame of love burn our hearts and even to the bone. At this moment, Father, we only want to worship You with our whole heart and proclaim, “Oh, Lord God Almighty, the Victor of heaven, the Mighty Warrior of glory, our Lord and God, You are worthy to receive glory and honor and power and praise!”

親愛的天父，
祢是萬軍之耶和華，耶和華是祢的名，祢是自有永有的神，是超越一切之上。祢是有憐憫恩典，有恩惠慈愛的天父，是偉大、又良善、又慈悲的神。當我們思念祢的榮美，心中不由自主地向祢發出驚嘆。父神，祢說：倚靠祢的人便為有福！是的，阿爸父， 在母懷裡，祢就使我們有倚靠的心 。我們要提祢的名，單單的依靠祢，無論在任何環境裡，在多不容易的處境中， 我們的心仍要堅定的仰望祢，因你從沒有離棄過尋求祢的人。祢必帶領我們出離患難，進入寬闊不狹窄之地，擺在我們席上的必滿有肥甘。因祢應許，以耶和華為可靠的，那人有福了 !

Blessed Is the One Who Trusts in You

Dear Abba Father,
You are Lord God Almighty and Jehovah is Your name. You are the great I AM; You are above all! You are a merciful and gracious Father, so loving and kind. You are also a great God full of goodness and compassion. How we adore Your beauty; our hearts are filled with awe and wonder! Father God, You said: blessed is the one who trusts in You! Yes, Father, even when I was in my mother’s womb, You gave me a heart to trust You; therefore, we lift up Your name and trust only in You! No matter how difficulty our situations are, our hearts will always look to You in confidence, because You have never forsaken anyone who put their trust in You. You draw us out of distress, bring us into a broad place free from restriction, and set us a table full of fatness; oh, such are promises for those who trust in You! How blessed are they!

親愛的天父，
我們感謝讚美祢，祢不停止的教導我們祢的所是。在與祢親密的時間裡，引領我們默想祢是我們的盾牌，更深的開啟祢對我們完善的計劃和保護。阿爸父，祢的救恩給我們作盾牌，祢為我們施行拯救，保護我們，遮蓋我們，幫助我們 ; 祢的盾牌是祢所賜給我們的信心，可以滅盡那惡者一切攻擊的火箭。父啊，開啟我們靈裡的眼睛真認識祢是多麼偉大，且是大有能力的神；求祢更多的加增我們對祢的信靠！父神，祢是天天垂顧觀看我們的神，我們要常常藏身在祢裡面，深知道在爭戰的日子裡，有祢作我們四圍的盾牌，我們就不再害怕 ; 而且有信心勇敢的面對一切的挑戰而不後退！在40天禁食禱告中，讓我們大膽宣告，祢是得勝的主，祢必使我們得勝，勝了又勝，而且得勝有餘！

God is Our Shield
Psalm 84:9 “Behold, O God our shield; look with favor on your anointed one.”
Dear Abba Father,
We thank You and praise You for You never stop teaching us about Yourself. In this special time with You, we want to meditate upon You as our shield. We ask You to bring us to a deeper understanding about Your perfect plan and protection for us. Abba Father, thank You for giving us salvation as a shield; Your shield saves, protects, covers and helps us. Your shield is also a shield of faith that can extinguish all the flaming darts of the evil one. Father, open the eyes of our heart that we may truly know how great You are, powerful and mighty! Oh, increase our faith to trust You deeper! Father, we know You watch over us every day and we want to stay hidden in You, knowing that in the days of warfare, You are a shield around us. Therefore, during the 40-day prayer and fasting, we will not fear but take up faith and courage to face any challenge without retreat. Let us boldly declare that through You, our victorious Lord, we are more than conquerors and we will gain overwhelming victory after victory!

親愛的天父，
又一次到了與祢親密對話的時間，我們歡喜的向祢獻上感謝。我們來到祢面前，為國家、政府、社會、國度禱告呼求祢，因為我們知道，我們禱告的聲音能達到祢耳中。 祢是雅各的神，祢曾信實地應允雅各所求，使雅各成為以色列；祢也必信實地聽我們同心合一的禱告。祢是萬軍之耶和華，是全地的神，是我們的大元帥！是爭戰得勝的主！當屬於祢的眾兒女一同向祢禱告請願，父啊，請祢留心聽並且應允我們的禱告，使這地完全的被潔淨，讓全地成為可讚美的，讓世上的國成了我主和主基督的國，主耶穌要作王，直到永永遠遠！

Hear My Prayer
Psalm 84:8 “Hear my prayer, LORD God Almighty; listen to me, God of Jacob.”
Dear Abba Father, once again we come to spend time with You and joyfully offer our heart of gratitude. As we come before You to pray for countries, governments, societies, and kingdoms, we know the voice of our prayer will surely reach Your ears. You are the God of Jacob; as You faithfully answered all Jacob’s prayers and called him Israel, we know You will surely and faithfully listen to our unified prayers. You are LORD God Almighty, the God of the whole earth, our Great Commander-in-Chief, and the All-Victorious Lord! When Your children gather together to petition You, oh Father, You will listen and answer our prayers. Your will cleanse the whole land and make it a praise in the earth. We praise You for the kingdom of the world will become the kingdom of our Lord and of His Christ, and Jesus will reign forever and ever!

- 以弗所書 1:17 「求我們主耶穌基督的神，榮耀的父，將那賜人智慧和啟示的靈賞給你們，使你們真知道他。 」
我們的父啊，求祢智慧啓示的靈來充滿我們，我們需要祢神聖的啓示和屬天的智慧來真知道祢，真認識祢。我們不要以世界的知識來認識，以免我們對祢有熱心，但卻不是按著真知識。我們渴望更深的認識祢，因爲祢說認識耶和華榮耀的知識要充滿遍地，好像水充滿洋海一樣。在祢的榮耀中我們寶貴祢的同在。父神啊，求祢照明我們心中的眼睛，使我們知道祢的恩召有何等的指望！ 給我們一個專注的眼，定睛在祢身上，讓我們的心意與祢的心意對齊， 能真明白祢對我們的呼召和我們的命定。父啊，祢說我們的眼睛就是身上燈，我們的眼睛若瞭亮，全身就光明；眼睛若昏花，全身就黑暗。阿爸父啊，求祢給我們祢的眼光，祢如何看我，祢如何看祢的孩子們，求祢向我們開啓。父啊，幫助我們當我們在思念祢的時候，我們以祢的眼為眼，以祢的心為心，讓我們省察我們的内心，使真理的光進到我們裏面，使我們能一直在祢的光中行走，在祢的光中我們還要再見祢。

That We May Know Him
- Ephesians 1:17 “I keep asking that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the glorious Father, may give you the Spirit of wisdom and revelation, so that you may know him better.”
Abba Father, fill us with the Spirit of wisdom and revelation; how we need the divine revelation and wisdom in order to know You, truly know You. We do not desire the worldly knowledge of You, lest we pursue You with our own flesh. We long to know You deeper because You said that the knowledge of the glory of the Lord will fill the earth as the waters cover the sea. How we delight in the glory of Your presence! Oh Father God, enlighten the eyes of our hearts that we may know what is the hope of Your calling. Let our eyes focus on You and our will align with Yours so that we might know our calling and destiny. Father, You taught us that the eye is the lamp of the body; if our eyes are clear, our whole body will be full of light, but if our eyes are bad, our whole body will be full of darkness. Abba Father, help us see as You see; show us how You see us and Your children. Oh Father, as we meditate on You, let us see as Your see and feel as You feel. Let the light of truth enter our heart as we examine ourselves that we might walk in Your light; and as we walk in Your light, we shall see You!

親愛的天父，孩子向祢獻上感恩。今天給我們這節經文提醒我們要默想祢話語的重要。祢在箴言書2：6 說：「知識和聰明都由祂口而來。」祢的話語是隱藏的寶庫，好像一個滿佈珍寶和蘊藏金礦的山脈，當我們進入隱密處發掘，聖靈已迫不及待的開啟我們。父啊，祢何等渴望説給我們聽，我們來默想祢的話，聖靈就更多的來充滿我們。我們在心中呼喊：阿爸父啊，請講給我們聽，我們要更多、更多！若沒有祢的幫助，我們就永不能開啓那尊貴話語裏面的財富。父啊，我們誠心所願，阿們出自神口中的就是生命的源頭！阿們在祢的光中，我們必得見光! 父啊，在祢的隱密處，默想祢話語，是我們一生的摯愛；求祢用新鮮的膏油澆灌我們、滋潤我們，使我們的生命品格被祢更新而變化， 願我們的生命像耶穌基督一樣，成為美善。

親愛的天父，祢的居所何等的可愛！祢無論去哪裡、在哪裡、祢所在之處都是美好，因為祢是全然美麗可愛。我們多麼地渴想在祢的聖所與祢同在、靠近祢、親近祢、瞻仰祢、享受祢。父神，祢的居所是充滿了慈愛憐憫的地方；祢的殿是我們瞻仰祢的榮美、向祢求問的所在。我們認定祢比一切更好，比一切更可靠。父啊，祢可知道我們心中的呼求：情願在祢的院宇住一日，也不想在別處住千日？祢可看見我們凝視祢的眼光：寧可在祢的殿中看門，也不願住在惡人的帳棚裡？阿爸父啊，與祢時時刻刻的相連，如枝子連於葡萄樹，是我們的心所求！我們在祢面前俯伏敬拜，願祢帶我們進入祢顯榮耀的居所！

How Lovely is Your Dwelling Place
- Psalm 84:1 “How lovely is your dwelling place, Lord Almighty!”
Dear Abba Father, How lovely is Your dwelling place! There is goodness wherever You go, wherever You are, because You are beautiful and altogether lovely. How we long to be in Your dwelling place, to be with You, to be close to You, to look upon You and to enjoy Your presence. Father, Your dwelling place is where we find lovingkindness and mercy; Your sanctuary is where we seek after You and gaze upon the beauty of Your glory. You surpass all that is beautiful and is altogether trustworthy. Oh Father, can You hear our heart cry that we rather live one day in Your courts than a thousand elsewhere? Have You seen our eyes of longing that we rather be the doorkeepers in the house of God than dwell in the tents of the wicked? Oh Abba Father, we want to be united with You moment by moment, like branches connected to the vine; this is what our hearts desire. We bow before You, Father! Take us to Your dwelling place of glory!

親愛的天父，
我們感謝讚美祢，在這追求祢的路上，祢會用不同的方式，向我們說話。求主幫助我們把它記錄下來。主啊，祢這樣說：“因為有的，還要加給他。”（可4：25） 主，祢知道我們有時好像糊塗人，常常在無意中輕忽了神的啟示 ; 有時，我們有了一些神話語的領受，或是異夢、異象，但因著我們沒有隨時把它記錄寫下來，過了一段時間就忘了。今天，在祢同在的隱秘處，我們向主要這記事的恩典，幫助我們不作糊塗的人，當祢說話，我們得來了這些如金塊般的寶貝，就認真的把它記錄下來，以致於我們可以隨時默想存放在我們裡面的；當主要用，就能被祢使用。 父啊，願我們能被祢一直信任，祢說、我們聽、我們寫、我們快跑跟隨主 ; 使我們跑這永生的路有定向、跑的好、直到再見祢面。感謝主多而又多的恩典。天父，我們愛祢！

Grace of Recording (Writing Down Revelations from God)
- Mark 4:25 “Whoever has will be given more; whoever does not have, even what they have will be taken from them.””
Dear Abba Father,
We want to thank You and praise You! As we seek You, You often speak to us in various ways. Help us take them seriously and write them down. Oh Father, You have taught us that “whoever has will be given more!” (Mark 4:25) Lord, You know that we have been foolish people who often fail to treasure Your precious revelations to us. Often it can be an inspiration from Your Word, a dream or a vision, yet we did not take them seriously and write them down immediately; soon we forgot them…
Today, in the secret place, Father, we want to ask for grace to write down the revelations You give us. Help us not to be foolish people, but who will treasure what You say and treat Your revelations like nuggets of gold. Help us write them down earnestly so that we can cherish them and meditate upon them at any time. Oh Father, may we be worthy of Your trust! Whenever You speak, we will listen, write down, and run after You. Help us walk the path of eternal life with a sense of direction and a sense of mission until we see You face to face. Thank You for granting us grace upon grace every day. Father, how we love You!

親愛的阿爸父，
在這禁食的日子裏，我在祢的殿中思念祢的慈愛。祢的居所是何等可愛，祢的院宇充滿了祢同在的馨香，父啊，我羨慕、我渴想，我一刻也不想離開祢的殿。我的王，我的神啊，我的心腸、我的肉體、我的情感、我的心思、我的靈魂、 我的全人、我的一切都渴想祢！祢就是我最大的獎賞，噢! 父啊, 祢若不向我顯明，我就會切慕到發昏，我為祢思愛成病，我是何等的切慕祢！我渴想祢的院宇，因祢住在那裡。
父啊， 祢曾說: “天是我的座位，地是我的腳凳。你們要為我造何等的殿宇？哪裡是我安息的地方呢？ ”。 父神啊， 我願成爲祢的殿，成爲祢安息的所在，使我在祢裏面，祢也在我裏面。 我的心腸肉體向永生神呼籲，我的心有一寶座，單單為祢預備，主啊，請住到這裡來！

Yearning for the Courts of the Lord
- Psalm 84:2 “My soul yearns, even faints, for the courts of the Lord; my heart and my flesh cry out for the living God.”
Dear Abba Father,
In these day of fasting, I meditate upon Your loving kindness in the sanctuary. How lovely is Your courts, full of the fragrance of Your presence. Oh Father, I yearn and long for You and I do not want to ever leave Your sanctuary. Oh my King and my God, everything in me, my heart, my flesh, my emotion, my mind, my soul, and my all is longing for You! You are my greatest reward. Oh Father, if You do not show Yourself to me, my heart will faint with longing. I am lovesick because of my thirst for You! How I long for Your courts because You dwell there!
Father, You once said,“Heaven is My throne, and the earth is My footstool. Where is the house you will build for Me? Where will My resting place be?” (Isaiah 66:1) Oh Father, I want to be in the house where You can rest; come and dwell in me and I in You. My heart and my flesh cry out for the living God. I have prepared the throne of my heart just for You. Father, Come and stay!

孩子來到祢的面前向祢獻上感恩，謝謝祢加添我們禁食禱告的力量，使我們在這一段時間能更多的默想祢的愛和聖經的教導。父啊，啟示我們要如何過敬虔的日子，我們何等的渴慕，如提多書2:11-13 ，在今世自守、公義、敬虔度日，等候所盼望的福。當我們佇足、我們等候、我們細想；祢光照孩子，有神生命的人，才有敬虔的可能；沒有神生命的人，可以有敬虔的外貌，卻永遠不能有敬虔的實際。阿爸父啊，帶我們更深入、更靠近祢，讓我們明白：敬虔就是像神。父說什麽，子就說什麽；父作什麽，子就作什麽。祢願意我們與祢有里面的相像，也能流露出外面的相像；父啊，我們願意！讓我們的性情、行為、言語、態度，各方面都能像我們天上的爸爸。噢！這是多大的憐憫，多深的恩典。父神，我們曲膝敬拜，天天稱頌祢，也要永永遠遠讚美祢的名。

Godliness
- Titus 2:11-13 “For the grace of God hath appeared, bringing salvation to all men, instructing us, to the intent that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live self-controlled and upright and godly in this present age; looking for the blessed hope and appearing of the glory of the great God and our Savior Jesus Christ;”
Dear Abba Father,
We come before You today to thank You for helping us to persevere in prayer and fasting. During this time, we want to meditate more upon Your love and teachings of the Bible. Oh Father, teach us to live a godly life. How we long to live the life according to Titus 2:11-13, a life of self-control and uprightness and godliness in this present age waiting for the blessed hope. As we pause and ponder, You show us that only those who have the light of God are able to live a godly life; those who do not have the light of God, even though they may appear to be godly, they do not have the godliness in them. Oh Abba Father, bring us deeper and closer to You that we may understand that to be godly is to be like You: whatever the father says, the child says; whatever the father does, the child does. How much You want us to have Your likeness both inside and outside; oh Father, we are willing to be molded into Your likeness! Let our temperament, actions, words, attitudes and every aspect of our lives be like our heavenly Father. Oh, how great is Your mercy and grace toward us! Father, we bow our knees and worship You. We want to bless You every day and praise Your name forever and forever!

親愛的阿爸父，
我們要讚美祢！述說祢所行的，要記念祢古時的奇事。我們要默想祢一切所行的， 思想祢的作為。 神啊！祢的作為是潔淨的！有何神大如 神呢？祢是行奇事的 神；祢曾在列邦中，彰顯祢的能力。我們讚美祢！父啊，今天我們在隱密處思想祢在聖經中教導我們要儆醒禱告，預備迎接祢的再來。在路加福音12:35-40所記載的，警醒的僕人等候主人從婚禮的筵席回來，祂來到，叩門，就立刻給衪開門。父啊，這種儆醒的心我們也要，因祢喜悅看見我們儆醒等候祢再來。阿爸父啊，求祢幫助引領我們進入隱密處，等候祢，全心來聽祢的聲音， 當祢來叩門，我們就開門，歡歡喜喜與祢一起進入榮耀裡。父啊，我們真是有福的，感謝讚美主！

Watch and Pray for the Coming of the Son of Man
- Luke 12:35-40 “Be dressed ready for service and keep your lamps burning, like servants waiting for their master to return from a wedding banquet, so that when he comes and knocks they can immediately open the door for him. It will be good for those servants whose master finds them watching when he comes. Truly I tell you, he will dress himself to serve, will have them recline at the table and will come and wait on them. It will be good for those servants whose master finds them ready, even if he comes in the middle of the night or toward daybreak. But understand this: If the owner of the house had known at what hour the thief was coming, he would not have let his house be broken into. You also must be ready, because the Son of Man will come at an hour when you do not expect him.”
Dear Abba Father,
We praise You, Father! We want to speak of Your works and remember Your wonders of old. We will consider all Your acts and meditate on all Your mighty deeds. Your ways, oh God, are holy. What god is great like You? You are the God who performs miracles; You have made known Your power among the peoples. How we praise You! Oh Father, today in the secret place we want to meditate on Your teaching about watch and pray in preparation for the coming of the Lord. In Luke 12:35-40, the vigilant servants wait for the master to come back from the wedding banquet, and when the master comes and knocks they immediately open the door for him. Oh Father, we desire the same vigilant spirit because You delight to see us watching and waiting for the coming of the Son of Man. Oh Abba Father, take us to the secret place to wait for You and listen to Your voice with our whole heart. When You knock, we will open and enter joyfully into Your glory. Oh Father, we are so blessed! How we thank You and praise You!

清晨，我對父神説：感謝祢，賜我有口可以讚美祢。感謝祢，讓我從過去的破碎，進入被祢醫治的自由里。我感謝祢，賜我教會肢體在充滿神愛的大家庭，互相鼓勵，彼此造就。我感謝祢，在禁食禱告中，更深的靠近祢的心，聆聽祢的話語。我感謝祢，祢對我的意念是何等的寶貴，其數何等眾多。父啊！有好多好多訴説不完、感恩不盡的恩典…
阿爸父，我今天可以為祢做什麼呢？噢，父啊，我要舉起救恩之杯，稱頌祢的名！（詩篇116:13) 將我的心捧在手心，走進父的隱密處，交在祢的手中，輕輕的説：“ 阿爸父，我愛祢！”

Dear Abba Father,
This morning, I want to tell You: Thank You, Father, for giving me a mouth that I may praise You. Thank You for healing me from brokenness into liberating freedom. Thank You for giving me a church family full of Your love that we may encourage and build up one another. How I thank You, during the 40-day prayer and fasting, for teaching me to lean deeper and closer to Your heart and listen to Your words. How precious are Your thoughts toward me! How great is the sum of them! Oh Father, I lost count of the endless grace You have shown me; my heart is so full of gratitude toward You…
Abba, what can I do for You today? Oh, Father, I want to lift up the cup of salvation to You and bless Your name! (Psalm 116:13) I hold my heart in the palm of my hand and enter the secret place; as I hand my heart over to You, softly I utter, “Abba Father, I love You!”

親愛的阿爸父，
我們愛祢，祢常與我們同在，天天用祢的恩惠如同盾牌四圍環繞我們。在這40天的禁食禱告中我們切切地尋求祢，求祢開我們的眼睛讓我們能更加看到祢的大能和祢的大愛，也看透自己的虧缺和微小，以致於我們在祢面前不斷的讚美和感謝說：“但願頌讚、榮耀、尊貴、智慧、能力、豐富都歸給祢直到永永遠遠。” 父啊，我們都渴望，像大衛王一樣，謙卑的來到祢面前禱告尋求祢 。在撒母耳記下6：22，大衛王說：“我也必更加卑微，自己看為輕賤。” 他是全以色列的王，他擁有名譽、地位、財富，然而祢看中的是：大衛擁有謙卑虛己的心，在神面前喜樂地服事神。阿爸父啊，賜給我們有一顆謙卑的心，緊緊跟隨祢，成為合祢心意的人。

A Heart of Humility and Self Emptying
- 2 Samuel 6:22 “I will become even more undignified than this, and I will be humiliated in my own eyes.”
Dear Abba Father,
We love You! You are always with us, and every day You surround us with favor as with a shield. During the 40-day prayer and fasting, we want to seek Your face earnestly. We ask You to open our eyes so that we can see more of Your mighty power and great love and, by contrast, see more of our own lack and smallness, that we may continuously give You praise and thanks, proclaiming, “Praise, glory, honor, wisdom, power, and riches belong to You forever and ever.” Oh Father, we desire to be like King David to come to You in humility and seek after You. In 2 Samuel 6:22, King David said,“I will become even more undignified than this, and I will be humiliated in my own eyes.” Even though he is the king of all Israel having fame, status, and wealth, what You treasure the most is that David has a humble spirit and he delights in serving You. h Abba Father, give us a humble spirit that we may follow You closely and become a person after Your own heart.

Day 12 燃燒的愛火 (Reviewed, 8/14/2019)
- 雅各書4:5 「…神所賜住在我們裡面的靈，是戀愛至於嫉妒嗎？」
- 哥林多後書 3：18「我們眾人既然敞著臉得以看見主的榮光，好像從鏡子裏返照，就變成主的形狀，榮上加榮，如同從主的靈變成的。」
- 以賽亞書 4：3-4「主以公義的靈和焚燒的靈，將錫安女子的污穢洗去，…一切住耶路撒冷、在生命冊上記名的，必稱為聖。」
親愛的阿爸父，
求祢保守我們為祢火熱的心，我們願意不斷的擺上自己，進入至高者的隱密處，在愛中與祢相遇。當我們在此處敞著臉，得以看見神的榮光（林後3:18），惟願焚燒的靈（賽4:4）來點燃我們的心靈。在這40天禁食禱告中，使我們更加迫切的渴求見祢的面，渴望在祢的面光中，除去不冷不熱的倦怠，重燃起對祢的熾熱愛火。經上説：“住在我們裡面的靈，是戀愛至於嫉妒”(各4:5）。父啊，求祢用嫉妒的烈火燒燼我們的生命，直至所有佔據我們心中的慾念和假神都變成灰燼，直至我們全然都充滿對祢熾熱的愛。父神啊，在祢的祭壇前，加添我們堅定不移的愛，使我們活出第一誡命- 盡心、盡性、盡意、愛主我們的神。也要愛人如己。

Blazing Fire of Love
- 2 Corinthians 3:18 “And we all, who with unveiled faces contemplate the Lord’s glory, are being transformed into his image with ever-increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit.”
- Isaiah 4:3-4 “…Those who remain in Jerusalem, will be called holy, all who are recorded among the living in Jerusalem. The Lord will wash away the filth of the women of Zion; he will cleanse the bloodstains from Jerusalem by a spirit of judgment and a spirit of fire.”
Dear Abba Father,
We ask You to keep our hearts on fire for You. Let us submit ourselves in the secret place of the Most High and meet You face to face in love. Unveil our face so that we may see Your glory (2 Corinthians 3:18) and let the Spirit of fire set our hearts aflame (Isaiah 4:4). During the 40 days of prayer and fasting, we are longing more and more to see Your face; let the light of Your face remove our lukewarm spirit and weariness and rekindle the fire of love within us. The Scripture says: “He yearns jealously over the spirit that he has made to dwell in us” (James 4:5). Father, let the fire of jealousy set our lives ablaze until all lustful thoughts and idols in our hearts are consumed, until we have become a blazing fire of love. Oh Father, as we come before the altar, strengthen us with Your unfailing love so that we can live out the first and great commandment – love the Lord our God with all our heart, soul and mind; and we would love our neighbors as ourselves.

親愛的阿爸父 ，
我們很珍惜每一天來與祢親密的對話，好想更靠近祢， 更多時間停留在祢裡面，與祢面對面，向祢傾心吐意。但很多時候我們沒有足夠的耐力和強悍力來持續，作了一段時間又放棄。 主耶穌說天國是努力進入的，努力的人就得著了。 父啊，我們願意為尋求神而全然擺上 ，丟棄自我、老我的罪性，以致於能以火熱、 聖潔和堅持的心通往天國的賽場上奔跑。 父啊，賜下屬靈的強悍力，提升我們追求祢的熱情力度 ! 我們向祢仰望，藉著40天的禁食禱告尋求祢，求祢來翻轉改變我們的生活態度，因為祢是我們的力量、我們的幫助、是使我們得勝的神，並且祢應許賞賜那尋求祢的人 。阿爸父啊， 賜我們得持續的力量，加強我們屬靈的強悍力!

The Persevering Power
- Matthew 11:12 “From the days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of heaven has suffered violence, and the violent take it by force.”
Dear Abba Father,
Oh Father, How precious it is to come before You every day at this time to meet with You! How we long to be closer to You and spend more time with You. Every time we come face to face with You, we can pour out our hearts to You! But many times, we do not have the tenacity and perseverance to persist. It seems that we would often give up so easily. Lord Jesus said that the kingdom of heaven is entered by violence; those who strive to enter would make it. Spiritual tenacity is the continuous passion to pursue God and the willingness to abandon ourselves, forsaking our sinful natures; spiritual tenacity is able to help us pursue God with a heart of passion, holiness and perseverance as we run the heavenly race. Oh Father, how we look up to You; during this fasting season, we ask you to transform us, change our attitude toward life and give us more passion to pursue You. You are our strength, our help and our victory; You reward those who seek You. Oh, Abba Father, we ask You for grace to persevere and greater spiritual tenacity to pursue You.

天上的阿爸父啊！願人都尊祢的名為聖，祢的名在全地是何其美啊！祢的名本為大！在禁食中思想祢的名是何等寶貴！耶和華以勒(Jireh)，在祢那兒必有預備；耶和華羅伊（Rohi)，祢是我們的牧者，祢供應我們一切所需，我們必不至缺乏。以羅欣（Elohim) 祢是創造一切的神；耶和華，祢是自有永有者（YHWH）；祢是至高的神（Elyon)，凡有氣息的都要來贊美祢啊 ！耶和華沙龍 (Shalom)，祢賜我們平安；耶和華拉法(Rapha)，祢又發命醫治我們，有何神能像祢呢! 耶和華沙瑪 (Shammah) ，祢就在這裏，以馬內利的神啊， 祢的名如同倒出來的香膏，膏油馨香，我們愛祢。耶和華尼西 (Nissi) ，祢是我們的旌旗，就是那愛的旌旗在我們以上！耶和華齊跟努 (Tsikenu)，祢是我們的義，求祢用祢公義的靈洗去我們的污穢！ El-Shaddai 全能的神啊！ Adonai 我們的主啊！求祢藉著這些指示和啓示使我們能更認識祢，並連結於祢。

Our Father in heaven, may Your name be honored over all the earth. How beautiful is Your name; Your name is great! How precious it is to meditate upon Your names during the fast. Jehovah-Jireh, You are our Provider. Jehovah-Rohi, You are our Shepherd; You take care of all our needs and we will never lack. Elohim, You are the Creator; YHWH, You are the Great I AM. Almighty God Elyon, let everything that has breath praise You! Jehovah-Shalom, You give us peace. Jehovah-Rapha, You send out Your words and heal us. Who is like You? Jehovah-Shammah, You are with us; oh, God of Emmanuel, Your name is like sweet smelling oil poured forth; how we love You! Jehovah-Nissi, You are our Banner; Your banner over us is love! Jehovah-Tsikenu, You are our Righteousness; let Your Spirit of Righteousness wash away all our filth! Oh, El-Shaddai Almighty God, Adonai our Lord, through the revelation of Your names, help us get to know You more that we may be one with You.

Day 9 沒有B計劃的奧秘 (Reviewed, 8/14/2019)
- 詩62：5－8 「我的心哪，你當默默無聲，專等候神，因為我的盼望是從他而來。 我的拯救，我的榮耀，都在乎神；我力量的磐石，我的避難所，都在乎神。你們眾民當時時倚靠他，在他面前傾心吐意。神是我們的避難所。」
親愛的阿爸父 ，
我們要與神親密，其中一個最絕妙的奧秘，就是讓神成為我們唯一的幫助和盼望；沒有任何自以為可以得拯救的B計劃。在生活中，我們常會去尋找其它的東西為我們的依靠和幫助，比如金錢、健康保險、房子、工作、孩子等等。不知不覺地，它們就成了我們的拯救、安慰 ， 成了我們依靠的“別神”。就如大衞王所說的「 以別神代替耶和華的，他們的愁苦必加增。」(詩 16:4)
因此，我要醒悟過來，回到隱密處呼求神: 阿爸父神，祢是唯一能幫助我的！我沒有第二條出路 —如果祢不出手，我別無其他的路可走。父啊，祢單單是我的拯救！祢是我的神，我要敬拜祢！一次次我在信心中宣告，在我裡面有一個愈來愈強而清唽的迴響—“這是我所愛的，因他專心愛我，我要搭救他，並向他顯現。” 阿爸父啊，謝謝祢讓我的心單單依靠祢，我的眼專一注視祢 。使我的生命被祢的愛充滿，信心被祢挑旺，釋放我得自由來跟隨神。我完全相信祢對我有一個美善的計劃。祢是完全的天父，祢是我的拯救，我的榮耀，我力量的磐石，我的避難所！我一生一世要敬拜祢。

Pursuing Intimacy With God: The Secret of No B Plan
- Psalm 62:5-8 “Yes, my soul, find rest in God; my hope comes from him. Truly he is my rock and my salvation; he is my fortress, I will not be shaken. My salvation and my honor depend on God; he is my mighty rock, my refuge. Trust in him at all times, you people; pour out your hearts to him, for God is our refuge.”
Dear Abba Father,
I believe one of the most wonderful secrets to be closer to You is to make You our only help and hope and have no plan B of our own. In life, we often find other things to be our reliance and help, such as money, health insurance, house, work, children, etc. Unknowingly, they have become our salvation and comfort, the “other gods” we rely on. As King David said, “Those who run after other gods, their sorrows will increase.” (Psalm 16:4) Therefore, I will arise and return to the secret place and cry out to You: Abba Father, only You can help me; I don’t have other plans and if You don’t help me, I will have no way out. Oh Father, You alone are my salvation; You are my God, I want to worship You!
I will declare in faith over and over the increasingly strong and clear echo within me: “This is my beloved; because he loves me, I will rescue him and reveal Myself to him.” Oh, Abba Father, thank you for letting my heart rely solely on You and my eyes focus on You, so that my life is filled with love and my faith is stirred to follow You freely. I wholly believe that You have a wonderful plan for me because You are the perfect Father, my Salvation, my Glory, my Rock of strength, and my Refuge! I will worship You all the days of my life!

Day 8 作決定的奧秘(revision 8/14/2019)
- 詩14：2「耶和華從天上垂看世人，要看有明白的沒有，有尋求神的沒有。」
親愛的阿爸父 ，
感謝神，詩篇14:2說得很清楚，明白主的憑據就是尋求神。祢渴望被我們了解；祢渴望我們凝視祢、仰望祢、直到祢説話；祢比我們更渴望，和祢一起行祢美好的計劃。
父啊，當我們作決擇的時候，祢的心意是要引領我們靠近祢、貼近祢、聽祢的聲音，能明白祢的心意，完全行在祢的旨意裡。但我們常常是憑自己的能力、經驗、或環境的因素來作決定，經常沒有耐性等候祢、聽祢的聲音。父神啊，求祢赦免我們的罪，饒恕我們憑自己的血氣，容讓自己的驕傲掌權，辜負了祢愛的本意要領我們與祢同行。阿爸父，我們願意俯伏謙卑下來，求祢再一次帶領我們放下自己的努力，像孩子般單純的心，來到祢的隱密處，尋求祢，與祢對話，進入新的親密的關係裡。使我們的生命更加成熟穩重，遇事不急燥，凡事求問神。父神，我們蒙恩地繼續奔向祢！

The Mystery of Decision Making
Psalm 14:2 “The Lord looks down from heaven on all mankind to see if there are any who understand, any who seek God.”
Dear Abba Father,
Thank You, Father, how we long to hear from You as we make important decisions in our daily lives. Psalm 14:2 told us that to understand God is to seek Him. You long for us to know You, to focus on You, and to look upon You until You speak. You desire even more than us to know Your heart and fulfill Your wonderful plans.
Father, You desire that whenever we make decisions we would come close to You to hear from You and to know Your heart and will. Yet we often have no patience to wait upon You to listen to You, instead we make decisions based on our own abilities, experiences, etc. Oh, Father, forgive us for allowing our flesh and pride to rule over us and forgetting that You desire for us to walk humbly with You. Abba Father, we are willing to humble ourselves and submit to You. Help us once again lay down our own efforts, and come before You with a childlike heart. As we enter into a deeper relationship with You, help us become more mature and steadfast that we would inquire of You in all things and not get flustered or be hasty. Father, shower us with grace as we run into Your embrace.

- 詩71:3「求你作我常住的磐石。你已經命定要救我， 因為你是我的岩石，我的山寨。」
親愛的阿爸父 ，
神為祂所愛的人預備了一個避難所，就是祂同在的聖所。 這隱秘處非常特別，外面四周被風暴包圍， 裡面卻有安息和平安。是的，我們同時在経歷暴風和平安。有時， 我們呼求神的幫助時，風暴變得更強勁了。父啊！ 我們原本要尋求避難所的，有時卻找來狂風暴雨！ 父啊！祢知道的，這條路不好走， 因為仇敵的攻擊和攔阻，以至於我們的信心在風雨中搖擺了。當我們愈親近神，我們愈會感受到屬靈爭戰的真實。 阿爸父啊，我們在內室呼求祢幫助我們、遮蓋我們， 我們需要祢賜力量和信心來幫助我們勝過仇敵的攻擊， 求祢賜下平安和安慰，並點燃我們內裡的愛火， 使我們藉著禱告燃起對耶穌的唯一熱情。求祢作我常住的磐石。 祢已經命定要救我，因為祢是我的岩石，我的山寨。

The Mystery of the Refuge
- Psalm 71:3 “Be my Rock of Refuge, to which I can always go; give the command to save me, for You are my Rock and my Fortress.”
Dear Abba Father,
You have prepared a refuge for those You love, the sanctuary of Your presence. This secret place is a very special place, for even though surrounded by storms it gives us rest and peace; we experience peace in the midst of storms. But sometimes when we call on God for help, the storms rage even more. Oh Father, when we meant to seek a refuge, we found storms. This is not an easy road for as he enemy attacks and hinders, we become weak and shaken in the storms; as we get closer to You, we feel the reality of spiritual warfare. Oh Abba Father, we cry out to You in the secret place, help us and cover us; we need Your strength and faith to overcome the attacks of the enemy. Give us peace and comfort and kindle the fire of love within us; through our prayers, let the passion for Jesus burn within us. Be the Rock of my life; You have given command to save me, for You are my Rock and my Fortress. Thank You for giving me a secret place to be with You.

- 加6:7-9 「 不要自欺，神是輕慢不得的；人種的是甚麼，收的也是甚麼。順著情慾撒種的，必從情慾收敗壞；順著聖靈撒種的，必從聖靈收永生。」
親愛的阿爸父，
今天與神親密的對話是撒種的奧秘：加拉太6:7-9。父啊，當我們繼續在隱密處尋求等候祢時，有很多時候會感受到沉悶，接者就沒有耐心，自己的血氣都顯露出來了，以至於很多時候就很沮喪想放棄。求祢轉換我心靈的土壤，挑出石頭，成為良性的的好土。誏祢話語如那滿有力量的種子，最終會出產盛大的豐收。父啊，再次堅定我，使我相信在隠密處的每一刻都會是永恆的投資。藉著21天的禁食禱告，我回到祢面前來親近祢，靠近祢，聽祢的聲音的時候，祢就賜下恩典，幫助我勝過這些寂寞、惶燥不安的感覺。讓我的生命有一個轉變就是能天天花更多的時間來與祢相會，使我的生命更豐盛，更有耐心，也結出更多的聖靈的果子出來。

Mystery of Sowing
- Galatians 6:7-9 “Do not be deceived: God cannot be mocked. A man reaps what he sows. Whoever sows to please their flesh, from the flesh will reap destruction; whoever sows to please the Spirit, from the Spirit will reap eternal life. Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.”

Day 5 仔細省察 (Revision,8/14/2019)

- 提後2:19，21 「『凡稱呼主名的人總要離開不義。』 人若自潔，脫離卑賤的事，就必作貴重的器皿，成為聖潔， 合乎主用，預備行各樣的善事。」
親愛的阿爸父，
我為此時此刻的禁食禱告感謝讚美祢，求祢賜給我禁食禱告的力量，並帶領我進入祢同在的隱密處。在詩篇77：6 詩人一思想神的時候，祢就賜下恩典，在祢同在的光中，心裡仔細省察，靈裏默默地反覆探問。父啊，求祢即時的來光照我，使我心靈深處看見我內裡的罪性，顯明哪些是在我生命中拒絕悔改、及給自己辯解的地方、甚至是我自己完全察覺不到的罪性。父啊，我願意在䴤土中卑躬屈膝，求祢幫助我看見那些是隱藏的缺失，深藏在我的思想、動機、感情、回應和慾望裡。在祢啟示的光中，我內裡難以捉摸的罪性，如驕傲、叛逆、不信、妒忌、自私、野心和貪婪，都要赤露剖開在祢的面前。
阿爸父，我渴慕能靠近祢、靠近祢、更靠近祢，聽見祢心跳的聲音。我不想只停留在現在這種光景，祢愛我要我成為貴重的器皿讓祢使用，幫助我能盡快悔改，向己死。求祢淘去我內裡的雜質，好讓我沒有任何阻攔能與祢的心意相通，與父神能更深入相交。願祢臉上的光，釋放饒恕和憐憫，更新我靈，使我重新與祢對齊；祢的恩典如春雲時雨，使我真實地感受到天父的喜悅！

My Heart Meditates
- Psalm 77:6 “…My heart meditated and my spirit asked.”
- 2 Timothy 2:19, 21 “Everyone who confesses the name of the Lord must turn away from wickedness.” Those who cleanse themselves from the latter (common vessels) will be instruments for special purposes, made holy, useful to the Master and prepared to do any good work.”
Dear Abba Father,
We thank You and praise You for this moment. Sustain us with Your strength as we spend time with You in the secret place. The psalmist in Psalm 77: 6 meditated with his heart and found You grace; Father, we also want to search our hearts carefully and diligently while basking in the presence of Your light.
Father, shed Your light on me so that any sin in the depth of my heart may be revealed. Reveal to me when I have refused to repent, have been self-justifying or even been oblivious to my sins. Father, I am willing to humble myself and bow my head in the dust and ask You to help me see all the hidden faults in my thoughts, motivations, emotions, responses and desires. In the light of Your revelation, let all my hidden sins be exposed, such as pride, rebellion, unbelief, jealousy, selfishness, ambition and greed.
Abba Father, I long to be close to You, closer and closer, to hear Your heartbeat. We don’t want to stay in our current state for You love us and desire us to be vessels of honor. Help us repent often and die to self; remove impurities from inside of us and let no barriers come between us so that we can have deeper fellowship with You. May the light on Your face release forgiveness and mercy, giving us new life. Your grace is like the spring rain, making us truly feel the joy of the Father

Day 4 順服 (Revision, 8/14/2019)
- 雅 1：22 「只是你們要行道，不要單單聽道，…」
親愛的阿爸父，
今天帶著期待與祢相遇的心進入禱告内室，何等感恩祢帶領我有一個不一樣的生命，就是要做祢順服的孩子－坐下來，聆聽祢; 然後去做。父啊，求祢憐憫我常常因為找不到徹底順服的喜悅而感到受挫。求祢在隱密處，看到我因祢的話而戰兢，祢就更加地看顧我，賜下樂意的靈來扶持我，為我作出美善。當我順服，祢的到來是那麼地甜美，在祢愛的深處，我的心因祢的親近而被燃燒。阿爸父，再一次向祢呼求憐憫和恩典，幫助我愈接近主，愈要順服！

Obedience
- James 1:22 “Do not merely listen to the word. … Do what it says.”
Dear Abba Father,
Today, we enter the prayer room, looking forward to meet you. How thankful we are for Your leading to live a different kind of life: to be Your obedient children, as we sit, listen, and obey. Father, be merciful to us for we often are frustrated because of our disobedience. When You see us from Your secret place trembling at Your word, endow us with great favor. Grant us a willing spirit to sustain us and bless us. Your presence is so sweet when we obey; my heart is on fire in the depth of Your love. Abba Father, grant us once again grace and mercy to help us grow closer to You and become more obedient to You.

Day 3 聆聽祢聲音 (Reviewed, 8/14/2019)
- 詩篇81：7 「我在雷的隱密處應允你，…」
親愛的阿爸父，
詩篇81：7 提醒我，當祢用莊嚴的聲音如雷轟似的抓緊我們的心，為了就是要和我們説話。父啊，求祢開啟我聆聽祢聲音的重要，祢渴望祢的子民能夠進入祢的隱密處與祢相交，聽祢的聲音，順服祢的帶領。當時，祢就親自降臨在西乃山要跟以色列百姓說話，但是他們都害怕，只有摩西上了山與祢共處40天，他的生命完全被翻轉，可以帶領以色列百姓在曠野40年，經歷祢的信實和慈愛，進入神的應許。阿爸父啊，我們也渴望在禱告中祢帶我們進入與祢更親密關係，讓我們用心來聆聽祢，完全順服祢的帶領，使我們的生命也被改變，充滿耶穌基督的馨香之氣。

Listening to Your Voice
- Psalm 81:7 “I answered you out of a thundercloud …”
Dear Abba Father,
Psalm 81:7 reminds me that You often use Your voice of thunder to grasp the attention of our heart in order that we might listen. Father, help me understand the importance of listening to Your voice. How Your people long to enter the secret place to commune with You, listen to Your voice and obey Your guidance. In days of old, You came down on Mount Sinai to speak to the Israelites, while they were all afraid, only Moses went up to the mountain to be with You for 40 days. After that, his life was completely transformed and he was able to lead the Israelites in the wilderness for 40 years to experience Your faithfulness and love and into Your promise. Oh Father, we are also eager to come into a closer relationship with You in our prayer. Let us listen to Your heart and fully obey Your leading; change our lives that we may be filled with the sweet fragrance of Jesus!

親愛的阿爸父，
感謝祢，在禁食禱告中引領我進入祢至高者隱密處。天父，我要走進內室、關上門，坐在祢的腳前 。 願袮親自向我吹氣，聖靈溫柔地洗滌我的心，袮的話語如泉湧出，父啊，我心底的愛因祢口中的恩言而被喚醒! 求袮開啓我、使我更深地認識與袮親密相交的奧秘。因祢源源不絕的愛使我的心歡喜，我的靈快樂，祢是美好中的美好，無人能與祢相比。我必住在全能者的蔭下，讓祢不斷地更新我的心意, 使我能更像祢。

The Secret of Hiding Place
- Psalm 91:1 “He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High God will abide in the shadow of the Almighty.”
Dear Abba Father,
Thank you for leading me into the shelter of Yours, the shelter of the Most High God on this journey of pursuing intimacy with You. Heavenly Father, I want to enter into the inner chamber, close the door and sit by Your feet. May You Yourself breathe into me, let Your Spirit cleanse me gently and let Your words spring up from within me! Oh Father, the love in the deepest part of my heart is awakened because of Your words of grace! Please reveal to me so that I may know the mystery of the intimacy with You in a deeper level. Your endless love makes my heart glad and my spirit rejoicing。 You are the most wonderful of all. There is none like you! I shall dwell in the shadow of the Most High God and let You refresh and renew my mind continuously so that I am be more like You。

Day 1 禁食禱告 (Reviewed, 8/14/2019)
親愛的阿爸父，謝謝祢引領我參與這次的全球四十天禁食禱告。求祢幫助我在這期間，能勝過一切肉體或靈裡的誘惑和挑戰，全心全意與全球基督肢體一起禱告，使祢的旨意能行在地上如同行在天上。
更求祢藉著這次的禁食禱告，賜給我對祢話語的飢渴，沉浸在祢的同在裡，天天讓祢的靈來充滿我，澆灌我，使我的靈飽足滿溢。用祢的榮光來潔淨更新我的心思意念。以祢的愛來吸引我進入與祢更深的親密裡，使我能緊緊跟隨祢，行在祢的旨意中。
奉耶穌基督的名，阿們!
Dear Abba Father, thank you for guiding me to participate in this global 21 days prayer and fast. Please help me to overcome all the temptations and challenges of the flesh or spirit during this period, that I may pray with the global body of Christ wholeheartedly. Let Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
I also pray that through this prayer and fasting, You will give me more hunger and thirst for Your words that I may soak in Your presence daily. Every day pour out Your Spirit over me and fill me that my heart may be satisfied. Cleanse me with Your holy light! Renew and refresh my thought and my mind as I gaze upon You! Surround me with Your love and draw me into a deeper intimacy with You, Let me follow You closely and walk in the will!
