“And it will be said: “Build up, build up, prepare the road! Remove the obstacles out of the way of my people.” For this is what the high and exalted One says— he who lives forever, whose name is holy: “I live in a high and holy place, but also with the one who is contrite and lowly in spirit, to revive the spirit of the lowly and to revive the heart of the contrite. I will not accuse them forever, nor will I always be angry, for then they would faint away because of me— the very people I have created.” (Isaiah 57:14-16)

Abba Father, as we live in this dark and rebellious age, when media is filled with all kinds of lies, attacks, slandering and greed, when our city and our country is filled with deceptions and perversions, when hatred, competitions and strife contents for our local governments and injustice and unrighteousness fills the room…if not for your endurance and merciful kindness, we would not have stood to this day.

Abba Father, you have said “I looked for someone among them who would build up the wall and stand before me in the gap on behalf of the land so I would not have to destroy it, but I found no one.” Lord, we are coming to you in unity and crying out. We are willing to rise up and rebuild the wall and block the breach. We are the people called by your name, pleas give ear to cries out of rendered hearts. Let the Holy Spirit awaken the pastors and ministers of the whole country to rise up, to preach the message of repentance and the end time; bind all the spirits of sleepiness and indifference, blindness and unbelieving spirits. We ask the Holy Spirit to greatly pour out, and excite the souls of the church, in order to see clearly in heir hardships, poverty, blindness, nakedness, and to lead us to be full of ferventness, and to repent, opening the eyes of our hearts so that we may see, and know that the day of the Lord Jesus’ coming is near. Let the intercessory warriors in all parts of the world to be awakened, willing to rise up in partnership with the Holy Spirit and pray daily, and to seek the face of God.

I also will ignore your children.” (Hosea 4:6 NIV)

“If anyone, then, knows the good they ought to do and doesn’t do it, it is sin for them.” ( Jame 4:17)

Lord please forgive us, as we only minded own business without having interceded for our city and have grown indifferent towards it, allowing the enemy to slowly devour the political and educational systems in out cities and the minds and thoughts of the rulers resulting in all kinds of perversions in our cities.

The many sexually-confusing policies passed by our governments that brought great pollution to the minds of our children. Lord, please forgive us for not participating in government voting according to biblical principles, as well as fearing men over God. We have believed in authority by governmental parties over biblical teaching; we know what is good, yet have not acted accordingly. Our silence and ignorance have fueled the unrighteous and unjust governmental rulership, allowing the enemy trampling our cities, for that, please forgive us Lord!

We ask the Holy Spirit to breathe the breath of life into the spirits of your people. That we would all be awakened, becoming the army of the Lord, in unity, interceding for out cities until transformation and revival take place.

“…Wash your hands, you sinners, and purify your hearts, you double-minded. … Humble yourselves before the Lord, and he will lift you up.”James 4:8-10 NIV

Lord, please heal our land! For the hundreds’ of years, there has been inmense conflict among different ethnicities, political standings and believes, which had brought much hatred, violence and unjustice, sheding of innocent blood and curses, as well as hidden resentments. Lord, please forgive us and the sins of our ancestors. Heal our cities and bring down love and forgiveness, so that we may forgive one another, without fear, nor giving the devil any foothold. In the Lord’s name, we break the dividing walls between ___ ethnic group and___ethnic group (list the name of the ethnic groups that you are aware of the dividing walls, for example, the White and African American ) , we pray that the Lord will block any troubles caused by human vigour. We declare that Jesus Christ is the Mediator. Please bring down true peace, raise up the Church to stand in the gap. That the churches will unite as one in Christ, to be true light and salt in this land. That there’d be authority, power and anointing in our hands, partnering with the Holy Spirit to help this land entering in the river of the Spirit – forgiving one another, submitting to each other in love, living in peace with our neighbours.

“ Then you will call, and the Lord will answer; you will cry for help, and he will say: Here am I. “If you do away with the yoke of oppression, with the pointing finger and malicious talk,and if you spend yourselves in behalf of the hungryand satisfy the needs of the oppressed,then your light will rise in the darkness, and your night will become like the noonday.The Lord will guide you always;he will satisfy your needs in a sun-scorched landand will strengthen your frame. You will be like a well-watered garden,like a spring whose waters never fail.Your people will rebuild the ancient ruinsand will raise up the age-old foundations;you will be called Repairer of Broken Walls,Restorer of Streets with Dwellings.” ( Isaiah 58: 9-12 )

Lord please forgive our mockery, despising even bullying towards the homosexual group. Hearing from some of their testimonies, their disorientations were often because they were sexually abused when they were young plus being mistreated and isolated by the mainstream society, causing confusion in character and sexual orientations and eventually swallowed up by the enemy. Then we were told that their turning back was because there were people who loved and helped them unconditionally with great patience. Lord please forgive our prejudice and self-rightousness, would you shower us with your great love, so that we may have your eyes to see, to hate sin but assist with the love of Christ; and to pray for the homosexual people around us, leading them back to Christ.

Lord please forgive us for lack of compassion, for our indifference, powerlessness and self-centeredness, that we have not showed compassion nor given much help to the orphans, widows, poor and aliens in the city, that the church has failed to be in forerunner place in solving these practical issues for our society. May God give us a heart of compassion, to love others like ourselves, and experientially know the blessing of giving than to receive. We pray for the rising up of resources in and outside the Church in order to provide the most effective assistance. To let the world see the love of Christ through our good deeds, and bringing more souls back to you.

“But mark this: There will be terrible times in the last days. People will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boastful, proud, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, without love, unforgiving, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not lovers of the good, treacherous, rash, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God— having a form of godliness but denying its power. Have nothing to do with such people.” ( 2 Timothy 3:1-5 )

“You are all children of the light and children of the day. We do not belong to the night or to the darkness. So then, let us not be like others, who are asleep, but let us be awake and sober. For those who sleep, sleep at night, and those who get drunk, get drunk at night. But since we belong to the day, let us be sober, putting on faith and love as a breastplate, and the hope of salvation as a helmet. For God did not appoint us to suffer wrath but to receive salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ. He died for us so that, whether we are awake or asleep, we may live together with him” (1 Thessalonians 5:5-10)

Lord, for our city, whether it is smuggling, making drugs, taking drugs, drug trafficking, human trafficking, shooting, school violence, making pornography, violence, grotesque films, fornication, greed, stealing, bulimia , blackmailing, deception, gambling, robbery, murder, arson, rape, kidnapping… we ask for forgiveness for our sins, and we plead for the precious blood to cleanse our unrighteousness.

Would you raise up watchmen, so that many dark and unlawful things will be blocked, and to be light up and exposed. As soon as the light comes, the darkness shall runs away, we pray for your true light to shine on our city. In the name of the Lord Jesus, would you send out angelic hosts to encamp on all sides of our city. There shall be no openings for sinful conduct to freely enter, even in the most remote places in the mountains or out on the sea, all places of crime must be exposed. We bless the law enforcement agencies everywhere to operate without hindrance. Protect the civilians from the harm of the wicked. We ask in the name of the Lord Jesus, Amen!

“For our transgressions are multiplied before you, and our sins testify against us; for our transgressions are with us, and we know our iniquities: transgressing, and denying the Lord, and turning back from following our God, speaking oppression and revolt, conceiving and uttering from the heart lying words. Justice is turned back, and righteousness stands far away; for truth has stumbled in the public squares, and uprightness cannot enter. Truth is lacking, and he who departs from

Today, many countries around the world have experienced prevalent moral decline. Except for true Christians, most people tend to indulge themselves with liberal agendas without restraint and ignore the teachings of the Bible. In our society, the divorce rate is also rising, the family begins to disintegrate, the gay revolution goes out of the closet, the same sex marriage is legalized, “abortion is legal”, “gender confusion, men and women bathing in the same bathroom”, “legalization of euthanasia “, “legalization of marijuana” , even under the leadership of liberals, through physical education, focus on middle and primary school students, so that they not only support these policies, but also extend to the next generation until all biblical principles of moral and legal barriers are removed, As described in the first chapter of Romans: since they did not see fit to acknowledge God, God gave them up to a debased mind to do what ought not to be done. Though they know God’s righteous decree that those who practice such things deserve to die, they not only do them but give approval to those who practice them.

Lord, we rend our hearts and humble ourselves before You, asking You to forgive us for our rebellion and going our own way. Have mercy on us, Lord, for we have turned away from You. Let us not die but live by Your amazing love which is pouring out to all fresh. Send us Your holy fire to consume us and revive us. Let us and the Chinese people all over the world stand and cry out together for our beloved city to turn away from our wicked ways. We declare that Jesus is Lord, He rules over our city and our city belongs to the Lord Jesus!

Repent for the City 07

“You shall have no other gods before me. “You shall not make for yourself a carved image, or any likeness of anything that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth. You shall not bow down to them or serve them, for I the Lord your God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers on the children to the third and the fourth generation of those who hate me.” (Exodus 20:3-5)

“A greedy man stirs up strife,but the one who trusts in the Lord will be enriched.” (Proverbs 28:25)

Lord, you have commanded us that we shall have no other gods besides You, nor worship any idols. But in our city, we find altars at home, temples in the streets, and various idol statutes on rocks/trees, on green hills and near the creeks/rivers. We even defiled the city we immigrated to with idols, false gods, and sorcery. Government officials dedicated the city/country to Satan and idols by worshiping at the temples and parading idol statutes around the city during festivals. Satanists practice sorcery and witchcraft to curse Your anointed servants and leaders.

Lord, some of us may not have idols with forms, but we carry idols without forms in our hearts: such as money/gain, reputation/status, worship of celebrities, etc. Our hearts have grown apart from You and no longer honored You. We have gravely offended You! Oh Lord, have mercy on us for only You can transform the hearts of the people. We ask the blood of the Lord Jesus to completely cleanse and forgive the sins of this land. In the holy name of the Lord Jesus, we break the curses and powers of the sins in our cities and in the land. We declare in unity that the power of the Holy Spirit is moving mightily and transforming people’s hearts. We proclaim that our city is turning back to Jehovah, the only true and eternal God.

Lord, we also ask You to forgive our greed! You have taught us not to covet, not to love the world, and not to be friends with the world. But we have disgraced Your nameby coveting the pleasures of the world, indulging with the world’s eating and drinking, and acting no differently from world. Lord, we ask the Holy Spirit to pour out His power to those who are thirsty after You. Let the church manifest the life of resurrection: no longer desolate, no longer weak, and no longer the same. Let the gospel spread throughout the landand let everyone see that the Lord God is in our midst.

Repent for the City 08

“For you formed my inward parts; you knitted me together in my mother’s womb. I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Wonderful are your works; my soul knows it very well. My frame was not hidden from you, when I was being made in secret, intricately woven in the depths of the earth. Your eyes saw my unformed substance; in your book were written, every one of them, the days that were formed for me, when as yet there was none of them.” (Psalms 139:13-16)

“There are six things that the Lord hates, seven that are an abomination to him: haughty eyes, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood.” (Proverbs 6:16-17)

Dear Abba Father, Your words have taught us that a fetus is created by God and an unborn baby has been known by God. Current researches also confirm the teachings of the Bible, affirming that life begins with conception. We further learn that a fetus begins to experience perception and consciousness from the 25th day of conception.

Oh Lord, a fetus is the most vulnerable and powerless being in the world, the weakest of the weak. We have committed the sin of the shedding innocent blood. Please forgive America for the sin of abortion which has so far claimed more than 58 million lives. Please also forgive the sins of sexual immorality which are behind and related to abortion (such as extramarital affairs, premarital sex, rape,etc.)

We ask that through our intercession, You would bear the punishment and curse of the sin of abortion on the Cross. We ask You to breathe life into women in this generation and to awaken their spirit that they might know the truth. Let them bravely say no to abortion so that they would no longer be harmed in their body and mind. Heal the body and mind of those have already had abortion. In the victorious name of the Lord Jesus, we break all curses and annul all effects of any accusations and spiritual bondages exerted by the enemy.Let all nations respect life, delight in life and protect life. We ask You to stop abortion from being legalized and close abortion clinics so that more babies would have a chance to live. Bless them with loving families that they might enjoy their precious lives You have given them.

Repent for the City 09

“How on the day that you stood before the Lord your God at Horeb, the Lord said to me, ‘Gather the people to me, that I may let them hear my words, so that they may learn to fear me all the days that they live on the earth, and that they may teach their children so.’” (Deuteronomy 4:10)

“In the fear of the Lord one has strong confidence, and his children will have a refuge.” (Proverbs 14:26)

“And he will turn the hearts of fathers to their children and the hearts of children to their fathers, lest I come and strike the land with a decree of utter destruction.” (Malachi 4:6)

Lord, since the general morality of all countries, the family has begun to disintegrate, and all kinds of pagan worship have entered the hearts of children. The development of science and technology and the Internet have made us more busy. Young people are more exposed to the temptation and influence of violence, pornography and drugs. As a result, the violent campus shooting disaster continues to occur. We ask You to forgive us for turning our back on You and forgive us for caring more about our children’s academic development than the cultivation of their character and spirituality. Forgive us for not teaching our children to fear the Lord, know the truth. know God and have a close relationship with You. Lord, we repent of all kinds of evils that have caused us to be far from You. We ask You to return to every family and every school in our city that You would once again be the center of our lives.

Abba Father, we as parents acknowledge that we don’t know how to be parents, and that as a result the moral values of our young people are shaped by the mainstream media, creating a wall between the two generations. We ask You to destroy such a wall, pour out the Father’s love and remove the curse of fatherlessness. Heal the wounded souls and break the yoke of slavery. Let us receive the heart of sonship and reconcile with You, our Father in heaven. As our hearts turn to You, let the young people’s hearts also turn to their earthly fathers. Let the families in this land no longer be cursed;oh God, let the parent-child relationship in every family be healed. Restore the authority of the fatherhood that men would begin to carry their God-given responsibility in a family. As the order of the family is restored, the enemy can no longer attack and cause harm to the family.

We also ask the Lord to raise up spiritual parents in the church to counsel, encourage, and guide the younger generation to make them known their identity/calling in love and truth and help them face the challenges of life with courage and strength. Let them shine brightly in the midst of a crooked and wicked generation.

Repent for the City 10

Abba Father, we acknowledge that the unprecedented fire in California last year was not by accident. This fire which consisted of more than 9,000 wildfire eruptions has consumed 1.2 million acres of land, from Klamath National Park in the north to San Diego in the south. In the past wildfires only burned forests but not houses; however, this fire burned down 10,800 buildings and claimed at least 46 lives, causing historic damage and casualties. The scale of fire was so large that firefighters were at their wit’s end. After a month of continuous burning, this fire was put out not by human hands but by a sudden heavy rain. This is reminiscent of what King David experienced when he sinned by taking a census and chose to be punished by a plague for three days. After 70,000 Israelites had died, as the angel of the Lord was about to destroy Jerusalem, the Lord relented and commanded the destroying angel, “It is enough! Stop!”

Abba Father, we believe that You have sent the heavy rain because of Your mercy, for You desire all to be saved wishing none to perish. You have sent the heavy rain to quench the untamable fire to give us the opportunity to repent; however, instead of repenting, those in power in California are planning even more rebellious and wicked laws to corrupt the cities and the nation. Lord, we have gravely offended You. On behalf of myself and those in charge of our city, we repent of our sins by allowing greed, evil, deceit, sensuality, jealousy, pride, arrogance, strife, disobedience to God, love of self, love of money, and exercising of no restrain in our lives and the cities. We have caused the people of California to fall into sin. Oh Lord, forgive! Cleanse us with the blood of the Lord Jesus and restore to us a heart of humility, meekness and fear of God that we might turn back to God like King David.
