Cleansing Prayers

Dear Heavenly Father, I ________ (put your name in it) come to the throne of grace, through the blood of Jesus Christ, the power of the Holy Spirit, to receive Your abundant grace and mercy.   Lord Jesus, ________ confess You are the Lord of my life.   I ask the resurrected power of the Holy Spirit to fill and saturate every part of my being.   I surrender all my spirit, soul and body completely to You.  Now I ask You to reveal to me, remind me of any sin that I have committed known or unknown, so that I can confess and repent of them accordingly. (Recommendation:  quiet yourself, so you can allow the Holy Spirit to reveal to you)

Cleanse me from all the defilement of the world, sanctify me and my family line of any unrighteousness with the blood of Jesus.   Now by my own will, I choose to forgive everyone that has offended me or hurt me, I release them into the freedom of my forgiveness.   I also release them from the debts they might owe me. I now cast all my burden to You .  Your yoke is easy, Your burden is light.   I now put on the armor of God that You have given me, gird myself with the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the helmet of salvation, the shield of faith, the sword of the Spirit, my feet fitted with the gospel of peace, so that I can pray and intercede in the Holy Spirit by Your mighty power, and after done all to stand firm.

We know the danger that Islamic extremists bring to the world with their terror attacks and their prayers that often become the curses toward Israel and the rest of the world.  Especially during Ramadan, the destructive power of Islamic extremists can increase enormously (for example, the deadly suicide bomb attacks in the Indonesian city of Surabaya this year and the Philippine City that was besieged by Islamic State-linked militants). Let us declare the following:

• In the name of Jesus, the blessings and the peace of God will replace all the curses from Islamic extremists.
• In the name of Jesus, all the terror attacks that Islamic extremists plan will fail and be interrupted before they can even start.
• In the name of Jesus, the salvation and grace of God will come into the lives of these Islamic extremists.

In addition, the trend of LGBT is actively searching its way into the schools of every nation, pushing the legalization of homosexual education and same-sex marriage. Therefore, we need to pray and declare the following every day:

• In the name of Jesus, the promotion of LGBT ideology all over the world will fail, including the legalization of same-sex marriage and homosexual education.
• In the name of Jesus, the grace of God and salvation will come to the LGBT group.
• In the name of Jesus, one husband and one wife system will be restored all over the world.
• In the name of Jesus, young people will wake up and reject the ideology and value of same-sex marriage. They will embrace the truth and teaching of one husband and one wife system.

• James 1:5 ‘if you need wisdom, ask our generous God, and He will give it to you. He will not rebuke you for asking.’
• Romans 15:13 ‘I pray that God, the source of hope, will fill you completely with joy and peace because you trust in Him. Then you will overflow with confident hope through the Power of the Holy Spirit.’

【PRAYER】

• Spiritual Covering for students： Father, we plead the Blood of Jesus (Isa. 1:17a) over the young generation now confronting schools and social scrutiny for their faith, and ‘SYATP’ student. We pray for Your Spirit to fill their voids, deliver them from fear, and against daily spiritual attacks of their minds from temptation and influences; we ask for the Love of Christ opens the eyes of the disbelieved, preserve them for the day of salvation, to be transformed into Your Likeness. Let this generation always find refuge and Your Presence.
• Protection and Strength： Father, protect them with the sense of God’s justice when standing for the truth and from prosecution, strengthen them with divine wisdom, discernment and understanding like Daniel (James 1:5), to choose not be earthly vessels but remaining faithful and holy for the Lord until Harvest!
• Providence of all things： Father, Your children will know who they are, will stand firm with self-worth and Godly identity as Your sons and daughters, of great purpose and life calling (Ro. 15:13), to rejoice always in contentment, peace and gratefulness in whatever situation they’re given (Prov 3:5-6). Pray For Hong Kong – Bracing up Wounds for the broken souls

【Current Affairs  Nearly 50 people were arrested in the latest weekend clashes, bringing the total numbers of arrested protesters to 1,500+ since June.  From ages between 14 to 64, chanting ‘Fight for freedom’ and ‘Liberate Hong Kong’ (Gal. 5:1). Some Mass Transits Stations and shopping malls were sabotaged by destructions and by fire. Immediate clean-up was needed to resume normal activities.…Detailed Reading】 

• John 16:33 “I have told you all this so that you may have peace in Me. Here on earth you will have many trials and sorrows. But take heart, because I have overcome the world.’
• 1 Peter 5:10 ‘In His Kindness God called you to share in His eternal glory by means of Christ Jesus. So after you have suffered a little while, He will restore, support, and strengthen you and He will place you on a firm foundation.’

【PRAYER】

• Exposing hidden Agendas :   Father, You have reserved for Hong Kong experiential grace and peace for storms (1 Pe. 5:10), will direct discernment and wisdom to seekers of resolutions; they will discern assaults and violence of destruction and not of solutions (Prv. 3:6). We ask the release of the Spirit of Peace, Love and Reconciliation of Lord Jesus (John 16:33)  to mend the land, the divided hearts, souls and minds, even to heal the police’s hearts with compassion, righteousness and justice.
• Open the Heavenly Gate :  Father, may the gates of assault, control, death and hate be trampled down to the gate of hell (Rev. 14:11)! We summon the Angelic Hosts to take out evil dominions, strongholds of the false kingdom, deceiver of the world. Father, we call the prophetic voice to release God’s living divine strategies to the leaders.
• Return of His Promise : Father, we are trusting Your Healers and Deliverers across the city, and from afar, intercession, to shift supernatural victory (2 Cor. 2:14) from every spiritual battle. We declare no plan of evil will rise but proclaim every salvation of Purpose for Hong Kong

【PRAYER】

• Heal The Land: Heavenly Father, we come before Your  Throne of grace, on behalf of the lost generation of Finland, to confess and repent of our sins, please forgive the confusion in our hearts, for abandon Your truth, we had fallen into depression, anxiety, indifference, and dis-harmony, alcoholism, and even suicide. Pray that You will cleanse our hearts and minds and the land with the blood of Jesus, to replace all lies with Your light of truth, and to bring love, peace, and healing to Finland.
• Revive Us Again: Heavenly Father, please re-ignite the revival fire of the Finland, graph the Finnish church into the true vine of the Lord Jesus, You abide in them, as they abide in You (John 15:5). God’s children will worship You with spirit and in truth to truly experience You, and bring them supernatural spiritual breakthrough. Please strengthen the church to stay true to Your words, and not compromise with the world; lead and guide those who left the fellowship with Your light  to return to the Lord; raise up young missionaries to go to neighboring countries, boldly preach the gospel. Jesus wants to be the light and joy of the Finns. To enter her destiny and prepare the way for the Lord to come again.

【Event: Last week (9/22 to 9/28)  was the Global ‘Week of Student Prayer’ , where students meet at the flagpoles to pray and put faith in actions.  On Sept. 25, Wednesday, students from across America, from public schools, private and home schools, and across the globe, participated in the annual ‘See You at The Pole’ event. Gathering around the flagpole before schools, students pray for their schools, fellow students, teachers, communities, governments and countries. 

Too frequently, schools silenced (Lk. 19:40) the speech of Christian students at public schools:

• Students are openly told cannot talk about their faith and praying during their free time at school
• they cannot hand out fliers and invitations to their classmates to a church event.
• Christians at public university campuses are told they cannot talk about their faith with other students,
• Even in student union, or a mop shutdown against speakers’ conservative views.
• InterVasity Christian Fellowship, the nation’s largest Christian campus fellowship, is no longer recognized by the University of California as a student organization on campus. Because they demand that the leader of this student organization must be a Christian, violating the anti-contempt policy on the university campus.

Our students need prayer because they are consistently under attacked (James 4:7), against their unpopular stand for their faith. They needed courage and support to put their faith in action – when they show up at their schools flagpoles at 7 am on 9/25 to pray openly, until the entire event ends on 9/28 and after. 

They are the example to all Christians unafraid proclaiming their faith praying in public. Let their testimonies trump their faith unpopularity!

Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF) has been defending these students if they ever faced opposition to their rights to freely live out their faith. ADF stands by them and their rights, i.e. the rights to distribute fliers about the event outside of class time, and the rights to wear ‘unpopular’ clothing. Students can reach out to ADF for legal assistance if these rights are ever violated. 

What you stand for is what defines you! When facing old and new challenges…

Today, in many cultural dilemmas, female athletes are forced to compete with male athletes who identified themselves as females in high school women’s sports. It violates school policies which designed to protect women’s equality in education and in sports. This is taking away forcibly these students’ scholarships, athletic opportunities for advancements.

It’s time to unite to stand as a single voice to proclaim hope and supports for all students, especially those put faith in actions

Pray for Israel: Entering the Jewish New Year 5780

【Background:On the evening of September 29, 2019, Israel and the nations will enter the Jewish calendar year 5780 with the sound of shofar during the Feast of the Trumpets, ushering in the Jewish fall festivals: Rosh Hashanah (the New Year), Yom Kippur (Day of Atonement), and Sukkot (Feast of Tabernacles). 

During the Feast of the Trumpets, God commanded the Israelites to “commemorate with trumpet blasts” (Lev. 23:24). Whenever the Israeli kings ascend the throne or make judgements, shofar is sounded to alarm the people calling them to return to righteousness. The Jews believe that the Messiah would come during the Feast of the Trumpets and dwell with them during Sukkot. The first day of New Year (also the Feast of the Trumpets) begins a season of ten days of repentance, often called the Ten Days of Awe, ending with Yom Kippur. During this period, let us take time to exam our ways to reconcile with God. 

Let us pray that the Jews will meet God and receive salvation during the season of the fall festivals.

Demonstrators are frustrated as Beijing seems tightening Hong Kong, the Asian financial hub since the return to China in 1997, operating in bias with the  ‘One Country, Two Systems Formula’ guaranteed freedom for which China has denied its meddling.  (Prov. 22:8)

What’s to come?  

Hong Kong government has started the official dialogue with community members this week in a bid to heal rifts amid the continuing protests, circumstantially has already called off a big fireworks display to mark October 1st, the 70th Anniversary of the People’s Republic to avoid further political clashes that could embarrass the Central Government of Beijing.

Another rally took place on Sunday (9/29) in the bustling shopping and tourist district of Central Hong Kong, the site of many recent clashes.  More violence has taken place between the government and the demonstrators. 

When will the Violence end?

The complexities have been beyond comprehension, is it amendable? When the defining line is falling into the hands of evil (Jer. 15:21), the force of resistance takes grounds. May leaders of truth rise up boldly to demonstrate (2 Cor. 3:12) what evil hates – in true love, peace and Hope to calm raging hearts.

Pray for Finland – Revive Europe in 40 Weeks

【Background: Finland is well known for its natural beauty of forest lakes. Weather is mostly cold, and winter’s day is short and night is long. The government puts great emphasis on education, training and research and has been one of the most qualified labors in the world.

Spiritual conditions: More than 80% of Finnish are professed Christians, mostly Lutheran, Church of the State. They sent missionaries to many countries, especially to places unreached by the Gospel. In the 1960s, there was a revival. Today the church is dying and secular, only 8% attend religious activities regularly and although there is freedom in Church but did not grow, the number of believers remained stable.

Social concerns: depression, anxiety, apathy, dis-harmony, abortion, alcoholism, high suicide rate, aging, legalized  same-sex marriage.

Pray for First Nations in North America – Pray for the Awakening of Native Americans

【Event:Events: God has released His call and plan for the First Nations through His prophets and servants everywhere: the First Nations are the eldest sons of the land and the key to the revival. Many non-native people have already received this revelation, but many First Nations people are still blinded to it and do not know the special mission God has given them. It is necessary for the body of Christ in the world to come into agreement with God and promote this wave of awakening!

At a 1975 conference held in Albuquerque, New Mexico, Graham said to Native American Christian leader:” You are a sleeping giant. The original American. You are now awakening. Just around the corner. You may become a spiritual superpower in this country that could change not only America but the world.” God is gradually awakening His people to align with His will. Brother Greg Miller is one of those who received and responded to God’s intentions for the First Nations and joined the awakening to help the people of God clearly understand God’s call to the First Nations and their position and identify in the kingdom of God.

We have published in July 15  introducing brother Greg Miller’s ministry (please click here ,  to the introduction). His documentary “Awakening” shows that Graham’s prophecy is coming to pass. The film professionally depicted interviews with Native American pastors, evangelists, prophetic visions and charismatic gatherings, as well as stunning landscapes and original music. 

In addition, he also filmed a prayer journey to the nine Sioux reservations in June this year to make it into a documentary. We believe that these documentaries will be an important conduit for waking up the people of God, especially to help First Nations to understand their position and identify. Therefore, we are here once again to encourage everyone to pray for this. May you be moved by God to support all aspects of the production and distribution of these documentaries, so that more First Nations people can be awakened!

Here are the ongoing projects besides the “Awakening ” documentary film:

• We found that the First Nations in North America, in fact, are related to China, Japan and South Korea.  God has prepared a Korean missionary, who has been in China for many years, to help translate the DVD into Korean.
• We are also aware of the need to produce a simplified Chinese version of the DVD for brothers and sisters in mainland China, which are currently underway.
• A new documentary film based on the prayer journey of the nine  Sioux reservations South Dakota, is underway.

Therefore, I sincerely invite you to participate in the great assignment, because it would take a lot of prayers for all the First Nations to be awakened. The documentary  film is an important way to spread the message repeatedly.  We need to support Greg Miller to complete his second film because  more people need to see, know, understand God’s plan.
