Pray for America: Election Reflection – Keep Praying

【 Current Events/Background: The African cheetah must run down its prey to eat. It is well suited for the task, as it can run at speeds up to 70 miles per hour. The cheetah has only one problem, however: it has a disproportionately small heart, which causes it to tire quickly. If it doesn’t catch its prey early in the chase, it must stop.

How often we Christians use the cheetah’s approach in our prayer efforts! We speed into our intercession with great energy, but lacking the heart for a sustained effort, we often falter before accomplishing what is needed. For our next prayer excursion, we decide to pray harder and faster, when what is needed isn’t more explosive power, but more staying power—stamina that comes from a bigger prayer heart.(1)

Fortunately for America, God has been raising up intercessors with the hearts of war horses. To the many big-hearted individuals who have prayed and worked tirelessly for God’s will to be done in America, specifically in these elections: thank you. We know His will is not guaranteed; He performs it through us. If it were guaranteed, He wouldn’t have told us to ask for and command His “will [to] be done, on earth as it is in heaven” (Matthew 6:10). Be assured, your prayers mattered! And as Ceci stated this morning, “The body of Christ has taken everything up a notch or two this time around.”

Indeed. 

I know the Lord, too, is grateful. Even though He is God and can command our obedience, His relational heart nevertheless responds with appreciation. In fact, the following statements in His Word – making them HIS words – prove that He shows gratitude:

• Romans 1:8: “First, I thank my God through Jesus Christ for you.”
• 1 Corinthians 1:4: “I thank my God always concerning you.”
• Philippians 1:3–5: “I thank my God upon every remembrance of you…”
• Colossians 1:3: “We give thanks to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, praying always for you.”
• 1 Thessalonians 1:2–3: “We give thanks to God always for all of you…”
• 1 Thessalonians 3:9–10: “For what thanks can we render to God for you, for all the joy with which we rejoice for your sake before our God…”
• 2 Thessalonians 1:3: “We are bound to thank God always for you, brethren, as it is fitting…”
• 2 Thessalonians 2:13: “But we are bound to give thanks to God always for you.”
• 2 Timothy 1:3–4: “I thank God, whom I serve with a pure conscience, as my forefathers did, as without ceasing I remember you in my prayers night and day…”
• Philemon 4–5: “I thank my God, making mention of you always in my prayers…”

To be clear, I am certainly not thanking You for praying or voting for Trump and the Republican Party; it is for Your efforts to end evil agendas and restore our nation that I thank You. When ungodly politicians and a political party make a stand against God and, conversely, promote evil, it is appropriate to ask God for their removal. The Lord’s Prayer, mentioned above, also instructs us to pray, “deliver us from evil” (Matthew 6:13). I love the people of both parties and want to see them all saved, but I do not love all of their agendas. Castrating kids is evil – period – as are certain other agendas of the Left. 

Actually, I believe exposing these evils is why the Lord delayed Trump’s second term four years. Once the leftists, deep state, and globalists were back in power, their fears and hatred of Trump – as well as their over-confidence – flushed them out of hiding. Like moths drawn to a flame, they came out of the darkness and swarmed around him, bringing their false charges, fake trials, rigged juries, propaganda, and assassination attempts. They emerged as crooked prosecutors and judges, armed FBI agents violating his home, lying members of Congress, lying members of the press, and even persecutors of his followers, friends, and attorneys. But the light from the flame exposed them, and now the American people see just how vicious, dishonest, and ugly they are. The swamp was actually a sewer. And the cleansing has begun. 

Celebrate? Yes, but also mourn. Mourn the decay of our nation, the loss of innocence and life, and the forfeiture of greatness. And keep praying. The turnaround is nowhere near complete. Many on the left will now try to keep Trump from taking office, as will terrorists and rogue nations. Violence will occur. Assassination is still a considerable threat. Also, I believe the Democrat Party may use the felony/insurrectionist argument in an attempt to keep from certifying the election. We must continue to pray diligently! 

Once Trump and the new Congress are seated, the efforts of the Left will continue. They will not give up. It will take years to reverse their gains and reform America, and only the momentum created by a Third Great Awakening will enable this to succeed. Millions of changed hearts and awakened consciences will release the principles of God’s Kingdom, which bring health and prosperity. This revival is coming quickly; the reformation will take some time. But we will get there. And Trump is a necessary part of this reformation.

Pray for Israel: What does Iran Care About More Than a Direct War with Israel?

【 Background of current affairs:  Before dawn on October 23, Israel began to launch a counterattack against Iran in retaliation for the attack of about 200 missiles from Iran on October 1. This military operation was called “Operation Day of Repentance”.

The Israeli military dispatched dozens of F-35 fighter jets to enter Iranian airspace for the first time. According to reports, Israel’s first wave of attacks targeted the advanced Russian-made S-300 air defense system in Iran, while the second and third waves focused on attacking facilities at Iran’s southeastern military base. Experts said the base was related to Iran’s nuclear weapons program. It is also a missile and drone weapons production base. ⁣

According to the U.S. Institute of War Assessment: “Iran may need months, a year, or even longer to produce solid fuel for advanced ballistic missiles.”⁣

Experts on the Middle East situation said that Israel focused on attacking Iran’s military targets rather than nuclear energy facilities to avoid subsequent Iranian retaliation. ⁣

Iran’s Current Response⁣

In response to Israel’s attack on Iranian military facilities, Iran’s Supreme Leader “Khamini” did not directly call for retaliation, but instead entrusted the decision-making power to the Supreme National Security Council and the government. The Iranian military downplayed the damage from the attack, saying Israeli warplanes used “ultra-light warheads” to hit border radar systems in several provinces and areas surrounding Tehran. This suggests that Iran may want to avoid further escalation, but Iran faces a dilemma… ⁣

Thomas, a professor at the University of Ottawa who specializes in Iran and the Middle East. Thomas Juneau wrote on Escalating the situation is obviously not the best option; but if Iran does not retaliate, it makes them look cowardly.”⁣

Iranian President Massoud. Masoud Pezeshkian said in a post on attitude towards any reckless behavior.” ⁣

What Does Iran Care About More? ⁣

A carefully worded statement from the Iranian military said ceasefires in Gaza and Lebanon were more important than retaliation against Israel, as its proxies “Lebanese Hezbollah” and “Hamas” face continued military pressure from Israel . Iranian Speaker Mohammad. Bagel. Mohammad-Bagher Ghalibaf even asked the United States to put pressure on Israel to accept ceasefire demands in Gaza and Lebanon at a parliamentary meeting. ⁣

In addition to calling for a ceasefire in Israel, regarding Iran’s nuclear energy, its President Pezeshkian has continuously hinted that Iran hopes to reach a new nuclear agreement with the United States to ease severe international sanctions. During Israel’s “Repentance Day Operation”, US President Biden expressed support for Israel’s right to self-defense and made it clear that he supported Israel’s “moderate” retaliation. However, Biden also mentioned that he did not agree with Israel’s attack on Iran’s nuclear facilities to avoid Cause a global war. ⁣

Raphael, Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA). Mariano. Rafael Mariano Grossi confirmed in a post on X (formerly known as Twitter) and said: “Iran’s nuclear facilities have not been affected.” ⁣

Continue to pray for Israel and peace in the Middle East⁣

For decades, leaders and strategists in the Middle East have wanted to see Iran stop fighting shadow wars and one day engage in direct war with Israel. Today this has become a reality. However, the strategies of both sides are still unclear, but one thing is certain – ” The situation in the Middle East is in uncharted territory.” ⁣

Let us continue to pray for peace in Israel and the Middle East. We believe that the Lord is in control of human history, and pray that God will reveal His will to the nations through Israel, and that the Muslim countries in the Middle East will see the power of Israel’s God, and He is the only King who can achieve true peace, and He is the one who brings hope of salvation to the world—Jesus Christ. ⁣

Pray for Israel:  Light of Zion: DAILY PRAYER FOR ISRAEL AT WAR – 2024

Editor’s note: This article is reprinted from the “Daily Prayer for Israel at War” recently updated on April 24 by the “Light of Zion” ministry for your prayer reference. Here are 12 prayer points. May you pray for Israel, which is at war with Hamas. In addition, Israel is also informally at war with Hezbollah, which is supported by Iran in Lebanon.

【Prayer】

1. God’s Victory and Glory. Pray that God’s overarching purposes in Israel’s wars with Hamas and Hezbollah will be accomplished with the least amount of harm necessary to result in the greatest amount of good, for His ultimate glory. Praise the Lord, Captain of the Armies of Heaven, because His ways are not our ways; they are greater. May His Kingdom come and His will be done on earth as it is in heaven. 2. Turning Hearts to God. Pray that in this time of deep trouble, many Israelis, Palestinians, Jews in the nations, and others affected by the wars would turn wholeheartedly to God. Pray that the true face and heart of Jesus would be revealed to them. Through the ravages of war, may He be sought, known and exalted in Israel and the Middle East. Pray for believers in Israel, Gaza, Lebanon and Iran to be renewed in Messiah’s love and strengthened daily in the Spirit. Ask the Lord of the harvest to raise up laborers for the harvest in Israel and the Middle East. (2 Peter 3:9, Psalms 27 and 23, Zechariah 12:10, Matthew 9:38)
3. Our Enemies: Hamas – Hezbollah – Iran. Pray according to Psalm 149:6-9 that God’s judgment be executed on Iran and terror groups dedicated to Israel’s destruction. Pray that Hamas and Hezbollah will be neutralized in order to set Palestinians, Israelis and others free from an evil Islamist regime. According to Zechariah 9:5-7, prayerfully proclaim that “Gaza will lose her king, [that God] will cut off the pride of the Philistines, … and take the blood from their mouths [so] those who are left will belong to our God.” According to Jeremiah 49:34-39, prayerfully proclaim that God will “break the bow of Elam [modern-day Iran], the mainstay of their might” and “set His throne in Elam.” According to Psalm 29:5, prayerfully proclaim, “The voice of the Lord breaks the cedars [symbol of lofty strength]; the Lord breaks the cedars of Lebanon [Hezbollah].” Ask Him to reveal and give wisdom to Israel and other nations to implement heaven’s strategy for a post-war government in Gaza. Pray for divine direction and Israel’s supernatural defense against all forms of terror and military invasion. (Matthew 5:44, Amos 1:6-8, Daniel 2:21, Jeremiah 51:20-24, Psalms 27 and 91)
4. Israeli Authorities. Pray that every Israeli leader will remain in office for as long as God wants him or her serving in that office. Pray for the gift of the fear of the Lord on each leader, for divine wisdom, godly counsel, supernatural protection on all levels, renewed strength and strategic direction. Pray especially for our emergency war cabinet: PM Netanyahu, Mr. Gantz and Mr. Gallant. Pray they will receive accurate and supernatural intelligence to know what Israel should do, and when and how to do it. (1 Timothy 2:1-4, Daniel 2:21, Psalm 75:6-7, Proverbs 9:10-11, 21:1, Psalm 91, 1 Chronicles 12:32)
5. Unity. Pray for healing of the serious, internal disunity that has impacted Israeli society, politics and government leaders in recent years. Ask God to graciously convict us to forgive and love one another. May He neutralize demonic influences that stir up or finance hateful, civil protests by Israelis against our own government. Pray for unity among our governing leaders, especially our emergency war cabinet. Petition heaven to raise up authorities who will inspire the nation afresh according to God’s ways. Ask Him for peacemakers in Israel and the Middle East who fear His Name. Bless and pray for increasing unity in the Israeli ekklesia. (Matthew 12:25, Psalm 133, Malachi 2:10, Colossians 3:14)
6. Hostages. Pray for great grace to be released on each of the hostages who are still in Gaza. Petition for their salvation, protection, strength, comfort, endurance, health and quick, safe return. Pray abundant grace and patient endurance upon their families. Ask the Healer of Heaven for wraparound comfort and healing on the whole nation, as every Israeli has recently lost someone they knew or is grieving with those who grieve. May any ceasefire deal for the release of hostages in exchange for the release of terrorists from Israeli jails be just and righteous according to godly wisdom, and not the product of unsanctified mercy or appeasement. (1 Samuel 30:11-19; Psalm 23, Jeremiah 30:12 and 17, Zechariah 9:11-12)
7. Troops. Pray for daily renewed strength, watchfulness, angelic protection, precise and accurate intelligence, and anointing for effectiveness on each of our soldiers, military leaders and officials, security officers, police and first responders, and defense system technologies. Lift up the hundreds of Messianic soldiers in our armed forces, that the light of Yeshua would shine through them onto their fellow warriors. Ask God to help our troops avoid making mistakes that would harm innocent civilians or other Israeli soldiers. Pray for protection, strength, unity and anointing on Israeli warriors in the Spirit, Messianic Jewish and Arab Christian intercessors in the land. (Psalms 18 and 91)
8. Scope of War. Pray that the scope and duration of Israel’s wars will be limited, by the power of the Blood of Yeshua and His sovereign kingship, according to His will. May it not result in a world war out of God’s timing. Pray that US involvement and decisions made by President Biden will be led of the Lord and reflect His time to favor Zion, not forcing a premature end to the war. Petition for the same concerning other nations who supply Israel with military aid. As a result of Israel’s wars with Hamas and Hezbollah, may new and godly, international alliances form according to His will. (Daniel 2:21, Proverb 21:1, Psalms 46, 102:13)
9. Media War and Lawfare. Ask God to restore the love for truth that once characterized humankind. Pray for the exposure and uprooting of outrageous and hateful lies about Israel and the Jews which are reported daily in nearly all mainstream and social media, including some Christian media outlets. Bless media outlets that are reporting the truth. Pray for their protection and for an increase in their reach and effectiveness. Petition heaven for mercy toward Israel in the profound lawfare she faces in global bodies such as the United Nations and International Court of Justice. (Lawfare is the disingenuous changing of traditional and usually democratic, Judeo-Christian based laws in order to bring about major political changes that will reflect values contrary to current and traditional laws.) (Psalm 144:11, Exodus 20:16, Psalm 27:12-13, Genesis 12:3)
10. Spiritual Warfare. Pray the power of the Blood of Yeshua and Word of Truth over ongoing influences of witchcraft, occult manipulations, globalist influences and other supernaturally evil forces coming against Israel. Pray especially that our governing leaders, our military and the interceding Israeli Body of Messiah will be protected from powers of darkness. Beseech God to dismantle occult shields of protection over head leaders and operatives of Hamas and Hezbollah. Worship and praise the Lord! (Worship and praise can battle powerfully against powers of darkness in spiritual realms.) (Ephesians 6:12, Numbers 23:23, Zechariah 9:13)
11. Global Anti-Semitism. If led by the Spirit, repent on behalf of your nation or community for anti-Semitism. Beseech God to break the murderous spirit of Jew hatred rolling in the nations. Pray especially for the turning of hearts of young people exposed to genocidal anti-Semitism on college campuses and social media. Pray that international leaders at all levels and spheres of authority, especially in democratic nations, will courageously restrain incitement against Jewish students, Jews everywhere and Israel. Bless those leaders who speak out and stand up for the Jews. At the same time, ask God to use mounting anti-Semitism to encourage aliyah among Jews not yet living in Israel.
12. Global Ekklesia. Pray for the global Body of Messiah to stand firm in the love and truth of God’s Word in support of Israel, while also carrying His heart for Palestinians and others involved in the wars. Ask Him to raise up and bless an army of intercessors around the world who will fast and pray for Israel. Petition Him for direction and wisdom for Christians in the nations to quell anti-Semitism in practical, effective ways. Pray for revival, the only true antidote to the hatred of Jews. Last but not least, thank God for answering your prayers! (Matthew 5:14-16, Revelation 12:11, Matthew 25:31-40, Psalm 100:4)

Critical Event:  It’s Time for North and South Korea to Be United!

【Current affairs background: When the focus of the global war is from the Russia-Ukraine battlefield to the Middle East war, as the tension between North and South Korea continues to rise recently, the three major battlefields seem to be connected. This is a critical moment of critical survival. The whole world Everyone is worried about whether this will trigger World War III. However, we are convinced that this is the time when God’s hand is stirring up the nations, so that the time has come for people to be released and free to know God.

In the middle of last month, North Korea accused South Korea of ​​using drones to issue and drop anti-North Korean leaflets in North Korean airspace. Therefore, it ordered eight frontline artillery brigades to “prepare for strikes” and blew up the northern section of the military demarcation line connecting the North and the South. South Korea’s East China Sea Line and Gyeongui Line railway and highway, which undoubtedly symbolize the last economic cooperation project between the two Koreas that lasted for more than a century, are no longer available, and rumors of a Korean War are rampant.At the same time, when the Russia-Ukraine war was in turmoil, Russian President Vladimir Putin exchanged military technology for assistance from North Korea’s tens of thousands of elite troops directly affiliated with Kim Jong-un.

How should God’s people view this matter? As the situation connecting the three major battlefields emerges, it is obvious that the driving forces behind it are Iran, Russia, North Korea, and even China. This is really a critical moment. What exactly is God’s will?

However, at this moment, South Korean Christian groups called on more than 1.1 million Christians (including all online participants, a total of more than 2.1 million) to take to the streets of Seoul on October 27 to jointly oppose the impact on South Korea’s family values ​​and The Legalization of Same-Sex Marriage and the Differential Prohibition Act (Prohibition of Discrimination Act) pose serious threats to the next generation. We see that Christians in South Korea are awakening. In the past, Christians in South Korea brought revival through prayer and influenced the revival of the prayer movement throughout Asia. However, once upon a time, with the invasion of secular culture, the Korean church was losing its younger generation. Bill Lacky once pointed out in a 2020 prophecy that North Korea’s leaders are being placed in the scales of God. July 27, 2023, is the day when the armistice agreement between South and North Korea established a demilitarized zone at the 38th parallel north latitude, which lasted seventy years. This is the time for South and North Korea to end their fraternal feud.

Pray for the Indigenous People: Determination in the Fire of War – The Earthly Firstborn and the Spiritual Firstborn Stand Together 

【Current events/Background:  We reported here that the “Indigenous Embassy of Jerusalem” (IEJ) was established in Israel on February 1 this year, and held a simple opening ceremony (to read related reports, please click here ), and planned The grand opening of the “Jerusalem Aboriginal Embassy” to be held on October 27 this year. Indigenous people from all over the world were invited to wear their own outfits and bring gifts to Israel, stand with Israel, speak for Israel, and support God’s chosen people.

In preparation for the grand opening ceremony in October, Canada’s First Nations Grand Chief, Lynda Prince, held a “North American Aboriginal Ceremony” at the Muckleshoot Reservation near Seattle at the end of May this year. Dear Heavenly Father, I ________ (put your name in it) come to the throne of grace, through the blood of Jesus Christ, the power of the Holy Spirit, to receive Your abundant grace and mercy.   Lord Jesus, ________ confess You are the Lord of my life.   I ask the resurrected power of the Holy Spirit to fill and saturate every part of my being.   I surrender all my spirit, soul and body completely to You.  Now I ask You to reveal to me, remind me of any sin that I have committed known or unknown, so that I can confess and repent of them accordingly. (Recommendation:  quiet yourself, so you can allow the Holy Spirit to reveal to you)

Cleanse me from all the defilement of the world, sanctify me and my family line of any unrighteousness with the blood of Jesus.   Now by my own will, I choose to forgive everyone that has offended me or hurt me, I release them into the freedom of my forgiveness.   I also release them from the debts they might owe me. I now cast all my burden to You .  Your yoke is easy, Your burden is light.   I now put on the armor of God that You have given me, gird myself with the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the helmet of salvation, the shield of faith, the sword of the Spirit, my feet fitted with the gospel of peace, so that I can pray and intercede in the Holy Spirit by Your mighty power, and after done all to stand firm.

We declare no weapon formed against us shall prosper.   Lead us not into temptation and deliver us from evil.
