Declaration Prayer: For President Trump and His Team [Update]

We declare in the name of Jesus :

• God will continue to bless and protect President Trump and his family, as well as the “scepter of justice” that God has raised up to support him in his government.
• The blood of Jesus covers them and those close to President Trump, bind and drive away any witchcraft or spells cast on them.

• Jerusalem is the jewel in the crown of the Majesty and the footstool of God’s government on earth.
• From the mouth of God’s Bride will exalt God’s highest praise, and with a sharp two-edged sword in her hand, she will punish those who serve the Spirit of Babel.
• The Bride of God will wield the sword of the Holy Spirit to cut and chop the army of the Spirit of Babel.
• The Bride of God will look to God and use the supreme praise as a weapon with one accord.
• The bride of God will take up the power to trample the five kings who serve the Spirit of Babel.

• I decree, the Lord has put a new song of praise to the one true living God in your mouth. 
• You have now put your trust and confident reliance in the Lord God Almighty. You see Him, you revere Him, and you worship Him alone.
• First Nations sons and daughters, arise and shift into destiny, with a dance of deliverance and a strong song, boldly decreeing the Word of the Lord with your new voice!

Blessings for the Hebrew Month of Tammuz

Tammuz—The Fourth Month of the Hebrew Year 5782 June 30–July 28, 2022

A Special Time of Declaration—July 12, 2022

One of the intriguing days of this month is Tammuz 17 (July 16), which marks the beginning of the three weeks known as the “dire straits.” These “dire straits” end on Av 9 (August 6), the date the Temple was destroyed by the Babylonians in 423 BC—and then the second Temple destroyed by the Romans in 70 AD.

Tammuz 17 is forty days after Moses ascended Mount Sinai at the first Pentecost (Shavuot). He came down the mountain and then broke the stone tablets on which the Ten Commandments had been written because the people had made a golden calf and were worshiping it. It was also on Tammuz 17 that the walls of Jerusalem were breached by the Babylonians, and again by the Romans hundreds of years later in 70 AD.

So traditionally Tammuz 17 is a day to be watchful. Now we’re seeing another potential disaster—one that is also linked with Jerusalem—around this same date. Jerusalem is very near to the heart of God. It is the city of the Great King, and we are to remember it and pray for it (see Psalm 48).

In 2017, the US moved its embassy to Jerusalem, recognizing it as Israel’s capital. From my personal observations, this seemed to bring great change to the whole region. I observed three things. First, the near-constant warfare seemed to decrease. Second, some Middle Eastern countries began making treaties with Israel and are entering into economic cooperation. This is unheard of as a number of Middle Eastern countries didn’t previously recognize Israel as a nation. Third, the Isaiah 19 highway is opening (this refers to the highway of salvation linking Egypt, Jerusalem, and Assyria). In other words, the Middle East is opening to the gospel like never before.

 Looming problem

So what is the looming problem? There are now talks about the US revoking this recognition and moving its embassy back out of Jerusalem. These talks will take place July 13–16.

Intercessors are being asked to pray about this. Specifically, we have been asked to fast at least one meal on Tuesday, July 12, and to take at least 12 minutes at 12 noon to praise the Lord and to proclaim division upon His enemies and a thwarting of their plans during the July 13–16 talks. Let’s be sure to do so. Just like the Lord thwarted the plans to build the tower of Babel by confounding languages and bringing confusion (see Genesis 11), let’s declare confounding and confusion to all the plans of the enemy.

The Month of Tammuz

1. A month to see and establish the brilliance of your righteousness. Even when negative things happen, we can shine brighter and brighter through praise and declaration. See Isaiah 58:8 [1], Psalm 112:4 [2], and Daniel 12:3 [3]. Note that Jerusalem fell to the Babylonians during this month (see Jeremiah 39:2) [4], a very negative thing. However in this same month, Ezekiel also saw the glory of God (Ezekiel 1:1) [5]. Believe to see the glory of God. Remember that we have just come through Pentecost, which has to do with words that we speak. God wants us to declare His truth, His gospel, and His power. As we do so, the more He confirms with signs and wonders and miracles (Heb. 2:4) [6]. Remember this whole decade of the 5780s is linked with proclaiming and declaring. Let’s shine in what we say! Declare, “I choose the boldness to make positive declarations!”
2. A month to make choices so we fulfill our potential. The month of the tribe of Reuben. He lost his inheritance as firstborn. Reuben is an example of someone with great potential who didn’t deal with his basic issues and failed to excel. The Lord wants to deal with blind spots and other unresolved issues so we can spring ahead. Genesis 49:3–4 describes Reuben: “Beginning of power; excellence and dignity; unstable as water” [7]. Declare, “Lord, I am relying on you every day to help me deal with my blind spots!”
3. A month to shine through our worship (Worship even when there are delays). God wants us to really shine this month, and one of the ways will be through worship. Ask the Lord to take your worship to a new level. Note that Moses’s face glowed after being with the Lord. Also notice that the people worshiped the golden calf (Exod. 32:1) [8] because they couldn’t accept delay. Therefore, thank God for any delay and keep worshiping Him. As we submit to Him in worship, He also brings issues in our lives into submission. Also note that God has given praise to us as a horn or weapon (Ps. 148:14 [9]). Declare, “Lord, no matter what situation I find myself in, I will choose to praise You!”
4. A month to either accept your calling or to speak an evil report of who you are. We have a choice of which it will be. People fall into negativity because they don’t know how to speak out who they are. You must like yourself. If you don’t, then there’s something about the Lord that you don’t like. Look at past prophecies of who you are and declare them during this month. They will be like seeds you sow which will bring a great harvest in October (Feast of Tabernacles). Declare, “Lord, I am your child. You have called me. You have a greater destiny for me than I imagine. I declare this because I want all your plans and desires for me to come to fruition.”
5. The month of the letter chet [ח], which means “light radiating from your eyes.” The devil tries to put this light out. Chet is also tied to the number “8,” which signifies new beginnings; it also is referred to as the letter of “life,” but can also mean “sin.” Through this letter, God is showing us that we can, and must, choose correctly so we don’t fall into negativity. See Isaiah 42:6 [10] and Revelation 1:14 [11]. Declare, “Lord your fire is burning in me. It’s your fire inside me that causes my eyes to shine with your light and life.”
6. The “filmstrip” month. Take time to look at yourself. If you keep going the way you are, how will you end up? Therefore, stop and make any necessary adjustments. Ask the Lord to show you how you might end up if you aren’t careful to walk with Him. Declare, “Lord, you are faithful to show all areas that need to change and you will reveal them at a time when I can successfully deal with them.”
7. The month where we must allow ourselves to be soft and vulnerable to the Lord. This month is linked with the constellation of the crab. Our shell must be removed so that we are vulnerable. If you don’t allow yourself to be vulnerable, you will become hardened and won’t be able to enter into the next stage of growth. Ask the Lord to remove any hardness or shell from you. Declare, “Lord, when adversity arises, I choose not to be stubborn and withdraw, but instead will quickly look to you.”
8. A month to guard your heart—what you feel and think, as well as your eyes—what you allow yourself to see. “Behold, I set before you today a blessing and a curse” (Deut. 11:26). See also Deuteronomy 30:15, which states, “I have set before you today life and good, death and evil.” Declare, “I choose life.”
9. The month of the right hand—the aligning covenant. See Song of Solomon 5:2–12. Remember your covenants—the right hand has to do with covenants and relationships. Ask the Lord for a new level of intimacy with Him. We have just come through the month of Pentecost, which was about aligning. Now watch for those the Lord brings to align with you to move you ahead into your destiny. Declare, “The more I come into intimacy/friendship with the Lord, the better my covenants with people will be.”

This Bein Ha Metzarim, God is calling us to pray and “fast forward” into His Kingdom purposes, redeeming the time. Much is at stake. First, we are hungry for more of Him. But also, in response to the prayers of His people, He is shaking anti-Messiah strongholds at government levels in Israel (and other nations). We believe now, more than ever in this battle, it is time to fast forward in faith and prayer. As you know, the battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the kind of demonic power that “goes out only by prayer and fasting.” (Matthew 17:21) We’re so hungry for God and passionate about the coming fullness of Israel’s restoration that we’re willing to contend for it as never before.                                                                                  

The Israeli Prayer Network will fast throughout Bein Ha Metzarim with nightly prayer meetings for our nation from July 20 through August 10. Please consider joining us in the Spirit, from wherever you are, by praying and fasting as you are led. Whether you are Jewish or Gentile, Bein Ha Metzrim can be a special time to seek God and fulfillment of His promises.

 You may be interested to know a bit more about Bein Ha Metzarim. The name, while usually translated “Between the Straits,” derives from Lamentations 1:3, “Judah has gone into exile … her pursuers overtook her in the midst of her distress.” The Hebrew for “in the midst of her distress” is “bein ha metzarim.” Both English translations of “Between the Straits” and “Amid Her Distress” aptly describe how the Jews have repeatedly suffered distress on Tammuz 17, Av 9 (“Tisha b’Av”), and the days between. Zechariah 8:10 alludes to Bein Ha Metzarim as “the fast of the fourth month,” namely Tammuz, and “fast of the fifth month,” which is Av. Recall that Exodus 12:2 sets Nissan, occurring in early spring, as the first month of biblical year. The fourth and fifth months follow in the summer.

According to rabbinic tradition (but not Scripture or documented fact), it was on Tammuz 17 that Moses discovered Israel’s golden calf and broke the tablets of God’s covenant. Then, on Av 9, our ancestors tragically refused to enter the Promised Land. The rabbis teach that Israel’s subsequent, recurring calamities on these days trace to these root sins of rebellion and unbelief. (Mishna, Taanit 4:6) In any case, the Hebrew Scriptures indicate these particular days, and the three weeks between, reflect a season of heightened spiritual warfare or judgment, or both.

If the rabbis are correct in their calculations or insights, God’s original intent for Bein ha Metzarim was actually that of victorious Kingdom advance. He wanted His children to joyfully embrace His covenant with them. He wanted them gladly entering the land He’d promised, not shrinking back in unbelief. Indeed, the giants of the land were to be as bread for Israel, strengthening them through victorious kingdom advance. (Numbers 14:9) Perhaps that is why Zechariah 8:10 goes on to say that in the future, the summer fasts will turn to feasts of joy and gladness. Unparalleled Messianic victory might occur on these very days.   

Thankfully and amazingly graciously, Yeshua has atoned for our sin and redeemed the earthly dimension of time. Therefore, through the collective prayers of the saints, we believe Kingdom victory—from God’s perspective—can uniquely occur during Bein ha Metzarim, especially on Tisha b’Av. In Israel, His consecrated ones will be gathering to fast and pray. We hope many of you will join us in some way.

“Now to Him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to His power that is at work within us, to Him be glory in the church and in Messiah Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever!” (Ephesians 3:20-21).

This ability to move outside the realm of natural laws is one of the reasons God chooses, at times, to speak through dreams. He can reveal things using unusual pictures and symbolic representations. He can also give us messages which do not have to be filtered through our natural reasoning. All dreams believed to have come from God must be judged by Scripture, of course. If they disagree with the Biblical teachings, we know they are not from God. However, dreams are a biblical method through which God speaks to His people.

A few weeks ago, Holy Spirit spoke to my brother, Tim Sheets, through a dream. The dream actually occurred as he slept on an airplane. It is quite profound. Here is his account:

“In the dream, I had gone to pray in Washington D.C. on July 4th. I’ve been there numerous times to pray. In the dream, I was in Lafayette Park, which is across the street from the White House. I have actually prayed there before in real life. But in the dream, I felt led to go to the spot where Dutch, Ken Malone, and I went 5 years ago (2016) to pray.”

[Tim pauses the dream account momentarily to give an explanation of what happened to us on that literal prayer journey in 2016.]

“Chuck Pierce had given us a golden vav, a stake, and prophesied, ‘Use this as a symbol. Go to Washington D.C., drive it into the ground, and decree that we are re-staking claim to America. God will show you where to place it.’”

Still recounting the literal prayer time in 2016, Tim continues, “We went to DC and were praying in front of the White House, in Lafayette Park. Of course, we wondered, ‘Is this where we should drive the stake?’ After praying, I said, ‘I don’t feel like we’re to do it here, guys.’

“Both Ken and Dutch agreed. However, Dutch responded by saying, ‘But I don’t feel we are finished with our assignment here.’

“I said, ‘Well, what else do you want to pray about? We’ve been praying for an hour.’

“Dutch responded, ‘Well, I don’t know. Let’s pray about what to pray about!’ (Sometimes you just have to keep it simple!)”

Still recounting the literal prayer time in 2016, Tim continues, “We were being discreet as we prayed, and had backed up into the park somewhat, 50 yards or so from the crowd standing at the front fence of the White House. Ken prayed, ‘Lord, what else are we to decree here? What more would You like us to do?’

“Then we saw a guy coming towards us. As he got closer, I said, ‘Guys, that’s an angel!’

“He kept coming and didn’t even really look our way. He simply walked by us, 2 or 3 feet away, and said six times: ‘Mercy, mercy, mercy, mercy, mercy, mercy.’ And then kept walking.

“Dutch said, ‘We gotta talk to him!’ We looked for him, but he was gone. Well, it didn’t take a genius to know what we were gonna pray. We started asking God for His mercy!”

[Tim now shifts back to describing his recent dream.]

“So, in this dream, I’m thinking, ‘I’m going to stand where that angel spoke to us.’ And I went to that spot. As I stood there praying (again, in the dream), looking at the White House, I saw a guy, maybe 100 yards or so away. He was carrying a tree trunk about a foot and a half in diameter and around 12 feet long! And I’m thinking in the dream, ‘He’s carrying a tree trunk! There’s no way a human can carry a 12 feet long tree trunk. That can’t be…he can’t be a human! This has to be an angel.’

“As he came closer and closer to me, I could see that it was, indeed, an angel. He was actually a very, very big angel with muscles rippling all over, and he carried the log under one arm as he approached. Stopping directly in front of me, he stood still, staring at me.

“In the dream, I finally asked the obvious, ‘Why are you carrying that tree trunk?’

“And he answered me in the language and demeanor of a soldier, which was very telling. ‘Sir, it’s not a tree trunk. It’s a battering ram.’

“Well, I said, ‘What are you going to do with it, soldier?’ I knew to call him ‘soldier’ because of the way he spoke.

“He responded, ‘There are four of us surrounding the White House. We’re here to break down Lucifer’s barriers that protect Baal’s roots.’

“I said to him, ‘Well, why did you…why did you come and reveal that to me?’

“Then he said, ‘Sir, permission to proceed?’

“I responded, ‘Soldier, proceed.’” (End of dream)

After relating the dream, Tim stated, “Micheal and his angels will be releasing battering rams to unlock this nation.”

There is really no explanation needed for this dream. God is saying He is about to tear down satan‘s strongholds over Washington, D.C. This was confirmed to me yesterday by the following prophetic word given by my friend Chuck Pierce. Chuck said,

“We are in an era when God is strengthening us. It’s time to cut certain heads off of the enemy – we are in a ’headship’ war, determining who will rule and how they will rule. We are going through a time of realignment – even personally. We need guts of iron and backbones of steel…The enemy tries to get your soul so wounded that you can’t understand what is happening…

“Timing is key now – timing for DC. Everything between now and the end of July, for DC – is key. It can be turned the way the Lord wants it to be turned.”

His final statement is quite significant. DC can be turned the way the Lord wants it to be turned. And this month of July is key. For two leaders in the body of Christ to hear the same message, in different ways, is very important. July is a very strategic month. In Tim’s dream, he was in DC on July 4. (This was so real to him that he actually went to DC on the 4th to release – at the very spot in the dream – a decree for the angels to implement their battering rams.)

We must listen carefully and act on these words. I encourage prayer journeys to Washington DC this month. I also urge intercessors and prayer groups to pray into these words throughout the month of July. Pray that more exposure comes to evil in our nation. Pray that the barriers protecting Baal’s roots in America be demolished. “For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh, for the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but divinely powerful for the destruction of fortresses. We are destroying speculations, and every lofty thing raised up against the knowledge of God, and we are taking every thought captive to the obedience of Christ” (2 Corinthians 10: 3-5; NASB). Let’s experience the breakthroughs God wants to bring us!

Pray with me:

Father, we thank You for giving us encouraging words and clear strategies through our great Helper, Holy Spirit. You have confirmed over and over the angel’s message in 2016. We received great mercy in that election. Donald Trump gave us three constitutionalist Supreme Court Justices, just as he promised he would, and now we have seen the curse of Roe broken off of us. Mercy, indeed.

And You sent another angel to that very same spot, in a dream, telling us it is time for Baal’s influence in America to be fully exposed and his hold over us broken. This confirms what we have already been hearing in the Spirit; You also have recently said this to prophetic leaders and intercessors. Release the battering rams now, we pray. Send Michael and his angels to tear down – to demolish – these strongholds through the prayers and decrees of Your Ekklesia.

And now, Father, awaken the praying church to the significance of the month of July. Impress upon them the importance of praying regarding this dream. Send teams into Washington DC. Send apostolic leaders and intercessors there. We will go confidently, knowing we have the keys of the Kingdom of Heaven, with which we can bind the powers of darkness over America and release Your Kingdom will. We decree as our King instructed us: Thy kingdom come, thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven! And we do this in the mighty name of King Jesus. Amen.

Our decree:

We will not stop praying and decreeing the will of God over America. We will be faithful watchmen.

Expose Catholicism and the End Times

The Time of the End According to Zechariah We find bits and pieces here and there in the Word about this formidable House of Deception. First, in Zechariah we see a sort of road map for its appearing. When I was visited by the Angel of the Lord in 1990, he told me to become familiar with this book as it depicts what is about to occur. In that visit, I saw him speak forth many things that are written therein. As a result many of the things I will mention are already enroute to the maturity of their time.

In Chapter one we see that God is saying that He is jealous over Jerusalem, and He is very angry with the Nations who forwarded the afflictions of His people. Therefore He will rebuild His house in her midst with loving-kindness toward His people. He voices His intentions to the prophet promising to restore prosperity to Israel and judgment to the Nations that wounded His Nation. 

Chapter two inclines our understanding to the fact that the Lord will once again call His people from the North and give them a home in the Land, which He is doing today. As the Nations are being emptied of Jewish people, we see a strong warning by this prophet. The day is coming when the Lord will soon judge these Nations now remiss of those who were a sort of protection against His eminent wrath. It is true the Lord withholds His justice because of His Church and His mercy toward the ignorant and the erring, but another important factor is the fact that Jewish people also dwell in these lands that are ripe for judgment, and God withholds His long overdue judgment for their sake as well. 

Chapter three reveals the soon coming cleansing of the Priesthood of the Church and the Jewish Nation. He will stretch His arm out over the Priests of Israel to reveal Himself to as many as are willing to be cleansed before the great and terrible day of the Lord. He will also come as a Refiners Fire to the Church. My heart breaks for those who refuse to be touched by this mercy, as they will be the very ones who will be open targets to join ranks with the New House of Babylon. 

Chapter four reveals that the ministries of Elijah and Moses will once again burn in the Church in full efficacy to establish the foundational government of the New House of Christ’s Government and the foundation to the Temple of God. So great will be this hour in the Church we may perhaps say there has never been its equal. 

Chapter five unveils “The Curse.” This curse was released in 1990 through the Angel that visited me. It is being sent out over the whole earth. First, touching the house of God by cutting off the hypocrite, and then it will continue its work through the unsaved. This work will continue to the time of the end. 

Next we see in this same chapter, the House of Babylon. Verse five begins to relate the process of the building of this house. First in this process we see the women with the wings of a stork carry an ephah size container transporting the spirit of lawlessness and the spirit of harlotry to the Nation of Babylon. This has already transpired. We see the effect of this upon modern Iraq. But we will soon see it in a new way within the New Spiritual House of Babylon, which in turn will become the New Catholic Church. I say Catholic in the sense that it will be the new One World Religion or Church. Catholic means: all inclusive, for all people, or One World Religion; swallowing up all religions in the world. 

Chapter six The Lord will work a work of repentance and judgments among Nations that will for a time quiet His Spirit of wrath. Afterwards, we will see the Branch coming forth as Melchizedek to build the true Temple of God, distinguishing this Temple incidentally from the many Babylonian religions to be integrated into the New House of Babylon, the New Age Church. 

Zechariah reveals more hidden mysteries about this incredible hour in which we are now living, but we will end our brief overview on it here. What we have shared gives us a little understanding of the things that will surround the workings of iniquity in our times. 

The Beast 

Many years ago I traveled to the Hawaiian Islands to minister. Little did I know that this trip would be met with an astonishing event. It occurred on the little Island of Lanai. I was suddenly thrust into travail while in the home of the pastor of the Church in which I was going to be ministering. While in travail I was taken out of my body and lifted into the heavens where I came face to face with a huge beast. I had met him one other time in the past, so I recognized him immediately. He was the reigning Monarch over the global Catholic Church. I saw written on his chest the words: “The Beast!” Over his head the words were arched, “Spirit of Compromise.” He was looking over a cloud virtually directing the souls of millions holding little idols in their hands, straight to a huge hole which was the mouth of hell. He was quite enjoying himself. 

When I realized what he was doing I was horrified. I immediately screamed out his name, and commanded him to release his captives. When I did this, he realized for the first time that I was there to intrude upon his workings. Up until then he was not even aware of my presence. When he looked up at me and realized I was serious, he became enraged, and then standing upright like a bear, he roared. That was when I realized how big this beast was. I was desperate to save the souls from his wicked treachery, so it somehow didn’t matter that he seemed as big as the world itself at the time, I had to stop him. So, I screamed again demanding him to release his captives. That began about a 45 minute battle in the spirit, the end of which resulted in a victory for the Lord. 

I came out of the room in which I had been wrestling and shared it all with the Pastor who was by that time extremely concerned letting them know that I would share it at the service that night. I had no idea that I would be speaking to a Church entirely made up of ex-Catholics who refused to give up their idols. When I shared my earlier experience at the end of my message, I found myself looking at a Church full of stunned faces. I then realized that I was talking to Catholics. I told them to go and get their idols and bring them and throw them away to be burned. Everyone exited the Church, went home, got their idols and returned with them to be destroyed. The Pastor was delighted! This victory had been gained by my openly confronting – The Beast! 

As I previously mentioned, one of his names was “The Beast!” Before you ask, “Do I associate him with the Beast of Revelation fame”? I will say quite frankly, he is one in the same. I meet him face to face each time I go to Italy. Sometimes more than once he will show himself. He is just letting me know that he knows I am in town. He has tried to hurt me twice. Once by nearly downing my plane, the second time by physically trying to stop my heart from beating. Since I could see his face both times I knew what he was doing and took authority over him. He was forced to stop. 

Please remember what I have just shared with you, as it will be very important by the end of this exposé. 

The other member of this satanic leadership is “Ashteroth.” I have seen her. When I saw her in the skies of Rome, she was traveling slowly across the sky dressed like the statues of mother Mary. Out of her mouth were coming great blasphemies against the living God. Promises leading to peril were being uttered across the heavens as she was constantly telling the people that she would protect and defend them if they continue to worship her. The spirit behind the worship of Mary is, “Ashteroth”. The Beast is the operative spirit behind the worship of the Pope as the Vicar. She and the Beast reside in Rome. There is another Spirit that travels with them. I do not yet know its demonic name, but this evil ruler works with the other two and I suspect give voice to the false prophet. 

Why am I telling you this? First, to let you know there is a trilogy of evil reigning Monarchs that reside over the Catholic Church today and whose names are scripted in the sacred Scriptures for our warning. Secondly, because when Ashteroth approached, she let it be known that she was recruiting the government for the New Spiritual Babylon about to be revealed. These three evil Monarchs will work together with the government of The New Spiritual Babylon until the time of the end.

Pray for America: A DECLARATION FOR AMERICA

【Current affairs background:  “You will also decree a thing, and it will be established for you; And light will shine on your ways.” (Job 22:28; NASB) More and more believers are learning the power of agreeing with God in our hearts and declaring it from our mouths. We are born again – the greatest of all miracles – when we believe the Gospel in our hearts and confess it with our mouths (Romans 10:9-10). The Greek word translated “confess” (homologia) means “to say the same.” ln a biblical context, it means to say what God says. Because of the root Greek word logos/logia, a more thorough definition would be “to understand, agree with (submit to), and acknowledge this by saying it.” Confessing Jesus as Lord means you understand the Gospel, agree and submit to it, and declare this verbally.

Confessing, declaring, or decreeing our faith in God’s Word has become somewhat controversial due to unbalanced teaching by some and ignorance of the Scriptures on the part of others. It need not be, however. Simply stated, the power of God’s Word and from what Holy Spirit says prophetically, must be released by us. One of the ways we do so is with our mouths. This truth is seen throughout Scripture.

There are other reasons we speak God’s words, as well. In my studies over the years, I have come to believe we do so in order to:

1. Increase our faith – Romans 10:17 tells us faith comes by hearing God’s words. Jesus said His words were seeds (Matthew 13:1-23). Hearing His Word as we speak it, is one of the ways in which we plant the seeds in our hearts. Speaking the Word is actually part of biblical meditation (Joshua 1:8); the Hebrew word means to mutter or speak to oneself.
2.  Release our faith – As stated in the opening paragraph, releasing our faith by stating what we believe is how we’re born again (Romans 10:9-10). Jesus said declaring our faith would remove mountains of adversity from our lives (Mark 11.23-24). The Faith in our hearts must be released!
3. Release God’s power and life – Jesus spoke to storms, fig trees, and dead individuals (Mark 4:39; Matthew 21:19; John 11.43). Obviously, He did not do so because storms or trees have ears, and the dead don’t hear. Jesus was releasing His faith through His words. He also released miracles, as did the disciples, through declarations (Matthew 8:8-13; Acts 9.34,40). Proverbs 18:21 tells us “life” is in the power of our words!
4. Release the sword of the Spirit – Ephesians 6:17 tells us the spoken Word is a spiritual weapon against forces that oppose God. Matthew 16:18-19 says we bind and loose, forbid and allow with the authority Christ has delegated to us. This is accomplished by declaring His words and will.

Obviously, we must pray and decree according to God’s will and Word (1 John 5:14-15). When we do so, however, our declarations and decrees release life, power, His will and Kingdom rule (Matthew 6:10). Like God – and Abraham – we call things that be not, as already existing (Romans 4:17). The definition of faith – believing in what we cannot see – lets us know that we are decreeing what we desire and know to be God’s will, not what has already manifested. This is why we make declarations and decrees.

Our friends at Flashpoint, Gene and Teri Bailey, have written and released the following strong, biblically-based decree over America. My prayer is that millions of believers will begin to release it daily over our nation. As we do, power will be released, and the will of God will manifest. Let’s decree it together now. Pray for Israel: A 7/12 Global Call to Trample the Necks of the Five Kings

【Current affairs background: In view of Biden’s 7/13-7/16 trip to the Middle East (Israel, and meeting with Palestinian leaders, and Saudi Arabia), Rick Lettings issued a continuation of the intercessory warning on July 8:

This has translated it into Chinese, Korean, Japanese and Russian for wide distribution. Major prayer networks around the world feel called to use this “praise and proclaim” strategy on July 12.

It appears that the Holy Spirit is organizing a “global effort” to accomplish this “global mission”, and I believe that the unity of the body of Messiah (Christ) across many nations is especially critical! You will see great setbacks for those who serve “the spirit of babel.” The Lord God chose Jerusalem to be the footstool of His earthly government, and these people have an agenda that goes against it.

In the first chapter of the Intercessory Alert, “it is time to exercise your authority in Me and trample your feet on the necks of the five kings who serve the Spirit of Babel.” Many people wrote to ask, “Who are the Five kings?”

Who are the five kings?

After receiving a call to prayer, praise, and proclamation on July 12, 2022, and one of the words, I received that I do not want to give my own interpretation. But I keep praying about it.

I asked the Holy Spirit if these five kings were specific international leaders; or did they refer to cities, countries, or continents? I finally felt like I had the answer in my prayers that I should go back to the original biblical passages. In Joshua chapter 10 , Joshua ordered his military commanders to put their feet on the necks of the five defeated Amorite kings.

These five kings were the kings of Jerusalem, Hebron, Jamoth, Lachish, and Eglon. They were strongholds; all five strongholds joined together against Gibeon, trying to stop Joshua and the army of Israel from taking the Lord Command the momentum of the land they own.

In ancient times, each fortified city worshiped its own “god”, which was actually an evil air ruler who ruled over a specific geographic area. So, when the judgment of the Lord was carried out and the five earthly kings failed, it was also the failure of the five evil air rulers, and so their territories were also taken away.

As I prayed, I felt the Holy Spirit reveal to me that the Warrior Bride would have her feet on the necks of the five evil rulers of the air. They are seeking to take back Jerusalem, which they formerly occupied, and the other four major fortified cities (the area around Jerusalem).

I see three very important things in Joshua chapter 10 about these “five kings”:

• First, in the battle of Gibeon, the men did their work, and then the Lord GOD did an even greater work, and He sent a great hailstone upon these five enemy armies. Many in their nations proclaimed Isaiah 28 to end the covenant of death, which refers to the Lord’s use of hail to “sweep away” the evil system of government “a refuge of lies” (see Isaiah 28:17 ). ).

After this, we read in Isaiah chapter 28 verse 21 that the Lord GOD will arise as He did in the Valley of Gibeon – referring to the defeat of the five Amorite kings recorded in Joshua chapter 10. So let us declare on July 12 that the Lord Himself will rise up and send hailstones to expose and wash away the lien of the evil system of government.

• Second, the victory over the Amorite kings in Joshua 10 was due to a “divine delay,” that is, “the sun stood still in the midst of the sky, and did not set quickly, for about a day.“ In response to Joshua’s prayer With Xuan Ling, there is more time to completely defeat the five enemy armies.

So let’s declare: On Biden’s July 13-16 trip to Jerusalem and the Middle East, the Lord God will wholly postpone the evil, hidden agenda of the “Tower of Babel.”

Let us declare: The Sovereign Lord will grant divine delays for His intercessors to see the great failures and setbacks of the five “kings”, the five evil air rulers who were defeated in Joshua’s day. They will not be able to take back the city of Jerusalem and the territories they lost in Joshua 10 and the battle of Gibeon.

• Third, Joshua was not content with only a partial victory over the five kings of the Amorites in Joshua 10. Even after these kings were captured, Joshua 10:17-19 records: “When Joshua was told that the five kings had been found hiding in the cave at Makkedah,  he said, “Roll large rocks up to the mouth of the cave, and post some men there to guard it. But don’t stop; pursue your enemies! Attack them from the rear and don’t let them reach their cities, for the Lord your God has given them into your hand.“

So let us declare that, by the grace of the Lord, we will not stop at just a partial victory on July 12-16, but will persevere in prayer, praise and proclamation, to these spiritual enemies Attack until every one of their evil agendas is thwarted!

Let’s declare Amos 2:9-10 :

“Yet I destroyed the Amorites before them,  though they were tall as the cedars  and strong as the oaks. I destroyed their fruit above and their roots below. I brought you up out of Egypt and led you forty years in the wilderness  to give you the land of the Amorites.. (Amos 2:9-10)

In the name of Christ Jesus, amen!
