Declaration Prayer: For President Trump and His Team [Update]

We declare in the name of Jesus :

• God will continue to bless and protect President Trump and his family, as well as the “scepter of justice” that God has raised up to support him in his government.
• The blood of Jesus covers them and those close to President Trump, bind and drive away any witchcraft or spells cast on them.
• The Holy Spirit continues to pour out and personally guide President Trump. He grew in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God. ( Lu 2:52 )
• The seven spirits of God are manifested in President Trump’s life ( Isaiah 11:1-3 ), giving him keen insight and discernment, judging the situation, and resolutely continuing to fulfill his call.
•  God will restore Trump to his rightful position at His best time and give people grace to transition.

Declaration Prayer: Declaration of Justice and Righteousness for America’s Return

We Declare in the Name of Jesus :

• Victory in Justice In the forensic audit of the recount of the 2020 general election, to ensure the election was conducted in accordance with the constitutional authorization.
• The presidential documents relating to the incident in the Capitol on January 6 will be properly kept and will not be handed over to the partisan Special Investigation Committee of the House of Representatives.
• Courts at all levels will judge cases impartially, and unjust judges will be removed; the lives of those who maintain constitutional justice will be safe and grievances will be revealed.
• Corruption in the mainstream media will be exposed more, the truth behind the scenes and their manipulation will be revealed, and President Trump will win lawsuits against major technology companies and any other pending lawsuits against media organizations.
• More priests and churches who are godly, loving and patriotic are being raised up, courageously keeping God’s word and releasing God’s voice.
• The Supreme Court’s “Roe vs. Wade” and “Dobbs case” will be overturned, supporting the law that life begins at  conception and is established in each state. People who fight for life will be supernaturally protected.
• Repent of the crimes of human trafficking and abortion with repentance and intercession, and resist the agenda of LGTBQ+, communism, and CRT (Critical Race Theory).
• God supernaturally intervenes in the attack on the southern border, and the national sovereignty of the United States will be protected.
• Restore the patriotic education of 1776 and the original constitution.
• The evil plan of the elites to harm the United States will be exposed and dismantled.
• Pray that the American people will eventually demand that the truth will reign in our country, and God’s plans and goals for the United States will be rekindled in the hearts and minds of the people in this country.

Pray for America: Mercy in the Midst of the Shaking

Also, I realize that others have been propagandized and deceived – they actually believe the foolish ideologies and dogmas of the left. This seemed easy to comprehend. But I was wondering how the very educated and seemingly smart individuals in government, media, and education could be so blind to the effects of their decisions. • Hosea 8:7a  “They sow the wind  and reap the whirlwind.
• Deut 4:31 For the Lord your God is a merciful God; he will not abandon or destroy you or forget the covenant with your ancestors, which he confirmed to them by oath.

• Mercy in the midst of Shaking : Father, we turned away from You, we sowed the wind, and are now reaping the whirlwind ( Hos 8:7a) , thank You for Your mercy, although You allowed the shaking, but also exposed many evils and awakened America. Thank You for being a God who keeps promises and is merciful. You have not given up on America, and You will surely fulfill Your call and mission to America.
• We declare in the name of Jesus Christ:
  • We believe that God is happy to save!
  • We believe that God’s mercy prevails over judgment.
  • We believe that no shaking will hinder God’s plan for America.
  • God will send a great awakening to turn America upside down.
  • America must be the voice of God on earth.
  • America must be saved!
  • God’s kingdom is moving forward according to God’s timetable.
  • God’s will is being done on earth as it is in heaven!

【Background of current affairs:  According to the “Times of Israel” report, on June 10, 170,000 people participated in the annual LGBTQ+ Pride Parade in Tel Aviv. The “Pride” series of activities lasted for a week in Tel Aviv and was one of the largest annual events in Tel Aviv. First, Tel Aviv has been known as the largest gay capital in the Middle East and Asia. The same procession, which took place in Jerusalem on June 2, was attended by 7,000 people. …Detailed Reading】

• Proverbs 16:25   There is a way that appears to be right, but in the end it leads to death.

• Praise the Lord GOD, the Holy One of Israel, Holy and Righteous : O Almighty, great and marvelous are Your deeds! God of Israel, Holy One of Israel, You are the King of all ages! Your way is righteous and true! Lord, who dares not to fear Thee, and not to give glory to Thy name? You are holy and glorious, holy and righteous, all the houses of Israel will come and worship before You, and all nations will come and worship before You.
• Identification Confession and Repentance: Father, by the blood of Jesus Christ, the Lamb of God, we come to Your mercy seat to confess our sins to You:
  • Our rulers are like the rulers of Sodom, and our people are like the people of Gomorrah, men and women and women doing unclean things, and they go about with pride, defile Your land, and provoke Your anger , we alone have sinned against You.
  • Those of us who are ultra-Orthodox Jews or individual members of extreme right-wing groups with hateful attitudes or even vendetta against LGBTQ+ people are also sinning against You.
  • Some of us still adhere to the Bible beliefs, but choose to remain silent, for fear of being accused of being “intolerant”. They have not spoken out about God’s truth and words, and tolerated sins. Holy God, we have also sinned and offended You and offended You. Jealous eyes.

We implore You to grant repentance and forgiveness of sins to anoint and cleanse Your people Israel with the blood of the Lord Jesus, the Lamb of God.

• Israel walks in the righteousness of God : Father of spirits, Your righteousness is like a mountain; Your judgment is like an abyss. Only You know the secrets of people’s hearts; only You can measure the motives of people’s hearts. Among the thousands of Israelis who are involved in the gay movement, You know who is truly struggling with an identity crisis, and we implore Your merciful Father, stretch out Your loving and healing hand, and deliver those who are sitting in the valley of the shadow of death The souls in my heart, use the spirit of adoption to move those souls who really need help to cry out for Your redemption; O God who searches the hearts of people, those who use the power of co-movement as political capital, but do not fear God in their eyes, still boast Those who flatter themselves and steal the name of “love” and “freedom” but are full of lies and deceit, please pour out God-fearing spirit on them, and those who insist on doing their own thing and do not repent. A righteous man who keeps God’s commandments instead.
• Salvation comes to homosexuals : The Messiah who chose Saul to be Paul, we believe that among the tens of thousands of LGBTQ+ people in Israel, there is a “Paul” that you have chosen and transformed. Shine on them, gain them, transform them, anoint them, send them, become Your mighty messengers of the gospel, and will Inverted to the Gospel movement. God, nothing is too hard for you!
• Keep praying for the watchmen of Israel : Called to be watchmen of the walls of Jerusalem, shout with a loud voice and do not cease; lift up your voice like a trumpet. Explain their transgressions to the people of Israel, and their sins to the house of Jacob. ( Isaiah 58:1 ) Call on the LORD not to rest, nor let the LORD rest until he establishes Jerusalem to be praised on earth. (  Isaiah 62:6-7 )

Pray for Israel: Reflections on the Replacement Theology

【Background of current affairs: Anti-Semitism is hostility or prejudice against Jews. Since biblical times, Jews have experienced persecution for rejecting Jesus, religions and cultures outside of the Jewish faith, and we Gentile churches have been directly or indirectly involved in it. The famous replacement theology, for example, is used as a justification for anti-Semitism. The basis is that the Jews rejected Jesus as their Messiah, so God chose the church to replace the Jews. The many crusades in history and Hitler’s World War II slaughter of Jews have been indelibly influenced by the replacement theology. Many people may also have noticed that anti-Semitism has been rampant again around the world in recent years.  …Detailed Reading】

• We humble ourselves and confess our sins and repent : Lord Jesus, we admit to You that we are limited and that we do not know enough about the kingdom of heaven. We interpret the Bible one-sidedly with some established historical events, concoct and replace theology, and gradually Hellenize the gospel. We humble ourselves before Your cross and ask You to forgive our pride and ignorance. Lord, continue to reveal Your truth and remove the false and poisonous roots of superseding theology, so that Your church may be the home of the embrace of the Jewish people.
• Embrace God’s plan for Israel : Lord, You are a wonderful counselor, Your ways are higher than our ways, Your thoughts are not our thoughts. Restoring the Jewish roots of the Gospel in this generation! We embrace the order of the one new man that You originally designed, we, the wild olive branches to take to the root and restore our Hebrew passion for the Word of Scripture, so that we can share with You Align with Your hearts, align with Your feasts, align with Yours toward Israel.
• Bless Israel : Our Heavenly Father, Rock and Redeemer of Israel, bless our elder brother Israel. Protected by Your loving-kindness, Your peace surrounds all Israel. Rely on You alone, strength upon strength, clothe them with victory. Bless our elder brother in Israel, to remove the veil on his face, from the young to the old, they can see that the Jesus their ancestors pierced is their Messiah, is the King of Israel. May You give light and truth to the people of Israel, and pour out on the house of David and the inhabitants of Jerusalem the spirit of fear of the Lord, of mercy and supplication, of the Son of God.

• Restoring a God-Centered Educational System : Father in Heaven, the powers of darkness are planning to destroy the innocence and purity of our children, trying to lead them down the wrong path with regard to their God-given sexuality and identity. Raise up godly parents, teachers, and administrators, and give them wisdom and courage to speak up for righteousness, to expose, expose, and destroy all evil plans to brainwash children, and resist those immoral codes and lessons. Please also raise up legislators, abolish all institutions that fuel evil plans, reform educational institutions, let the light of truth illuminate the campus, rebuild a God-centered education system, and protect and preserve the kingdom of God that God has entrusted to us.
• In the name of Jesus Christ we declare:
  • God will save our children and restore a God-centered education system.
  • Our children and grandchildren will recognize, embrace and walk in the way of your truth,
  • Our children will fulfill the purpose and destiny for which You called them.
  • Revivalists and reformers like Joseph, Daniel, and Esther will rise among the younger generation!

• Psalm 40:1-3 I waited patiently for the Lord;  he turned to me and heard my cry. He lifted me out of the slimy pit, out of the mud and mire; he set my feet on a rock  and gave me a firm place to stand. He put a new song in my mouth,  a hymn of praise to our God. Many will see and fear the Lord and put their trust in him.

First Nations people, I decree that

•  the shackles have now been broken off of you. Arise and dance! 
• First Nations people break forth with dancing and worship to the Lord (see Psalm 149:3-4 TPT)!
• I decree, you have been lifted out of the pit of destruction, your feet have been set upon the rock of Jesus and He has established your goings (see Psalm 40:1-3 AMP). Arise and resound – no longer bound!
• I decree, the Lord has put a new song of praise to the one true living God in your mouth. 
• You have now put your trust and confident reliance in the Lord God Almighty. You see Him, you revere Him, and you worship Him alone.
• First Nations sons and daughters, arise and shift into destiny, with a dance of deliverance and a strong song, boldly decreeing the Word of the Lord with your new voice!

“July 5, 2021, I dreamed I was with a group of people visiting a place of great significance in revival history. We arrived at the old church, built of grayish/white stone, and stepped inside. Gina then describes the church in great detail.

“We thought we were alone, but began to hear a man’s voice ringing out from behind the pulpit. Though we could not see the man, as the dreamer of this dream I could see that he was on his knees with his right hand lifted toward heaven; he was in deep, travailing prayer – so intense, so full of passion and sincerity! It was as though he was being emptied out with every word. As he spoke, he would rock back and forth on his knees, with his hand lifted the whole time. His face was red because of the extreme intensity of his prayer. Four or five times he repeated this same prayer:

‘Alas, this cross that I must bear, ’tis not a task for me. Its weight is light, for my delight is to do all that You ask of me! I’m turning now…to see Your face; ’tis all that matters to me! I lift mine eyes; Lord, hear my cry. SHOW ME YOUR GLORY!’

“As he prayed, it was as though an electrical current could be tangibly felt; we were all brought to tears as the weightiness of the presence of God completely filled the room. Our group reverently walked to our left and sat down on a pew, not wanting to disturb the man.

“I don’t have words to explain this, but the whole atmosphere filled with the pleasure of God. I wish I were able to adequately articulate how it felt! We could feel that God was so pleased with this man and his prayer. The feeling of God’s pleasure was almost tangible.

“As he continued to pray, we were all sobbing, overcome by the presence of the Lord, and the man heard us. He arose from his knees and walked toward the pulpit. I noticed that he was a tall, young man, and had on clothing from the early 1900s. He leaned over the pulpit and saw us there. With his elbows on the pulpit and his face resting in his hands, the man gazed at us and said, with deep emotion, almost in a whisper, ‘You came! You’re here!’

“He then stood up straight, and we saw that he was cloaked, not with natural clothing, but with what appeared to be a type of robe. The robe was very thick, bulky, and long, touching the floor, old, and extremely heavy. He then said to us, ‘I have been waiting for you!’ He put his hand on the robe, and said, ‘I wore this for my time, and it was all that I desired! It was all that I desired!’

“I was almost afraid to speak, but I reverently asked, ‘What is it?’

“He answered with such respect for it, ‘It’s the mantle of revival!’

“I then asked, ‘Who are you?’

“He said, ‘That is not important. What is important is that you came to get this mantle. You have been sent here for this purpose.’

“We had thought we were there just to see the building, but we now understood we had been deliberately and supernaturally brought there by God to receive this mantle. This realization was overwhelming to each one of us.

“The young man then began telling us stories about the mantle— how he had received it, and stories of the experiences he had in his time while carrying it. We then realized this mantle was the ‘cross’ he was so intently speaking about in his prayer. Though heavy, it had not been a burden for him, but rather the greatest joy of his life!

“As he spoke to us, we noticed that the mantle, which was still on him, was supernaturally growing, extending with every word he spoke, and filling up the stage. He said, ‘In my time, I cried out to God and asked for at least 100,000 souls to be touched and changed by Holy Spirit’s power. In your time, however, it must be much greater.’ The mantle continued to grow, and he continued to speak, giving us instruction and revelation about this mantle. He was doing so because it was being passed to us so we would carry it for our era.

“As we listened in awe to what he was saying, the full realization hit us that we were going to carry this mantle, and we all looked at each other with a look that said, ‘We can’t carry that! It’s too heavy! It’s too big!’ We were amazed that he was still able to stand under the weight of it as he spoke. I was so overcome by the magnitude of what was happening I was sobbing. Getting up off the pew, I stepped into an aisle and fell to my knees. Everyone did. Knowing we had been sent by God to receive this mantle, I asked the question we were all thinking: ‘How can we carry it? It’s SO big!’ Naturally speaking, this seemed impossible!

“The man responded, ‘You cannot wear this mantle and look forward or around you. If you do, it will be misused and torn; it will become cumbersome and even wearisome for you. You must ever look upward and be completely enthralled by the Lord. Focus on Him! Pursue Him! Long for Him! And soon the weight of the mantle will be absorbed by the passion in your heart for more of Him.’

“He then said, with profound joy, ‘Now . . . it’s your time to carry the mantle!’

“In unison, still weeping, we said, ‘We receive it! We don’t completely know how, but we receive it!’ Then, out of the depths of our beings, we began to pray the same prayer the man had been praying at the beginning of the dream. It became the cry of each of our hearts:

‘Alas, this cross that I must bear ’tis not a task for me. Its weight is light, for my delight, is to do all that You ask of me! I’m turning now to see Your face, ’tis all that matters to me! I lift mine eyes; Lord, hear my cry. SHOW ME YOUR GLORY!’

“The man stepped down from the pulpit, back onto the stage, and was gone. (I do not know who the man was, but I believe it was Evan Roberts, a young man who was instrumental in the great Welsh revival that took place in the early 1900s. And I feel that Moriah Chapel in Wales, where the revival began, was the church where we stood.)

“Still on our knees, releasing the intense prayer that had now become our prayer, the mantle was lifted from the stage and placed on us. It covered us, and was now big enough to fill the entire church! As it covered us, the mantle became a glider, lifted us up and began transporting us. We were carried by the mantle over the ocean, then over land and mountains. We landed, facing west.

“With the mantle still covering us, we all knew we were in the mountains of North Carolina, at the location where Holy Spirit came upon a small group of men in the late 1800s and early 1900s (now called Fields of the Wood). [You can read more about this location and a prayer journey Gina led there by using this link. Her insights are excellent and would be very beneficial.] These men later launched the Church of God and Church of God of Prophecy denominations. Out in front of us, in the span of about twenty feet in width, we saw white stones making up letters, approximately four feet tall, spelling the words: ‘TO BE CONTINUED.’”

“On May 21, 2022, I dreamed that Pastors Paul and Kim Owens (pastors in Arizona; they were also with Gina in the first dream), a couple of other people (whose identities I can’t recall), my assistant, Darlene, and I were at Fields of the Wood near Murphy, NC. This is the location where we ‘landed’ at the end of the Revival Mantle Dream I had on July 5, 2021.

“We were sitting near the gift shop, all facing outward, toward the parking area and the pond located there. We had come to this place on a prayer assignment, and were now sitting, reflecting on the day. We were also praying, ‘Lord, what do we do now?’ As we prayed this, a car pulled up in the parking lot and parked close to where we were sitting. A few young people exited the car and went scurrying off to the gift shop. The passenger door opened and an elderly lady got out of the car. We could see that she was very emaciated, skin and bones. She was very weak, frail and could barely walk on her own. I ran over to help her.

“She said, ‘Thank you, honey.’

“I replied to her, ‘Come and sit with us.’

“I led her up to where we were sitting. She was dressed in very nice clothes with a long-sleeved, jacket-type shirt, and I saw that she had on very thick wool socks with no shoes. This was unusual since it was very hot that day. I asked if she was cold.

“She said, almost in tears, ‘O, yes, I am really cold. I just can’t seem to get warm.’

“I responded, ‘Well, we have this mantle, and if you’ll sit down here, I’ll cover you up. It’s very heavy, so we can’t put much of it on you – there’s no way you could hold up under the entire weight of it. But we can wrap you up in the corner of it.’

“Kim and Darlene helped me take part of the mantle and wrap it around the lady. As soon as we did, she said, ‘Wow! What is this?’

“Then the three of us looked at one another as a revelation hit us, ‘It’s the mantle of REVIV-AL!’ [revive all]

“I said to the lady, ‘This is the mantle of revival, and it revives.’

“She said, ‘I feel it! I feel it!’

“We watched as, right before our eyes, strength and life came into this lady. Her body filled out and was completely restored. She began smiling and glowing with peace and joy. We sat with her, rejoicing over her miracle. After a while she left, and we all sat there looking at one another in amazement, wondering, ‘What just happened?’ We were shocked!

“Then the Lord spoke – AUDIBLY! We all heard His voice. ‘I gave you the mantle, now I’m going to show you what to do with it. It’s not just to be worn and talked about because of its beauty. There is purpose for this mantle, and there is purpose for My placing of it on you. You must learn how to use it for My purposes. This is My answer to your question, “What do we do now?” You must learn how to use the mantle.’

“Suddenly, people began coming to us, telling us of various problems, health issues, or other situations they were dealing with. We would listen, then sit them down at the table and wrap them in the mantle.

“One young couple was weeping due to severe marital problems. We wrapped them in the corner of the mantle and they were both healed, delivered of emotional issues, and their marriage was restored.

“Another man came on crutches. He had undergone knee surgery and something had gone wrong, permanently damaging his knee. We wrapped him in the mantle and, instantly, he was healed.

“Some who came were not believers. They had witnessed what was happening, approached us, and asked what was going on. We would tell them about Jesus and His power to heal, deliver, and save. Then we would wrap them in the mantle, and they would be gloriously saved and instantly baptized in the Holy Ghost. We could literally see a physical transformation as the joy of the Lord would overtake their entire countenance.

“Over and over people came. We only used the corner of the mantle to cover them because we knew the full weight of it would be too great for them. Yet, there was so much power in just the corner of it that everyone who came, supernaturally received what they had need of. They all rejoiced and gave glory to God.

“Throughout the dream, God kept speaking to us audibly, saying, ‘This is the mantle of REVIV-AL. It’s purpose is to revive, to make alive again, to bring change. It is not for looks or show, and it’s not for the exaltation of those who wear it. There’s a purpose in My putting the mantle on you, and now I’m going to teach you how to use it for My purpose.’

“We were all so happy. We kept rejoicing, looking at each other in complete amazement and excitement for all we were witnessing. And we knew the fruit of the mantle was only beginning.

“When I woke from this dream, I was literally sobbing! It was so real – it felt as if I had literally been there. I was just wrecked by the presence of God as I realized this was the continuation of last July’s dream. God is going to teach us how to use the mantle to reveal His power and make Him known.”

What we see as delay is sometimes God preparing us for what is coming. It is a season of training, instruction, and preparation. He has been preparing His Ekklesia for this great revival. We will release His authority, yes, but also His love and mercy. Prepare! Wrap yourself in His presence so He can wrap you in His mantle – the mantle of revival. This is coming!

This week I had a dream and I heard the Lord say “The greater the battle, the bigger the miracle” and when He spoke these words I felt such expectant hope being released in the dream. I felt such an increasing demonstration of the power of God to turn impossibility on its head.

In the dream I could also feel the weariness of many saints and many have been saying “the battle has been SO great” and the Spirit of God was bringing comfort to these ones as they have been in such major battles. At the same time I could feel the Spirit of God bringing a perspective shift. It was a move of His Spirit to bring His people higher into His perspective. He was inviting them to see as HE sees, to not magnify the battle but magnify HIM. To magnify HIS name and to magnify HIS power that is going to explode forth.

I could feel the heart of God so strongly in this dream, the battle has not been for nothing. The enemy has come to steal, kill and destroy (John 10:10) but there has been a move of the Spirit of God within the battle to fortify and strengthen His people in faith and rooted deeply in His Word and in His nature.

I could feel the Spirit of God strongly encouraging His people that they have not been in the battle ill-equipped. They have not been in the fire that has been turned up seven times hotter, alone. The fourth man in the fire has been with them in the fire. The Lord is wanting to bring the perspective shift that not only is the miracles that He IS performing and going to perform, far outweigh the intensity of the battle, but He is also wanting to bring a perspective shift that HE has been with them and IS with them in the midst of battle and that they already have all things IN HIM to walk as the overcomers that they are, in Him. Many have felt like they have been dying in the battle, but Jesus by His Spirit has been bringing them to a deeper place of finding HIM IN the battle. Finding HE is true life in the midst of battle. HE is true peace in the midst of the battle. HE protects in the midst of the battle. HE strengthens in the midst of the battle.

The enemy has been working SO hard to get many distracted in the midst of battle to see how “BIG” the battle is or how “INTENSE” the warfare has been, and it has been intense, BUT it is not greater, it is not bigger, than OUR GOD.

I heard the Lord say “LIFT UP YOUR EYES, LIFT UP YOUR EYES, LIFT UP YOUR EYES.” There is such a ploy of the enemy to get many caught in this place of distraction and then feeling the heaviness of the season, but He is inviting His people deeper into a place of fortified peace, life, joy, strength, faith and hope, IN HIM.

Hold fast saints. The battle has been raging, the battle has been intense, but it is NOT bigger than the miracle/s that are awaiting you.

He is FAITHFUL to do what He said He will do.

The Lord has been highlighting Joshua 21 to me this week and one scripture has been highlighted strongly to me was:

“Not a single one of all the good promises the Lord had given to the family of Israel was left unfulfilled; everything he had spoken came true”

And also Psalm 145:13:

“The Lord is faithful to all His promises and loving toward all he made”

And also Hebrews 10:23:

“Let us hold tightly without wavering the hope we affirm, for God can be trusted to keep His promise.”

The battle has been fierce, but HE is bigger. His faithfulness is greater than any battle. His Word and His love is fiercer than any attack of the enemy.

I had another dream this week and I heard “Monumental miracles will see harvest come in”

I knew immediately in the dream, the Lord was speaking about these mighty, monumental miracles that were going to release the power of testimony like we have NEVER seen, on a level we have NEVER seen. The testimony of salvation and the testimony of the power and love of Jesus in the explosive demonstrations of miracles released and multitudes would come to know Him in greater ways than is already being seen. Your battle may have been more intense than anything you have ever walked, but hold fast, resurrection power is coming. Demonstrations of His power to fulfil that which He has spoken is upon you and the testimony of what Jesus did in and through your life, will draw MANY unto Him.

Be encouraged today friends, the greater the battle, the bigger the miracle. He is more good than you could ever imagine and it’s time for miracles on a level we have never seen before and the name of Jesus will be lifted high and His Glory seen as the KING OF KINGS and LORD OF LORDS! Great is thy faithfulness. Majestic Jesus!

In 1519, the Spanish explorer Hernán Cortés set sail for Mexico with 11 ships and between 600 and 700 men. His goal was to conquer the Aztecs and establish a Spanish settlement. The Aztecs were a very cruel people and performed thousands of human sacrifices to their gods every year. They also captured and possessed many slaves. Their population upon Cortés’ arrival was approximately five million.

Mathematically, the odds were stacked against Cortés and his men by a ratio of 7,541 to 1. Two previous expeditions had failed, yet he succeeded and conquered much of the South American continent.

What Cortés did at the beginning of this endeavor is the stuff of legends. Some say the actions were a result of his men becoming so intimidated by the odds and hardships that they decided to give up and go home. Others say Cortés didn’t even wait for that to occur before taking this drastic measure. Either way, Cortés left no doubt that they were staying. “Burn the ships!” he commanded his officers. Cortés removed the option, turning the mission into an all-or-nothing proposition.(1)

In the 1990s, Steven Curtis Chapman released a song about this action of Cortés, comparing it to the Christian faith. Our entire family loved the song. I’ll provide a link for you to be able to listen to it at the end of today’s post. Here is the first verse and chorus:

“In the spring of 1519, a Spanish fleet set sail

Cortés told his sailors this mission must not fail

On the eastern shore of Mexico, they landed with great dreams

But the hardships of the new world make them restless and weak

Quietly they whispered, ‘Let’s sail back to the life we knew’

But the one who led them there was saying

“Burn the ships we’re here to stay

There’s no way we could go back

Now that we’ve come this far by faith

Burn the ships we’ve passed the point of no return

Our life is here so let the ships burn and burn.”

Life gives us many opportunities to burn the ships. The ships aren’t physical, of course, but are in our minds and hearts. We are saying, “I’ve made my decision, there is no reversing it. I’m not going back.” We may remove the option of returning to bad habits. Or we close the door to the pain of yesterday’s losses. We move on from setbacks, hope deferred, failed dreams. And we burn the ships of retreat to our old life of sin.

We must also burn the ships at times when we set our sails toward great endeavors and dreams. Along the way, we will always be met with adversity, detours, and failures. The best way to keep from giving up is to enter the sanctum of our hearts at the onset and remove the option. Our Founding Fathers were burning the ships when they signed their names to the Declaration of Independence: When they pledged their “lives, fortunes and sacred honor;”(2) when Patrick Henry said, “Give me liberty or give me death”(3) when Lewis Morris said, “Damn the consequences, give me the pen,”(4) they were all burning the ships.

When Jesus said, “No man, having put his hand to the plow and turning back, is fit for the kingdom of God,” He was saying, “Burn the ship.” When He became a microscopic seed and was planted in the womb of a virgin teenager, Christ burned the ship.

When Johann Leonhard Dober and David Nitschmann, two young Moravian Brethren from Herrnhut, Germany, were called in 1732 to minister to the African slaves on the islands of St. Thomas and St. Croix in the Danish West Indies, they were told they would not be allowed to do such a thing. So Dober and Nitschmann sold themselves to a slave owner and boarded a ship bound for the West Indies.(5) As the ship pulled away from the docks, they called out to their loved ones on shore, “May the Lamb that was slain receive the reward of His suffering!“ When they sold themselves to preach the gospel to an oppressed people, they were burning the ships.

The generation of Israelites that came out of Egypt failed to burn the ships. When times got tough they said to Moses, “We want to go back to Egypt.” Only Joshua and Caleb had burned their ships. (see Numbers 14:4)

Esther burned the ship when deciding she would risk all for her Jewish family. “If I perish, I perish,” she said. Then she broke protocol, approached the king, and saved a nation! (see Esther 4:16)

When William Wallace said, “Every man dies, not every man really lives…they may take our lives, but they will never take our freedom!”(6) he was burning the ship.

When God imparted his heart for America to me in 2000; when He showed me His great need for a strong America, loyal to Him; when He made it clear to me that America’s destiny, given by Him, was to trumpet the gospel of the Kingdom to all the nations of the earth; when He and I wept together for three and a half hours over her fallen condition; when I accepted the mantle to see her return to Him through a third great awakening…I burned the ship.

Revival in America is not optional. Intercession to birth it isn’t, either. Some who have prayed in the past have given up. They have gone back to passivity and complacency. We must count the cost, commit to the cause, and determine that we will see this assignment through to a restored and revived America.

Pray for America: Mercy in the Midst of the Shaking

【Current affairs background:  I was recently pondering why certain things in our nation can be so obvious to some and not to others. I get that some people are simply uninformed and ignorant. Also, I realize that others have been propagandized and deceived – they actually believe the foolish ideologies and dogmas of the left. This seemed easy to comprehend. But I was wondering how the very educated and seemingly smart individuals in government, media, and education could be so blind to the effects of their decisions. Consider the following examples:

• Our border crisis: no honest person could believe it is healthy for a nation to not have secure borders. With our open borders: human trafficking is now rampant; rapes are common; children come in by the thousands without adult care; terrorists, criminals, and gang members come in by the hundreds, probably thousands; fentanyl and other drugs flow into our nation by the truckload – 100,000 people (mostly young people) were killed in the past year by overdoses… all in order for the left to increase their voter base. This is unconscionable.
• Inflation: The economic situation is out of control and will get worse before it gets better. Gas prices will continue to skyrocket and food prices will, as well. Shortages will continue and increase. This is all avoidable but, unfortunately, the left’s hatred of fossil fuels trumps the suffering their ideology is creating. A recent report I saw from the farming industry stated emphatically that the current food shortages and price increases are nothing compared to what is coming.
• Crime: I knew before I even heard of “the summer of rage” being called for by the radical left, that the violence was coming. Fasten your seatbelts – it is going to get ugly. And liberal DA’s around the nation refuse to prosecute criminals and anarchists.
• Mandates: Any honest person could see how the mandates of the past two years were hurting people more than helping them, especially our children. Lives were lost, mental problems were caused, financial devastation was incurred, and damage to the development of our children – mentally, emotionally, and physically – was staggering. It will take years for all of the negative effects to be fully understood. In spite of all this, the left was unmoved.
• Transgenderism: The immorality we allowed into America over the past 50 years has now devolved into moronic thinking. The assertion that preschoolers should be taught that they can change or choose their own gender is, quite frankly, depraved and unthinkable.
• Government: out of control, corrupt and inept. No explanation needed.

While pondering those things, and asking myself the question, “Why can’t these people see what they are doing to our nation?” the answer became obvious. They can no longer be given the benefit of the doubt – they do see it. The thought then occurred to me,“When people double down on stupid, it is not always stupidity. Sometimes it is intentional.”

The highly educated and intelligent people making these decisions know exactly what they are doing. It is all intended to give them more control, keep them in power, and reshape America as a weaker, non-Christian, socialist and globalist nation. And sadly, many of those who actually do believe the insanity are willfully ignorant. The following verses are applicable:

• “They say to God, ‘Depart from us! We do not even desire the knowledge of Your ways.’” (Job 21:14)
• “But they refused to pay attention and turned a stubborn shoulder and stopped their ears from hearing. They made their hearts like flint so that they could not hear the law and the words which the Lord of hosts had sent by His Spirit through the former prophets; therefore great wrath came from the Lord of hosts.” (Zechariah 7:11-12)
• “For the heart of this people has become dull, with their ears they scarcely hear, and they have closed their eyes, otherwise they would see with their eyes, hear with their ears, and understand with their heart and return, and I would heal them.” (Matthew 13:15)
• “And just as they did not see fit to acknowledge God any longer, God gave them over to a depraved mind, to do those things which are not proper.” (Romans 1:28)
• “This I say, therefore, and testify in the Lord, that ye henceforth walk not as other Gentiles walk, in the vanity of their mind, having the understanding darkened, being alienated from the life of God through the ignorance that is in them, because of the blindness of their heart: Who being past feeling have given themselves over unto lasciviousness, to work all uncleanness with greediness.” (Ephesians 4:17-19)

I have good news and bad news to share. First, the bad: This is going to get worse before it gets better. Contrary to what some think, faith is not denying the existence of facts and reality, it is the refusal to accept them as the final verdict: Faith is a strong conviction that God is not at the mercy of facts, evil and destructive circumstances. It is an unshakable confidence that these things can be changed through prayer, God’s power, and faith in His word.

Why do I believe things will get worse before they get better? Because Americans – including the church – allowed unrighteous, ungodly, and unprincipled people to be placed in power and their tenure isn’t over. What we now have, we allowed. Past wake-up calls over the last couple of decades went unheeded and now we are reaping the whirlwind. The merciful shaking – caused by our rejection of God and truth – will serve its purpose of exposing evil and awakening our nation.

Now, the good news: God has NOT given up on America. He is NOT finished with this nation being a voice for Him throughout the earth. He WILL send the great awakening we often speak of and turn this nation around. The greatest harvest in history IS coming and WILL NOT be stopped. America will play an important role. He has CHOSEN to use us, and He will – not exclusively, but we will play a significant role. Because of this, I am confident America shall be saved! 

My counsel to the remnant Ekklesia in this season is: do not waiver in your faith, persevere in your prayers and obedience, and keep your focus on the Lord and what He is doing. Isaiah 26.3-4 (AMP) tells us: “You will keep in perfect and constant peace the one whose mind is steadfast [that is, committed and focused on You—in both inclination and character] Because he trusts and takes refuge in You [with hope and confident expectation]. Trust [confidently] in the Lord forever [He is your fortress, your shield, your banner].  For the Lord God is an everlasting Rock [the Rock of Ages]”.

Be strong, church! We always triumph in Christ.

Pray for Israel: Alas! Un-Biblical Gay Pride Parade

【Background of current affairs:  According to the “Times of Israel” report, on June 10, 170,000 people participated in the annual LGBTQ+ Pride Parade in Tel Aviv. The “Pride” series of activities lasted for a week in Tel Aviv and was one of the largest annual events in Tel Aviv. First, Tel Aviv has been known as the largest gay capital in the Middle East and Asia. The same procession, which took place in Jerusalem on June 2, was attended by 7,000 people.   Israel’s Messianic believer Joel Rosenberg wrote that Israel’s political culture has largely embraced the LGBTQ+ movement, and few Israelis see the LGBTQ+ lifestyle as a rebellion against the God of Israel, While the “Pride” parade showed that Israel is a democracy with freedom of speech and assembly, it also revealed that the country has strayed from its biblical foundations. Meanwhile, pro-Israel Christians have remained largely silent.

Biblical Teaching

Joel quoted the principles of the Hebrew Bible that in Genesis chapters 1 and 2, Moses explained that God created man and woman in His image and He specifically created the institution of marriage between man and woman , God specially designed sexual intimacy as a wonderful blessing between man and woman.

• “Then God said, “Let us make mankind in our image, in our likeness, so that they may rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky, over the livestock and all the wild animals,[a] and over all the creatures that move along the ground.” So God created mankind in his own image,  in the image of God he created them;  male and female he created them. The Lord God said, “It is not good for the man to be alone. I will make a helper suitable for him.”(Genesis 1:26a-28, 31)
• The Lord God said, “It is not good for the man to be alone. I will make a helper suitable for him.”Now the Lord God had formed out of the ground all the wild animals and all the birds in the sky. He brought them to the man to see what he would name them; and whatever the man called each living creature, that was its name.  So the man gave names to all the livestock, the birds in the sky and all the wild animals. But for Adam no suitable helper was found.  So the Lord God caused the man to fall into a deep sleep; and while he was sleeping, he took one of the man’s ribs and then closed up the place with flesh.  Then the Lord God made a woman from the rib he had taken out of the man, and he brought her to the man. The man said,“This is now bone of my bones and flesh of my flesh; she shall be called ‘woman,’  for she was taken out of man.”(Genesis 2:18-23)
• That is why a man leaves his father and mother and is united to his wife, and they become one flesh. (Genesis 2:24)

Political culture that ignores the Bible

Biblical Believers Should Not Be Silent

Pray for Israel: Reflections on the Replacement Theology

【Background of current affairs: Anti-Semitism is hostility or prejudice against Jews. Since biblical times, Jews have experienced persecution for rejecting Jesus, religions and cultures outside of the Jewish faith, and we Gentile churches have been directly or indirectly involved in it. The famous replacement theology, for example, is used as a justification for anti-Semitism. The basis is that the Jews rejected Jesus as their Messiah, so God chose the church to replace the Jews. The many crusades in history and Hitler’s World War II slaughter of Jews have been indelibly influenced by the replacement theology. Many people may also have noticed that anti-Semitism has been rampant again around the world in recent years. 

Jewish diaspora around the world

The Bible records that the Jews at that time generally believed that the Messiah was to save them from the oppressive rule of the Roman Empire and establish a kingdom of Israel. At this point, the Jews were expelled from the land that God had promised to Abraham, and became a nation without roots, scattered all over the world.

Therefore, some church leaders and replacement theologians from the first century AD believed that this was a clear proof that the Jews were punished by God and forsaken by God. And all the promises and blessings that God had given to the Israelites were transferred to the church to take over.

Gradual Hellenization of the Gospel of the Kingdom

At the end of the first century AD, the apostles had already returned to their heavenly homes, and the New Testament had not yet been written into a book. Greek philosophical thoughts began to be gradually mixed into the Gospel of the Kingdom of God, and the beginning of the stripping of the Jewish roots of the Bible became more and more obvious, and various mixed theological views appeared, such as the Alexandrian School of Theology. Justin Martyr AD -165 and Origenes Adamantius (AD 185-254) were representatives of Alexandrian theology, both of whom embraced Greek philosophy. The martyr Justin described Greek philosophers (including Socrates and Plato) as unknowing Christians. While the godfather Origen used Greek philosophical concepts to interpret the Bible, several theological claims were classified as heretical at the First and Second Councils of Constantinople. Nonetheless, Origen’s ideas were influential in the subsequent development of theological thought. Many New Testament Greek dictionaries and spiritual books are now mixed with explanations of Greek philosophy.

Beginning in the second century A.D. The Jewish roots of the Bible were hidden, intentionally and unintentionally. Some leaders of the church began to regard the history of Israel in the Old Testament as only transitional. The history of Israel in the Old Testament, sacrifices and festivals, etc., were only symbols or types, and they all became the past in the New Testament. Seeing Israel as just a “background” to the biblical story is a “background” to God’s eternal plan.

Jews holds a key position in the Diaspora

Jews scattered throughout the Roman Empire, due to their higher education, began to play roles in finance, administration, and doctors. When Constantine established Christianity as the state religion of the Roman Empire, the power of the Roman Catholic Church was constantly fighting with the interests of local monarchs and aristocrats, and the Jews also directly or indirectly became a tool for internal struggles in various countries. This is why modern anti-Semitism occurs in Europe and America, not in East Asia.

The Influence of Replacement theology. on Nazi Germany in World War II

Based on Martin Luther’s position in the Reformation, the German version of the Bible he translated played a decisive role in the modern standard German, and it also influenced the publication of the English version of the King James Version. Martin Luther’s later work, On the Jews and Their Lies, went further to extremes on the basis of the Roman Catholic theology of substitution, and his book suggested that “Jewish synagogues or schools should be burned down…suggested to raze and destroy Jewish The house…forbids the passage of Jews on the road…it is done to honor our Lord and Christianity, so that God can see that we are true Christians…”. During World War II, the Nazis claimed that Martin Luther was the greatest anti-Semitic of his time, warning the people that they should turn against the Jews. At the Nuremberg trials after World War II, Julius Streicher, the notorious Nazi propagandist and editor of the lewd anti-Semitic weekly Assault, argued that if he should have stood there accused, then Martin Luther should also stand here. We can see the influence of Martin Luther’s substitution theology on the Nazis in World War II.

A warning to us:

1. The way of the Lord is higher than the way of man : Before the restoration of Israel in 1948, replacement theology was embraced in the church. It was not until the miraculous restoration of Israel that the church suddenly realized that the word of God has never changed, but that we interpret the Bible one-sidedly based on some established historical events and regard these as orthodox theology.
2. Humility to admit false theology in church history
3. God-fearing biblical prophecies that are currently incomprehensible
4. Love Israel in Christ:   Love Israel not in the flesh, without falling into legalism. Restoring Jewish roots does not mean that we are to live under the old covenant, but to experience the new covenant, which, as the apostles knew, is to restore the joyful life of God’s presence.
