Declaration Prayer: Declare for Transformation and Recapture of Sovereignty

Editor’s note : This declaration is adapted from the declaration received by D. Steve Ford in 2012 and again made by Ricci, one of the leaders of Joel’s army. Steve heard the Lord say, “Tell the people that it is now time to take dominion over several areas and to remind them that He has already given us that Dominion. To exercise dominion, you must first speak to the elements and tell them what they are to do.

Proclaim in the Name of Jesus Christ:

• We take dominion over the earth, the soil, the microbes in the soil and command them to begin the natural healing process given to them in their creation.

  • We order hybrid seeds and plants to neutralize all the side effects that are toxic to the soil and water sources, and all of them will be reduced and wiped out.
  • We order the magnetic field on the earth to return to the strength and position given to you in the first place, and to stay at your strength and position.
  • All elements must be aligned and established again, in the foundation of the earth.
  • The supernatural multiplication must begin in our lives, in agriculture, in the soil, in the groundwater. Rainwater and water sources that nourish the earth and clean air will also begin to multiply.
  • We order all elements in nature to return to their natural order.
  • We summon the biological systems in the plant kingdom, animal kingdom, and microbial kingdom to return to their equilibrium order.

Dear Family

Thank you to all of you who have expressed your concern for me and my children over the past few days through phone calls, cards, flowers, love offerings, and gifts.

At 7:30 p.m. on 11/1, the doctor from the hospital called my son and said, “Your father’s heart stopped suddenly. We are resusatting him.” I immediately contacted the church intercessors to pray. After that, I also notified my family in Vancouver. Within five minutes, more than 120 people from Canada, China, Taiwan and the United States were praying together on Zoom and continuing to pray urgently for Fred. Finally, the hospital stopped the resuscitation and the children and I were allowed to see Fred from a small window outside his hospital room. He was lying on his bed as if he was asleep, and looked so peaceful. I kept calling for him to wake up and asked the Father to breathe the breath of life into him… I turned my phone screen towards him for the family to see him… We didn’t give up and continued to pray for a few more hours. The love of all of you sustained me and surrounded me and the children. In addition to the support of my family in the face of such great difficulties, God has placed His peace that passes understanding in our hearts.

Looking back on this 40-year journey of ministry

In the past few days, I had many reflections: After Fred’s conversion, we have always wanted to devote ourselves to God, and at that time our idea was to study theology first and then see how God led us. We both received the Lord while we were in graduate school, and we knew very little about the church, but we promised the Lord in our student summer meeting not long after our conversion, “Anything, anytime, anywhere, Lord, as long as You clearly reveal it to us, we are willing to obey! “Despite saying that, it took me seven years of struggle before I agreed for Fred to go to theological school and went on a journey of devoting our lives.

Looking back on this 40-year journey of ministry, we started as servants and then realized that we are God’s children. Later, we came to understand that His desire is for us to be His friends and to delight in Him… We have experienced the love of our Heavenly Father, which is so long, wide,high and deep, unceasing and unfailing… Our hearts have been softened, changed, expanded, and our desire to be like Him has grown. The Father’s words and promises are true and can be experienced! I used to feel the kingdom of heaven and the kingdom of God to be so abstract, thinking they are in the future but God has changed our minds!

We love to talk to each other about the truths of the Bible, our experiences, the kingdom of God, what it will look like to have God’s kingdom on earth, and how to make God’s will be done on earth, etc.

To be a son first before we can become father 

In September 2008, we went to a small pastors’ gathering in Toronto, and Pastor Gideon Zhao also came from Vancouver, and we fellowshipped with him and listened to what Pastor Zhao had to say. One day Fred told me that during the break, he asked Pastor Zhao to be his spiritual father (even though he was five years younger). I was very surprised and asked him how he responded. Pastor Zhao said, “Fred, it’s not from you, it’s of the Holy Spirit. Everywhere I go now, people are coming to me and asking me to be their spiritual father. I asked God, and the Lord told me, “This is from Me, because they have to become sons first, before they can receive the spiritual inheritance of the Father, and they will all become fathers in the future because the body of Christ needs many fathers and mothers.” Pastor Zhao prayed for Fred and asked God to impart what he has to Fred.

On the last day of the gathering, Pastor Zhao mentioned that there would be the first Chinese Gathering in Vancouver in 2009, and he encouraged each of us to seek God to see if we could attend. As I prayed, I saw the Olympic banner in my spirit, but I didn’t want to say it because I thought it had nothing to do with the Vancouver gathering. Finally Pastor Zhao encouraged us not to be afraid of being wrong and to share it, but I was still afraid to say it until he called out my name. He smiled, nodded, and said, “It’s relevant. You’ll see.” I was confused, but he didn’t explain. Later, I learned that the Winter Olympic Games were held near Vancouver that year.

The gathering that changed our ministry and our lives

In September 2009, we flew to Vancouver to attend this Chinese gathering that changed our ministry and lives. Over 1,000 Chinese gathered in the Assembly Hall of the Joy Luck Club, and for the first time I saw a Chinese dance team from Toronto join the French dancers from Quebec and worship together on stage. Many children were drawn to the front of the stage to watch their graceful and passionate dance worship. Among the seven youths who were leading the worship, the one that looked a little older was the leader. I later realized that they were from five different churches and were learning how to be led by the Holy Spirit to play and sing. The next night the worship and dance lasted for two hours, when the words “Heaven is My throne, the earth is My footstool,  where is the house you will build for Me? Where is My resting place?” I saw Pastor David and the interpreter Pastor Liu, were already standing on the stage, but he didn’t speak, the worship team continued to worship, the dancers continued to dance, the music gradually slowed down, the presence of God became stronger and stronger, and the congregation was very attentive, the dancers on stage, Pastor David and the interpreter, Pastor Liu, some were kneeling and some prostrate on the floor, so were the people offstage. We have never been to a meeting like this before! It was silent for forty minutes  and God was in the midst of it. Some whispered and cried, some prayed softly, and the children in front of the stage sat down quietly, or some just lay on the floor.

Then Fred picked up his pen and wrote down what he received. He wept as he wrote, and tears dripped on the paper. It turns out that what the Father wanted was a broken and contrite heart, not the things we do for Him.

This is the greatest turning point since our conversion. What is the desire of the Father’s heart? What does a broken and contrite heart look like? In our pursuit over the last few decades the longing to know the heart of the Father in our hearts has increased. So we embarked on a new journey, the journey to the Father’s heart. It seems very abstract, but with a group of fathers and companions seeking God and walking together, we were becoming more and more united and loving each other, and we see that God has accomplished one great thing after another through the unity of such a group of people and their obedience to Him.

The Journey of church becoming a home

Fred was always contemplating how to put this family relationship into practice in the church. It has always been his dream that “he has no great ambition in life but to make the church a home”. But even this dream was difficult to fulfill, because what brothers and sisters value was mostly an increase in numbers, evangelism, good discipleship programs, and a large congregation, etc. Everyone has a home, and the church is still a church. We are learning to love the adults and children who stay behind and encourage them to attend home meetings when they can.

In 2017, several brothers and sisters from the church went to a homecoming gathering in Montreal, and one of the key coworkers brought his whole family there. On that occasion, he suddenly understood the core value of homecoming and became a spiritual son of ours. At the same time, God brought a few of His “remnants” from out of state to join our family because of work. This family belongs to Him, Jesus is the Chief Shepherd, our head, and we are all His body. Not only the body and the head can not be separated, but every part of the body is important and must find God’s destiny in their lives. Then to join with the other members of the Lord’s body, their lives become more and more mature and joyful!

Looking back over the 52 years since I came to America, I see that God’s work among the Chinese is in stages. First there were Bible studies on various campuses, then churches were formed, missionary outreaches, marriages and families of believers, the baptism of the Holy Spirit and the work of the Holy Spirit, healings and deliverances, the fulfillment of Jesus’ last prayer in John 17, and then the manifestation of His wisdom through a home filled with the presence of God! This was the desire of Fred, and what he had been seeking for the past twelve years. Gradually, some brothers and sisters began to see this, and they also longing for His family to come to the midst of us.The atmosphere of the church has changed, our relationships have become closer and naturally, children and the adults are meeting together, praying together.

A “family” was born. Fred was able to return to his Father’s arms with peace of mind and contentment, just like the prophet Simeon. We all wish he could have stayed and continued to see the children grow and help others who longed for God’s family to be fulfilled. But God’s will is not the same as man’s, and His ways are higher than man’s ways.

I have peace, and even more wonderfully experiencing heaven and earth getting closer and closer, as if Fred is still around me. This is the grace of God! God also brought two fathers, Pastor Zhao and Pastor Demain to us. God didn’t just bring them to attend the memorial and burial, but also changed their original plans and itinerary, allowing them to stay at my house for 10 days and share spiritual things with our brothers and sisters, which is so precious! These two loving fathers saw that my children and I and our family are doing well, and then they could go home with peace of mind.

Thank you again for your love and thoughts for Fred, and for your comfort, care and encouragement to us. Let us continue to give out the love of our Heavenly Father so that more homes that are filled with the presence of God will grow everywhere! The Lord wants us to get in touch with our ability to hear His voice at night and capture what He is speaking to us. The Spirit of revelation and wisdom can cause you to see clearly from your dreams. You don’t have to be distracted when you lie down but can rest and sleep in wholeness and peace. In this month of Kislev, I send you forth into revelation as you give the Lord access to visit you at night!

“The Lord says: ‘You are going to see beyond a place that you are now seeing. This week, I have begun to establish you new and fresh for your future. Do not see through the past, but stand and peer from the place that I am calling you to. You will see into dimensions you have never seen before. You will look beyond past limitations and say, “This is what was meant to be all along!” See, hear, and look into the place that I’m calling you to!

“‘I am shaking, I am roaring and I am taking distractions off your mind that have kept you from being able to worship Me. Some things have come in a form that look religious and good, but actually are distractions that keep you from worshipping or even knowing Me. Anything that keeps you from wanting to know Me is a distraction. Break every distraction that comes with a form of godliness but denies the power thereof. Worship Me in Spirit and in truth.

“‘This week you will hear your reminder not to be distracted by little things, petty things, little foxes that come to unsettle the spirit of man. Distractions will not keep you from seeing your moment.’”

Editorial Special Section: Lana Vawser: Focusing on God’s Divine Strategy

This morning as I was pondering things I’m hearing the Lord say suddenly I was struck by the sense of the Lord calling for FEROCIOUS FOCUS upon HIS STRATEGY right now. The Lord showed me that there is VERY SPECIFIC DETAILED strategy that He is releasing, and it is IMPERATIVE that as God’s people we are:

1. Asking for that divine strategy, asking for wisdom (James 1:5)
2. Praying the Lord would give us eyes to see and ears to hear what the Spirit is saying (Matthew 13:9, Revelation 3)
3. Laying down our own preconceived ideas and agendas
4. Not rushing ahead and making room for the SLOW and SACRED space before Him to listen to what He is saying.

The Lord showed me that as God’s people were hearing the wisdom and strategy of God from the smallest of strategies to the biggest of strategies there was a major move of God that was beginning to flow and erupt in their midst.

What also struck me was the ‘smallest’ of strategies that God was releasing, in the obedience to them, a MIGHTY move of God and a weight of His Glory came in a way that had not been experienced before.

I could feel the Lord’s heart all around me as He spoke “Do not dismiss the small things and even the most minute details I am releasing. Pay attention to all the DETAILS for in the DETAILS you will find an explosive move of My Spirit. In the SIMPLE and SMALL strategies you will find monumental moves of My Spirit will begin.”

There was such a strong sense of paying attention to the larger strategies the Lord was releasing but also a very strong weight and highlight of the Lord to not ‘discount’ the smaller ones. The Lord also showed me that there would be a mighty deliverance that will take place in the obedience to the DETAILS God is revealing. There are some things that have been attempting to hold many of God’s people down and hinder movement, but in the details and the specifics within strategies God is releasing MANY are going to find as they step in, there will be a mighty deliverance by the power of His Spirit.

I AM MOVING SOME THINGS AROUND

I heard the Lord say “I am moving some things around”.

When He spoke these words immediately I knew that there is a “change of focus” taking place for many right now. The divine strategy the Lord is releasing right now is going to cause the movement. Things cannot and won’t stay the same. It’s bringing forth a ‘shifting’ and a ‘reshaping’ of priorities and focus of the season. Don’t be afraid of the ‘shift’ and the ‘restructure’ the Lord is doing. I heard the Lord say “In the reshaping and shifting it is making room for a NEW MOVE of My Spirit that is greater than you have seen before.”

He continued to speak:“Do not hold tight to your calendar, your way or your expectations. Allow Me the freedom to come and rearrange, for in the rearranging and the yielding to My way, you are being positioned for a move of My Spirit you have never seen and the weight of My Glory increasing more and more. For there is great joy, there is great life, there is great healing, freedom and peace found in Me and what is before you is greater than anything you have walked in before. Listen closely and intently to My voice. Ferociously focus on My divine strategy and wisdom I am releasing. Lean not on the ‘ways of man’ or the ‘mind of man’ but be awakened in greater ways by My Spirit to the truth that you have the mind of Christ (1 Corinthians 2:16) and I am leading you into greater levels of walking in My wisdom as you continue to live in reverence and awe of Me (Proverbs 9:10), a deep place of surrender at My feet. Be not swayed by any other voices, follow Me where I am leading and know that I am leading you into a place of beholding My Majesty and Glory like never before. Know that I am leading you into a place of partnering with My Spirit and what I am doing in the earth that is beyond what you have ever seen, hoped or imagined, but it is IMPERATIVE right now that you FOCUS. Focus, Focus, Focus on what I am saying and My strategy. Allow not distractions to deter you. You have entered a time of the most unprecedented move of My Spirit. Steward it well.”

The day before we started these 10 days and nights of prayer and crying out, a sister’s son received a prophetic revelation, saying, “Just continue to worship and praise this way, it does not matter whether they stay in heaven or in the world.” Such as David The king fasted and prayed and pleaded with God for his child. After the child died, he got up and worshiped God ( 2 Sam. 12:16-20 ). We chose to obey God’s pure, good, and pleasing will, and we also got up to worship God. , Give him the glory He deserves, because He is worthy of praise.

During this period, God not only wanted to awaken Papa Fred and Tony through us , but also awakened us from our slumber, and moreover, awakened His body-the church. God is also purifying us, elevating us, to focus more on Him, and to reach new spiritual heights through constant worship and praise. God said that by that day, everything in heaven and on earth will be one in Jesus Christ. Heaven and the earth are getting closer and closer, and we will gather the army in heaven to fight together, so that the will of God will be done on the earth as it is in heaven.

The “168 Prayer Center of the Tabernacle of David” was originally established last year in response to the call of Father Anton Cruz  to pray for an army of millions of Chinese. Also, someone prophesied to Mama Molica prior to that

There was a wave of prayer, and the Lord said that I would create a night watch. I saw prayer and intercession at this time, as well as a cloud of sweet incense of prayer rising there, and you would see the glory of God, almost like A pillar of cloud during the day, a pillar of fire at night.

Then the Lord said that you will see a new realm and God’s supernatural and true glory being present and manifested among you. This is what the Lord said. Yes, I want to raise up a house of prayer around you. This is what the Spirit of God said. 

Then the Lord said to be like incense Leviticus  6:13 :  The fire must be kept burning on the altar continuously; it must not go out.. Then the Lord said that not only in your place of New Jersey, I will make it become a highway of holiness to Jerusalem, from this place to Israel, this is what your God said.

We believe that this prophecy is for the endtime prayer warriors. Another proof is the manuscript on page 11 of a sermon by Papa Fred, which was discovered by Mama Molica suddenly when she was led by the Holy Spirit to organize Papa Fred’s relics. It seems as if it was extracted by the angel especially for us. The content is as follows:

The army of the last days is the father, mother, children, and the presence of God. There is a price to be paid, what are they?

• Being laughed at, criticized, but not afraid; Charismatic pioneers, revolutionary martyrs, like Normandy Landing, During Western Development , one person died every 16 miles, and many people died while the Trans-Taiwan Highway was built. The church is the army of God. The Kingdom of God is advancing and fighting. If you are afraid, you can go back and stay. Gideon only has three hundred. It is normal to have casualties and injuries in the battle.

• Die to yourself first: old self, pride, low self-esteem, temper, independence, self-esteem, bitterness, rebellion, sin, from orphan → parents; God is calling the army, are you willing?

Declaration Prayer: Declare the Elimination of Coronavirus – Current Vaccine Overview

【Current affairs:   There are two types of vaccines. One is the mRNA vaccine: including Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca, Johnson & Johnson and Novavax vaccines.

There are three spike proteins on the Coronavirus because it is an engineered biological weapon and it originated at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Antony Fauchi is responsible for this. In 2017, they passed a US law prohibiting such research, Anthony Fauci and the others moved it to Wuhan, China. Anthony Fauci and President Obama funded the Wuhan laboratory to continue that research.

There is now a book called “COVID and the Great Reset”, go on Amazon to look at it. It was written by Klaus Schwab. He is the head of the International Monetary Fund. If you read this book, it is the script of the so-called “Plan Demic.” The stupid thing that is made up nonsense.

A child to a person about 85 years old, there is a 100 to 98% chance to beat the virus. Therefore, all statistics are made up by the CDC and can be viewed on their website. The total number of people who died from the virus is only 6%, about 12,000 people, not 220,000 people.

Moderna and Pfizer vaccines have many, many advanced ingredients, but these ingredients have nothing to do with immunity. Vaccines contain ingredients that cause aborted fetus tissues, animal viruses and virosomes. There are also nano-metals in the vaccine, and when you receive the injection, the vaccine begins to produce a spike protein of the coronavirus, which is the spike protein of HIV. This vaccine does one thing: to reduce the severity of the symptoms of the virus; it has nothing to do with preventing the spread of the virus. Stanford University issued a double-blind research report on masks two days ago, and found that masks are completely ineffective against SARS and the Coronavirus.

Some believed that Johnson & Johnson (JJ) and AstraZeneca vaccines are better, both cause blood clot worldwide and cause death. I think a total of 2,600 people have died from these vaccines, so far.

What will happen to those who receive the Modern vaccine? They produce a foreign protein in every cell of the human body, which regulates the immune system, unable to activate their natural immune cells, and has a huge impact on the activation of autoimmune diseases in their bodies. When they are infected, their immune response will become abnormal. In other words, it will not be the same as the previous response. Most doctors in the world who understand virology and immunology will be concerned about the next 5 to 10 years  for those who have the vaccine.

For those who have been vaccinated, first of all , they have to get rid of a lot of garbage from the body, but no matter what others say, if someone gets the Coronavirus and recovers from it, they will have 100% immunity for the rest of their lives.

The second point is that as far as the fallacy of the Coronavirus is concerned, children and asymptomatic people do not have the so-called “asymptomatic carriers” at all. The spread of the virus between two healthy people is completely nonsense, unless you come into contact with germ-laden sputum. If you spit or sneeze at someone, or cough at someone, or touch their blood or urine, yes, you can get some viruses in this way. But spreading air to air of covid is completely nonsense.

Pray for United States: Overthrow “Roe v. Wade”-Defend the Right to Life

【Background of Current Events: I appreciate Intercessors For America. Their long and fruitful track record of praying for America is unsurpassed. In the following report, Dave Kubal shares from an interview with former Governor of Mississippi, Phil Bryant, regarding the upcoming (December 1, 2021) Supreme Court abortion case. 

“As Mississippi Governor from 2012 to 2020, Phil Bryant attacked key social ills. Rates for unemployment, high school dropouts, and teen pregnancies hit record lows during his tenure. But what he really wanted to stop was abortion.

“In an interview with IFA’s Dave Kubal, Bryant shared: ‘The number one issue— the first thing we all do as governors or anyone in public life— is public safety. To protect the lives of our citizens. These (pre-born children) are citizens. And they deserve due process. They deserve the constitutional rights of every citizen of the United States. They are children of God and we must lay down our lives, if necessary, to protect them.’

“Hope for doing this came with the heartbeat bill and the science of the sonogram. ‘At about fifteen weeks, you can detect…that heartbeat, the brain is beginning to mature. Life clearly exists,’ Bryant said. ‘So it was a viability question. Is that child viable? Is it a human life? And if it is a human life, does the state of Mississippi have a right to protect it? We said it does and we are going to fight it all the way to the Supreme Court.’

“This case—Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health—aims directly at Roe v. Wade. Bryant said, ‘Our 10th amendment said all of those laws that are not prohibited—powers that are not specifically given to the federal government—are those of the states. We believe this is a state’s’ rights issue.’

“Bryant is no stranger to the court system. He was sued over the state flag, religious freedoms, even the state budget. ‘And all of the cases went to the same judge. Remarkably the same Obama-appointed judge got every case in which I was sued,’ Bryant said.

“But things went differently with the lawsuit over the heartbeat bill. ‘It went to the Fifth Circuit and the Fifth Circuit said, “We’re trying to deliberate as to whether or not we will hear it,’” Bryant said. ‘And the United States Supreme Court said, “We are going to hear it.” We’re going to pull that out and bring it before the United States Supreme Court. Remarkable that this is happening at this time.’

“Bryant isn’t shy about his goal: ‘[These judicial activists] thought it was a big deal, “Oh we got him to admit that he wants to [end abortion in Mississippi].” Praise God I do! You got me! If you want me to say I want to end abortion, you got me. I’ll write it down and testify to it.’

“His testimony is fueled from heaven. ‘I was just looking this morning at my devotional Jesus Calling. It says “Do not let any set of circumstances intimidate you. The more challenging your day, the more of My power I place at your disposal. Amen,’” Bryant said. ‘That is for today. He is placing His power at our disposal for this purpose and we can’t let any set of circumstances intimidate us.’”

The battle for life in America has been long, indeed. Winston Churchill once said, “Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts.” As usual, the great Churchill’s wisdom was profound. There have been many failures in this battle, but I believe the courage and tenacity to continue will, indeed, prevail. Charles Spurgeon once said, “Through perseverance, the snail reached the ark.”(1)

While preparing to visit the Supreme Court for my first time in the early 90’s, Holy Spirit spoke to me and said, “Now I’m going to show you where the strongman over America lives.” (See Matthew 12.29) No person or persons has opened the door to more evil in America in the last 60 years than the Supreme Court. There have been some great and righteous Justices over that span, as there currently are, but nonetheless, the Court’s legislation and approval of evil have been unsurpassed. Their decisions have not only made a mockery of the Constitution, but they have shaken their fists in God’s face, epitomizing Psalm 2:1-3 (TPT):

“How dare the nations plan a rebellion. Their foolish plots are futile! Look at how the power brokers of the world rise up to hold their summit as the rulers scheme and confer together against Yahweh and His Anointed King, saying: ‘Let’s come together and break away from the Creator. Once and for all let’s cast off these controlling chains of God and His Christ!’”

Interestingly, as I write this my friend Matt Lockett just texted me. Matt leads the Justice House of Prayer in DC, the prayer group which has prayed daily at the Court (with the red “LIFE” tape) for over a decade. He told me: “It’s interesting that Ken Malone’s dream, ‘Damn the Torpedoes’ was on 7-22. This year, the Mississippi brief arrived at SCOTUS on 7-22. Leading up to that a prophet said to me that we needed to be prophesying Daniel 7:22 over the state’s brief. We did, and they changed their legal strategy to openly calling for the overturning of Roe vs Wade.”

I will share Ken’s dream in tomorrow’s post. The verse Matt referenced, Daniel 7:22, tells us: “Until the Ancient of Days came and judgment was passed in favor of the saints of the Highest One, and the time arrived when the saints took possession of the kingdom” (NASV). I and others have prayed this verse over America for years. We must pray it now as never before. It is time for this evil and despicable law to be overturned.

We must also pray that the evil hold of this principality over the Court be broken once and for all. Its power base there has been long and strong. Many will go there to march and cry out for death from now leading up to the case. Others of us will go to cry out for life. Join us in praying Daniel 7:22 and in binding the evil hold over the Supreme Court.
