Two 40 days Prayer and Fasting Taking Place Simultaneously From March 1st to April 9th  

Dear intercessor,

We are introducing two 40-day fasting prayer calls from March 1st to April 9th:

1. 40 days prayer watch for Taiwan : We are convinced that Taiwan plays a key role in Asia in the Kingdom of God. In 2013, Chuck Pierce prophesied that the enemy wants to destroy Taiwan, but the God will take a hold of Taiwan and deliver Taiwan from the bondage of the power of darkness with His mighty hand. Taiwan is now facing the challenge of another wave of homosexuality. The body of Christ in Taiwan is calling the churches for a 40-day prayer and fasting. We also call on the global intercessors to stand with Taiwan. We will continue to post prayers for Taiwan’s “Sexual Life Law.” May God’s will be done in Taiwan as it is in heaven!
2. Lou Engle’s “The Send” prayer ministry calls for 40 days of Jesus fasting and praying [ click here for details ]  Lou is one of the key leaders of the American prayer movement. 20 years ago God called him to the United States and even overseas to gather children of God and pray. God started the “call” prayer movement through him, and paved the way for the revival of American, including repentance for the “Trail of Tears” first nation’s forced migration, repentance to awaken the public for the sins of murdering baby, to stop abortion, and overturn the “Roe v. Wade” and so on. This year, God led him to stop the “call” prayer meeting that has been going on for more than 20 years, and instructed him to start The “send” prayer meeting in this new era. Recently, more than 59,000 young people were gathered in Florida on February 23, and countless young people responded to God’s call and were willing to be sent to universities, high schools, home communities and countries. During the meeting, Lou called for 40 days Jesus fast and pray starting from March 1. We believe, the revival of the United States will lead to a global revival. May God mobilized a new “Jesus Movement” to lead millions of young people around the world back to God!

God is shaking the earth in acceleration,  He wants us to align with Him. Although we just ended a 40-day global fasting prayer, we encourage everyone to seek the Lord for these two 40-day fasting prayer calls and watch God do great things for us in 2019!

Praise Report: Last week, the Waters of the Sea of Galilee Rose Nearly 1 Meter!

Israel’s water situation has improved – yet the Sea of Galilee is still around 4 meters below the full line. It has risen about 2.5 meters this rainy season with almost one meter of that just this past week! So we are still trusting and asking God to fill the whole lake up and to allow all the aquifers in this nation to also be full. Please continue to pray along with us and be encouraged as our God has sent a plentiful rain, by which You upheld Your inheritance when it was weary. (Psa. 68:9)

Cleansing Prayers

Dear Heavenly Father, I ________ (put your name in it) come to the throne of grace, through the blood of Jesus Christ, the power of the Holy Spirit, to receive Your abundant grace and mercy.   Lord Jesus, ________ confess You are the Lord of my life.   I ask the resurrected power of the Holy Spirit to fill and saturate every part of my being.   I surrender all my spirit, soul and body completely to You.  Now I ask You to reveal to me, remind me of any sin that I have committed known or unknown, so that I can confess and repent of them accordingly. (Recommendation:  quiet yourself, so you can allow the Holy Spirit to reveal to you)

Cleanse me from all the defilement of the world, sanctify me and my family line of any unrighteousness with the blood of Jesus.   Now by my own will, I choose to forgive everyone that has offended me or hurt me, I release them into the freedom of my forgiveness.   I also release them from the debts they might owe me. I now cast all my burden to You .  Your yoke is easy, Your burden is light.   I now put on the armor of God that You have given me, gird myself with the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the helmet of salvation, the shield of faith, the sword of the Spirit, my feet fitted with the gospel of peace, so that I can pray and intercede in the Holy Spirit by Your mighty power, and after done all to stand firm.

Let us declare the following:

• In the name of Jesus, all the terror attacks that Islamic extremists plan will fail and be interrupted before they can even start.

• Acts 16:30-31 ‘Sirs, what must I do to be saved’ so they said, ‘Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and you will be saved, you and your household.’
• Psalm 122:6 ‘Pray for the Peace of Jerusalem, “May those who love you prosper.’
• Isaiah 54:17 ‘No weapons forged against you will prevail, and you will refute every tongue that accuses you.’ “This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and this is their vindication from Me.’ Declare the Lord.’”

【PRAYER】

• Father, we ask for Your Outpouring of grace leading to repentance for unsaved Jews and Arabs, Rep. Omar and Tlaib:  to be delivered from darkness to light, infilling of Shalom and Love of God to their hearts and souls. (Eph. 2:8-9)
• We lift up Representatives Omar and Tlaib for their hearts to be gentle for God’s love and compassion, with a new alignment with Israel. They will make true gospel known to their people. (Acts 16:30-31)
• We pray for anti-Semitic connection, allies, movement be quickly exposed in Washington and all the states.  
• America is one in unity as a blessing to Israel, and will not allow curses spoken against Israel or any nations. We pray for protection and safety in the Land of Israel, and for Jewish People around the world. (Psa 122:6)
• As we stand to repent for anti-Semitic remarks recently made by Rep. Omar and Tlaib, we also pray for any anti-Semitic campaigns, plans, threads, strategies to be exposed and prevented before they cause harm.
• We pray for Rep. Omar and Tlaib willing to stand with US against anti-Semitism, false ideologies, hatred, various anti-Semitic movements and association. To halt the spread of lies and prejudices that fuel anti-Semitism, blindness replaced by truth.
• Father, we pray for correction of media bias, exaggeration, double standard, ‘crimes’, sensationalism and censorship. (Isa. 54:17)
• We pray to stop breeding of misguided compassion and justice over Palestinians and Israelis. Lured by persuasive and emotional rhetoric away from the truth. We pray for a balanced view of cause and actions. We rebuke the spirit of anti-Christ and the spirit of anti-Semitism, and spirit of religion, every lying tongue will be condemned and judged.
• Father, may Your Revelation replace blatant anti-Israel or Pro-Palestinian sentiments as the norm on most college and university campuses, promotion of wrong perceptions, breeding the anti-Semitism view as ‘trending’, in Jesus’ Name.
• Father, we pray global anti-Semitic pure hatred movements and association are forcefully losing members and momentum. May God Himself liberate Jews and Arabs unto redemption In Jesus’ Mighty Name. Amen.

• Father, we are thankful for lifting America higher and go deeper to combat the ‘culture war of abortion’ which is here now. (2 Chron 20:15b)
• Father, the lurking shadows of death in the wombs manifested as ‘Rights’, occupying the Planned Parenthood and abortion clinics, college campuses and hidden places.
• The Force of darkness is binding our government leaders in sins, as their rightful masters. We repent for iniquities allowing the collapse of morality and godlessness in America. Redeem us all with the Blood of Your Son, Jesus Christ. All knees shall bow, all tongues confess Jesus is the Lord. (Romans 1:28-29)
• Father, we rebuke the powers now holding our political leaders, their jurisdiction in captives, our Court Justice and Laws in captives, our educators, church and the generations and their families in captives, media, entertainment and economy in captives, that have blindly accepted without resisting Satan’s lies of aborting ‘unwanted babies’, Lord Jesus, please deliver them from captivity and destroy their strongholds.
• Father, hover over each of us with Your Mighty Presence in this war. Release the Fire Warring Angels of every region to destroy the spiritual and physical sacrifice altar of death, altar of Mollech, altar of abortion and altar of witchcraft, established above ground or undergrounds in our cities, towns, states, governments, hospitals, clinics, homes and corporations.
• Father, we declare the failed ‘Born-Alive survivor Bill’ will be toppled by Your Righteous verdict. President Trump will replace with righteous anti-abortion Bill to abolish all abortion rights, and the ceasing of its funding. We call these leaders who have ignored the sins of abortion, endorsed killing the ‘Born-Alive Babies’ to repent to avoid eternal judgment. (Gen. 9:6)
• Father, we uphold all lives first created from Your Desire and Love, so we claim each precious unborn baby will live fully of their destiny, as harvesters for Your Kingdom. (Psa 139:16) Lord, make President Trump a powerful witness to Your Life-Giving Power to take down all abortion laws, strongholds and authorities. In Jesus’ Name. (Deu. 30:19)

• Psalm 17:7-10 “Show me the wonders of your great love, you who save by your right hand those who take refuge in you from their foes. Keep me as the apple of your eye; hide me in the shadow of your wings from the wicked who are out to destroy me, from my mortal enemies who surround me. They close up their callous hearts, and their mouths speak with arrogance.”
• Deuteronomy 32:9 “For the Lord’s portion is his people, Jacob his allotted inheritance.”
• Jeremiah 49:35,38 “This is what the Lord Almighty says: “See, I will break the bow of Elam, the mainstay of their might. I will set my throne in Elam and destroy her king and officials,” declares the Lord.”

• Pray for Israel to Be Protected By God: Dear Father, we bring Israel before Your mercy seat. Israel is about to face a “new Holocaust” from Iran: Iran with their callous hearts, their mouths speak with arrogance, wanting to obliterate Israel from the map. (Psalm 17:10) Father, the Israeli people are Your portion, and Jacob is Your allotted inheritance (Deuteronomy 32:9); You keep them as the apple of Your eye and hide them in the shadow of Your wings. Show Israel the wonders of Your great love; You will save them from their foes by Your right hand. Father, we ask You to fill the Prime Minister Netanyahu and the Israel Defense Forces with courage, strategy, wisdom, and strength; guide them to know how to deal with any upcoming crisis and war concerning Iran.
• Pray for Iran: Abba Father, we ask You to intervene. Stop the evil force behind Iran’s antisemitic agenda and deal with the spirit of Haman working within Iran. Oh that You would shake the leadership of Iran, break the bow of Elam, and set Your throne in Elam and destroy her evil king and officials. (Jeremiah 49:35,38) In the name of Jesus, we release the roar of the lions of Judah in Iran; let it defeat all their evil plots and the power and violence of Islam operating in Iran. Father, we ask You to raise up the church of Iran; let the intercessors rise up like Daniel and Jeremiah. Let them humble themselves and pray and seek Your face that they might turn their country from wicked ways. (2 Chronicles 7:14) We ask the fire of the Holy Spirit to descend and bring revival to Iran in order to transform and heal the people and the land of Iran. Father, grant more grace to the Iranian leaders that they might rule the country with truth and justice and align with God’s will. We bless Iran and her people to be under the rulership of the Kingdom of Christ. We pray in the name of the Lord Jesus, Amen.

• Identification Repentance for the Australian people: Father God,forgive us for discriminate, ridicule, demean, even abuse the aborigines, please ignite the light in me, remove the darkness, pride, and the evil thought of being above others. Pull out the evil roots of racism in our hearts, so we can see we all come from the same Creator in Your glory, to become brothers. Please forgive us, and give us the blood of Jesus, to wash away all our sins and unrighteousness. Please give us a humble, tender heart, to honor the eldest son of the land, and treat each other mercy and kindness.
• Pray for Australian Aboriginal poverty and suicide: Abba Father, “Have mercy on us, Lord, have mercy on us,  for we have endured no end of contempt.” (Psalm 123:3) have mercy on the aborigines and break the heavy yoke on them by the anointing of the Holy Spirit. Restore the rights, status, and inheritance belonging to the aborigines. The status of the first born that belong to aboriginal must be restored. Father, restore the God given creativity, they are the head not the tail, on top and not beneath. Restore their ability to possess wealth“bestowing a rich inheritance on those who love me and making their treasuries full” (Proverbs 8:21 ) Father God, surround the aborigine with a firewall protection, dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. In the name of Jesus, we rebuked the spirit of suicide, depression, to leave their hearts and minds; We declared: “ and provide for those who grieve in Zion— to bestow on them a crown of beauty instead of ashes, the oil of joy instead of mourning, and a garment of praise instead of a spirit of despair. They will be called oaks of righteousness, a planting of the Lord for the display of his splendor.” (Isaiah 61:3) Bless the Aboriginal people to arise and shine, to enter into God’s destiny over them!
• Blessing the Australian Aboriginal House Church: Heavenly Father, we thank and praise You that work all things together for good, so the aboriginal house church can come out of the bondage of religious spirit, and be led by the Spirit of God to worship God in spirit and in truth. The pure gospel will be birthed out of the Aboriginal church in Australia, and the firstborn double portion of blessings to come upon them. Heavenly Father, You help people grow up, help the church in Australia experience God, to mature, and learn to depend on God in everything. Heavenly Father, please send them spiritual mature, faithful servant that love You, to help among them, to lay the foundations in understanding the truth, and to know the length, width, height and depth of the love of God, so that the Australian church is full of miraculous signs and wonders. And experience the life changing power of God.
• The new church will be born: Heavenly Father, we thank You, You are a God that raised the dead. For many years Aboriginal community almost did not build too many new churches, and there are more pastors been buried than trained. Heavenly Father, we cry out to You, to establish and build church with new life. The old church model needs to die. Pour down the living water of the Holy Spirit, the church will take off the old man and put on the new man. Under the new anointing, pray to God, have encounter with God, to establish relationships with God, and bring the problems of the church, the community, the economy, and their own needs to God. Heavenly Father, because of their experience of God, brothers and sisters will be filled with the love of Jesus, will testify and preach the gospel with passion. We bless the Australian Aboriginal Church in the name of the Lord Jesus, to be a praying church, a church filled with the new wine, new oil, and depending on God to experience God. In the name of the Lord Jesus, Amen.

【Event: Freshman Democratic Rep. Ilhan Omar of Minnesota recently tweeted an anti-Semitic comment deemed divisively unacceptable by Washington. Her anti-Israel view backfired immediately.

Democrats and Republican Party leaders, colleagues, President Trump and Vice President Pence, and arrays of ranking leaders across the political and social arena, have since demanding adequate apologies from her. Immediately, a petition filed for ‘the Million Signatures March’ by PJTN requesting her resignation. V.P. Pence cited her apology was inadequate and insisting that she should ‘face consequences’:

Ilhan Omar was glad her tweet sparked attention and debate. From her perspective, it’s important for her to present a different view about allies’ peace for the region (US is ally for Israel). Omar along with Muslim Democrat Rep. Tlaib of Michigan are indeed provoking the conversation on Capitol Hill over the US’ long standing relationship with Israel by speaking critically against the Israeli government over its treatment of Palestinians.

As they challenged the political status quo over Israel in Washington, Omar and Tlaib are facing intense criticism from both parties.  Polling does show shifting sentiment among Democrats in their views of Israel and Palestinians. A Pew Poll last year found that support of Israel among Democrats and Independents have fallen, and support has risen among Republicans and that Democrats are divided over whose side of  conflict they sympathize more with.  Rep. Tlaib, however, has faced public push back within the ranks of House Democrats for planning to lead a congressional delegation to the West Bank, where her grandmother still lives, under different initiative and agenda?

The ‘Born-Alive Abortion Survivors’ Protection Act’ would have required that ‘any health care practitioner present’ at the time of a birth, ”to exercise the same degree of professional skill, care, and diligence to preserve the life and health of the child as a reasonably diligent and conscientious health care practitioner would render to any other children born alive at the same gestational age.”

President Trump tweeted Democrats after the result: Senate Democrats just voted against legislation to prevent the killing of newborn infant children. The Democrats’ position on abortion is now so extreme that they don’t mind executing babies after birth. This will be remembered as one of the most shocking votes in the history of Congress. If there is one thing we should all agree on, it’s protecting the lives of innocent babies.’ (Amos 1:13)

Senator Sesse concluded, reminded senate vote shouldn’t have been about politics but is about having a heart. A baby has dignity and worth. Today is a sad day in the United States Senate.

Politics without Conscience is Inhumanism

Democrats criticized Republicans are extremists, this is a anti-science bill attempted to inflict medically unnecessary restrictions (to save the newborn after botched abortions) on clinics, spread dangerous anti-choice lies, and threaten healthcare.

Apparently, all six Democrats running for presidential 2020 voted against the bill. The list includes: Sen. Cory Booker (NJ), Sherrod Brown (OH), Kirsten Gillibrand (NY), Kamala Harris (CA), Amy Klobuchar (MN), and Elizabeth Warren (MA), And Independent Bernie Sanders (VT).

This is the demonic demonstration of Democrats tipping immorality. Their goal arrives to abort all babies, including those escaped botched abortions.  President Trump is evaluating options to block this Act. (Job 31:15)

Prayer Alert: Iran Is Plotting A “New Holocaust” Against Israel  

【Background】

 More than a million tourists visit the Sea of Galilee each year but the biblical lake is shrinking after several years of drought. Israel is having a rainy winter and there’s snow on Mount Hermon but the country is still suffering from a water shortage after five years of drought. Israel’s rainy season begins in late October and continues until mid-March. After that, it usually doesn’t rain.

• Iran On A Path of Expansion of Islamist Terror Its Post Islamic Revolution:  In 1979, the world was introduced to the menacing glare of the Ayatollah Khomeini. His Iranian revolution ousted the Shah of Iran, a US ally. Its leaders began to purge the country of western influence and set Iran on a path of expansion of Islamist terror. During the revolution, the US was dubbed “The Great Satan.” Still, most of their hatred is reserved for the country they call “the Little Satan”: Israel. For four decades they have vowed to wipe it off the map.
• The Clash Between Israel and Iran:  Middle East expert Michael Widlanski tells CBN News, “I think a clash is inevitable. The US Vice President warned that Iran is plotting a new Holocaust against Israel:

US Vice President Mike Pence held a press conference on the 2/13 to remind European and Middle Eastern leaders that Iran is plotting a “new Holocaust” against Israel. He urged leaders to condemn Iran together, “Anti-Semitism is not just a mistake, but evil; it must be confronted. No matter when and where it rises, the world must condemn it.”

Iranian President Hassan Rouhani announced on the 2/11 during the celebration of the 40th anniversary of the Islamic Revolution that if the US military attacked Iran, he would “level Israel’s Tel Aviv and Haifa.”

On 2/14, Pence condemned France, Germany and Britain for allowing their entrepreneurs to conduct business in Iran. He called for “the European Union’s allies to abandon the Iranian nuclear agreement and work with US to exert necessary economic and diplomatic pressure on Iran.” He said it is time for the Iranian people, the regime and the world to have peace, security and freedom.

【Current events:  Israel will hold a general election on April 9. Over the past two months the Israeli government has undergone unusually dramatic turbulence. Institutional shaking in politics and national security has steadily increased. Through the shakings, God is graciously calling Israel to turn back to Him. We know that most Christians abroad are especially fond of PM Netanyahu. Mr. Netanyahu has done a superb job as ambassador to the nations. We want him to stay in office—as long as God wants him there. We do not know how long that is.

Pray for the Crisis in Venezuela

【Current events: President Nicolas Maduro’s forces fire tear gas and buckshot on activists trying to deliver humanitarian aid in violent clashes that left two people dead and some 300 injured. For weeks, the U.S. and regional allies had been amassing emergency food and medical kits on Venezuela’s borders in anticipation of carrying out a “humanitarian avalanche” by land and sea to undermine Maduro’s rule. Juan Guaido has called on the international community to consider “all options” to resolve Venezuela’s crisis.

The attitude of the military determines the development of the situation. According to reliable sources, Diosdado Cabello, who is considered to be Maduro’s right hand, has recently transferred his children to Shanghai, China. Other confidants of Maduro also reported that the immediate family members were sent out from Venezuela, and the number of Venezuelan soldiers who fled to Colombia had exceeded 320. At present, hundreds of senior officers are being held in prison, and their hungry families are marching in the streets. The military has become the focus of the two sides. Guaido has formed about 500,000 militiamen armed with firearms, which has a restrictive effect of foreign invasions or military coups.

【International Strategic Concern】

On the Venezuelan issue, on the 25th, the Lima Group held a meeting in Colombia. US Vice President Burns said at the meeting that he would not rule out the option of military intervention in Venezuela. Russia warned the United States not to use force. Pray for Taiwan: Facing  Another Waves of Homosexuality

【Event: The Coalition for the Happiness recently invited many legislators to support the The Coalition for the Happiness ‘s version of the bill, and asked the legislators to oppose the law of marriage; The Coalition for the Happiness will continue to oppose the action of the Executive Branch’s bill; calling for a 40 days national fasting prayers starting from March 1 .

The Taiwan government conducted  a referendum on the legalization of same-sex marriage in November last year . As a result, 7.65 million voted for referendums against the legalization of same-sex marriage, and agreed for the government to establish a special law to protect the rights of homosexual couples.  Currently, the draft of the Executive Yuan is released.  Although the term “same sex marriage” is avoided in the bill, the content is for the same sex marriage, which violates the referendums. The Executive Branch did not propose a draft amendment to the marriage of a man and a woman, nor did it abolish the relevant laws and regulations on the education of primary and secondary schools, but introduced a same-sex marriage bill that violated the referendums. The Coalition for the Happiness of our Next Generation (Abbr. The Coalition for the Happiness)  will continue to oppose the  this Executive bill.  Before the end of May, within the time period for the revision of the law, there will also be another 40 days of national fasting and prayer, starting February 28th.

The draft of “ Interpretation and Implementation of the law number 748” that was sent to the Legislative Yuan to be reviewed on February 21, is not the “same-sex living law” that the Coalition of Happiness expected.  Rather than the next generation of happiness alliance Pastor Shaoen Kuo(Pastor of the House of Christ in Taipei) published the article “ a day of distress, rebuke and disgrace.” on the 21st, calling for the Taiwanese churches, which support the movement of “Love and Protect Family and Children” to pray together and to participate in the convocation of 228 and Forty days of Praying and Fasting that begins on March 1, calling on God to reign and rule the kingdom of men until we see the glory of God .

Approaching May 24, 2 years anniversary of the No. 748 “Sunrise Clause“.  due to the referendum on the election in November last year (2018), the 3 referendums proposed by the Coalition of Happiness  were passed.  A group of citizens who care about the issue of family and children launched a thousand people march around the Executive Yuan prayer vigil  at 7:00 pm of February 19, calling on the Executive Director Jenchang Su to honor the referendum results. The original 30-minute prayer vigil drew waves and waves of caring citizen participating. it couldn’t be stopped even after 9:30pm, there were still people swarming in to participate.  

However, the Executive Yuan’s  version is still not in line with the expectations of the Coalition of Happiness. Pastor Shaoen Kuo believes that the “common marriage law” cannot be contrary to the will of God. Facing such difficulties, the churches in Taiwan should come together and pray until the glory of the Lord is manifested. Pastor Kuo prayed to God and said, “What we can’t do with our hands, we can do with our prayers, nothing is too difficult for God. God, may You call Your churches, to fulfill Your will  in 2019, show Your glory in Taiwan, May Your blessing stay in Taiwan”.   We declare: “The lot is cast into the lap, but its every decision is from the Lord (Prov . 16:33), ” In the Lord’s hand the king’s heart is a stream of water that he channels toward all who please him. (Prov 21:1)

How should we respond?

The version of the “Special Law” of the Executive Yuan has been released! The definition of marriage and family is ambiguous, and the implementation of regulations is dodging the point! Many brothers and sisters are confused,  disappointed, angry, and bewildered… At this moment, how should we respond?

When I got up in the morning, the Father put the experience of Hezekiah in my heart! “ This is a day of distress, and of rebuke, disgrace ……” (I king 19:1-4) , when the country encountered great difficulties, the enemy attacked, humiliated, people fell into deep distress! Isn’t Judah undergoing a spiritual revival? Isn’t God with them, and blessed them? How did it end up this way? (2 Chronicles 29-32 / II King 18-19)

How could this be? What are we to do ?

In King Hezekiah, the Bible reveals a “way out” at this moment! Before people: silent! (2 Kings 18:36);  before God: Cry out! (2 Kings 19:1 ) When the Assyrian army coming toward the city with arrogance and fierce, it is easy to imagine that the whole country was in chaos… a lot of hustle and bustle.  Hezekiah told everyone: be silent, go to the Lord and tell Him! Let the voice of the people quiet down, so the work of God can be revealed! Although we can do nothing, our Lord is full of power! So, we saw: never in the history of mankind, God personally intervened and took over – overnight, the angesl of the Lord went out and put to death a hundred and eighty-five thousands in the Assyrian camp! ( 2 Chronicles 21 / II King 19: 35 ) At the greatest  danger, we can experience the greatest glory of God!

Difficulties, cause our souls to wake up!

Isn’t the experience Taiwan went through, along the way similar? – difficulties, has awaken our souls !

• In December 2016, 130,000 people march onto the street Kaida and stood for the truth! However,
• In May 2017, the Chief Justice’s interpretation of the Constitution made people extremely disappointed! At a critical moment, silent, not be discouraged, continue to cry out to God! Suddenly,
• In December 2017, the amendment to the “referendum law” was passed, and there was a break of dawn! Then,
• In the 2018 referendum process, a task that was so impossible that almost no one was optimistic, facing many doubts,  ridicules, attacks, distortion… We chose to be silent, not discouraged! Continue to put our hands to work- going all out, do our parts, with weapons in one hand – earnestly appealing to heaven, crying out for God to show His power!
• On November 24, 2018, we saw God’s mighty glory: He reign and make the impossible, possible. He gathered and made the Taiwanese church body shifted, to become the Lord’s army, and possessed the land for the Lord, Hallelujah!

2019 is the year of war, and the year of victory!

The work of God is always: at first, it seems impossible, then, it is too hard, and finally: God did it! From “Impossible, too difficult, to God did it”,  is all the work of God, God’s glory, and all we could do is: at each time of hardships, silent, and look to God, not affected by the environment, not discouraged! Continue to do our part and do what needs to be done! Continue to cry out to God and for Him to manifest His might! Then, we continue to experience God! 2019 is the year of glory, we will experience His greater glory! However, without battle, there is no victory, no victory, no glory? Therefore, 2019 is the year of war, the year of victory! At this moment, there are still many brothers and sisters, applying the wisdom, resources, and influence that God has given them! May they not be discouraged and continue: lobbying, mobilizing, fighting, doing what needed to be done! For the rest of us, be silent, keep them in our prayers! Let Joshua know that when they are out fighting hard in the valley, many families are praying fervently on the mountain, co-laboring with them in the battle! They are not alone! Now is only the beginning of 2019. Persist in the war!   We believe Taiwan is chosen by God . We will live out the glory of God in the end time generation–so the world can see that the Lord is truly reigning in the kingdom of men! 2019 is the year of glory, God is moving!

【Event & Background

Concerned about the poverty of Australian aborigines

There are currently about 700,000 Aboriginal people in Australia, accounting for 3% of the local population, and there are more people in Queensland than in other provinces. As early as 1976, the Aboriginal people, through the assistance of lawyers, received the government’s recognition of the ownership of their tribal territories and the recovery of part of the land. Most of the Aboriginal people currently live in urban areas and towns. With the education and assistance provided by the government, some people have successfully integrated. However, there are still a large number of Aboriginal people isolated from the outside world to maintain poverty and backward life. Some of them still have to set up stalls in tourist attractions, painted colorful patterns and spots on their bodies, playing their own musical instruments for tips. There are still many people living in wild areas far from the city and white people who are not willing to come close. A recent report shows that Aboriginal people must face the risk of losing their national culture if they want to be as successful as whites in Australia.

Wes Morris is the head of the local organization concerned about the life of the aborigines. He believes that the root of the problem is not only from the mental health of the aborigines. The primary factor is culture. “We cannot change the Australian society for 200 years. But may be in the next 50 years, we can make a change.”

Although the Australian government has amended the unfair policy, the racism in the hearts of the Australian people still need to be removed.

In the past few decades, the Australian government has been revising its many unfair policies against Aboriginal people due to the tenacious resistance of Aboriginal people and various pressures at home and abroad. In 1972, the “White Australia Policy” was abolished. “Aboriginal Embassy Also included in the National Heritage Registry in 1995 as a relic of the aboriginal political struggle. However, all of these are difficult to change the living conditions of the aborigines that have been forced to form for a long time . All kinds of misunderstandings and prejudices have brought distance between the aborigines and the Australians. They still have not been able to integrate into the modern society. Some people even describe Australia as “Nation of two people.” Recently, the “Australian newspaper” ridiculed the aboriginal with comic pictures of son committing crime, the father is drunken, this triggered the anger of the local aborigines. According to a survey, some aboriginal juvenile offenders were stripped of their clothes and beaten, and with tear gas. The alleged abuse of prisoners by prison guards and various public events have ignited the racist fire and have once again brought attention to the aboriginal issue that has existed in Australia for many years.

Unable to face discrimination and estrangement, suicide tendency is serous among aboriginal

Although some Aboriginal people continue to stay in their own land, many younger generations choose to escape by suicide. In recent years, suicides have occurred in various Aboriginal communities. Investigators attempt to prevent suicide have described the situation as “catastrophic.” According to official figures, nearly 5.2% of Aboriginal people are suicide deaths. However, the estimated number may reach 10%, that is, one out of every 10 people died of suicide, many of them young people . In March of this year, a young girl of only 10-year-old committed suicide, reflecting the seriousness of these incidents.

Unemployment among Aboriginal younger generation, economic collapses

The unemployment rate of young aborigines continues to rise, as high as 23% of young people aged 20 to 24,  more than double the number of non-indigenous people. Many Australians will label the aborigines as troublesome and not motivated for anything, and most people try to avoid them. Young people simply can’t see hope for the future, with no identity in the community. They are abandoned by the mainstream and feel that they will not amount to anything. Many of them choose to numb themselves with alcohol and drugs. The probability of young people imprisoned is much higher than that of other ethnic groups, accounts for one third of the country’s crime population. In the past 10 years, the crime rate of Aboriginal people has increased by 52%.

Some Australians are concerned with the life of the Aboriginal. They believe the government did not give them enough support. They launched a joint operation this month, with more than 20,000 signatures, to set up an independent committee to deal with related issues.

Missionary “discipleship training” ministry is not effective

The missionary considered their 40 years of missionary work as failure. However, Aboriginal people seem to have a much higher understanding and belief in the gospel than non-indigenous Australians. Although the church attendance rate in both groups was less than 6%. The gospel message of Jesus’ salvation of grace is generally better than that of the “white” British-Australian. However the discipleship training is not effective.

Aboriginal communities are managed by the government

In Australia, the church always relies on the government to pay for its ministry to indigenous peoples. In 1977, an atheist socialist prime minister, Gough Whitlam, announced that the Aboriginal community would no longer be managed by Christian missionaries and would be replaced by a suitable government. The statistical gap between the living standards/social and health indicators of indigenous and non-indigenous populations has generally deteriorated. In fact, the missionaries were kicked out from the main indigenous areas of Australia. Just as the Communists expelled Chinese missionaries. God can work everything together ( Romans 8:28a) , enabled Aboriginal Christians to take care of themselves and become leaders. But responsibility also comes to many people who do not have enough Bible foundations. They inherit the ineffective and unbiblical mode of ministry in aboriginal environment. As a result, many indigenous ministers led the small church without supervision, until they died, and finally shut down. Many have received various ceremonies and rituals from their “parental” sects, but they have not been able to effectively “make disciples” because they have not received proper training.

Believers lack a sense of responsibility for the church

Aboriginal communities have barely established churches since the withdrawal of government-funded missionaries. In fact, there are more pastors died of old ages than pastors being trained, more church closed than open new ones. Since the government provided funds to the church in the past, believers never felt that they were responsible to the church. Also, Australian Aboriginal countries have the lowest socio-economic education system in the country, and half of Australian Aboriginal people live in remote communities and towns with little or no full-time employment. Only a few successful businesses and professionals, the average income average very low, very relied on “welfare” Therefore, the church often wants to find financial support from mainstream churches or wealthy businessmen, and even government subsidies.

The prospect of “House Church” is good

In the remote northern community, a new “house church” is developing naturally. Because they are not bound by the European tradition, to forbid them to truly express their love for God, so it is developed well. These groups are growing and duplicating and effectively raise fund themselves, and willing to walk with each other. Please pray for the Aboriginal Church of Australia. To train missionaries and Aboriginal apostolic ministers and get the resources they need to get the job done…Build a healthy Aboriginal church that can take part in the “Great Commission” (Matthew 28:19, 20) and along with the Brothers and sisters in Christ, to go to the land God send them to.
