I have been praying, pondering, and processing it ever since, trying to understand what we experienced and what the Lord is doing during this season. The outpouring of the Lord at Asbury University began on February 8th (2023). It was attended by students from at least 200 campuses, as well as tens of thousands of visitors.

Declaration Prayer: For President Trump and His Team [Update]

We declare in the name of Jesus :

• God will continue to bless and protect President Trump and his family, as well as the “scepter of justice” that God has raised up to support him in his government.
• The blood of Jesus covers them and those close to President Trump, bind and drive away any witchcraft or spells cast on them.
• The Holy Spirit continues to pour out and personally guide President Trump. He grew in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God. ( Lu 2:52 )
• The seven spirits of God are manifested in President Trump’s life ( Isaiah 11:1-3 ), giving him keen insight and discernment, judging the situation, and resolutely continuing to fulfill his call.
•  God will restore Trump to his rightful position at His best time and give people grace to transition.

Declaration Prayer: The Declaration of the Month of Adar

Editor’s note: Adar is the twelfth month of the Jewish calendar in 5783, corresponding to February 22 to March 22, 2023 in the Western calendar.

Declare in the name of Jesus :

• I am full of the grace of the Lord!

• The Holy Spirit keeps giving me good things and giving me words of grace.

• I embrace who I am as a warrior of God. God will provide for me.

• The more I celebrate, the more I get into who I really am.

• The more joyful I am, the more the “mask” is peeled off.

• When I feel anxious about provision, I immediately declare God to be my provider.

• The joy of the Lord is my strength. My laughter will break the barrenness and initiate the fulfillment of God’s promises.

• Depression and discouragement have no place in me.

• Jesus set me free. For any remaining bondage in my life, the release is already underway.

• I celebrate the goodness of God, every command against me is broken in the name of Jesus.

• I forgive those who “curse” me. I break all false declarations in my life.

• I am the leader! I am rising!

Declaration Prayer: Decrees for America

Decree for America: We, Your Ekklesia. The Church is God’s governing Body on the earth. We have been given legal power and authority from heaven, we are God’s ambassadors and spokespeople over the earth,  through the power of God, we are His world influencers, because of our covenant with God, we are equipped and delegated by Him to destroy every attempted advance of the enemy.

Therefore, in the name of Jesus Christ 

WE MAKE OUR DECLARATIONS:

1. We decree that America’s executive branch of government will honor God and defend the Constitution.
2. We decree that our legislative branch (Congress) will write only laws that are righteous and constitutional.
3. We decree that our judicial system will issue rulings that are biblical and constitutional.
4. We declare that we stand against wokeness, the occult, and every evil attempt against our nation.
5. We declare that we now take back our God-given freedoms, according to our Constitution.
6. We declare that we take back influence at the local level in our communities.
7. We decree that we take back and permanently control positions of influence and leadership in each of the **Seven Mountains.
8. We decree that the blood of Jesus covers and protects our nation. It protects and separates us for God.
9. We declare that our nation is energy independent.
10. We declare that America is strong spiritually, financially, militarily and technologically.
11. We decree that evil carries no power, authority or rights in our land nor over our people.
12. We decree that we will operate in unity, going beyond denominational lines in order to accomplish the purposes of God for our nation.
13. And we decree that AMERICA SHALL BE SAVED!

• Proverbs 10:12 Hatred stirs up quarrels; love covers all faults.
• Proverbs 26:24-26  A hater hides deceit with his mouth, but in his heart he hides deceit. Do not trust him with his sweet talk, for seven detestable things are in his heart. Though he conceals his hatred with deceit, his wickedness will be revealed in the congregation.
• Matthew 5:43-44 You have heard it said, “Love your neighbor and hate your enemy.” ’ But I tell you to love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you.
• Ephesians 2:13-16 You who once were far off from God are now drawn near in Christ Jesus by his blood. • The LORD God is Israel’s refuge and defense: Sovereign LORD God, Holy One of Israel, I will sing of your strength, and in the morning I will sing of your covenant love, for you were, are, and will always be the tower of our Israel , O God of Jacob, You are Israel’s refuge and defense in our day of trouble! (See Psalm: 59:16-17 )
• The blood of Jesus annihilates enmity:  Lord Jesus, King of the Jews, you have offered yourself as a sin offering for the descendants of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. Your precious blood is very effective. We come boldly to Abba Before the Father’s mercy seat, I beseech the precious blood of the Lord Jesus to forgive, cleanse, and remove all the sins of innocent bloodshed, idolatry, and sorcery in Jerusalem and in the whole of Israel. Lord Jesus, You are also the light of the world. May the light of Your cross shine into the hearts of 14.3 million Palestinians, and put the cross and the blood of the Lord Jesus between the Jews, Palestinians, and Arabs, and wipe out the enmity.
• Salvation comes to the Palestinians : Father of all souls, nothing is impossible for You. What the mighty take captive you take back; what the tyrannical man plunders you free ( Isaiah 49:25 ). You must save the Palestinians, especially the three million young people under the age of 25 in Israel, from the bondage of hatred, violence, and murder. Send your harvest workers to enter the Palestine refugee camps, and in East Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria, Gaza, Jordan, Lebanon, Syria and other countries to preach the Gospel of the Kingdom and harvest, transforming the youth of Generation Z in Palestine into Christian Evangelist.
• Break down the forces of darkness in the media and education system: In the holy name of Christ Jesus, the King of Kings, eradicate, demolish, overthrow, crush the darkness that lies behind the false media, incited Palestinian school system textbooks, anti-Semitic hatred, violent killings power. Release the truth into the media and schools, and the great revival of soul harvesting has come to the Jewish youth in Israel, as well as to the Palestinian and Arab youth. Bless them to speak up for the truth together.
• The new government of Israel is walking in the will of God : In the name of the glorious King Christ Jesus, the 37th government of Israel must align with the will of the Holy One of Israel when reviewing domestic anti-terrorism, security, and settlement policies, and all valleys must be filled When it is full, the hills and hills will be made level, the rough and rough will be made flat, and the rough and rough will become plains. The glory of the LORD shall be revealed, and all the descendants of Isaac and Ishmael shall see it together.

【Prayer】

• The Great Revival Begins : Hallelujah! Father God, You have opened the floodgates of heaven, let the rain pour! This is the great harvest of souls in the last days that the saints of the past generations hoped for. Now, our eyes are blessed to see, and our ears are blessed to hear! Spirit of revelation, come! Release the truth into everyone’s heart more and more, and don’t use human teaching, but He has the anointing to teach us in everything. To open and prepare people’s hearts, we must join the next generation and the next generation, and enter into this revived harvest as one!
• Blessings to the Younger Generation : Abba, Father God, they are really the generation of warriors, destined to be born in the last days, grew up under the sound of prayer and hard work of the previous generation, and is defined as a generation that will carry blessings and go forward. They are not a self-made generation, but a generation that will step on the rich inheritance of Christ through the ages! They are to understand all spiritual mysteries of the revelation of Jesus Christ! They are going to bring the Gospel back to Jerusalem! Father, You personally breathed on this young generation, forming an army of rivers of fire. Their wisdom, ability, love, and responsibility are all “wasted” on you, which is the most worthwhile life. Amen!

He lifted me out of the slimy pit, out of the mud and mire; he set my feet on a rock  and gave me a firm place to stand. He put a new song in my mouth,  a hymn of praise to our God. Many will see and fear the Lord and put their trust in him.

First Nations people, We decree that

•  the shackles have now been broken off of you. Arise and dance! 
• First Nations people break forth with dancing and worship to the Lord (see Psalm 149:3-4 TPT)!
• I decree, you have been lifted out of the pit of destruction, your feet have been set upon the rock of Jesus and He has established your goings (see Psalm 40:1-3 AMP). Arise and resound – no longer bound!
• I decree, the Lord has put a new song of praise to the one true living God in your mouth. 
• You have now put your trust and confident reliance in the Lord God Almighty. You see Him, you revere Him, and you worship Him alone.
• First Nations sons and daughters, arise and shift into destiny, with a dance of deliverance and a strong song, boldly decreeing the Word of the Lord with your new voice!

I have posted watchmen on your walls, Jerusalem;  they will never be silent day or night. You who call on the Lord,  give yourselves no rest, and give him no rest till he establishes Jerusalem and makes her the praise of the earth. (Isaiah 62:6-7)

The repentance of the nation of Israel ( Acts 3:19 ) and the acknowledgment of Jesus as the Messiah ( Matthew 23:39 ) are closely related to the second coming of Jesus and the ” restoration” of the whole earth (Romans 11:15). During this fast, we want to exalt the supremacy of Jesus and focus on the relationship between God’s blessings to Jerusalem and the fulfillment of the Great Commission. We do this together by walking in the spirit of unity described in John 17:21-23.

Repent, then, and turn to God, so that your sins may be wiped out, that times of refreshing may come from the Lord,  and that he may send the Messiah, who has been appointed for you—even Jesus.  Heaven must receive him until the time comes for God to restore everything, as he promised long ago through his holy prophets.. (Acts 3:19-21)

For if their rejection brought reconciliation to the world, what will their acceptance be but life from the dead? (Romans 11:15)

The International House of Prayer Kansas City (IHOPKC) group is one of the bases that help people participate in solemn assembly, and we commit to worship and pray 24 hours a day during the 21-day fast (May 7-28) for peace in Israel and The activity of the Holy Spirit intensifies among the Jewish people worldwide and raises up 100 million intercessors for Israel as promised in Isaiah 62:6-7. For the first time in history, as far as we know, thousands of people prayed 24 hours a day for 21 consecutive days about God’s promises to Israel. The uniqueness of this historic initiation of prayer is itself a sign of the times, and of the Lord’s hastening of the “times ordained for the creation to come” ( Psalm 102:13, 18 ).

You will arise and have compassion on Zion,  for it is time to show favor to her; the appointed time has come.Let this be written for a future generation,  that a people not yet created may praise the Lord. (Psalm 102:13-18)

This 21-day fast will be a “Global Esther Moment” (Esther 4:14-16) , an important down payment for the final Global Esther Moment, when 100 million intercessors will join in prayer, boldly Proclaim God’s will for Israel (as seen in the Bible) and stand with Israel as anti-Semitism continues to increase until the day Jesus returns ( Zech. 14:1-5 ).

For if you remain silent at this time, relief and deliverance for the Jews will arise from another place, but you and your father’s family will perish. And who knows but that you have come to your royal position for such a time as this?” Then Esther sent this reply to Mordecai:  “Go, gather together all the Jews who are in Susa, and fast for me. Do not eat or drink for three days, night or day. I and my attendants will fast as you do. When this is done, I will go to the king, even though it is against the law. And if I perish, I perish.” (Esther 4:14-16)

Divine Reverse

After the king stretched out the golden Scepter to her, Queen Esther exposed Haman’s evil plot step by step according to the strategy God gave her. As a result, bringing in the Divine Reversal not only turned evil into peace, but also caused the transfer of wealth, the reform and expansion of the kingdom, and the enemy was hanged on the gallow that was meant for the righteous, we are also in this season now.

Season of the Boomerang – The Schemes of the Wicked to Frame the Righteous will Turn Back and Hit their Own Heads

Then Harbona, one of the eunuchs attending the king, said, “A pole reaching to a height of fifty cubits] stands by Haman’s house. He had it set up for Mordecai, who spoke up to help the king.”The king said, “Impale him on it!”  So they impaled Haman on the pole he had set up for Mordecai. Then the king’s fury subsided. Esther 7:9-10

But when the plot came to the king’s attention, he issued written orders that the evil scheme Haman had devised against the Jews should come back onto his own head… Es 9:25a

Declare the End of the Power of the Wicked

…and commanded that he and his sons should be impaled on poles.. Es 9:25b

Transfer of Wealth

On that day, King Ahasuerus gave Queen Esther the estate of Haman, the enemy of Judah. Mordecai also came before the king, because Esther had told the king that Mordecai was his relative.

The king took off his own ring, which he had recovered from Haman, and gave it to Mordecai. Esther put Mordecai in charge of Haman’s estate. Stanley 8:1-2

The Enemy will Repay Sevenfold what He has Stolen

If he is found, he will repay sevenfold, and he will repay all that is in the house. Proverbs 6:31

Kingdom Expansion

The people of Judah rejoiced in all the provinces and cities where the king’s decree came, and celebrated that day with feasting and auspiciousness. Many of the people of that country became citizens of Judah because they were afraid of the Jews. Es 8:17b

Overturning and Reforming the New Decree

This is a true demonstration of the joint decision-making and execution of the “Ekklesia Heavenly Council” on earth and the Council of the Heavenly Court. When God sets up the throne of judgment and stretches out the golden rod to Ekklesia, what do we ask for?

The king said to Queen Esther, “The men of Judah killed five hundred men in Shushan and ten sons of Haman. What do you know about the king’s provinces?” Whatever you want now, I will give it to you; whatever else you ask, it will be done for you. S9:12

Annihilate All the Powers of the Enemy

Esther said, “If it seems good to the king, please allow the Judahs in Shushan to do the same thing tomorrow and hang the dead bodies of Haman’s ten sons on the gallows.” The king agreed to do so. The decree came to Shushan, and they hung up the dead bodies of Haman’s ten sons. 9:13-14

Rewrite the decree, reverse the curse

This should be one of the most important roles of the “Ekklesia Heavenly Council”. The joint decision-making and execution of the court on earth and heaven will reverse the curse of God, so that what we bind on earth will also be bound in heaven. What is released on earth is also released in heaven. Because Jesus has given the keys of the kingdom of heaven to the “Ekklesia Heavenly Council” that he established on earth.

Now write another decree in the king’s name in behalf of the Jews as seems best to you, and seal it with the king’s signet ring—for no document written in the king’s name and sealed with his ring can be revoked.” At once the royal secretaries were summoned—on the twenty-third day of the third month, the month of Sivan. They wrote out all Mordecai’s orders to the Jews, and to the satraps, governors and nobles of the 127 provinces stretching from India to Cush. These orders were written in the script of each province and the language of each people and also to the Jews in their own script and language. 10 Mordecai wrote in the name of King Xerxes, sealed the dispatches with the king’s signet ring, and sent them by mounted couriers, who rode fast horses especially bred for the king. The king’s edict granted the Jews in every city the right to assemble and protect themselves; to destroy, kill and annihilate the armed men of any nationality or province who might attack them and their women and children and to plunder the property of their enemies. Esther 8:8-11

Hang the Son of Haman on the Gallows!!

This is God’s revelation, and the meanings of the names of Haman’s ten sons are listed in the text. Please follow the voice to announce the order!

1. PARSHANDATHA: cold, complacent, lukewarm (Church of Laodicea)
2. DALPHON: The spirit of religion , who performs religious ceremonies, has a godly appearance, and has no inner power.
3. ASPATHA: False unity . Love money, love material things more than hunger for the word of God, worship mammon, poverty and greedy spirit. The spirit of the Tower of Babel gathers the crowd to oppose God, gathers the crowd to do unrighteous things, and formulates current sensational bills for the society, covering up the culture and the thinking of the mob.
4. PROATHA: the spirit of Jezebel . Spirits of lewdness, perversions, working to advance the LQBTAQ agenda, pornography. [Note: The rabbi has explained that the spirit of Jezebel is a spirit that surpasses what we know to be a controlling spirit. This spirit is good at making us leave our destiny and make us unable to fulfill our calling and mission. ]
5. ADALIA Leviathan’s spirit. Pride, haughtiness, arrogance, distortion of communication, king of the sons of pride.
6. ARIDATHA unjust accusing, oppressive, encircling spirit. It is what Isaiah 10:1 says: Woe to you ! Those who make unrighteous statutes and record treacherous judgments.
7. PARMASHTA  spirit of division. This spirit tore apart the strong bond between brothers Youtai. He created isolation and divisions. Through differences in political ideas and religious beliefs, people are divided, divided, and divided..
8. ARISAI Heretic pagan spirit. Continuously releasing the poisonous venom of the boa constrictor, the serpent always makes us think “Thus saith…” (Genesis 3:4), a spirit of temptation, witchcraft, and heresy. Boa means in Hebrew the whisper of a spell in the ear.
9. ARIDAI The spirit of fear. Evil spirits make the righteous anxious and distressed about their livelihood. This is the spirit of anxiety and coercion.
10. VAJAZATHA the spirit of false righteousness. Bitter olives. Bitterness and harsh judgment. Possess a man with victimhood, bitterness, resentment, and make him use them to judge things with a false sense of justice. This spirit represents injustice, causing racism, prejudice and rebellion.

These are the “Ten Sons of Haman” that God revealed to us to hang on the gallows!!

I HEARD THE LORD SAY, “THIS IS AN ARISE & BUILD SEASON – PICK UP YOUR MANTLE!”

I was in worship recently when I heard, “The years of arise and build are upon us!” And I began to see all these different tools laid out in front of me, hundreds of them, many different variations of building tools, inspecting tools, surveying tools, groundbreaking tools, and everything that could be used to begin to build and construct what God was leading us into.

PICKING UP THE TOOLS THAT WERE HIDDEN

I suddenly felt like it was a moment where the Lord was calling us to pick up something that we hadn’t picked up or that we had dropped in a season long ago. I also felt for many that it was a season of having to lay down old tools and pick up the new tools that God had given us. Many people were being shifted into new roles—it was actually the Lord shifting us into different offices, different capacities, new anointings, and new mantles.

I felt the strong sense that people were needing to pick up old things and that the enemy had snatched many tools from the hands of God’s people in this season where he had locked them up in padlocks and thrown away the keys—that there were “law boards” to stop the releasing of these tools. I felt this was significant for those who stepped into an upgrade in their anointing and mantle. And in that upgrade, the enemy had warred at them with so much hope deferred, so much loss, and so much hardship that they had actually dropped their mantle and dropped their tools. But this will be a season that the Lord is unlocking what the enemy is keeping behind closed doors and He’s revealing what has been there all along. It’s finally time to step into it!

NEW SYNERGY & ALIGNMENTS

This has been a season of the uncomfortable as the tools and mantles we operated in no longer served us well anymore and God has been revealing the new roles we are stepping into. It’s been a time of discerning and learning to step into those new offices and mantles that God has given us. This has resulted in a season of having to navigate difficult terrain, especially in relationships and alignments which have changed so that you could step into these roles more effectively without having to continue to walk in an old role that others had expected you to walk in.

This will be a season of having to follow the Lord when others don’t understand why you are stepping out of something you’ve operated in and into something new, but you have to follow the Lord and let go of the fear of man and those false expectations that have been on you. It will be a season of breaking soul ties and severing old strings and tethers that are keeping you locked into something that you no longer carry the anointing or the ability to operate in.

It will be a season where God leads you to other builders whose tools and vision better align with yours. He is doing this quickly and swiftly and getting His builders in place. This is a season of knowing who your people are and where you need to be aligned because your tools are only as good as the company that you keep.

BUILDING THE WRONG KINGDOMS

You need to know what God wants you to build this year. You need to know what God wants you to put your hand to, for there will be an arising of many false projects—many false things that the Lord does not want you to step into—and you’ll need to discern if this is the building you’re called to build. Is this what God has placed in my heart or is this someone else’s vision that I do not have a role or a place in any longer? The Lord will need you to discern and ask for His clarity in all you do this season.

THE PURSUIT OF OIL

I hear people asking, “How do I know and how do I discern?” and I hear the Lord saying, “You’ll know this season if you are carrying the oil. Just like an engine works on fresh oil, just like an instrument only works when it is freshly oiled, and a wineskin can only be used properly when it is supple and freshly oiled, you need the fresh oil. So in this season, you’ll know how to discern what is right from wrong, what to say yes or no to, or what tool I have for you to use if you are oiled. You must devote this season to prayer and to My presence if you want to know what I am saying. This will be a season when you need to collect oil like a wise virgin.

“And when you do, you will know exactly which tool to pick up, you will know which company to build with, and you’ll know what you are building and what is ahead for you. It is a season where it feels counterproductive but I need you to step into My rest and My refreshing. Allow me to guide you and lead you. Allow Me to cut off the fat, allow Me to break the ground beneath you. Allow Me to open the doors for this season. The enemy has marked this season with false launches and fake promises. That’s right! This is a season that if you get antsy and allow anxiety to lead you, you’ll break down doors and enter into things that are before your time and actually cause what I’ve planned for you to work against you.

“This would be a season where if you bust down those doors before their time or in your own timing, in your own way, or if you hustle and move outside of My timing, My strength, My ability, and My anointing, you’ll break into something that I’ve not ordained for you. And you will enter into a season of hope deferred that I’ve not planned for you—it will be like another prison. The enemy has been planning for you to enter back into a hope-deferred season but I have said ‘No!’ For those who seek My face, those who seek My presence, and those who seek My oil they will not enter into that hope deferred cycle again. They will enter into the season of promise fulfilled and of finding their purpose again after so long.

“For this is a seeding season for those who are waiting—for those who have been going around the mountain waiting, those who’ve been floundering, for those who’ve been prayerfully contending for so long— they are going to enter into their season of arise and build. And they will look and see and they will taste and see that the Lord is good for I will lead them to the land that I have promised them,” says the Lord.

LOCATIONS & FINE-TUNING

“Even watch in this season as I fine-tune your location and as I fine-tune your vision, for you cannot lock Me into something from last year. For this year, I have led My people on another detour. Why? Because this is a place where there is a fine-tuning of My presence happening. This is the fine-tuning of destinies and callings. And in this season I’m going to show you where to go, where to be, where to establish, where to arise, and where to build and you will be fulfilled,” says the Lord.

THE ARMADA OF THE FIVEFOLD

Then I saw a vision of an armada of ships in the deep seas all moving together and I said, “Lord what is this?” Then the words came into my spirit “This is the armada of the fivefold!”

An armada is a fleet of warships that are sent as an invasion and I believe this image reveals what God is building and establishing right now—companies of warships within the offices of the fivefold that will all sail together in unison. I believe that God is correcting the way we have been building and readjusting the apostolic blueprint right now which will cause the fivefold to work together more effectively and exclusively in the days to come. God is calling the builders to the forefront right now but He is refining the hearts of apostolic companies around the world and removing all contaminants that would cause them to walk in old and damaging patterns. This is a season God is asking the builders to build only what is organic and not manufactured by man. We must let go of all that is created out of our own strength, ambition, or man’s wisdom.

And most importantly we must connect to the rest of the Body of Christ. Gone are the days of the lonely warships sailing the seas where they can be easily targeted and taken out. We must remove all walls, move together, and be as one!

THE ANOINTING OF THE BUILDER IS HERE

Recently in a dream, the Lord showed me a building that was half built and I could hear the sighs of people that had given their lives to this building yet they had nothing to show for it. What was I seeing? Many have tried to build before its time or season and raced ahead of the Lord, and there have been many casualties from it. There are also many who have built without the unction or anointing to do so. We have been in a season where there has been a major lack of fivefold synergy in the Body of Christ. Companies where prophets are missing so the ship doesn’t move forward (no revelation) or in this case, where there were many pastors and teachers to shepherd and raise The Church but no apostles to build and extend it. This has created many silos and warring brands as leaders hold onto the fragments and broken bricks of structures they tried to build but didn’t know how. Sometimes they look solid for many years but they just don’t last the test of time.

But this is an hour where God is releasing the grace of the builder to The Church so that what He has planned will be built, and built correctly.

REBUILDING THE FORMER FOUNDATIONS

I believe this word was given to highlight a major role of the apostolic in this hour; to rebuild nations from the ground up and re-establish the covenant of the Lord in the nations. In the next few years, we are going to see an apostolic surge in specific areas that have been desolated and the building and establishing of holiness and justice in places where evil has thrived. The tables are turning and the foundations are being re-laid!

“Now set your heart and your soul to seek the Lord your God. Therefore arise and build the sanctuary of the Lord God, to bring the ark of the covenant of the Lord and the holy articles of God into the house that is to be built for the name of the Lord.” (1 Chronicles 22:19 NKJV)

Editor’s note : This message is part of Dutch Sheets’ March 6 post on “Give Him 15 .” Friends of the Dutch from Colorado, pastors Jack & Terri Brown , went to the Asbury Revival. Pastor Terri shared some of her thoughts after going there.  Even though the revival in its initial form has ended, Terri’s insights and observations will help us prepare for what is coming.

“On February 20th (2023), we attended the Asbury Outpouring. I have been praying, pondering, and processing it ever since, trying to understand what we experienced and what the Lord is doing during this season. The outpouring of the Lord at Asbury University began on February 8th (2023). It was attended by students from at least 200 campuses, as well as tens of thousands of visitors.

“Jack and I have been praying for revival for a long time. I don’t say this to take some kind of credit, but to point out that this is something we have been longing for and even studying. Still, I don’t think I was prepared for what we experienced.

“As we approached the Asbury campus, there were cars and people everywhere.  No one was directing visitors where to go, so we circled the campus and found a line of people winding around, maybe a half-mile long. Our son and his family (whom we were visiting) dropped Jack and me off, then went to find a place to park. We didn’t know where to go, so we stopped and prayed, ‘Where do we go, Lord?’ I heard Him say, ‘It doesn’t matter, I am here to meet with you.’ We approached a circle of about 150 people. There were young people in the middle of the group, passionately leading worship with a guitar and drum box, singing with their whole hearts unto the Lord. They would pause, another young person would read a passage of Scripture, then they would take us back into worship.  They would pause again, and this time a young person would give a short exhortation, and then right back into worship. Some were weeping, some were passionately worshiping, and some were observing, but no one was ignoring what God was doing.

“We eventually found seats in one of the overflow buildings, Estes Chapel, which is Asbury Seminary’s chapel and right across the street from Hughes Hall. This chapel was completely full with probably 500 people. In fact, while we were on Asbury’s campus, every overflow auditorium was full.

“Here is what Jack and I saw:

• The worship was focused on Jesus.
• The worship team was focused on worshiping. Although they were leading, they made no effort to tell others how to worship.
• The congregational singing was passionate and unified. No one tried to raise their voice above the others.
• When they asked for those who had a Scripture to come read it for the Call to Worship, many young people got up and, often through tears, would read God’s Word. The leader would then declare, ‘This is the Word of God,’ and the crowd responded, ‘We believe it!’
• The testimonies were faith-building demonstrations of God changing lives. I sensed people were being set free from hardness of heart, bitterness, anxiety, and fear.
• There was amazing hospitality and kindness.
• There was nothing for sale. No books, no t-shirts, no music. Even the food trucks were giving away snacks and water.
• No one asked for an offering, nor did I see a place to give an offering.
• No one was introduced by name. It truly was a nameless and faceless gathering.
• When people shared from the stage, it was short and concise, so as to not distract from the main focus – Jesus.
• The call was for radical humility, radical hunger, radical obedience, and transparency.
• There was no attempt to manufacture any fervor or emotion in the worship or sharing, nor did we see any suppression of fervor or emotion.
• We saw pure and simple devotion to Jesus.

“Jack and I have been blessed to be in many services where one could sense the presence of God. When faithful people unite, humble themselves, welcome the Holy Spirit and yield to Him, He is gracious to come. The way I describe it is: we pursue the Lord, and He answers. This was different. At Asbury, it felt as though He was pursuing us, and we answered. This was God’s idea. He was pursuing us: those who were hungry, those who were worn out, the resistant, the skeptical, the young, yes, but also the old.

“It has become one of my core prayers that we won’t be satisfied with the fires we can create, but hunger for the fire only He can send. Only He can send the wind, the fire, and the rain!

“As I was praying recently, the Lord showed me a picture of a person coming home after working very hard; they didn’t even know what time it was. As they entered their home and opened the door, they instantly smelled the fragrance of something baking in the oven, like fresh bread. Then they immediately realized how hungry they were. I think this is a picture of many today. They have been working hard, some secularly, others in the church. Though they may not have discerned it was God’s time for an outpouring, at the fragrance of Jesus, they realize how hungry they are; they realize what they need.

“Many who have been touched by the Lord at Asbury didn’t even realize how hungry they were for HIM. Some who have been touched were seeking but didn’t know what they were seeking was Him. They may have tasted some stale bread or religion offered by the church, but hadn’t known their hunger was for Him.

“I believe this is a first wave. God is releasing His fragrance, allowing hunger for Him to stir all over the world. We will see more. Miracles, signs, and wonders. For those of us who think we know how God will visit us, He is giving us the opportunity to repent for our judgments, and to surrender our expectations. He is giving us time to lay down our attempts to manufacture movements and yield fully to His good plans.

“Many have asked me, ‘What do we need to “do” to bring this to where we are?’ It is a reasonable question. However, I sense that a better question would be, ‘What do we need to BE?’

“I sensed we need to be:

• Humble
• Repentant
• Surrendered
• Transparent
• Available
• Obedient
• Willing to lay down our traditions and sacred cows.
• Loving
• Kind
• Hungry

“We came away from Asbury thinking this is what pure and simple devotion to Jesus looks like.”

Editorial Special Section: Rick Joyner: The Path of Life

In I Chronicles 16:29, II Chronicles 20:21, Psalms 29:2 and 96:9, we find the phrase “the beauty of holiness.” In our time, the word holiness has come to mean legalism and the intolerance of the self-righteous. This reveals the level of deception the devil has been able to spread throughout the world and inject into Christianity to the point legalism has become synonymous with Christianity. This will change.

This evil, legalistic, religious spirit now has more influence in the church than the Holy Spirit. However, a revelation of true holiness is coming to and through the church in all its beauty and majesty, which will also be viewed by the whole world.

It should be noted that, except for how Jesus confronted the Pharisees, He almost never pointed out people’s sins. If He did, it was never in a condemning way, but by speaking the truth in love, to set them free from sin. Jesus came to redeem, not to condemn. We have already been condemned by our sins, and that is why He came to deliver us. When we see true holiness, we do not need to be told what we are doing wrong. Instead, we are compelled to seek holiness from a deep desire to walk in its majesty, dignity, and beauty. This is what we were created to be.

The Lord equated entering His promised land with entering His rest. It was a struggle to get through the wilderness, but once they had obtained His promise, there was rest. The same is true with holiness. Walking in true holiness is the greatest peace and rest we can know. With each step we take in this new life and in this new creation we are called to be, vision and purpose break forth, fueled by the greatest power in the universe—God’s love. As declared in I John 4:16-18:

We have come to know and have believed the love which God has for us. God is love, and the one who abides in love abides in God, and God abides in him.  By this, love is perfected with us, so that we may have confidence in the day of judgment; because as He is, so also are we in this world.  There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear, because fear involves punishment, and the one who fears is not perfected in love.

The path of life is the pursuit of knowing God. To know God is to know love because “God is love.” The more we know Him, the more He can flow through us. Jesus is the love of God personified, and that love went about doing good, healing, and delivering all who were oppressed by the devil. That is what the true Christian life looks like—Christ and doing His works.

The Christian life has two main factors: what we do and what we become. If we become what we are called to be, we will do what we are called to do. We become what we are called to be by beholding His glory and by allowing it to change us into His image. This does not come by looking in ourselves and others for what is wrong. It is not that we are deluded about our sins and carnal nature, which may still have a grip on us. Instead, we are delivered from these when we see His love for us demonstrated on the cross.

When Jesus came the first time, the legalists and self-righteous were the ones most looking forward to His coming, yet they became His worst enemies. Jesus had no trouble with sinners, or even the demon possessed who came and bowed before Him. No, it was the religious people who became His worst enemies and had Him crucified. The same is true today. Legalists still persecute Him by persecuting those who truly follow Him.

There is no greater gate of hell through which pride comes than the evil, religious spirit that seeks to base our relationship with God on religious performance rather than the cross of Jesus through which we are redeemed, and which alone has the power to deliver. As declared in I Corinthians 1:18, “For the word of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God.”

The cross is the greatest demonstration of the love of God ever. It was His sacrifice that saved us, not anything we could have done. The greatest freedom of all comes by trusting His love by trusting His work on the cross.

Pray for America: MIRACLES ARE IN OUR HANDS

Editor’s note: This article is a post of “Give Him 15 Minutes” by Dutch Sheets on March 10 this week, clarifying the rights and responsibilities God has given to God’s children, God’s assignment and the scope of authority, Calling the children of God to rise up and pray for America, miracles are in our hands and in our mouths.

[Background: In the mid-80s, I was given a daunting assignment by Holy Spirit to pray for a humanly impossible situation. I knew the person I was going to pray for was very ill. What I didn’t know was that she was comatose with a tracheostomy in her throat, a feeding tube in her stomach, and had been in that condition for almost two years. Seeing her for the first time was a mind-numbing shock. 

I had made prayer an important priority in my life for the previous six years, had studied the subject extensively, and had just begun teaching my first series on intercessory prayer. I had been blessed to have read numerous good books on the subject, spent hundreds of hours studying Scripture, and been given what I believed was insight and revelation. Much of what ended up in my first book, Intercessory Prayer, I was teaching in this mini-course.

The comatose young lady’s sister was attending this class. I taught the material with great passion and conviction, which was inspiring and encouraging her. After one particular class, she approached me and said, “I think you REALLY believe what you are teaching.” 

“Yes, I do,” I replied.

“Well, I have a sister who is very sick and has been for almost two years. She’s so ill she just sleeps most of the time. I’m wondering if you would be willing to go pray for her.”

She had not given me the whole story out of fear that I wouldn’t go. Diane (not her real name) had contracted viral encephalitis, which attacked her brain. The doctors gave her no hope for recovery or of living. “And if she did miraculously regain consciousness,” they said, “she would likely be in a persistent vegetative state because of the extensive brain damage. Every part of her brain is covered with infection.” Again, I knew none of this.

Diane was in a nursing home in a nearby town, making it a little more challenging, but I said I would be glad to go pray for her. (A 20-year-old “sick” girl in a nursing home, should have been a hint that this situation was worse than I had been told!) Though I did not know it at the time, this was the beginning of a prayer assignment lasting more than a year.

When I arrived at her room expecting to find a “very sick” girl, I found a hopeless, unresponsive, drooling, comatose young girl, fed through a tube and breathing through a hole in her throat. The shock was huge, to say the least. I laid my hand on her forehead and prayed over her for an hour or so, asking God to give her a miracle. It did not happen. I left that day deeply moved, not only for her physically, but she was not a believer.

Normally, when one who isn’t a family member or pastor of someone they agree to pray for, it is a one-time occurrence. They obey the Scriptures, pray in faith, and leave the results to God. At times, the miracle occurs; often, it does not. However, in this situation, deep compassion gripped my heart for this young girl. I felt as though Holy Spirit might want me to go again and pray for her. I sought the Lord about this, asking if He was, indeed, wanting me to do so. His response was a bit unexpected.

“Yes. I am assigning you the responsibility to intercede for her until she is healed. Not just in your daily prayers, from a distance. Go every week and pray over her, applying the principles I’ve been teaching you.” Holy Spirit wanted not only to heal her, but to teach and train me. It was time to DO what I KNEW. So this would not be an instant miracle through the laying on of hands, but healing “birthed” through intercession.

I went at least once a week and prayed an hour or so for Diane – for more than a year. I prayed EVERY verse I knew regarding healing, MANY times. I read Scripture over her often. I worshipped over her. I prayed much in my prayer language over her. I took friends with me 2-3 times in order to agree in prayer with me. I implemented everything I had learned and taught regarding intercession. But I saw no change.

Each time I went, I was tempted to quit. Staring at her lifeless form was gut-wrenching and intimidating. People thought I was crazy, and the nursing home staff treated me with complete cynicism. As far as I knew, only Ceci and Diane’s sister believed in what I was doing. I asked God the same question each time, “Did You send me to this girl, assigning me this responsibility?”

I knew that if He had truly sent me, if this was indeed His assignment for me, I was moving in Christ’s authority and representing Him – re-presenting Him and His victory at Calvary. After several months of going, praying, spending many hours speaking God’s promises over Diane, praying in the Spirit over her, worshiping over her, and hearing Holy Spirit say, “Yes, I sent you. Don’t quit,” something began to change. Not in Diane – but in me.

All the hours of praying Scriptures, of speaking and hearing the Word of God, was increasing my faith – 30, 60, 100-fold (Matthew 13:23). Romans 10:17 says faith comes by hearing the Word of God. As my faith grew, I became bolder in my decrees. I didn’t know if Diane could hear me – some people in a coma can – but in case she could, I spoke often to her. (It turned out she was not able to hear.) I told her often she was being healed…that Jesus loved her and wanted to heal and save her…that He sent me to her for this purpose. I told her that when she woke up, she would be normal, that her brain would be undamaged. I decreed all of this in Jesus’ name. And my faith continued to grow.

After more than a year of this, Diane took a turn for the worse. An infection elsewhere in her body had occurred, and they moved her to a hospital for treatment. After administering more tests, the doctors determined her condition had grown worse and informed her family that she would probably die soon. They should all go see her.

Diane’s sister relayed this information to me. “You should go see her,” she told me. And I did.

On this Wednesday afternoon, I spoke to Diane, as usual. Leaning over her, close to her ear, with tears streaming down my face, I said, “This nightmare is almost over. Nothing can keep us from receiving our miracle. Nothing! You will live and not die. And you will have a new brain.”

The memory is forever imprinted on my mind. As I exited the hospital, still weeping, I was declaring to myself again and again, “Nothing can keep us from receiving our miracle. Nothing!”

Three days later, while alone in her hospital room, Jesus walked in and woke Diane from her 3-year sleep, with a full restoration of her brain. News about the miracle spread, even to other nations. The nursing home where she had stayed received inquiries from Europe wanting to know about her incredible recovery. Every hour and every tear I had invested became worth the wait when I saw Diane awake and heard her speak the words, “Praise the Lord.”

We have authority from Christ to lay hands on sick people and ask for their healing. There may be reasons we aren’t aware of, at times, that keep the healing from occurring, but we should always ask! However, if God assigns you to pray for a situation, never quit until you see the answer! With His assignment comes increased authority.

Pray for Israel: Bring Back the Sheep Scattered Among the Peoples

【Current Events / Background: On January 27, 2023, at the International Day of Remembrance of Holocaust Victims held at the United Nations Headquarters, Secretary-General Guterres warned that anti-Semitism, hate speech, and misinformation keeps spreading all the time.

Guterres cited attacks on Orthodox Jews in Manhattan, bullying of Jewish schoolchildren in Melbourne, Australia, and spray-painted swastikas on Holocaust memorials in the German capital Berlin. Neo-Nazis are now the number one domestic security threat in several countries, and white supremacist movements are becoming increasingly dangerous. Congress President Csaba Kőrösi said at the commemorative event that there has been a “new wave of anti-Semitism and Holocaust denial” around the world today. Kresch said: “These messages are like poison, seeping into our daily lives. We hear them from politicians and read them in the media. The hatred that once caused the Holocaust continues to ferment today.”

As anti-Semitism continues to intensify around the world, coupled with the continued deterioration of the Russo-Ukrainian War, a large number of Jews have returned to Israel. The Jewish Agency for Israel (JAFI) released the 2022 “Alia (Jewish immigrant return)” statistics, pointing out that in the past year, about 70,000 people became Alia, most of them came from the war countries of the former Soviet Union. The total number of immigrant returns more than doubled in 2021, while hitting a new high in more than 20 years.

But at the same time, Israeli statistics show that out of the 5,600 Russian Jews who benefited from the “Return Law” two months after the start of the Ukrainian war, about 1,800 Russian Jews returned to Moscow with Israeli passports. This meant that a third of Russian Jews who arrived in the occupying country left in a hurry. Demand for European citizenship among Israelis is on the rise following elections in November 2022 that will bring to power the most extreme government in Israeli history. Israelis had the highest rate of applications for French citizenship, up 13%. It can also be noted that the percentage of immigration applications from EU countries in general has increased. Portuguese authorities recorded a 68% increase in naturalization applications from Israelis. Meanwhile, Polish and German authorities have recorded a 10% increase in the same applications over the past two months. There are two factors for Aliyah: first, the high cost of living in Israel and the lack of job opportunities.
