Repentance: Repentance for Church 01
- 1 Peter 2:9: But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God’s special possession,that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light.
- Romans 12:1-2 :Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God—this is your true and proper worship. Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.
【Current Condition: The advancement of technology and the Internet in the recent century has not enriched our lives or reduced our workload. It has brought more pressures and challenges to both life and family. We have neglected building our families and underestimated the impact of the changing social atmosphere on our surroundings. This has given the enemy free entrance into our culture and families, hurting our children and destroying families, many divorces. Without strong family units, the church become weak, powerless and indifferent by each generation.】

- Repent For The Secularization of The Church: Lord, we have departed from You, not following Your commandments and went on our own way,. We not only follow our selfish desires and use the values of the world in doing things. We failed to be a positive influence on society. We are apathetic towards our communities, indifferent towards injustice and unrighteous issues. Our behavior is no different from unbelievers. The church is secularized, compromise with evil power. Lord, I come and bow down before You for the church, please forgive us, give us a broken and contrite heart and tears of repentance, to come before You together, to earnestly repent.
- Restore The Church to Her First Love, and Honor God: Lord, cleanse us from all sins and unrighteousness with the blood of the Lord Jesus. Restore us to our first love so that we can honor the Lord above all things. In this critical time, raise us up again through the power of the Holy Spirit, to break every chains and bondage, and control, to demolish the dividing walls within the church, the church will no longer be weak, and minding one’s own business, we will build up the Body of Christ with one heart and one mind, to take back her authority and be the salt and light in our cities and nations, so the world may see our good deeds, and give God all the glory!

【Current Event: According to the data released by the Argentine Ministry of Health on the 14th of the covid-19 epidemic, the cumulative number of covid-19 deaths in the country has exceeded 100,000, and the cumulative number of confirmed cases exceeds 4.7 million.
The data released by the Argentine Ministry of Health on the same day showed that the country had 19,697 new confirmed cases compared to the previous day, with a cumulative total of 47,026,657 confirmed cases; 614 new deaths, with a cumulative total of 100,250 deaths. 】

【Background: The Spanish rule ended on July 9, 1916, and the Argentine Republic was established. In 1909 Argentina became the 7th economy in the world. During President Juan Perón’s harsh dictatorship between 1946-1955, the nation steeped deeply into idol worship, witchcraft and widespread sexual immorality. In early 1949, Pastor Edward Miller was called by God to start leading church brothers and sisters to pray. In mid-1954 the living waters of revival started to cover all over Argentina. 】
- 1 Corinithan 6:9-11 Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind, Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God. And such were some of you: but ye are washed, but ye are sanctified, but ye are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God.
Father God, We‘ll stand in the gap on behalf of our Argentine to confess our sins and pray. Please forgive our pride and wickedness. Pls forgive us we allow abortion take place in Argentina. Stretch out Your mighty hand to save us from darkness. We ask You to call forth the prayer warriors all over this country to rise up once again in this hour to cry out before You night and day, to reignite their faith. Through continuous prayer and repentance Argentina will become “healthy, beautiful, strong and passionate with a brand-new heart to you.
- We pray for revival to enter on the individual and the national levels, for the church to be able to continue in prayer for great revival to positively penetrate the society on every level.
- We pray to resist dark spiritual forces and pray against the demonic, witchcraft and sin strategically. We also pray that more Catholics will receive help to understand the Truth.
- We pray for mission organizations to be able to work with local churches, to care for the tens of thousands who are in the slums, as well as the Aboriginals, and bring the gospel to them.
- Also pray for the return of the Jews to Israel.
- Pray for President Fernandez: Father,“O continue thy loving kindness unto them that know thee; and thy righteousness to the upright in heart.”(Psalms 36:10) Lord we pray for the president Fernandez to have pure and clean heart before you. May Argentine President taste the fullness of Your love, may Your righteousness dwell in him. May he and his people seek Your face with all their strength. Lord, invigorate Argentina’s economy. May Your glory cover Argentina. May Argentina rise up and lead the Latin American nations to enter their destinies, and may Your heart be delighted with Argentina. In the name of Jesus we pray. Amen!

I now put on the armor of God that You have given me, gird myself with the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the helmet of salvation, the shield of faith, the sword of the Spirit, my feet fitted with the gospel of peace, so that I can pray and intercede in the Holy Spirit by Your mighty power, and after done all to stand firm.
